Ive never been disappointed with Crystal Nails. The staff are absolutely fantastic, super attentive and beyond efficient. Very fair prices and they always remember my name. Highly recommend!!!

Poor customer service. Make appointments they are unable to keep. They have you wait 45 min to an hour soaking your feet. They need to be Honest and tell the customer they are too busy at that time

My 1st time here...HY, was very professional & he did outstanding on my nails! My pedicure was very relaxing and attention to detail was present. The shop was very clean & organized...all COVID19 precautions were being followed!

I went and got my nails done yesterday and came home and cried, they’re nothing like I wanted at all. I told the woman doing my nails this 5 times and she just kept saying don’t worry and was extremely rude to me for telling her what I wanted, I wish she had just told me she couldn’t do it but instead she messed my nails up. The shape is wrong and the ombré color is nothing close to an ombré they’re atrocious. I didn’t trust her to fix them and I had a job interview so I couldn’t wait for someone else to fix them. I usually have nothing but positive experiences here but this time I just... I don’t understand why my experience was so awful. I added 2 photos of how she did my nails and the photo I brought in to show her how I wanted my nails done.

My nail polish started to come off a few hours after i left, it didn’t cure all the way and the paint job wasn’t very good. the woman i had hurt my fingers and didn’t seem very nice to me. i’ve gone there before and it was okay but my nail polish on my thumb is coming off. she also like threw my hands back and me and was like rushing me to go. there wasn’t anyone else waiting either. it was also $40 to get my acrylics rebased and one replaced and just painted all black.

I went there the other day to get my acrylic nails removed. They were rough with it. They were ripping my real nail off while trying to get their acrylic nail off. The tips of my fingers were bleeding and now I cant do anything with my hands because they are so sensitive. At the end of all this they still charged me $10. This was the worst experience Ive ever had in a nail salon. I do not plan coming back here.

This place is nice. It seemed very clean and up kept. The employees were nice too. With that being said, I felt the prices were a bit high compared to other places I’ve been. I’d go back though.

Absolutely horrible experience! This was my 1st time at this salon, wanted my acrylic nails removed. The lady who took them off was extremely rude and very rough with my fingers and acted like it was a huge inconvenience I was there.She made 4 of my cuticles bleed and then never put anything on them to prevent infection. I have never felt so unwelcomed or uncomfortable in one of these salons! How is this place still open?? So many bad reviews! Guess I should have read them before I went in.Responding to management: I am not a confrontational person, I was about in tears when I left your establishment. The last thing Im going to do is give you the opportunity to make me happy when I was that upset. There was a very similar review to mine just a week ago, why does this continue to be an issue? My suggestion is fix the problem so that it doesnt happen again instead of trying to fix it after someone is traumatized.

I came here twice, both times for a dip manicure. I like my nails to be as short as possible because my job is very labor intensive and they WILL break after a few days at work if they are too long. I repeatedly told the male tech to clip them shorter and he refused. I asked 3 times and he would not listen. It was too awkward at that point so I let him finish and I left. I decided to go back the next time and give them another shot. A different woman tech helped me this time and she refused to let my dip cure under the UV light. Every time Id had dip nails not cure under the light they are too soft and they break at work. I told the tech this and she still refused to use the UV light. 3 days later and they already chipped. I will not be coming back here, they clearly do not like to listen to their customers.

Wont be returning to this salon again. Got the worst service and nobody even understood what I was asking for. On top of that they overcharged me and cut my cuticles up bad. Save yourself the annoyance and go to literally any other salon in loveland.

I really enjoy coming here. I come here a few times a year before I go on vacation and they always do a great job. There items are always clean Ive witness them do that. Theyre very nice and if in picky about something they fix it without an attitude. The atmosphere is nice as well.

I’ve gone here a few times and had mixed results. I usually get a gel/shellac manicure. Some of the technicians do a great job and other techs ....do a not so great job (in the pic you can see the uneven polish application) . Also their pricing isn’t always straightforward and seems to vary sometimes from tech to tech.

