Today was my 1st time in 3 years getting my nails and feet done. They did an wonderful job. They got me in and out real quick. And affordable. Yea Im happy my family told me to go to them.

Ann (nails) matched my style perfectly. Chair 18 as well (forgot her name) The owner is very sweet. She arched my brows and tented them to perfection! My nails were rushed. The acrylic is super thick and clumpy, the nails are crooked, it’s supposed to be coffin shaped but it’s not it’s a mix shape of round & square to me. What i asked for VS what i got. My feet are cute tho

Love this nail shop. I got there at 11am when they first opened on a Sunday. They have a ton of nail techs so i only waited a few minutes. They use a plastic cover in the pedicure bath, very sanitary. Got the glow in the dark nails, ombre. There were quite a few rude, ignorant customers but the techs were courteous and professional with them. I will be coming back and I highly recommend.Update- went back last week for a fill in. Had a nail pop off yesterday and there is fungus. According to my research this particular fungus only appear for one of 2 reasons. 1- the nail text didnt put the acrylics on correctly leaving a gap between the real nail and fake nail or 2- he didnt sanitize his utensils before doing my nails. I definitely wont be going back here. Now I have to try to get the rest off.

Customer service is everything to me and they have it. Also, you wont be sitting too long to be served and thats a plus too. The facility is clean and fresh. Color options and designs are diverse. I would recommend.

I went to this nail shop today. The techs were nice. They got me in and out. They have a lot of techs which is good. However, nail shaping and polishing is definitely something that need to be worked on amongst the staff.

My pedicure was great but my nails are bulky & deformed looking

1st time visiting and I was called soon I checked in.. the lady who did my manicure and pedicure did a terrible job! She asked if she can clip my big toe and she.cut them down and made them uneven.. I told her they were uneven and she replies are u sure!! as if my eyes are tripping! After Nikki did an amazing job on my lashes and tints.. I would definitely need 1 more visit to determine if I would come back again.. definitely won me on the lashes

The technician was great however a 30 minute wait. The manager and a male technician doesn’t give correct prices and they try to make go with gel! I said regular! A client was complaining because the mail technician tried to charge her for gel. Make sure you make a point of saying exactly what you want. It’s like a car salesman pressure and for that they get 3 stars

They were very nice very efficient. Prices were comparable to other places. I wanted pink and white gel nails. There are limited places that can do that. Not every nail shop has a tech that can do pink and white. They were able to do it and shape my nails the way I wanted. I was very pleased with everything. I have found a new place to get my nails done. I will definitely return.

I have found my new nail spot. Theres an electronic sign in. I did not have to wait long. They have plenty of staff. The young lady that did my services, Bella, was nice and helpful. I love my nails!

The staff is obviously skilled however i was disappointed in the amount of “chatter” going on amongst staff. when trying to relax it is difficult with employees constantly talking and even yelling across the facility for other staff members.the tubs are cleaned however i never saw them wipe down the chairs between use and some customers were wearing very short shorts or dressesi am from out of town and chose this place for the high ratings, maybe this was just an “off day” but that’s unlikely

This will be the ONLY place I go for my feet and nails! Mr. Calvin got my feet together and the man who did my nails was AMAZING! Was on time limit and they was great with service and timing

Kelly did a pedicure for me and she was so sweet and thorough! I got the volcano pedicure, so it was not cheap, but it was worth every penny. she took her time on my pedicure and made sure I was relaxed. 10/10 would recommend.

I enjoyed my experience. I got my nails and feet done. The nail tech did exactly what I asked took my old nails off and shaped my nails perfect. My pedicure was awesome. I had two guys Peter & Son they are bomb. Very polite. I’ll be back.

Ive been patronizing Galaxy Nails for years. Tom (Station #8) is great. He has always done a very good or great job. One suggestion for the owners is to hire someone to work as a cleaner/custodian throughout the day. When they get very busy, it can get pretty messy and they are typically exceptionally busy.Still, great value for the money and still worth the wait.

Rip off they did a rush job on my brows and nails when I went back they give you a very hard time on fixing their mistakes and over charged me on fixing the service. They are all about money nit customer satisfaction. And Jenny and her sister have very bad attitudes.

