Been a regular for almost 4 years and I wont let any other salon touch my nails!

Love the great service I get on my mani/pedi there!

Honestly, the photos speak for themselves. Pick another salon. You wont be sorry. Before giving the online review, I reached out to the company twice to give them an opportunity to either correct or refund the service (their choice--I just didnt want messed up nails for which I had just overpaid). They made it clear that they dont care about clients once theyve been paid. I had been coming here for a long time, but Im now in the market for a salon that provides a good service. It was infuriating to spend $80 and come home with this....

I always have quality work and friendly service. Im willing to wait most times, but recommend setting appointment. They are very busy because they are so good. Highly recommend dip mani. Really pretty and durable!

BB nails is my favorite nail salon! They always give me the shape I want! I do hair and their dip lasts me the longest without any hair pulling, chipping, or lifting! A month or two ago I didn’t have time to travel to get my nails done and I had to go somewhere else!! The other nail salon ruined my shape and was not at all what I had asked for. I had to go to BB nails a few days later to get my nails fixed as best as they could be and my dip lasted me 5 to 6 weeks! It really made me appreciate MY nail salon. I also love that when I get my pedicures, they hand me a menu with all the different options to choose from! I get compliments everywhere I go on my nails when BB nails does them!(Side note: not sure what happened with google, but I was so upset when I left another nail salon that I wrote a bad review. Somehow it ended up on the nail salon that I love reviews even though I had gone to the bad nail salons google maps page. I was baffled and embarrassed! I am so sorry!!)

Had a spur of the moment notion to get a pedicure. Walked right in and was immediately seated. I received the Hawaiian Pedicure and it was pretty great! Would definitely recommend.

LOVE THIS PLACE!!! I will definitely come back! Everything is so clean, so beautiful, and they really show they care. Ty was wonderful, && very conversational. They’re so sweet & extremely knowledgeable. Ty explained the ingredients that they were using, as well as other healthy tips for my nails. I had a wonderful time! And then I did a dip powder with a tip for my nails and pedicure gel . I love it! Great job guys! Highly recommend ❤️

New to the area was looking for a great local nail salon. Anna did an amazing job, was very friendly, and did a high quality acrylic set in almond shape for me! Will go back!

My favorite place to get my nails done in Indy. They have a great selection of colours and the staff can do any design or style your heart desires...I love funky designs and they are always on point!

Bb nails is the best! They have an amazing selection of colors. I love the SNS, they feel natural and don’t damage my real nails. I definitely recommend this salon, I have been a loyal client for 3 years.

I came in from out of town and wanted a mani/pedi and just happened to find this place. By far the absolute best gel mani I’ve ever had! Salon was very clean and everyone was very nice! Great experience, highly recommend!!

No complaints really just maybe some advice. I dont get my nails done really at all. I have in the past Im just not a regular. I have never gotten my nails dipped. I was asked to go wash my hands after she had been working on my nails. She put the color on and everything. Super nice lady. I went to the restroom and came back she was no where to be found. So, being I have no idea what Im doing I thought I was done. Nope 😂. My advice it to explain the process for people who may not get their nails done on a regular basis or stay in your chair and wave me down to show I need to come sit back down. Other than that no complaints!

I was referred by a friend to this nail salon and she was right, it is a great place! Kim did my dip powder nails. She did a great job (not too thick, shaped perfectly) and they look amazing! Not only did she do great work on my nails, we had hilarious conversation that had me laughing the whole time. Will definitely be back to see her. Make an appointment as they are busy, but it is worth it!

Best nail place! So many colors!

Impressed with their quality. Tried them for the first time after going to Lilly Nails for several years. Switched over after my normal tech went on maternity leave and havent had nails lasted. Very busy, but still got to me decently fast. Powders lasted 3 plus weeks. Will be going back!

The first time i went, i loved it and had a great experience. I went yesterday and it was terrible. I’m not sure if the woman was new or not but she performed like she was new. She pulled my cuticles on my toes so hard three times that they started bleeding and my toes still hurt today. I wanted a nice and relaxing time before i get induced on Sunday and i wasn’t able to enjoy my time because i was bleeding. She never once apologized. She put some medicine or whatever on them that burned and continued on. I will not be returning and I’m sure others can find another place to go for services.

This is, by far, the best nail salon around. Kim is my favorite but they’re all so talented. Get a dip manicure and you’ll be in love!!

