I came in and they got me right in. When they said it would take a couple minutes they meant it. They provided a great service for a great price. Its the best place I have been in a long time. I highly recommend them. I had Angela and my friend had a guy named Tom. They were very sweet!! 10/10

They did not do my nails right. I asked for a French tip set and this is what the man did. How do you mess up a French tip set, this is beyond sloppy and not worth 45 dollars. I didn’t tip because I didn’t like them, after today I’m never coming back. The nails were also uneven I had to go home and file them down myself. I just have a problem with them just hiring anybody. If they can’t do nails like the rest then they just don’t need to be working there doing people nails it’s that simple.

Its very nice clean will use them again the only problem I have with them their voicemail is full all the time they do not clean it out you cannot call leave a message for appointment I have to go around there to be place on the appointment list. They have a problem with answering their phone.

I should have known this nail shop was no good when I didn’t see anyone in there!!! FIRSTThe female staff here are extremely rude! They talk about their clients disrespectfully and like to do the bare minimum but still receive full amount plus a tip even if they don’t perform what you ask of them! My nail design was done so sloppy I got really tired of speaking on what was did wrong!I will never come back and will never recommend anyone to this place!

My daughter and I went in for spa pedicures. Our experience was simply Heavenly. Ava was excellent. My favorite was the hot stones and the massage. The nail salon is simply beautiful and the entire staff very accommodating in every way. They have so many different services at times its hard to select just one. We enjoyed our mother daughter pampered experience at April Nails. We cant wait to return and will recommend.

Terrible, please zoom in on my picture. If you keep up with my post you know I only speak 100% truth! First they do have a lot of workers, my mom and I came in on a Sunday morning 10:15ish AM! We waited 30 mins to be seated I originally wanted a pedicure and a dip powder manicure on my nails. Sat in the pedicure chair this lovely lady was getting ready to do my nails, a conversation was had between her and a man and the man ended up doing my pedicure. The actual pedicure was great. The POLISH WAS THE PROBLEM!!! I coached him through what I wanted and it still was terrible. So I had my mom come take a look, and it was decided to just have the entire gel polish removed and I would go to my favorite spot JIMMYS to have them do it. A few other nail techs saw the disappointment on my face and offered to redo it and I was like no just please take it all of, I’ll just pay for the pedicure. Lol then some random guy walked in the other nail techs talked to him and they showed him and the owner this picture i posted and he was like I’ll fix it and you’ll love it. Long story short I ended up letting him “fix” it. Still came out trash. Went to JIMMYS to get it fixed, and now I’m satisfied

I got the dip nail with extensions. After she went through the whole process it was very splotchy and uneven color. On the sides of my nail you could see my real nail. When she said she was done I asked her about the spots that weren’t even covered and I asked her to do it again. So she did it again and made two of my fingers bleed from touching the drill on it and not being careful. My nails do look better now, after confronting and making her do it again. But my skin does burn from the cuts and chemicals getting in them.

Me and my 15yr old son came in for mommy and son pedicures. The place was nice and clean very beautiful decor. Tom did an amazing job on my pedicure. My son said this is the best one he has ever had. I got a full set by Damon he did a wonderful job on my nails. Friendly service reasonable prices quality work. We will be back...

I needed my nails done badly and went here . There atmosphere was great everyone in the shop greeted me. I love that they gave me hand sanitizer upon arriving took my temp I love that lets me know they care about their customers wellbeing and theirs as well. I then signed a health questionnaire and waiver. I had my nails done by Steve who was very friendly and made sure everything he did was ok with me. He fixed what another lazy nail shop mucked up and conversed with me during the process. My nails were beautiful and I was very satisfied so satisfied that this is now my new nail shop and hopefully I can get Steve everytime. Go here you wont be disappointed.

I will Never come to the shop again the owner is rude and thats what she wants after being shown what the clients asked for. Not only does Kim talk about customers In Vietnamese, wasting time and overcharging! Prejudice and self centered If I could give her less than one star I would go to 2010 nails 1782 N. Lindbergh. They have much better customer service and pricing.

I’ve been going there for a very long time but after today I will not return. Haley was unprofessional, sloppy, and treated me as if I was going to leave without paying and accused me of using someone else’s card. So definitely won’t be back thanks to Haley. Also they don’t take appointments anymore, which is fine, but they will still try to service others before you if they know them. Customer service is terrible.