This is officially my new favorite nail salon! They are prompt and courteous and don’t give off that rude attitudinal vibe that I’ve witnessed (not experienced) at other salons. Ive been here now twice and each experience was pleasant. Most importantly, the salon is clean and the prices aren’t ridiculous! Now they will try to up-sell you to get additional services (add gel, designs, etc)....As they should since this is a service/sales business but they aren’t rude when or if you decline!Susan is my new fav. She listened to what it was that I wanted, admitted if she wasn’t able to do a design or etc. rather than attempting to and messing my nails up. My nails and toes are perfect. Will most definitely return and recommend Galaxy Nail Bar!! You can understand now why their parking lot and the spaces for T-Mobile are ALWAYS jammed packed!

The best nail shop i have ever been too!! They were so organized, professional, and very nice. I will definitely be going back! And they have so many nail colors its insane!! Ladies you wont be disappointed. I also recommend getting there early, they do get busy fast

I went to galaxy nail bar recently and had a very bad experience. The nail tech Jenny did my fullset and pedi. What upset me was when she dropped the nail filer on the floor, then picked it up and started back doing my nails. Granted I’m not prissy by any means but with COVID and so many different ppl walking around there why would she think I would want her to do my nails with something she picked up off the floor. She rushed through my nails and all of my nails came off the next two days. The full set was very chunky at the bottom, like she had pressed them on. I was petrified. She also rushed through my pedicure. Very unprofessional and lack of customer service skills. I was so irritated and felt no value was given doing my service!!! Every single one of my nails where crooked. Nice nail shop with a lot of services to choose from but they need to work on customer service value. It’s so annoying patronizing ppl who could care less about you!!!

I was charged $65 for this full acrylic set and polish change on toes. I had a design in mind but the tech said it would take her too long which is how I opted with this. I like it a lot but I rarely come here even with it being 7 mins away because they like to perform the service they want vs what you are paying for. The first time getting gel polish on my toes and it was a ton of excess on the skin above and below the toe nail. Overall satisfied I had an event and the convenience worked. However they are EXTREMELY BUSY Friday through Sunday but o appreciate they have yet to move to an appointment only system like other popular shops have

I’ve been going to this nail salon since November, daughter took me for my birthday. Today was the best manicure and pedicure since I’ve been going there.Jay is great nail tech.

The technician handed me the menu for pedicures and I said I wanted the basic one for 25.00 and she was like no you need to get one that’s 34.00 or more. I declined and when she started I can tell she didn’t want to do my feet by the way she was handling me. Next it was time for my manicure which I selected the DELUXE!!! After she finished my pedicure she brought out the bowl for me to put my hands in sitting in the pedicure chair,as she is leaning over the bowl waste some water on my jeans. I don’t know if it was a Manager or something walked by and saw what she was doing and I can tell they were arguing in their language, because she moved me to a table.

Service was good. My nails werent exactly how I wanted them but they still came out good. Both ladies did a good job. One thing I dont like is the extra services being forced on me.

Ive never been able to get great nails and pedicures done at the same nail location until I found Galaxy Nail Bar. One stop shop. Very clean, kind, accommodating, professional, and talented nail artists. I see Kathy #5. She is so sweet and takes her time. She makes sure your nails are perfect and to your liking. She goes above and beyond to ensure you are comfortable and relaxed. I always wait for her and her chair stays filled. She does beautiful nails and great pedicures. She has amazing ideas for designs and fun art. She always has a smile and is ready to go when you sit at her station. I love her and I love Galaxy Nails. Its always a great experience when I visit and I will tell everyone and always come back! Thanks so much for being great!

Cant remember the guys name but hes the one that calls for people to go to their seat. He did great on my nails will ask for him for now on.

This was my first time here and so far I am very pleased. I had a girl in Virginia that did an amazing job on my nails....always flawless and I miss her badly. Ive had trouble finding a place/person I like since moving to Missouri. This place has been one of the best so far. Now if they hold up well I will definitely be coming back.Update: My nails held up very well which is great as I wash my hands a lot and mess around in a lot of oils and lotions! It can be difficult for me to maintain decent looking acrylic nails but I loved them and so I came back for a fill in yesterday. Cathy does a really nice job!

Nails breaks off, within a day or two. They charge high prices for eyelash extensions just for them to fall off the next day. They do not honor their mistake. They blaim you and make you feel like your money means nothing, just on to the next customer! Sad! Its sad you go there to look good and feel good and they made you feel the opposite.

