I was so excited to come back here considering how beautiful my nails were the first time I came in and to my disappointment the nail tech prior wasn’t there a mature older lady did my nails very mediocre & very lumpy polish was horrible & it chipped (gel polish). I explain my discomfort with the owner she assured me my nails would be fixed by my prior nail tech. I paid tipped & left .. to come in today & a different nail tech fixed my nails but only would polish over the prior polish on my toes :( disappointed

They take their time with you and do the best they can to make sure your satisfied. They even offer you one complimentary alcoholic beverage. And due to the pandemic, yes they have plexiglas shields at every station and they require you to wear your mask.

Waste of money. Powder dip chipped the first time and went back to get it fixed and they were mad at me for wanting to have them redone after they messed up so I suggested they give me my money back and I go somewhere else, of course they redid them and they chipped and broke off again I’m so done with them.

I went into the salon at about a hour before closing to get my daughter’s nails polished. She just wanted French tips on her nails, the lady recommended gel polish because it’ll last longer. No prob, then she told me it’ll be $25. I asked are you sure, she’s only 10 and regular full set cost that amount. Since, my daughter really wanted her nails done I went along with it. It was time to pay and she asked if I was paying cash or card, I said card. She asked if I had any cash, I said maybe not enough to cover, I checked and had the exact amount. Once I paid the lady she then reached under the table to past the tech money. In that instance the situation looked even more suspicious. I called the next day to speak with a manager or owner, the lady stated she wasn’t there. I asked when will she be in the shop, the lady then asked me what I needed. I told her I’ll speak to the manager about my concern, then the lady said tell her she’s the manager. I said you just told me she wasn’t there and told her don’t worry about my call. My review is only giving two stars because her nails were cute, however I feel like I was scammed and will not return nor recommend this shop.

Deserves no stars. I went last night for a dip polish with pedicure. The lady rushed on my pedicure. Did not look like I even got a pedicure. They did my dip but put the gel same polish on top of my dip which came off this morning. I would not be back after they fix my nails.Im glad I was not leaving for out of town today :(

I was a regular customer here, I dont get much done to my nails and feet. Just a fill an a pedi. They normally do a good job a few times my gel peeled within days but I figured I tell them and they fix it. I went Tuesday at 6:22pm they closed at 7. When I walked in I got a mean mug and they looked the clock. I asked you they were opened because they just stayed sitting. Strike 1. As Im getting my feet done I had to tell the lady 6 times to not touch a particular toe because it was a bit sore from a procedure I had months ago. Strike 2. Long story short the lady who did my nails rushed through them and I told her I wanted to get matte this time. Their matte is not matte they charge extra for nothing. She even said you come here all the time thats matte. So you know Im a regular and you still rush on my nails, which by the way havePeeled off and today is Monday so less than a week ago. Never going back again.

Nails chipped day after I got them done. I do my own toes and the paint never chips. I mean never ever and I dont even use the stuff they use to finish the job. This is my second time going and my toe polish has chipped both times. She left some of the old polish I had on in the corner and I didnt see until I left. She shaved my nail done and left the shaving there and tried to paint over it until I said something. Thats just raggedy. It was rushed and money was wasted.

My first visit and although they were remodelling, I enjoyed the experience and atmosphere. Music played and was very relaxing. Had Gel nails on a mani-pedi no tips, Big toe & ring fingers designs. The staff was friendly and worked quickly. Upon arrival they had about 5 or six people ahead of me, but i was waited on quickly within 6 mins. To me Price was high but hey, Im pampering me. :-)

Theyve remodeled, have a full bar now. its super cute. van and kim are the best :)

A long time ago I used to go there all the time but recently Ive been supporting black owned business so I found one and love it! Unfortunately I was unable to schedule an appointment with my normal nail tech so I decided to schedule one at my old nail salon ATN. From the moment I called to the moment she asked me what color I told her that I wanted the full set that is $22. A man started to service me and asked me if this length was okay, I said sure and I proceeded to get my nails done. when I pointed out a flaw that was made (my nail was crooked) the nail tech told me that thats how my nail is made, and the woman interrupted and said my nails would be $25. When in fact my nails grow straight out and I never have a problem with my nail tech that Ive been with for the last few years, and I called and told you face to face what I wanted (full set, $22). From then the woman that I had been talking to decided to finish my nails and I am not satisfied with the complete look. I can see they try customer service, but its just not there. She really tried to upcharge me. No maam no ham no turkey! If foreign nail shops cant communicate correctly then theyre going to slowly lose business which they should anyway. Support black-owned businesses!!!!!

My favorite Nail Shop and Kim does a wonderful job, will never go anywhere else.

Got my nails done here once because my normal shop was busy, got gel on my regular nail both times, the first time i asked them to soak off my old acyrlic nail as to not break my real nail underneath, instead he took another fake nail and shoved it under all the fake nails and scrapped them off breaking all my real nails in the process, then got my nails painted with gel, lasted a few days, just got my nails done again with gel polish, lasted a few hours, EVERY nail has peeled off, im a waitress so i understand if maybe one nail, but all of them chipped all off. going back to get refund then not returning

They lie about their prices! Extremely rude. The owner shouldnt be an owner of anything. Im sure sure couldnt even handle the responsibility of owning a dog much less a nail salon. Save your money and go to a place who actually knows what theyre doing. And appreciates their customers. DO NOT EVER EVER EVER GO HERE!!!

I received a poor fill, the worker was rushing and filled over some of the old polish. I told her I did not like the fill and pointed out the error...no apologies. .manager took over said I needed a full set. She had me soak which didnt take long but tried to make me wait while she did another customers fill! When I said something, she apologized to that customer and rushed through my nails. She even charged me to take off the old set after her rep messed up the fill. I declined polish and left.

I love that nail shop. That is my go to place. They gave me pink unicorn nails.

I use to go there all the time but its went down hill I got married in april so I made me and the bridesmaids and my mom grandma and aunt all apts to get are nails and toes done they didnt give any discounts. Then my mom was still getting her nails done so my sister waited with her and everyone left when I went to pay I told them I wanted to pay for me and my mom they definitely charged me for both but when my mom went to leave they made her pay another $25 and said I only paid for her feet to get done which was a lie I paid for both they also tried doing a design for my mom and kept messing it up so we told them just to take it off we didnt like so they did but they still charged her for

Very first time i went there i showed this Asian woman a picture of how i wanted my nails to look and she did them perfectly. i am going again before school starts back up.

This nail shop has horrible customer service. Earlier today I witnessed a nail tech refusing to wash his has after he was in the back sneezing, coughing and balking up cold. He argued with the customer about even questioning him about washing his hands. That was unsanitary, because a female tech had to tell him to wash his hands. So refused services as well by him. A found lady that came in after me had an appt at 11:00. You would think they would have taken me next, but nope she went to the appt lady. I will not spend another dime with them. All over someone politely asking y to wash ur hands. This is how germs, viruses and any fungus can be prevented.Jan 28, 2017 was in there at about 10:30 to 11:00 am

Every time I come, theres not enough staff per customer. Especially on the weekends. Seems like they would be prepared for the weekend rush. Theres at least a 2 hour wait all the time.
