This is the BEST nail spa in the fishers/Carmel area. Their chairs massage you as you’re getting a pedicure!! They have a huge selection of nail colors the largest I’ve ever seen. And the staff is so polite and friendly. You should definitely come here.

I stopped in at Lilly Nails for the first time today for a pedicure. I will definitely be back! Everyone was so nice and friendly and the lady who did my pedicure did a fantastic job! Quality of pedicure is great and foot and leg massage was awesome. Everything was very clean. Of course, I forgot to ask her name. 🙄 But, I highly recommend Lilly Nails.

It was my first time at Lilly Nail Spa and I got a dip manicure with Vera. Vera not only did a fantastic job but was so welcoming and kind. She took time to understand what I wanted and asked questions as we went to be sure she was meeting my expectations. Everyone in the salon was kind and helpful. I look forward to returning!

Horrible! I got my nails done here for my wedding as a new customer, that was a bad mistake on me. Set up an appointment a few days before to make sure of no issues, because it was for my wedding very important. When I got there I got a lot of attitude from the tech who asked rudely what I had on my nails already when I walked in (it was a 2 week old gel manicure) and when I told him and he huffed and puffed to his chair and rushed me the whole way through......to the point when he was done I asked him to cap the tips as thats what Im use to all other nail techs doing and he got so mad and said it will make a lip on the nail.....but if thats what you want i will make a lip on your nail I had to talk him down off of his high horse not to mess up my nails for my wedding!!!!!!!! And told him not to the lip since he was not able to cap the tip without a lip. So much attitude for someone with very little skill, he didnt even have the nail polish all the way down to cuticle there was a pretty large gap. My nails looked better from my 2 week old manicure than when I walked out. Fast forward 4 days after my visit of getting a gel manicure and the nails are chipping from the cuticle line!!! It always chips at the end of the nails not the base....and when its gel they start to chip after 2 weeks of application not a few days!! This is clearly an issue with how it was applied there is no other explanation. These are the worst nail techs in town. Paid extra for it to last longer only for it to last 4 days like regular nail polish. When called the office it was after my honeymoon so it was like day 9 after application and there was this whole run around of them asking me to call them back in 5 min, 2 min, 10 min.... here I am the customer on my break at work trying to fix their mistake and getting the run around.....very frustrating and had no regard for me as a customer. From the beginning they had no regard for me as a customer, they told me that the picture you see in the post could not have been from them (even though im in their system....made an appointment) and that I took the photo after 4 days of wearing it more like a week or 2 weeks after seeing them....it hadnt even been that long since Ive been married. They are cheap, low skilled, low class place. Do not go here it is more stressful walking in here from the decor to picking out nail colors from a crowded basket of colors to dealing with the people....trust save yourself from the headache this is not where you get pampered

I really thought I found a new nail tech but sadly I was wrong. My 1st visit was great except one of my nails did come off after 2 weeks. So went back to get a fill in but was rushed when they got busy so She did a solid color instead of the ombré that I requested. I was ok with that until I noticed the polish had chipped on one of the nails when I got home. I came back the next day to get it fixed and by this time it was 2 nails chipped. I told her I wanted the ombré that I requested the day before but didn’t receive and she had the nerve to charge me $25 to get a color changed to the color that I originally asked for that she didn’t want to do the day before!! The nail tech VeraAnna also made me wait while she did a color change on a customer who came in after me, and then came back rushing on me. The next day I noticed the polish was peeling away on 2 of my nails which I’ve never had happen ever!! The third time going back she never apologized, and told me somebody else would have another nail tech fix it. Then she proceeded to fix it anyways. She fixed my 2 nails with the wrong color as you can see in the picture. I deserved a full refund after this but she gave me $25 and told me not to come back as if I did something wrong 😑 Nobody in their right mind go back there with that kind of service any way!!!

I got a dip nail manicure with tips done by Anna. She did such a great job! She worked quickly, but did not skimp out on quality. My nails look so beautiful, and I will definitely be returning! I just wish I would have known they serve wine here to customers, I’ll definitely be getting a mimosa next time. ☺️

Awesome manicures and pedicures! They take the time to give you a relaxing experience and never rush even when they’re busy. I love their menu for different types of pedicures, SNS dip, and gel manicures. They also offer wine! I got my nails done for my wedding here and they were perfect!

