The place is nice and big. They have multiple workers still had to wait awhile. But.....The workers I dealt with were not professional and very rude even over the phone.

One of the ladies that wax eyebrows did a terrible job she waxed through my right eyebrow I dont even uderstand HOW. Then had the audacity to say its just hair itll grow back. I was in total shock once she handed me the mirror. She didnt even try to make the situation right as bad as it already was. Great customer service seems as it is becoming obsolete.Highly dissatisfied and will not recommend anyone.

1st time visiting this establishment, they were under staff and it was so inconvenient for 1st time customers as Myself to not experience the luxury of services paid for.. I went in for a pedicure, lashes and tint.. the lady did my lashes and my tint while I was getting my feet done in the chair...long story short my lashes were uneven so as the tint it was a terrible experience I had to walk around looking crazytil it wore off. dontlike to make a scene.. I just left after the ladywas accusing my eyebrow hair is y my tint was not even on my eyebrows.. clearly she rushed and it!.

The regular manicure I received from the first technician was poorly completed including a horrible polishing job (seen below, including glitter on my cuticles and polish under my finger nails). Luckily Mandy was able to remove the polish and start over with a wonderful finished product. Thank you Mandy!

My first time here was great, but then the past few times have gouged my natural nail to the point I cant wear acrylics until they grow out. Then my technician today still filed my nail down paper thin and extremely short even though I told him I dont want any filing done at all. He left polish on my skin because he rushed through his work and was extremely rude. Todays manicure (as pictured) will be the last one I ever get here.If you do choose to still give this place a try, make sure you ask for Tony. He is a very meticulous tech and left my nails looking beautiful without ruining my natural nail.

Heather did an AMAZING job with microshading my eyebrows!! I didn’t have any pain during the job! She is very informative and truly wants to you be happy! I am in LOVE!!!

Update:I came back today and Alex hooked me up! After visiting different shops (galaxy nail bar, Nikki nails and a few others ) in the area I quickly learned that Alex is solely about quality and building relationships with the customers . Alex remembered exactly who I was and we were able to talk things through about the reason why i call myself leaving which was a bad mistake. I got a full set today and I love my nails. Alex is who I would recommend and definitely make sure you make an appointment in advance. I’m so glad I went back ! Alex knows it all when it comes to nails and I already can’t wait til start getting chrome again.

Nails always look great and this pedicure is beyond magical.

Heather just applied permanent eyeliner to my eyes. They look amazing. I have been wanting to get this done for a long time but was afraid the pain might be great. I did not experience any pain at all. I have more pain when I apply eyeliner to my eyes I have been going to Heather for my nails for many years. Always does a fantastic job. Im so glad that I did it. No more poking my self in the eye. Thanks Heather!

The nail tech I go to is very nice and thorough! His name is Stephen I believe and everytime I go there, I leave with my nails looking fabulous.

I come every 2 weeks. I loved it until one of the nail techs cut my nails off without my consent then charged me to fix what she did wrong!

I got a fill in and it was 40 dollars for simple gel paint. Nails aren’t long. The paint started chipping in 3 days. Tracy did my nails and she kept looking around (distracted) while painting. The nails are lumpy and uneven. A little too cocky, should just focus. The time before Alex did my nails. It was 45 for a new set. If a fill in is 40 why is a new set 45? Alex was really rude and hostile to every customer. Tracy didn’t even tell me the price until after she charged my card. Very weird. Seems like she’s running a scam. I just wouldn’t recommend.

They only have 2 nail techs who can understand what you need! Manager is very nice but not worth the frustration. This is supposed to be a relaxing event for people. Youre supposed to be able to sit back & be pampered, not have to coach a technician on how to properly apply dip nail polish!

They must have inexperienced eyelash techs, I had individual eyelashes done on Friday, woke up Saturday morning they were half off of both eyes, went back they did them over at no charge, went to bed Saturday night woke up in the middle of the night, well Im back where I started lashes off again, Im not waisting my time going back again, I have never had a problem with my lashes. What a waste of money and a horrible experience.

Alex always takes care of my nails. The spa is beautiful, the staff is always friendly, they have the best nail color selection in north county and they do all the up to date treatments. Love this place! I always book my appointments with Alex!

Im very particular and I do report nail salons that are just nasty, but they are clean, funny, professional, clean, and quick. Cleanliness is very important! NOT friendly because they don’t speak with you but spend time speaking amongst themselves .... On Saturday, August 18, 2018 I went here for the first time because I saw they opened at 8:30am. Had to be at work at 10:00 so I took a chance. Upon walking in there was only two people getting pedicures and I asked for a FILL and PEDI. The lady took me back to do my nails first because she said she had a 9am appointment. Halfway through my nails at 8:57 her client was waiting so she stopped doing my nails and put me in the chair for the pedicure. WHAT THE HECK?!? The lady started my pedicure and needless to say it was the quickest one I have EVER had, and you pay extra for everything, including Calais scrub. Which comes with the pedicure where I usually go... after the quick pedicure a guy comes over and says you doing nails, what color then I realize he was going to do my nails when the lady doing my feet handed him my nail polish. The only good thing out this place is I made it to work at 10. am. Will never go back. They are NOT friendly....