On 2/18/20, I️ went to April Nails because I’d been having bad experiences with the quality of the work at Galaxy Nailbar. April was new and I was interested in making it my replacement shop.The inside was very nice and spacious. Very modern. I️ went for a polish change on my toes, a fill, and a fix. As he painted my toes green, I️ asked the tech for clear nails but on two of the fingers, I️ wanted 3 stripes - red, black, and green. I️ showed him a picture I️ had googled. It’s one that if you looked up “red, black, and green nails” right now, it will pop up looking like something someone did in their house. It is a pic with a hand holding a bottle of green nail polish bottle with 3 colored stripes on their nails. For those who do not recognize those colors or the significance, those are the colors or the pan-African flag and it’s Black History Month. I️ wanted to celebrate my heritage on my nails and do a call-in-response with those who might see me and know I️ saw them as well.I️ showed him the picture and he just looked at it saying nothing. When we finally sat down, he told me he did not do designs. I must have looked puzzled cause he repeated he could not paint those three stripes overlapping lol. It was the most minimal thing someone could prob ask for paint job wise but he insisted he could not do designs. He then lazily asked a woman something in non-English, she responded, and then he said, “no designs.” The woman did not even walk over to look at the picture. I knew right then I was never coming back but I would not make a thing of it. I just won’t come back. Did this tech at April Nails really sit there and tell me they don’t do designs even though designs is listed as a service on their scrolling advertisement? Yes, yes he did. Before I left, I️ sat and watched the words scroll by. I️ took a video of as the words scrolled and left. I️ decided to go to back to Galaxy Nailbar (which unsurprisingly, I️ ended up regretting) because I️ knew at least they would try to paint three stripes on two nails.I️ paid $44 for the services - toe nail polish change, CLEAR colorless nails, and one nail fix - and a $6 tip.The thumbnail broke when I️ got home. The nails didn’t even look like he done them at all. He did not clean them. He did not reseal them. They looked embarrassingly old, like weeks old even. Here I️ write, a week later, with two more broken acrylic nails and three natural nails much shorter than they were when I️ walked into April Nails a week ago.I️ hope the $50 was worth me never returning as a repeat customer again.

Customer service was good. My toes werent dry not painted good at all once I got the sunlight. I got gel polish on my nails and the thumb is chipped already. Got them done Saturday May 2, 2020. Not happy I gotta go back for them to fix them.

Asked for a Summer Pedi which included a callous treatment. Callous wand was never used on my feet but was still charged full price. Had to argue until the price was changed. Sloppy job. Will NEVER go again. Very poor work ethics

They were nice, but rude kept speaking in their language any I couldnt get a word in to let them know I wanted an upgrade on my spa pedicure. And my full set is awful. Shape horrible already looks like I need a refill. Pedicure looks like my daughter did it. But thats what I get for going in 15 minutes to closing.

Was not please with this visit. Myself and another Lady who was there. She and I both had an appointment. This did not matter. We were put in rotation like everyone else. Do not know why an appointment was given and not honored. Poor Customer Service. Very sad. I been going here since they open.

The salon is beautiful inside and everyone seemed pretty friendly. Within days I had a nail chip, let it go and filed it down a bit, then the next day had another chip and 2 days late then another nail chip . My time is valuable and can’t just run back to a salon to get my nails done. I’ve never had my gel nails chip. This was my first and last time using this salon

Customer Beware! I tried this salon for a simple manicure and pedicure. My standard service for any new salon I visit, if they can do a good mani and pedi then I can try them for the more costly and detailed services. After a short 5 minute wait I was serviced by Hip. He was was pleasant during the introduction, the salon was clean and well maintained. The pedicure area was relaxing, nothing out of the ordinary. I noticed that once Hip started my pedicure he never asked me what shape I wanted or what length I wanted my nails. He gave an awesome foot massage and the pedicure was just ok, nothing spectacular. After my pedi we moved to the nail stations and I was given a intro to cosmetology school mani. Again, him never asked me what I wanted for my nails, he just shaped them the way he wanted which was different than the shape I came in with. His painting was horrible, my polish had lumps and streaks. While I was there a customer complained that her foot was burned by the wax during her pedicure, I made a mental note. Not less than 12 hours after leaving the salon, my nail polish was already chipping. I went back and told who I believe to be the owner that my polish is chipping after a day, and her reply was, it wasnt a gel mani. I told her no it wasnt but no one would pay you and expect for nail polish to not last 24 hours. She sat me down and took my color and simply applied polish on the tips of my nails over the chipped polish. I laughed and knew I had made the wrong choice. While I was drying another customer returned stating that this was her third trip to the salon because her Gel Mani was messed up yet again. In other words, it wasnt just me, they dont give good service or use the right products. They also are not sorry that you wasted your time, money or had a less than acceptable service. Try another salon everyone, try another.

I had a blast here at this Nail Salon. They have great hospitality and excellent service. The atmosphere is so serene and so welcoming. I highly recommend coming to this salon. Their not only excellent in their work but they also go out of their way to make you feel loved, seen, and well taken care of. I will be back for sure!