First time going here, and was very impressed!! I wont lie I was a little hesitant at first because of some of the recent negative reviews, but Im glad I gave them a chance. I had the gel manicure and pedicure and Kenny was amazing. He took his time, gave an amazing massage, and listened to what I wanted.

I scheduled an appointment for a gel manicure. I walked in and said I wanted a mani and pedi with gel on the hands. They pushed and pushed for me to get dip (which I didnt want) without telling me that dip does NOT include an actual manicure (no cuticle trim, nothing). Then when I went to pay the dip was an extra $10 over the gel and it wouldve been an extra $8 if I wouldve asked for the mani before the dip. What kind of rip off is this? I feel like I was forced to get the dip which I didnt want and didnt get everything I requested. Then she tried to tell me if I didnt like it to come back in a few days, which I dont have time for. They knew I was upset and not happy and did do anything to help make it right. Plus my pedicure was barely acceptable. Thin polish and theres a line in it. I have been going to Lily Nails for years, and I feel like theyve changed ownership. I will NOT be returning.

This used to be my favorite place but now they have changed hands and I definitely do not recommend. My nails are very misshapen and a bunch of dirt and fuzz stuck between layers of gel. They missed a bunch of spots with the topcoat as well. For the cost there are much much better places you can go.

Took my mom and sister-in-law to get our nails done here. Rude staff. Awful nail shaping/not listening to customer requests. The finished product leaves so much space between my nails and cuticles on both my feet and hands that it looks like Ive had them done for at least a week or 2 already. None of us were happy with how our nails came out. Rushed pedicure with no lotion or oil on cuticles. So disappointed. I wonder if they buy reviews 🤔

Anna is ao nice... she does beautiful nails, So happy I found this place...if you like they serve wine too !All staff extremely nice.. which is why i was upset with this one customer was just very rude...her gal was trying to make her understand about specifics on why she had did a certain procedure this lady would NOT listen .. and then she got very rude when she could not understand her..by the way i have NO problem understanding what they say. So if you see some lady complaining about her nails that she had done on saturday 14th.... would not pay attention to her, and if she sees this i just want ro say shame on you..lady...I waa very impressed with how rhe young lady that was dealing with her .kept it professional.I Just do not like rude people who feel they can treat anyone this way!l...to all the staff at Lily nails, i think you are all great, enjoy getting nails done here always do a FANTASTIC job! I just had another incredible pedicure from Lilly Nail Spa -- maybe the best ever -- and Ive been coming here for years now. The staff is polite and professional and does a great job every time. It can get a little booked up at peak times, so I suggest making an appointment if possible, but just dropping in sometimes works, too. Love my fresh feet!

Took 2 1/2 hours from start to finish. Asked for pink ombré nails. Told him multiple times that it wasn’t ombré nor pink, they were mainly white, he insisted that it was. Also had to correct him several times to properly shape the crooked nails he filed. Took too long, poor craftsmanship, and I paid $70 for nails I’m going home to cut off. Would NOT recommend this place!!!

David was professional and attentive to my nail needs. David took his time and made sure his work looked perfect.

I indulged myself with a lavender pedicure as well as gel polis on my toes, it was absolutely amazing! The pedicure was more than worth it quite possibly the best one I have ever had. Youre definitely making a mistake if you dont treat yourself to a pedicure at Lilly Nails.

Love this Salon! David does my nails every time and always does amazing work. I always get compliments on my nails. A clean salon and in a good location. Friendly staff and customers as well. Oh and they have wine which is always a plus!

Avoid this place unless you can get the 2-3 people that are decent that everyone seems to love. Everyone else is terrible. I hate saying that but I’ve tried this place 3 times now and all 3 visits I’ve ended up with some of the worst gel manis ever. I didn’t know how much someone could mess up a gel mani until I visited them. I kept going because it’s convenient and close to my home but I won’t be returning. Not only did my gel mani look bad but it was painful. She was roughly filing at my skin and even cut me.

Services changed. They changed ownership and no longer offer charcoal pedicures etc. Its only 4 options. Nail tech cut my toe and my skin was bleeding. Tech said I had thin skin. I wouldnt go back.