2010 Nails and spa has the nicest staff. It is very clean..they take the best care of me everytime I come for service. I have gotten microblading, eye lash extensions, semi makeup, facial, almost everything on the menu. Truly exceptional experiences. I have referred many people and everyone loves it as well. Please go you will not be disappointed.

Todays experience was not good. Wanted nails cut square vs pointy. She instead removed my tips and accused me of saying differently. Not happy with length or reside left on after pedicure. Been a loyal customer for years but felt my loyalty is becoming taken for granted.

Ive been getting my nails done here for years. Alex and Heather are great! I drive 30 minutes twice a month to see them. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

I have had a good treatment at this location. I think once you find a person that does a good job, you should stick with her or him. I found that Angel does excellent work.

My first visit here was great. The young lady that did my dip manicure did an amazing job. She made my nails thin and they didnt look thick and super fake. They were well shaped as well. I was super excited about going back. I went back for my 2nd visit yesterday. No wait this time. An older lady took me back. Something told me to ask for the young lady that did my nails before but I figured what the heck. She can take me now and I wouldnt have to wait. She begins to remove my old polish. Halfway through a lady walks in and asks for a wax. There was a guy who was sitting there reading in one of the pedicure chairs. I assumed he would take her. Nooooo. The lady who was working on me got up and did her wax. I just sat there. It wasnt like she had an appointment she was a walk in! When she finished with her, she came back to me. She started splashing the 1st base coat so much so it got on my wrist. Then she started the dip. Didnt shape my nails or anything. She did an awful job. I have the acrylic all over my cuticles, on the sides of my fingers and under my nails on my fingertips. Ive been picking it off. I was so disappointed because I had a great experience the first time. I dont know if she couldnt see or what. The only thing she got right was my pinkies. Im really torn about going back. The first service was good but the 2nd was just a mess. But with so many salons around, Ill try somewhere else. I thought I had found my forever nail salon.

This is the best nail salon I have ever been to. Everyone is friendly and professional. My tech is Alex!! Hes awesome. It was my first appt and will not be my last. To top it off when I was leaving he said my name and told me see you next time. Omg. Appointments are accepted also.

I have been going here years, mainly to get my eye brows done but for years. Over the years, sometimes i would be greeted with great customer service. Other days, not so much. I dismissed it because i really liked the lady who does my eye brows. Today, i came to get a mani/ pedi with my daughter. The customer service was horrible. Kim, the owner, did not acknowledge us. She did not share any information about the wait time. People kept being seated before us. Supposedly, they all had appointments. Meanwhile, other techs were walking around on their phone showing off pictures and not doing anything. I tried to remain patient and offer understanding but their actions said they did not care if I spent my money there or not. I became very uncomfortable about staying there so I chose not to stay or ever return. I know my transaction will not make a difference to their establishment but I work hard for my money and should be made to feel comfortable and wanted where ever i should choose to spend it.Very disappointed!!!

Came searching for a great pedicure and manicure, received it with great service.

Didnt get what I asked for, wrong color and dipped was bumpy. Was leaving for Jamaica found was charged 80 instead of 55.

I love the fact you can make appt. They get you in and out. But I might have to switch tech. Ms Vickie is getting sloppy.

I got a serious case of conjunctivitis from this place !!! Better known as pink eye. They do not wash their hands or wear a mask when applying lash extensions to your eyes ! They also use a cheap glue which can also cause an allergic reaction ! When I asked for the owner, they acted like they didnt know English ! If you want to keep your vision, I would not go to this place !

Worst experience at a nail shop spoke with the front desk rep about what I wanted. Signed in like they claim they want us to. Sat for 40 mins waiting to get my eyebrows and feet done. Verses them reading off the sign they had people raising their hand as to whom was next. Four people that walked in after me all got serviced I never was serviced walked out...my aunt had a bad experience there previously as well. They didnt put the filling on her nail right she thought the man was going to fix it the man got to the part were it was time for him to apply the polish she let him know before hand she did not like it he cut her nails off told her to get out the shop she literally had to go to another shop to have them taking off....Im spreading the word everytime someone talk about getting their nails done not to go to this shop