Gel polish chipped within 2 days. It looked pretty but there is obviously some technique which has not been mastered by technician to produce a quality job. They were nice enough to fix the nails which chipped less than 1 week, but good quality customer service would have reinforced all nails. The very next day, another nail chipped! It was as though this was a regular polish and not gel. This has never been experienced at any other nail shop. Gel last minimum 2 weeks and sometimes longer. Pretty though.

While out of town with friends I had my nails powder dipped. When I needed to have them filled I had to find a salon locally that offered this service. I have been going to BB Nails & Spa now for about 6 months and Im ALWAYS thrilled with my nails. Everyone is so nice and fun - and they make the experience great. My powder dip lasts 3 weeks - and even then I only need a fill because of the grow out - the color is still 100% in tact. I cant say enough good things about this salon and the staff!

$60 yet i havent had mine on for 2 weeks and their already falling off. the fill is too thin and im able to life my nails up and take them right off.

I called at 2:30 pm to make an appointment for dip nails. They told me it would take 1 hour. Knowing that I needed to pick my kids up at 6 pm, I made an appointment for 4 pm. I got there at 4 pm. At 4:35 pm, I asked them how long it would be, they said 15 more min. I had to leave, but I’m not sure why they would take my appointment if they had no intention of honoring it. I’ve been there a couple of times in the past and had good experiences; I just wish that they would at least try to have some respect for their clientele’s time. I would have preferred them saying that they didn’t have time.

When I first started going here the customer service was great and I love my nails. I no longer go here because the customer service is very bad and my nails always come out chunky.

Love this place! I’ve become a regular and referred anyone I can. They are very good at the dipping powder manicure and have tons of colors to choose from.

First time I went I didnt get what I wanted. The guy working with me didnt take time to listen. I ended up going back and the lady who did my nails did a great job and didnt charge me to redo but I dont know if Ill go back. I guess it depends on who you get.

Can not say enough positive things about this nail salon. The people who work here are very friendly, the salon is clean and they do a wonderful job. They are also one of the few salons in the Indy area that offer powder dip nails.

I had a lot of lotion left on my legs, at the end, and she didnt exfoliate my feet like the service said was included. Ive tried this place a few times with different people and pedicures, and its just mediocre.

Was a great place. Went there for a year and then 1 day they over charged me for a pink and white fill and decided I didnt want 2 spend $130 every other week anymore.

First time I went to this location it was great! Today I attempted to get my nails done 1 hour before closing, I walk through the door & they say they are closing early today. Bull!! If you advertise that you close at 5pm then thats the time that you should close. The lady then tells me that they opened earlier today!!! So where was that advertised??!!! Ridiculous after driving 30 mins. Ill keep my $95.00 & will find a place that would like to make $$$!!! Just stupid...

They do a good job on my nails usually...occasionally get chipped. The wait times can be long. Unless you go first thing in the morning, the wait times can be an hour.

Best service I have ever received for a mani/pedi. They really took their time and it truly shows that they care about their clients. This is now my go-to nail salon!

Staff was wonderful and I LOVED my nails but be aware that they only accept CASH TIPS! :) luckily, my nail artist also had a Venmo that allowed me to tip her that way

I had a great experience here. I got a mani/pedi for my wedding that was beautiful. The gel lasted for 3 weeks and wasnt even beginning to peel. The salon is clean and the workers are friendly!

Awful experience. I don’t normally take the time to post reviews, but this one I think deserves it. I had a manicure and a pedicure. My pedicure was just mediocre. The tech barely spoke to me, and did just an ok job. She put minimal effort into my pedicure, and the water was too hot and burned my legs. The manicure was horrible. I had to ask the guy if he was going to trim my cuticles and shape my nails. He spilled the dipping powder in the middle of my manicure (where he had just filed my nails and hadn’t cleaned it up) then proceeded to put the spilled powder back in the container. I had to ask him if he was really going to put that back away, to which he rolled his eyes and mumbled under his breath and threw it away. It’s been less than 2 weeks and my dip has already chipped off and my pedicure is already chipping also. The salon felt dirty, the staff were rude and unprofessional, and my mani/pedi was not very good. I was very disappointed as I had read so many great reviews online. I will not be returning!

The waits here on weekends are crazy. I waited an hour before, an hour in between my mani and pedi, and 40 mins mid manicure for the staff. They dont take reservations on weekends and they are really rude. After all that, my pedicure had serious smudges that were clearly visible.