Crystal Nails is the only place I will go to get my nails done. Hy is the best and is always so friendly. They are reasonably priced and do the best job! I usually call to make an appointment to avoid having to wait and they always get me right in!!

I always make an appointment so I can get the same person and the right time for my schedule. Sometimes I call the same day. I always have a great experience and even when I break a nail they fix me right up at no cost. The place is beautiful and clean.

Wonderful atmosphere. Very calm, and relaxing. Quality is based on who your technician is, but never had a bad experience. Have been coming here for over a year.

This was a terrible experience. The nails were not close to dry after an hour of getting them done. Not shaped after i asked to shape them. Would not recommend for acrylics. Stella nails are better for the same price.

September 5,2020When I got home my big toes started swelling up and was painful. I was leaving the next day to go home to Seattle so I had to go to the airport and we’re flip-flops and I couldn’t wear shoes because my feet hurt too bad for two months I cannot wear shoes because I had a fungus that she gave me I had to go to the doctor and get a prescription of antibiotics for the fungus the doctor said I have a fungus and I said yeah I told her that The lady who did my nails came the strongest cause I never had a problem before and then after a month after the fungus cleared up I knows were growing in a head pain in my toes so I could still couldn’t wear shoes and this is October so I went to the nail salon and she cut out threeLong ingrown toenails and I told her that I have that the lady in Colorado at the Crystal nails in Loveland gave me a fungus and she says yeah I remember you coming in to do your nails and I see your toes were looking really bad . The lady who took out the ingrown toenails told me that the lady who did the manicure at Crystal nails in Loveland doesn’t know how to do manicures or pedicures and I agree because I never had an ingrown toenail before and I never had a fungus before from the nail salon listen nobody go to her oh and plus she left the top of my nails jagged and so I told the manager and he had to takeoff the polish re-file my nails and my toes and then polish them againThis lady complain to co worker because mycousin wanted hotter water for pedicure. This older lady worked on my feet I showed her where my nail is sharp on the ends and she did one nail on my foot. I showed her the other nails on my foot that the nail has grown and is digging into my skin and causing swelling. She complain to her co worker. I said be nice if you would stop complaining. She doesn’t realize I know what she saying. She doesn’t give good massage very light. I said I wanted to sit her because if I move the polish will come off because some of my toes curl down. She got angry and said fine you stay here n walked away angry I will never come here again

Visited the shop for my step daughters birthday certificates and was greeted by a very nice gentleman who very quickly and efficiently took my money gave me the certificates and thanked me. I wont be going back only and I repeat only because I live in Greeley and it was almost 20 minutes to a half an hour drive but otherwise if I lived in Loveland I probably would go there.

They were very friendly and professional. I felt right at home. Their prices were affordable, it was clean and they kept their tools as clean as possible. Very upbeat!

I made an appointment for 10:30am today. I was there at 10:20. The place was not busy. They made me wait until 10:45 and my appt was at 10:30.The pedicure waa absolutely the worst. She cut my nails gave me a quick leg massage and polished my nails. No filing of nails no cuticle service.The water was cold. I asked for more hot water and never got any.The manicure was even worse. She cut my nails so they all matched but when she filed them they looked horrible. She spared one coat of clear polish and got up and walked away. It was the worst of the worst. In this pandemic you need something to feel good . Believe me that was not it.

This was my first time trying the salon. It was recommended by my bank teller and now I know why! Came in to do the full service because Im taking engagement photos in 5 days.. I got a pedicure, full set of gel/acrllyic nails, and get my eyebrows​ waxed. The waxing was on point! Very fast and very good. The pedicure was AMAZING, hands down the best pedicure Ive ever had. Then the nails...I told the lady what I wanted and showed her a picture just to make sure I got what I wanted. She did her thing and I thought they looked great in the shop but when I got home I started to look at them more and found a lot was wrong with them (the place was packed when I got them done by the way so its understandable).. I tried to file them at home, that didnt work. So I finally just went back in and explained the situation and they fixed them for free! I felt so bad coming back in to have them fixed because I should have noticed and they made me feel better about the whole ordeal. I would recommend this place to everyone because theyre service is outstanding!