Today, Linda did an excellent job on my nails and eyebrows, and Christian did an excellent job on my pedicure. On previous visits Jenni did an excellent job on my eyebrows. I definitely will be back and recommend Galaxy Nail Bar for all of your nail, pedicure, and eyebrows services.

The environment was extremely clean very welcoming the aesthetic was very girly and pretty the staff is very friendly they are very fast but excellent quality. This is definitely going to be my go to place.

Very disappointed. Took my daughter and niece out to get our nails done. Theirs turned out great. I showed what I wanted my nails to be. I hated the way mine turned out. So much the guy next to her doing nails had to step in. He fixed them as good as he could. But I still do not like them. They are thick and rough. Not to mention EXPENSIVE as hell. I paid 195 for 3 full sets!!!!! I do not recommend. I wouldnt of minded how much I paid if I actually loved my nails. BIG DISSAPPOINtMENT 😐1st pic is what I wanted.2nd is what I got.

Said they had services they didnt offer and I am disabled so it was a big waste of my time and took a lot out of me just to go in there...that is why I called anf asked spcefic questions before going in...but they are just as bad as any other nail place...get you to come in so they can talk you into another service...and it is jam packed think like herding cattle with service stations and too many for covid concerns and they MAKE you sign into their system and immediately it sent me a text message and I agreed to nothing...and now the more I think about it, the more it makes me mad how I was treated and the pure lack of respect they have for their patrons...I ended up walking out after realizing they didnt actually have the services they said or advertised they had in Google...very disappointed.

Highly recommended for pedicures might be a wait but worth it they really do try to seat u fast. Nails are fire too. They use to do complementary drinks but since the covid 19 theyve stopped. Idk if they will start that back up. 🤷

So today, I checked into the Galaxy Nail Bar in Florissant . I’m from Illinois and I do not allow just anyone to touch my nails. I showed Nikki, my amazing nail tech, my nail inspiration and she did NOT disappoint! They don’t rush, they’re gentle, and their work is awesome. I do, however, recommend bringing extra money if you want something wild. There is an extra charge to shape and cut down nails. I got my nails and toes done with a deluxe pedicure any paid $112 total. I completely recommend this to anyone!

Its the customer service me 😊. They are always very nice and accommodating. Making sure Im comfortable and always asking me if everything is going okay with my service and I love that. Not to mention I showed Kim a picture of what I wanted and she executed it flawlessly. Also, Calvin slayed my pedicure while making great conversation to enhance my experience and Im just satisfied all around with my nails and feet. Cant wait until my next visit!

I went here to get my nails done for prom and instead of getting the nails I asked for I got something quick done that didn’t match what I wanted. I ask for white flowers in my nails and the guy just stuck 2 huge awkwardly placed pre-made flowers that look nothing like what I wanted. On top of that the guy was rushing and didn’t even do my nails properly and manhandled my hands. I didn’t even have them a full week before they started lifting and they broke both my pinky nails. They were not worth $95 I will never be going back again.

My first visit there I wasn’t too impressed about the service and was a little iffy about my nails. But after I left I thought that I would give them another try. The next day my topcoat started peeling on my dip nail set. I called them, told him about my situation and asked if I could come back and get them redone. They were very accommodating put me in the seat and mediately and redid my nails even changed the design on two of my fingers. Needless to say my nails look marvelous. I would definitely go back!

This was my 1st time going here and it can be overwhelming when u walk in you check in with your phone # and wait. But the own husband and wife were telling anyone standing to go to the 1st open seat not asking the ppl who had already checked in and were waiting they are very unorganized or maybe because it was a Saturday Im not sure but I did appreciate the fact I got in and out downsides is the techs rush and I did not like that I just fixed my nails myself.

This place was so packed with clients. But they get you in and get you out. They know how to move fast with their work.

I like coming here because the wait is never long BUT they move so fast that often my acrylic separates from my natural nails or nail is too thin, so it chips. You can never get the same person and they don’t do reservations. Unless you want to wait around to the person you like is available, you never know who will do your nails.I’m torn because I like the designs but dissatisfied with having to come back for repair not even two weeks in.Pedicure was great. I like the different spa options. May give them one last try.

I walked in, checked in, and got seated right away! Ann #8 was so good! She did an amazing job on my nails very neat and gentle. I got a full set and she waxed my eyebrows. I never let anyone do my brows except the ladies at a spot I’ve been going to for 10+ years. I went out on a limb and said ok to her doing my eyebrows and she did them better than the place I usually go to. So if you go ask for Ann or #8!!