They have a huge selection of colors (dip and otherwise) and are reasonably priced (~$40 for dip removal and replacement). The staff love their regulars and are very friendly. I was pretty disappointed with the outcome when I came here. Everybody was pretty nice, but I asked for a gel set, and was given acrylics instead. The man who did them immediately started glueing the nails on without speaking to me, didn’t pay any attention to my cuticles or ask me what I wanted. He didn’t take his time or pay very close attention to detail, so the nails are really thick and uneven. One of my nails was put on crookedly, and when I asked for it to be fixed he said “it’s fine I’ll cut it and it will be even”. It is still crooked. The gel polish on my toes looked good for about 3 days and started to peel off. I’m just really disappointed with how much I paid, and how poor the quality was. I probably won’t be coming back

I walked in and received a pedicure. The nail service was fine, the staff were polite and the price was reasonable. What was not, was that I was required to give my cell phone number to check in and then without my consent Ive been added to this text message promotion, which does not have a way to unsubscribe. Ive received several text message in the past two months, Ive blocked the number twice and there is absolutely no way I can find to get removed. The salon never asked for my permission to do this and has not worked to get the issue fixed.

This was my first visit to this salon. The salon was very clean. Tiffany did an amazing job with my gel manicure and pedicure.

My cutícula were bleeding and the nails are clumpy and really ugly and the people were so rude my cuticles hurt and when I told her she ignored and the prices are so expensive for such poor work

Theyre great at pedicure . Ive never been disappointed by those. I highly recommend the minty mask...ahhhThey come across as a beautiful establishment (they serve you free drinks or you can buy wine). However, Ive not been impressed with my last two manicures. I got gels my first visit, then a full acrylic set the next time. The gel was applied too closely to my skin and they filed the nail after it was set--both things led to my manicure peeling in two days! That was a month or so ago.I got acrylics done yesterday and the man who did it sat down and immediately started gluing the tips on. Normally, some attention is paid to my sad cuticles, or massaging my hands with the lotion, but he just went straight into applying the nails. He went way too fast which resulted in uneven polish application, two different size thumbnails, and a crooked index finger. I have pictures.I was impressed by their atmosphere the first time I went in but its kind of dingy if youre hanging out too long. The armrest of my pedicure chair was covered in the dust from filing someones acrylics off before me.Unfortunately, I just dont think Ill be back.

I always have a ton of cuticle that needs to be removed and havent been able to find a salon that takes the time to remove it all, until now. I went here with my mom on 5-28-2020 for spa pedicures. My mom also got a manicure. My nail tech was friendly. I did not notice the missed areas of my toenails until after I got home. The color did not go down to my cuticles and a few toenails had paint missing on the sides. So for being done a week and a half ago, it already has gaps between my cuticles and the paint that look like it’s been growing out for way over a month. My mom’s toenails were the same way. Started painting her toenails a color she did not want. That was corrected, but the paint on her toenails did not go down to her cuticles. The nail technician for my mom did not communicate with her or ask her what she wanted with her fingernails. Almost cut them, but my mom wanted the length kept. Disappointing because I was treating my mom to this for her birthday. We will not be back.

This place was amazing!! They made you feel welcome and everyone was so nice!! Katrina did my toes and she was so gentle! Lisa did my friends toes and she said she was gentle as well! Usually when I go to get a pedicure, they are rough and dont really talk to you. This is definitely my place of choice!! And I also have to give a shout out to David, he greeted us with the biggest smile and kept the wine coming!! Not to mention, this place is extremely clean!! Oh and they did not rush us out after closing!! I would recommend this to anyone!! ❤❤

I have been a customer with Lilly Nails since May of 2014. David has been my nail tech and I am always pleased with the service.

Dip nails were way to thick and uneven. A worker didnt speak a single word of English, and we had to ask another worker to help us communicate. The nail filing job was horrendous. They didnt even put any lotion or cuticle oil after the manicure. The tools are not cleaned or sanitized after use. They automatically sign you up for their texts and you cant stop them until you block their number. Never ever go here.

This salon is a gem. Through the vast selection of salons this is one of the best. I seldom go to any one salon but Ive been to Lilly salon three times, thats saying a lot. David did a great job on my nails and Jessica was patient with my little 2 year old. She did beautiful little daisies on her little thumbs so cute. Way to go above for my little one. I will definitely continue to frequent this salon.

Jacob is an incredible nail tech who’s personality is as incredible as his talent. His fiancé, Cat, is also amazing. I highly recommend either one of them along with David for an experience you won’t regret