I was in town for my daughters wedding and was short on time. I called in to make an appointment right before closing. She did a wonderful job and didn’t seem upset when she stayed 30 minutes after closing.

Very professional in a relaxing environment. My nails are returning to their strong self with bimonthly visits. I had done weekly appointments but found the work done enabled me to cut down and space out visits thus, saving me considerable money. Thank you Crystal Nails.

This place is terrible. The owner or manager, whoever she is. Shes very inpatient, aggressive with her clients. Even after flinching or saying ouch from the pain. She doesnt stop and ask questions. I understand that things can get busy but if you dont have the time to do a full new set. Then dont take the client. Many of times, the attitude you get from the employees isnt the greatest. She needs to understand pain management. Which obviously isnt the case. Do not come here. There a nail salons better then this one.

The very best I have been to. I have had artificial nails for many years and have gone through a lot of nail techs. Recently moved back to Colorado and I am so happy that I found Tina at Crystal Nails.She is the best. I always do Pink and White tips and they are always beautiful and last 3 to 4 weeks. Tina takes her time and always does the most awesome job. The nail salon is nice and clean with always sterile tools. Pedicures are the best. I highly recommend this salon. Hope nothing changes!

They were really good and then I had one nail that didnt completely dry so I went back, they fixed it no problem but now when I go in twice for a fill they tell me, oh today long wait so if you dont want to do my nails fine say so bit dont keep telling me its a long wait. I was recommended by a friend to come here, her nails always looks good so I gave it a try. She says “Kim” does her nails... Today I went in with a friend and neither of us had him. We had an appointment in place for the both of us and they started her pedicure long before mine and our pedicures were finished at the same time. Her nail tech was very nice and talkative whereas mine was short and placed very hot towels over my feet without even asking how the temperature felt. With my manicure, it was very rushed. My cuticles were painted over, the tips of my fingernails were all scraggly and snagging in things. I’m a bit disappointed after hearing good things about this place. Overall my nails look pretty good, but it would be nice to not be rushed on such expensive treatments and to also be asked about things.

Got right in without an appointment. The pricing is fair for the amazing quality services provided. Very gentle massage and they took plenty of time to pamper us. I got the Deluxe pedicure (middle of the road). My big toenail was cut unevenly and callus removal was a joke. He used a pumice stone and then put cream all over my feet to make it look like heel calluses were removed. I got home and had to redo the heels on my own. I dont see the point of a pedicure if I have to work on my own heels.

Very nice place. Decent color selection. The lady I had did not do a good job on my nails. She clearly did not know how to work with the dip. Anytime she would burn me with the machine she would laugh and when she made me bleed she laughed.. She also did not want to level out my nails and wanted to leave then extremely thick and uneven, and had to continuously ask her to file the dried dip down to make my nails look nice!If you have not been here before I would suggest asking for Hy (he) as he was amazing. Very funny, and nice. I saw the work he did on the women he had today and their nails were beautiful. Ill 100% be asking for him next time.

Was here today got charged $15 just for a toe nail polish change I will NEVER pay that again ...I could of done on my own had I known .. And Ive been a customer for many years and drive down from Greeley. Will find a place thereFeeling unappreciatedI do believe that prices should be posted on wall and or told before starting.

The 2 stars is because it literally took 3 HOURS to get my nails done. I got a pedicure and a full set. The pedicure was awful, the man doing it seemed like he didnt know what he was doing. Then he told me to wait that someone else would paint my toes. I waited 10 mins until the woman who was gonna do my acrylics came and got me. She did a great job on my nails and then ended up having to paint my toes too. The entire process took SO long i will never go back to this nail salon again.