I came in for a color change on my toes. The lady told me I had to get pedicure because 1 toe was uneven. I was then charged for a basic pedicure of $25 and then $15 to take off. My total was $40 when I only came in here for a $12 dollar color change.While she was doing my pedicure, she cut my pinky toe and it was bleeding. She then proceeds to put chemical on my pinky toe, like what?! So my pinky toe is somewhat infected now due to the chemicals on an open wound.I woke up this morning and 2 of my toes polish were off. I went to get it fixed and been waiting 30 minutes to get it fixed. I just left because I was told it would be a 2 hour wait to fix my 2 toes.My toes didnt even last 24 hours. I am never coming back here again.

I could write paragraphs about the experiences I’ve had. Some good, mostly bad. The last straw was the owner rushing thru my nails and attempting to over charge me for an angled French. Also, let me add not to call and see if there is a wait...he will look around at the packed salon and flat out tell you “no come on in”.

I went for a dip and I waited for nearly 30 minutes. I was hoping that waiting all this time would allow my nails to be at least decent but the shaping was terrible, the way the acrylic was layed was bad, and my dip powder nails are very thick. There was also a rush on Saturday and there was a woman who just walked in and layed her child down and started getting her nails done. You don’t know what you’re getting at this nail shop. Now I need my nails done again🤦🏽‍♀️

I love coming here this will be my sixth time here they are very friendly and patience with you. The place is very clean and nice I recommend anyone to come here. Today was a girls day and I brought a couple of my friends here for the first time and they loved it and will be changing nail places thanks for the wonderful work guys. Please have number 5 do your nails I love her work and I’m always satisfied there are also others that does very good work

First off I would like to state that the best time to do anything that involves nails is in the morning where there isnt 1 million people waiting to be served. I enjoyed my morning experience i was in and out all done with my service within 1 hour. I had selected the fantasy pedicure which had included a mud scrub, hot jel for the feet, deep scrub for removing dead skin off you legs and feet, along with the massage and to finish it off the included painting of your nails is wonderful.... Extra if you get the jel polishing. The experience was amazing. The atmosphere could be more colorful but that could be because of the cloudy day and in the morning. The workers all seem fast friendly and efficient. Would I come back to this place.....yes. but when you come in do be mindful that the only reason this place didnt get 5 stars is because of the prices. A little pricey but I would say it was worth it.

Was not happy with the servicer Ive been going there for quite a while now it seems like every time I go I get number 20 hes a very nice young man but my nails come off the next day and it happens every time I come to number 20 I feel they should give a free service

The nails were crusty. She didn’t take time to cut my cuticles, it was rushed. I would just recommend pedicures but as far as manicures, don’t go. It’s overpriced and unprofessional.

I have never been to a nail salon where they did such an amazing job on my nails, pedicure, and eyebrow wax! I had lost faith since my eyebrows are usually butchered by other places or you have little hairs left over that shouldnt be there. Anyways, I usually end up plucking my eyebrows when I get home but not this time. I was going to just do them at home but after reading all of the good reviews I decided to give them a try. I am thoroughly happy and they have my permanent business. The lady in chair 15 was really sweet and sent a lot of time making sure every single nail was perfect.

There are so many nail bar in north country but this one have more then one very good nail technical just wish they would get their own building/parking lot

I come here very often, regularly. Linda, an owner, normally does my nails but she was not there this time & due to a vacation I could not come back later. I let someone else do my nails, when the time came to pay I was charged $20 more than usual. Linda’s husband, an owner, normally does my nails if she isn’t there, but he wasn’t there when my services started. However he was there when I had questions about the cost. He did nothing but come over and take a picture of my nails & ignored me when I kept asking why was it $20 more than when Linda does them. Even while looking at the price list in the brochure, I didn’t understand why it was more than usual when I hadn’t gotten anything special done. All Louis said to me was that he’d give me a discount next time I came to get my nails done ..but did nothing about the overcharge THIS time. If it wasn’t for Linda being amazing & her great customer service, I wouldn’t go back or recommend.

The lady who did my nails was on the phone the entire time and did a very poor job. My nails look like big bubbles. I had acrylic added to my toe nails and one popped off less than 2 days later. When I returned to have it fixed there were 2 other customers with similar complaints. I spent over 100 on the worst set of nails and feet ever. Will not go back.
