I will rate more when I get nail design. The place was clean and quiet. Very relaxing. The technicians were very friendly. Did a decent job on my nails, however, Im biased to nail designs so Ill withhold judgement on the nails until I get what I REALLY want. Great establishment overall.

Definitely not the cleanest nail shop that Ive ever been in. Ben does wonderful on nails but if you want more than a basic polish, you are out of luck. Theres minimal staff (they are all nice) so if you go at the wrong time you will wait. The upside is the punch cards they give you as incentive to come back. When you complete your card, you get money off of your visit.

I just left out like not even 10 minutes ago. The tech filed my real toes nails down past my skin. My nails are way shorter than what I wanted. He made one nail slanted so he had to file them all to make them look uniform but the end result was pitiful

My pedi was fine. My nails however are terrible. I asked for almond and got round and wide. I feel the nails they used were to big for my fingernails. Was my first time there. I will not be going back unless I just need a pedi.

They are all friendly and cant do enough to help you, they have a gorgeous new range of colours that are all available in shellac! Much quicker and last loads longer. Ive never been unhappy with my nails.

Over priced, 50 for a poor fill, 14 for design and the women was very rude and did not listen when i told her she used the wrong tip which made all my nails straight and one curved tip! TACKY

Nice people, clean place. They do really good eyebrows and I love getting my toes painted with regular polish and sometimes a design however the gel polish that they use is not good to me. Every time I have gotten gel polish on my real nails, within a few days my real nails are chipped. I cant see myself continuing to pay for gel, when I can just do regular polish. The same with the dip, my nails chip within a few days with the dip.

This place is great! Ive been here a few time. People are friendly..they get you out as fast as possible. Cant say that I have ever walked out dissatisfied. The men can do nails well here as well. Big plus!

I came here to get my eyebrows done about a week ago and I was impressed. The place is clean, employees are nice. I came back to get a pedicure and was even more impressed! She did a great job and the chairs feel great on your back. All nail spas are not created equal so others need to follow their lead.

Do not get the lash extensions. They use hair glue along with regular lashes but charge extension prices. I have no real lashes since they touched my lashes. They basically charge extension prices but give you regular individual lashes WITH HAIR GLUE.I am extremely upset for the value and quality for the price I paid.

Seriously love this place. Every time i go in they remember exactly who I am and what I want done! Everyone here is so sweet and fun and easy to talk too! I am never disappointed when I come here. Happy New year 2018!

Had a great regular old fashioned manicure. Ask for Tam. She paid so much attention to detail. Going over the edges of each nail with color and top coat. I know this will last. I will be back for a pedicure soon. Clean salon.

I just moved to this area and went in today for a mani/pedi. It was a great experience! Very friendly staff and great work. They have tons of different gel, standard and dip colors to choose from and they are AFFORDABLE. Definitely coming back here!!

My granddaughter and I had a very good pedicure today at this friendly and clean spa. The techs were very good and accommodating. Tony did my pedi and I would certainly recommend him.

I just went here for the first time to accompany my friend to get her pedicure and loved it very clean and Welcoming, they let me sit next to my friend and even turned on the massager on chair not like other places they will start looking at you and talking their language, I do recommend 100%

Went in for an eyebrow wax. Tech asked how she did on the first eyebrow, I didnt like it. My eyebrows were completely full before going in, thus no reason why my eyebrows would not have any arch to it once it was waxed. Wanting to get it over with I told her to proceed to the next brow only for her to become aggressive, pushing my head around and. I told her to stop, not even letting her finish the job due to being so rude and rough. She then threw the tweezers and other items down and walked out. Not to mention she got wax in my eyelashes as well. I will never recommend this place to nor spend my money here ever again. I did not become rude with these people and paid my money even though their service and attitude was beyond subpar. Good luck if you go after reading this review. Youll need it!

If you come here only deal with Tony and/or his wife Kim. I went to get a pedicure with my sisters today and it was horrible! I specifically told the lady (I didnt even know her name) NOT to cut my toenails as I just had them cut 2.5 weeks ago. She cut them anyways and stabbed me with the tweezers! The polish job was sloppy and Tony had to repaint my left foot. I just went there 4 days prior and got my nails done. Love them and get complimented regularly on them. The other lady Tam cut my sisters foot with the buffer and it was bleeding. Rushed work, lack of attention for details, and no respect for the customers. If it wasnt for Tony & Kim, I wouldnt even deal with this place.

They were great with kids and have lots of color choices. They dip 3 times without having to ask which is amazing!!

Nice workers, they do great eye brows but not great gel nails. Ive went there a couple of times. The first time I got acrylic nails and they were way too thick, after I removed the acrylic I later found out my actual nails had damage to them. I decided to come again recently and this time I go my actual nails done. The same gel nails but this time they didnt even last me three days without peeling off. Its devastating considering how much money I spent just for them to peel off. I will say they are very friendly and do amazing brows but as for there nails I wouldnt recommend it

This place is okay I guess. Ive been to better places. The guy who was doing my nails cut my pinkie and every time they would touch it, it would burn really bad. But overall Im very pleased with my nails.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! so welcoming, very nice people. I have been all over the Florissant/ Hazelwood area and this has been the best place around!! There Gel polish stays on at least 3 weeks, no chips. Tony gives the best pedi.. he takes his time, and gives the best massage. Try this place out!!!

Worst experience ever....got my nails done on Saturday. The next day one of my nails came off. Went back to get repaired, they refuse to fix it. Very rude customer service. Never will be back.

I have never in my life been more humiliated by anyone than what had just happened just now!! Please everyone listen to me whatever you do do not go to Apple Nails on Howdershell by Shop N Save!! Yesterday I went in there to get a full set of their gel nails with my little girl to have some mother daughter time!! My mom swears up and down that that place is amazing but I have had nothing but bad experiences from them! For one they dont listen to you when you are telling them something and for two they go to fast!! Also yesterday I realized they were trying to charge me more for what I had always gotten I guess just to see if they could get away with it!! I called them out on it and they tried making excuses to why it was more this time!! As he was putting the tips on and determining the length I at first said the length of my pinkie was ok but when he was cutting my other fingers I told him that was too short but instead of listening to me he was arguing with me saying it will be ok!! I didnt want to fight with him anymore so I just said whatever just go on!! I just wanted to get out of there!! I knew right then it was a mistake to have gone back there!! So fast forward to today!!! I went back there to ask for my money back because they were crooked, bubbly and way way too short instead of just giving me my money back she kept saying she would just file them I said thats just going to make them even shorter!! She argued with me saying if I wanted my money back she wanted her product back!! She took my hand and started clipping my nails off!! I pulled my hand away and said this wasnt ok and if she continued without giving me my money back I was calling the cops!! By that time she had already clipped two of my nails off so to get her to give me my money back I just let her clip the rest!! There were people in there shaking their heads saying that wasnt ok!! I was so upset I was shaking!! I have never been treated with such disrespect in my entire life!! Now not only am I going to have to pay to get them redone I have to pay to get them taken off first!! What a waist of time!!! 😤😤😤😤😤

I got a gel mani and pedi and was told it would be $49.00 then when leaving they said I owed $67.00. Wondering why I wasn’t told that in the first place or I wouldn’t have gotten the service... pretty disappointed.