I have received two mainicures and 2 nail paintings on my natural nails four times in the last month. My nails looked okay after the first manicure. But, the last three times I have been there my nails look sloppy. The same lady has done my nails the last three times and does not pay attention and slops on the polish and top coat. This time she left a brush hair on one of my nails that dried into it. Two nails bubbled and they just look terrible. I am done giving these folks a chance and will be going elsewhere.

I took my 6 year old daughter as a special treat to have our toes and fingernails painted for Christmas. IT WAS HORRIBLE! They started with my daughter while I just sat there waiting for service at a service table for several minutes until I finally asked someone if I could get my nails painted too. with an exasperated response someone came over to me, I asked for her to just do the exact same as my daughter. my daughters nails were alternating with blue and red with snowflakes. the lady painted my nails red, then came around and PICKED ME UP by my arm and PULLED ME to the drier. I stopped and said am i still going to get snowflakes? she ignored me and pulled me harder and sat me down... eventually i got up so aggravated and told the lady doing my daughters nails what i wanted... when they did my daughters toes they didnt even take her to a pedicure chair they just came around and painted her toes right there in the chair she got her nails done in. I paid for the full experience of a real spa time for my daughter, this was NOT IT! i asked if i could get my nails painted, they took ME over to the pedicure seats.. the 2 women who worked there talked in their language together the entire time while glancing at my daughter and i. then my daughter had to use the restroom, when i asked if she could do so, the women said nothing but just pointed down a hall. my daughter reluctantly went looking down a hall for the bathroom. THEN THE 2 WOMEN LOOKED AT ME AND STARTED TO CRACK UP!! i was so insulted as my feet were in this womans hands and she was laughing at me for no reason i would ever understand! overall they were rude, unprofessional and very disappointing. i will never go back and i will definitely tell anyone and everyone to not bother being treated like a worthless under valued human to get their nails done because they could not value their new customers ANY LESS!!!

My experience here was horrible. I went in for a full set. The lady was nice but she was in so much of a hurry. My nails are sloppy and bad. They dont fit my natural nail. My natural nail can be seen all around the acrylic nail. It looked like they had grown out for two weeks immediately after they were done. The nails are ridiculously thick. And way too long. As I kept telling her I wanted them shorter, she refused and told me they couldnt be shorter. They are pretty from afar but overall very bad and I will not be back.

I wanted my nails really short but they still left them long. They started lifting around my cuticle 2 days later. I plan to give them another chance in the next few days. :)Update: I took my daughter to get her eyebrows waxed for the first time and one is perfect. But the other one is very skinny and uneven. I wish I could post pics on here. I did put them on their Facebook and yelp pages though! It was terrible!! We will never go back!

They offered us a beverage and a warm smile when we walked in. Always very friendly and happy people to be around. It is always a positive experience and they really do a great job. The warm oil on my hands was a unexpected surprise. We travel from Steamboat to visit family down here in Loveland and we always look forward to coming in to enjoy the services that they offer.

They were very friendly right when i walked in! they offered me a drink right away. Its a very clean and modern place. I got a pedicure at the beginning of August and it still looks new!(end of September) Prices are great. defiantly recommend this spa!

I have came here the last 2 times I was in Loveland, once to get my nails done with acrylics and the next time to get my nails filled. Rachel was my nail technician both times, shes very sweet. Both times I went in there, I get asked if I would like a complimentary drink and they are always so friendly. Both times that Ive gone in as a walk in, and have had no issues with waiting. Rachel is very precise and does a FABULOUS job on my nails...best part is that it is cheap! :) HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Considering they are a service industry they didnt listen, they didnt even attempt to fix the mistake and they didnt even finish my manicure. I asked for a pink and white acrylic, what I got was a line across the middle of my nail when I asked them to make it the standard curve they said no. Its suppose to be strait. They had me pay before they painted it to cover up the horrible acrylic job they then put just one coat of paint on and had me sit at the drying table where they didnt even turn it on and completely ignored my attempt to get them to put a top coat on or turn on the table.