#SHUTDOWN2010I WENT IN FOR A FILL IN AND THIS HAPPENEDThe owner Kim’s husband did my nails so terrible that when I went to put my shoes the polish came off and one broke. I originally went in for a fill in but he did the acrylic so lumpy at the bottom of the nail I asked him to re file it to smooth it out. He filed the whole nail acting like he didn’t understand English all of a sudden. That’s not me being racist he literally told me he couldn’t understand. But he had just had a full conversation me trying to upsel me on gel nails.However this is what caused the nails to break easily. I am not a nail tech so of course i couldn’t tell him how to smooth out acrylic properly since he seemed he didn’t know how without ruining the nail. I approached Kim and I told her what happened thinking that since she was the owner she would redo them.But little did I know that tech was her husband. She was very rude saying that it was my fault for not getting gel nails and that regular polish drys for an hour. Her husband told me to dry for 10 minutes. She didn’t want to fix the nail. So she said she would cut them for me and give me my money back. That was fine with me seeing how he had filed them so thin that they were now useless to me anyway. But then she started to cut my real nails along with the fake nails and that was bad business. I had to get loud with her just so she could act halfway decent. She was very rude and disrespectful about the whole situation. I have photos of my nails before and after and a video of Kim in the act.A woman got so upset she cussed at Kim and told her daughter to put her color back and decided to leave because she also doesn’t want to do business with shady people like Kim for the way she handled my situation. Another girl started to make comments to Kim about my nails too. Basically saying what I said..that she could cut the acrylic but not my real nail or it would be a problem. My mom used to go there but she said Kim has altercations with a lot of customers and her staff. She is often upset that clients ask only for the Nail Tech, Heather because heather is business like and does decent work.I know a lot of people who have had similar situations where their work is sloppy and they don’t take responsibility for anything. Kim acts As if every customer is out to get free service and that’s just not the case. We are not satisfied with the work at 2010 and she has a lot of excuses for the salons shortcomings. Their nail polish is old and lumpy, they don’t lay acrylic well, their shaping skills are trash, the designs are mediocre. Their pedicures are pretty good until they try to use that illegal scraper that was banned for health reasons. And the list goes on. I’ve had gOod experiences at AJ nails in Town and Country with Jessica and Lynn in K Nails in Maryland Heights. Where you can get a tech who will also have personality and take pride in the work. If you decide to spend your money here that is up to you. But try this. Don’t get the highest pedicure, don’t get gel nails, don’t get dip, be assertive with the quality of your nails, and see how differently your experience is. I promise you will never be fully satisfied here.

My daughter and I went here to get our feet done. The first problem that I had with them is that when she was getting the dead skin off my feet she started to look around to talk to one of the other workers and she cut the tip of my pinky toe off. I told her to just stop and put the polish on my feet. Not once did she apologize to me. I told them I was not paying for my feet due to her doing a very bad job and cutting the tip of my pinky toe off. Two days later my daughter and I feet was completely infected and I do mean infected as in green with puss coming out. My daughter and I went up to the owner of the shop and spoke with her she admitted that the tools they use do not get cleaned after being used. They use the same ones all day then at the end of thr shift they open up new ones. She offered to pay for our medical bill for us to get our feet treated and also gave us a gift card. Regardless of the gift card and the offer to pay for our medical bills I will never go back to 2010 nails and spa. I wont even refer anyone to go there. The service is extremely bad.

They told me one price for my 6yr old then when he was done changed it. Charged adult price for ped & mani and he didn’t understand anything had someone else translate

2010 nail and spa has no appreciation for customers and do a poor job. With each visit every experience worsens. Last time I had a full set mani done with acrylic. The tech rushed through the job only giving a thin layer of acrylic. Also they over charge for a rookies job. A few days later one of my nails broke off because they were so thin. Ive been getting my nails done for 16 years and have never had this happend or felt so unappreciated as a paying customer.

Does fantastic eyelashes, but always messes up my eyebrows. Whenever I ask for them to just clean them up, they end up taking more off and my eyebrows end up way too thin!

DO NOT BUT A GIFTCARD FROM 2010 NAILS!!! My sister purchased a $40 giftcard here on Dec 23, 2014 (and has a bank statement to prove it). I wanted a mani-pedi for my summer vacation, but their was no expiration date anywhere, so I used it on June 10 of this year. AFTER my mani-pedi, when I went to pay, they said the card had a $0 balance, but go ahead and pay and call the manager, Heather, the next day and she would refund my $40 after verifying the card history. Today is July 13, and Heather has strung me along, finally saying on 7/9 that she cant find any proof, but she would buy me another $40 giftcard. I responded that I didnt want that, just my $$ back. My sister even took her the bank statement showing the purchase. 7/24/15 UPDATE: The manager finally called me and is refunding the $40, she said shes paying it out of pocket...which is nice but her owner is now ahead $40. Whoever the mysterious owner is doesnt appear to know how to treat either their customers or employees. This nail salon is okay enough to go to, but still dont buy a giftcard!!!