I had my first visit today, and it was an awesome experience. Van was my technician and he is absolutely the best and very professional. I will be coming back once a month to pamper myself. The salon is beautiful and everyone is extremely nice and they make feel very comfortable. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

This is a gorgeous nail salon, but the customer service is TERRIBLE! I got my nails painted on Tues. 9/2/20 ($45.00 service). My hand had gel polish and my toes regular nail polish. Well my gel polish was chipping on more than one finger by Fri. 9/4/20. I went back to salon at 9am on Sat. 9/5/20 and the nail tech and management decided to argue with me about re-polishing my nails over at no charge. I would understand I I came back one full week later and I was told I would have to pay for a polish change, but in less than one week gel polish should not be peeling away (thats the point of getting gel polish so that it lasts at least 2 weeks or until you next nail appointment). Customer Service is the make or break of business! Sad to say the establishment will no longer have my business!

Owners Danny and Kim are always pleasant and treat you like they appreciate your business. However I had a woman today who had no customer service experience. She asked me to pay b4 she even completed my service and I wasnt even satisfied with her service. Then I had to actually remove the dust from my feet from her and had to request some lotion when she was done. I will only deal with Danny or Kim from now on. Ill just have to get my pedicures and feet services elsewhere

I have been going to Nail me good for over 2yrs. Today I decided to go to April Nails and loved it. Michelle was so sweet and she took her time with all my services. I got a fill, pedi, and eye brow arch. The prices are the same as my old shop but the service was much better. This is my new shop! Oh and they serve wine 😋

I visited April’s nails with my mother and got my nails done on August 18 th and I came back August 24th just to get a fill because my nails polish look horrible.I was trying to give them a second chance.my shape is never 100 percent what I want the first time and the nail polish always seems like it’s being stretched.The man started doing my nails and I nicely ask could he add a little more acrylic to the tip of my nail it looks a little thin he did so....so after the nails shop I went home and got ready for work and on my way to work I noticed my nail had one big crack in it right at the tip of my nail...also I got a pedicure and my pedicure are always good it’s just again the polish seem like it’s being stretched and being tho out to last them longer so when I get my toe painted you can so the first layer & the second layer barley cover the first coat & I asked for Phillip to do my pedicure and they disregard everything I said and gave me a whole different person.After be let down two time I call once I got to work to see if I could get refund because I find it pointless to keep getting my nails done somewhere that I keep having problems at .also I called the shop and told them the problem they offered toFix it but I didn’t want it fixed because their always a problem with my nails ..BUT IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A GOOD NAILS SHOP GO TO VICKYS NAILS ON BLACK JACK I PROMISE ITS WORTH THE DRIVE AND THE DONT OVER PIRCE YOU AND THEY ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT YOU

Liked this place becuase there is never a long wait. However, my nails start lifting and then falling off within a week. This has happened the last two times Ive gone there. Their prices are higher than the other shops around and I never had this problem at the other shops.

Ive tried this shop twice and the guy Van gave me the best Pedicure the first time I went and he also did my nails. I love the way he does my nails and feet. I had another guy do my feet today and he was pretty good. So far good service. I like the way that I could come in a get right in the chair and not wait forever.

Just left from the best pedicure ever! This was my first time here and it’s been a while since I got a pedicure so I went with the summer pedicure. It included hot stones and a scented scrub. It came with a lot more. It was so relaxing I almost fell asleep. Booked my next appointment for 2 weeks! Found a new spot. I recommend you check it out!

I had both a manicure and pedicure yesterday here. It was great. All of the employees were friendly, helpful and did a great job on my nails. The decor was sharp and clean, not too cluttered. There are plenty of chairs and stations. I WILL be going back.

This is an edited review. When this salon 1st opened, I was pleased.I have two things to say about this nail salon.1st, a woman quoted me $15 for a manicure and $20 for french tips over the phone.When I sat down to get my nails done, the lady tried to change the price to $18 for a manicure and $23 for french tips. When I corrected her, she started laughing.2nd, as this same lady started the manicure, my nails started to burn. When I asked her why, she got mad at me. The lady then called over the female owner who said that we should see blood if it is burning. At the time, there was none. So I left to get my nails done at a later time. By the time I sat in the car to leave, my nail started to bleed. I went back in to show the male owner that my nail was indeed bleeding. The only thing he had to say was, You can go somewhere else to get your nails done.What? An apology would have been more appropriate.

Probably the best nail salon I’ve ever been to. Not only is the service great, but also just the salon itself. The setup, the colors, and the chandeliers..the decor is just beautiful and calming at the same time. Perfect place to treat yourself or come in with a group of friends.

The only thing I liked was their service. The lady who did my nails kept trying to push me away from what I wanted, I ignored it. But mostly she was pretty nice.I got my nails done on 4/8 and it’s 4/18 and nails are starting to fall off and they should be lasting longer than 10 days.

Yesterday my was first time at April Nail Bar. ABSOLUTELY awesome! Kim and Danny are great owners in nature. Danny did A GREAT pedi OH MY!!!Decorated very tastefully, best pedi chairs Ive ever sat it!! Kim was very informative about different conditions of nails, they are both easy to talk to. I cant wait to get back! Ive bragged about this place so much my mom and I are going back Sunday for more services!!!!