Hy does a great job my nails dont even lift after 3 weeks, and Stacie is up to date on trends. My nails always come out great.

Probably wont go back. The nail technicians are pretty inconsistent. My first time I had a nice shellac manicure and the technician really pushed away at my cuticles. The second time I had a very sloppy technician. She got the gel polish on my uncut cuticles and surrounding nailbed, which dried under the UV lamp. My nails were not strong AT ALL following this manicure, which made me suspicious if I even got shellac polish. I recently got another shellac manicure at another salon and the technician was very confident that my nails were not shellac; that the previous nail technician (at Crystal) not give me a shellac manicure.

The nail technician was nice but did a horrible job. My fingers were not painted evenly and the flowers on my toes were horrible and just looked like polka dots. My hair stylist even made fun of me for how horrible the paint job was.

Mixed review... sometimes wonderful most other times anything but. Appointments are almost pointless​ as I have ended up waiting up to 25 minutes even with an appt. and once they started they took numerous phone calls and rather than focus on my time they constantly left me hanging to take care of customers without appointments. Also, Ive had mixed experiences regarding the quality of their work. Sometimes it is spot on and others Ive had to return to have a nail fixed.

This place is much better than any nail salon Ive ever been to they take their time rubbbing your feet and making you feel comfortable. They got us in right away even without an appointment. I will definitely be back and I will definitely suggest going here to everyone I see.

I have had my nails done many times at many places in many states. Honestly, the work was sloppy, over looked, and painful! The nail lady who did them was nice but when she was filling my nails it hurt and was very uncomfortable over all. I had glue all over my fingers and crooked nails I also had what looks like brush hairs stuck to my nails. Also their utensils did not look that clean, the container she stored them in had pardicals in it from filling when means not clean, no idea how they are cleaned though not that it matters with that disgusting container. The files looked used as well and anyone with basic nail knowledge knows those are one use only, because it is unsanitary to use them on another person. Honestly I payed but regret it, it wasnt worth the pain and sloopy job. Service might be good true enough but that doesnt make up for it.-0/10 😱 sorry but its honesty.

Going to crystal nails was the best nail place i’ve been to in loveland. they had an amazing lady named tina do my nails. she was kind, loving, and so sweet. i asked for pink ombré with white and they turned out so so beautiful, then she offered to give me a beautiful flower. i came in for homecoming next week and i am so excited because these nails are just so beautiful. i definitely recommend because tina is an amazing person! i love my nails so much and i’m so much more confident for homecoming day now!!

Very disappointed this evening! I was receiving a wonderful pedicare when a large group came in. In the middle of my service, I was moved to a bench to allow the group to have my seat so I could finish being painted. The initial lady who was doing my pedicure was not the one who finished painting me. The lady who did finish painting me had to start over twice and still left my one toe a goopy, over-polished mess! If the large party had reservations and there wasnt time for me, they should have just said so! Literally being shoved a side is not good customer service!

Okay, I went to this shop not cause of the reviews I read or I heard it was a good nail salon, but because I was in a rush and it was the closet salon to me, first of all they should be called sugar nails because when I asked for diamonds or crystals majority of the nail techs didn’t comprehend. I settled for what they had “sugar” that gave a very slight similar appearance as crystals would have . Very slight. I am not only leaving this comment for them not having exactly what I want but because a nail popped off 4 days after getting a NEW SET. And then two more in the next few days . So just terrible quality, maybe I should be a nail tech cause it isn’t that hard. Tiring maybe, but not a hard job to satisfy a customer. Stock up on inventory babies, and let the rest of Loveland know
