I booked an 80 minute deep tissue massage, and had requested on my preference sheet that the focus be on my upper back and neck. However, my therapist only spent the last 10 minutes or so on that area. I left there with my back and neck feeling tighter than when I arrived. I could tell my therapist was extremely experienced and knowledgeable, I just wish the majority of my massage would have been focused on the problem area. I will definitely return, but will have to be more vocal about where I want the massage to be focused.

Absolutely the most restful, rejuvenating experience! Its right up there next to the spas in California!

I usually visit the Carmel location and I really like that location but it’s not why I rated my experience here so low.My experience:I scheduled (the evening before) a last minute facial (80 minutes). When I arrived, I signed in at the front desk and was led back to the changing area. At Carmel, I’m used to grabbing any locker but at this location, they assign one to you. I was told that even though I’m a long time Carmel location customer, I would have to fill out paperwork because they don’t share that with other locations. Note to: wood house spa mgmt - that’s just silly. In my case, the young woman who walked me back never came back with the paperwork nor did she get me my glass of water.So first impression - not so good.I waited about 10 minutes (in the quiet room) before the individual performing my services came to get me. So second impression - not so good - 10 minutes late.As we were walking in to the room, she asked me what kind of concerns I had with my skin (face). I wasn’t really prepared for the question but I rattled off the usual things I think about getting taken care of while I’m in for a facial - milia, under eye appearance, and my occasional bouts of redness.When we got to the room, she recommended that I go with a completely different facial.That surprised me. The facial I had scheduled was one I enjoyed before and although I’m always open to suggestions, bringing it up when we’re already 10 minutes past the start time is not cool. Additionally, whatever she suggested she mentioned that I couldn’t have metal in my body. Okay. Um, I’m wearing braces so does that count? She didn’t know.So basically if you’re going to recommend that I change my facial, you should know stuff like this. My confidence level took a nose dive. We stuck with my originally booked facial.I never really relaxed over the course of that 70 minute period of time.Although she identified where my milia was, she didn’t extract any of it. I was stunned into silence - I always get any milia extracted.By the time I’m done with my facial, I just want to get in a shower and get back home. So the shower....hot water for about 3 minutes. I have no idea why.My next facial will be back at the Carmel location. Fishers - you really need to take a look at your customer experience.

I usually go to Fort Wayne but this location was a little closer from now on I will make the drive to Fort Wayne. I got a package that was 50 minutes massage 50-minute facial and a 50-minute pedicureI felt like everybody was in a rush and in a hurry to get you out of thereMy massage was okay They did a lot of pressure points rather than massaging. I had a pedicure next I paid for a 50-minute pedicure and only got 30 minutes she didnt do any rubbing at all. My facial was nice .The only thing I have to complain is that they try to sell me on different upgrades for the facial I had to say no multiple times.

I love this place! I used to frequent the Carmel location but Fishers is closer to me. I highly recommend Kaitlyn for facials. Shes very knowledgeable and gives a very relaxing massage. Theresa is a top notch massage therapist. I had a very sore shoulder and neck and she fixed me up in one visit and gave good therapeutic tips I can do at home. This is the best spa in the area.

Absolutely loved my spa day at Fishers Woodhouse. My massage therapist and esthetician were so knowledgeable & professional. I loved the quiet room & having the gals serve me hot cinnamon tea was the cherry on top! I highly recommend to anyone.

I wanted to rate this way higher because not all of my experiences have been bad. However, I would not recommend Woodhouse for a mellow mama massage.When I arrived, I had re-booked my previous massage hoping to have the same person. It was not. But okay, I’ll try someone new. I told him my two major pain areas, one of which was my hamstrings. He never touched them.I asked to increase the pressure because it was so light (lighter than previous mellow mamas), which he adjusted up by maybe 10%? Then I said it still wasn’t great, no further changes.The one redeeming quality of this massage was a great neck massage. But overall, I didn’t relax the entire time. When I told the girls at the front about my experience, they gave me $20 off for next time. Um, IF I ever come back. $170 down the drain.

I just had my first manicure and pedicure here. It was EPIC. Xio is a saint and epic at her job and I will be coming back because of her. The atmosphere is wonderful and I have found the place for me. If I could give it 10 stars I would. Xio is an absolute professional!

Not at all what I expected. I noticed I wasnt offered the same drinks and treats as everyone else. Someone came in and was offered hot cinnamon tea, others had special treats. I paid for a full package deal (80 min massage, 50 min facial and 50 min pedicure) and was less than impressed with all of it! The facial had to be the worst. All she did was put cream and oil on my face and rub it in. You pay for the ambience, not for the service. The pedicure was ok, but the conversation made it better! Foot reflexology and massage heights do a way better job and they treat everyone the same. I felt very unwelcomed while there and couldnt wait to leave! I dont plan on ever returning (at least not at this location).

I def didnt want to spend $120 for a 35 min massage, which is how long ours lasted. Our appt was at 3. We showed up at 3, but it took 10 min to change into robes and etc. So the massage didnt start at 3:15 and they still finished at 345-350! It was a good massage, but as a value type of person, I was disappointed. If you need an economical massage, Id rather go to a $60/60 min massage and still get the job done.

