It was my first visit and best nail shop experience in a long time, impressed!! Tyler was awesome and did a great job on my services - everyone was very nice, good vibes.

Royal Nail is by far the best nail salon I have ever been to. I have been to many nail salons around Indy and Hamilton County having lived in Carmel and Zionsville and honestly nothing compares to them. My acrylics always last at least 3 weeks and I never have chipping or breakage. Their gel pedicures will literally last months. They take their time and do an amazing job. Their staff are amazing and I always feel welcomed and well taken care of when I’m there. I have been going here for over 10 years and they’re by far my favorite nail salon. I drive to them from Westfield to get my nails done, that’s how much I love their service and quality!! I seriously couldn’t recommend them enough!

Ive gone to Royal Nails for years calling ahead for an appointment and am always pleased with the GREAT job they do!! This gel color is Pomegranate and looks BEAUTIFUL!!!

Have been going to royal nails for almost 6 years, always get exactly what I want. When I’ve taken breaks from getting my nails done due to jobs not letting me have them, I destroy my nails and pick the sides of my thumbs because of my anxiety. They’re always very gentle with my poor nails and fingers when I can finally go back and get acrylics again. Tiffany and Tyler always do a wonderful job but for the last year or so I won’t let anyone touch my nails but Sarah. My mom and sister go here as well and they always ask about my whole family when I go alone. Definitely feel special loyal customer treatment

I got my nails done today (dip powder), and the gentleman who did my nails did a fantastic and beautiful job. He was extremely thorough with buffing to ensure that the dip powder had a perfect base, and also buffed and then reapplied a final coating on a couple nails that I thought looked good but weren’t up to his personal standards. The staff was friendly and professional, and I will now only get my nails done here.

Great place! Ive been going here for over 10 years and have never had any issues. They are always kind, friendly, funny, and courteous. I feel like I am part of their family when I go in. My nails always look great!

I have been very pleased with Lee at Royal nails.

The color choices were great, I had a short wait time, however the lady that did my nails did not speak to me despite my effort. She did speak to other workers. I felt like it was just an inconvenience to do my nails. She was. Ot gental, and when she saw a flaw that she knew I was looking at she just pretended it wasnt there. Its close to home but do not think I will return. $60 plus tip and did not feel welcomed

They don’t do a neat job and also don’t refund you after they make it look bad. I’ve given them multiple chances to redeem themselves but still ends up looking bad each time.

I have always loved coming to Royal Nails. My favorites being Mrs. Lee, Mrs. Tiffany, and Mr Tyler. They always do a wonderful job.However today the staff at Royal Nails has a special place in my heart. My daughter has severe anxiety and has developed a habbit of biting her nails. So bad that her nails are usually bleeding and have horrible hang nails. My husband and I decided to have tips put on so she couldn’t do anymore damage to her nails and teeth.Mrs Tiffany and Mr David were AMAZING! They were super sweet and positive. They not once made any comments about her nails being bitten to the nub. They did the exact opposite, telling her that her nails were not bad at all, and made her feel at ease. Mr. David was super gentle. He was sweet and kept talking to her. He kept checking in with her about her nails, her length, color, ect.Before my daughter wouldn’t ever let anyone touch her nails. Now she is so excited about how they look. She keeps telling me how nice they were and that if she can have them (Mr David and Mrs Tiffany) then she will come back!Thank you Tiffany and David I am so grateful to your kindness. You have gone beyond just doing nails.I would recommend Royal Nails to everyone!

Inconsistent is how I would describe my services over the past couple of years. Some times great, sometimes not. I just started getting my finger nails done instead of just pedicures and now I am looking for a new place. Gel did not last, asked to have it redone, since 40% had chipped off in just a couple of days, they said no problem!! Then charged me $20. Would not budge on price, or stand behind their product. There is too much competition to suffer with this kind of service.

If you book an appointment with Tiffany, you’ll be fine. If you take pot luck, you’ll be sorry. Worst manicure ever - dipping power just one week coming off....plus guy repeatedly questioned my answer to a comment .... might as well have called me a liar. All I got from manager was “sorry”. Won’t return.

Been going here for 3 years. The owner is out so I scheduled with another technician. I walk in 5 min before my scheduled appt to find her seating someone else at her table to soak. Asked me to wait that it will only be 25 min. Haha in my 25+yrs of doing this when does anyone ever finish in that time? Totally messed up my schedule for not just the night but now for my week to try and squeeze an appt in at what will be a different salon. Not the way to treat loyal customers.

This is my go-to nail place. They are super friendly and consistently do a great job at a fair price. The salon is clean and bright.

I had a horrible experience at this salon this afternoon. The techician repeatedly rushed my decision in selecting a color and repeatedly interrupted the conversation with my friend about the color selection. The technician forced colors in my face and tried to select the color for me. The technician filed my nails extremely rough while attempting to remove the existing gel polish off of my nails. After applicatio of the first coat of the second polish I chose (one nail per hand), I noticed that the second polish was transparent. Im accustomed to polish transparency, but nail technicians generally apply 2-3 coats to alleviate transparency. However, the nail technician at this salon was only going to apply 1 coat. I expressed dissatisfaction and informed her the color looked transparent. The technician followed with thats your fault. You chose the color. I wouldnt return to this nail salon, as the response I received was astounding and unnecessary. Though, the technician applied two more coates, after I conveyed that most salons apply more than one coat. Poor experience to say the least!

The lady that did my pedicure was rushing and didnt do a very good job. When I pointed out the flaws she made several excuses not to fix it. However, there are others in there that take their time and do exactly as you ask.

Seven year customer. Service refused for a simple pedicure in the nearly empty salon while they waited for a wedding party that was late for their appointment.