This place is great. I recently got a back/shoulder/neck massage followed by a pedicure. Each employee really makes sure you have a great experience. My massage was great, she listened to what I was looking for and was able to adjust throughout to make sure she got the main spots I was having trouble with. The pedicure was great, I almost fell asleep!! Very relaxing and I highly recommend Woodhouse Spa

Eh, My husband bought me a gift card for a massage. I was so excited. The atmosphere was very calming and very nice. The receptionist and masseuse were polite and professional. However, I know from experience that for the type of massage price and the 60 minute time frame that theres no reason my feet legs arms and hand should have been missed! I was very disappointed. Then when I came out to pay I had some questions about the products they sell because they look like really great products. But the staff that I spoke to werent educated enough to answer my questions. Not impressive after all. :(

I LOVE the Woodhouse Day Spa. I have been going here for about 5 months. I moved here and was looking for a place that does eyebrow waxes, and I am skeptical about most places, but they did an AMAZING job. They had me look at my eyebrows once they were finished and if there were a few hairs they missed, I would tell them and they were happy to get them for me. I also had a massage by Keith here and it was incredible. I stand on my feet all day at work so my back and neck had been killing me. Ever since I got the back, neck and shoulders massage, I havent been in pain since! I also received my first facial here, and I hate when people touch my face, but this was perfect. They made me feel so comfortable from start to finish and I had glowing skin! I HIGHLY recommend the Woodhouse Day Spa in Fishers. The staff is SO friendly and I will be coming back in the future! :)

From the moment my mother and I walked into Woodhouse we experienced true relaxation. The hostess greeted us with a smile, remembered that it was my mothers birthday and then led us into the quiet room where we waited for our nail technicians. From the wonderful atmosphere to the truly relaxing pedicures we both received, everything was designed to make us feel truly pampered. This was my second time at the spa and my mothers first and we will definitely return. Woodhouse Day Spa is a one of a kind experience.

I came here for my birthday and it felt like I only got half the service because my husband was with me. They didnt give us a tour, we did not get robes, we werent able to sit in the relaxation room. Let down for the price I paid. I could have gotten a better experience at a regular nail salon. I didnt get the spa experience I was anticipating

Ive had the membership spas and Ive been to spas all across the country. Many therapist hear but they dont listen. Brea was fantastic. I wasnt there for the fluttery massage, I needed deep tissue on an injury. I got exactly what I asked for, which is rare. Very much appreciated!

I have had several experiences at spas in the past for massages and this has been the best one yet! The Swedish massage i got here was wonderfully relaxing and actually got the knots out of my back. Will return!

This was my second time at Woodhouse for a facial. It is always relaxing at Woodhouse but my second experience with the same technician was exceptional. She did a lovely job and having the experience of working on my once before proved to be beneficial. Cant wait to return.

Treatments are decent, staff leaves ALOT to be desired. And as many have stated before, both times I have been there they recommend a different treatment as you are walking into the room and when you try to make an informed decision they rush you to decide. It’s an upcharge tactic. I have to fill the entire client form out every time because they say it isn’t on file even when I was just there a few weeks beforehand. The person that did my most recent facial was actually argumentative about every answer I gave to her questions. Maybe it was a bad day, but she was very grouchy and thus made my treatment nothing close to relaxing even though I achieved the results I desired. Again, treatments are good. Staff unfortunately needs a lot of improvement.

I also purchased a gift card for my spouse here at Villaggio and HIGHLY regretted it! When my wife went to use her gift certificate, they said that it had expired. They NEVER told me that the gift card had an expiration date when I bought it! I contacted the manager because we were only slightly beyond the date and she would not help me. I tried reaching the owner and he would not respond.I would have been happy with a refund or reinstatement of the card but they did not seem interested in keeping me as a customer.

Very peaceful and relaxing. The inside really lets you just shut the outside world out, just for a bit.

BEWARE: Do not give this company your credit card number to hold an appointment. They will steal your money without tilling you or getting your acknowledgement of their 24 hour policy. I had an unavoidable issue and missed my appointment. I didnt bother listening to their voice mail because I knew why they were calling, and it wasnt a good time for me to be focusing on anything but the issue at hand. They also sent me and email which is titled sorry you missed your appointment. I didnt bother reading it either, because I would never fathom that they would charge the entire amount that the appointment would have cost. When I called to ask about it the manager told me it was their policy of which no one told me about nor did I sign anything acknowledging this policy. She said that they left me a VM and an email. After we hung up I listened to the voice mail it she says NOTHING about being charged the entire amount only that there might be a fee. NO URGENCY in any of their communication. The manager told me that thats why the send an email for a paper trail!! So they are full on trying to cover themselves but not their customers who keep them in business. As a business owner I think this is very poor professionalism. The manager told me she would contact the owner to see if she wanted to retract the charges and would let me know. Ill Edit this post with the result of this issue.Cont: I did receive a call from the manager again to let me know basically that since I wrote this review they were not going to give me a refund $105.00!!! THIEVES! They stated they felt like they gave me enough notice... they gave me NO NOTICE! NO Information about their policy. They didnt have anything to say that I agreed to this bogus self serving policy. Shame on you. Ill be disputing this with my bank. Terribly disappointed that this type of business is in my community. Terribly sad.

Had a couple massage the day the kids went back to school. Very nice and relaxing.

I highly recommend The Woodhouse for a spa treat. Ive been to both the Ft. Wayne location and the Fishers location now, and they both provide excellent services, refreshing and relaxing environments, and personal attention to your needs.
