My nails tech was nice but I felt like she didn’t thoroughly do my set. It’s nice but I felt like my nails weren’t prepped proper for a simple over lay.

Very friendly, courteous and professional. I got just what I asked for. Its been over 10 years since I last got my nails done.

Acrylic nails look good. But we made an appt and when it was time to do my pedicure the lady was rushing to do my pedi because other people were waiting. She did not do the hot towels, which I saw my friend received minutes earlier. She did not file my toe nails and all of them are different sizes now. She barely used the scrubber. My feet don’t feel like I got a pedicure at all. Veryyyyy disappointed !!

Got my nails done, dipping powder, Tuesday. my nail on my non dominate hand broke Wednesday. went back Saturday to get repairs (the UV top coat was chipping on other nails) charged me 10 to apply more clear dipping powder because 1st round was too thin (only 3 dips when other places have done up to 5) and to use the CORRECT top coat (at my request). Nails look horrible the color is significantly duller due to the extra coats that should have been applied the 1st time... So a total of 60$ for a shoddy nail job 🤬... After I sat complaining ANOTHER vehicle person tried to fix... Got a little better but he cut me...Going to my original place, their hours can be funky but my nails are always on point. I am always comfortable and relaxed when I am here. They really care about their customers experience. Everyone is kind of creating a welcoming atmosphere and you never have to ask when you need something, theyll ask you first. Techs are skilled and knowledgeable. They know just what to do but they are also willing to listen to what you need and try to accommodate. My nails turned out fantastic just how I like it, to every tiny detail. They use good products and beautiful colors so my nails would usually last for a long time. Very reasonable price. Highly recommended !!!

Do not, I repeat do NOT patronize this establishment. The owner did my nails, they looked nothing like what I paid for. When I expressed my concern he became belligerent and disrespectful. He eventually told me to call the police after refusing to correct the mediocre job he had done. I instead decided to warn everyone about my experience. Another tech fixed the issue (he was upset that she did...)but the damage was already done. The cop reference reminded me of an incident with a woman of color being attacked at the mall because of a similar situation and was incredibly triggering. I say all this to say stop supporting businesses that don’t respect you or people who look like you. Spend your money where you are respected and with people who value you as a customer!

I called and was told $35 for a shellac/fill in.... I sit down and I was told $55. No wonder nobody was in there salon. Happy to go to D&B nails down the street.

Very clean, very professional! Ive been coming here since last spring for mani, pedi, and sometimes tips, with and without shellac. They always do a great job, and have lots of shellac colors to choose from!!

If you want unsanitary pedicures and being charged a dollar extra just to use your debit card....go here.Just unbelievable!!!I went in with a friend to get pedicures and we were joking around and laughing-I was told I needed to be quiet.Then the man who was doing my pedicure kept saying there was something wrong with me. In the next breath he was asking me if I was married and hitting on me and talking about needing Viagra. SO OUT OF CONTROL!After that, he scraped the skin off the back of my ankle yet couldnt get the dead skin off my heel...really?Then, while I was sitting in the chair he said you have to get out of the chair.All I can say is-take your money somewhere else. These people dont know the first thing about customer service, not that many do anymore. 😠😠😠

I started going here about 4 years ago they were very professional at first. Circa 2017 I’m assuming owner/ husband started getting really nasty in the mouth talking really smart; the quality of the work went all the way down. Every time I would come in it was something different my experience started to be really poor so I finally ended my relationship with Queen nails.

Consistently do great work. They have matte finish, holographic and chrome nails and dip powder.

Pleasant experience! They listened to what I said and did a great job on my pedicure. I will become a regular here.

Id been going here recently and the service just keeps declining. I as that they something that were state board practices. Not only was I told this is how we do it. I was told it I wanted it that way to do it myself...!So of Course I left.Ladys be careful of who you let touch your hands and feet. Make sure you get the service you pay for no just what they want to give. Which is probably not even state for practices..

Service used to be the bees knees. Beware of who you get I suppose. I had stopped going there 2 years ago. Came back and remembered why I left. Service is fast nut rushed, almost half ***. Poor selection of quality products. Pedicures are$6 more than other cities. (Detroit/Northville) I had to dang near beg the manicurist to put glitter polish on my ring fingers. When i was about to do it myself, thats when she came out from eating. Manicure is not all that.

Very slow but the quality of the nails are beautiful and worth the time.

They cant do rainbow anyting and they dont understand anything youre talking about. They take forever and they barely massage your feet.

Very disrespectful the wife dont know how to do basic stuff like designs or pink and white she messed up my nails two time in one day and didnt want to fix it her husband started to be very aggressive to me for what she couldnt do she said she was having a bad day had nothing to do with me I been going here for 3years and now her bad day cost her a regular customer other than that its clean

The man who did my nails was very rude. I got a manicure and pedicure and both jobs were rushed. It was my first time there and only came in because of the reviews. I needed a mani/ pedi really bad but he was insulting and made comments about me not taking care of my nails. Needless to say I would not return. Customers service should always come first.

Very quick and pretty results but sanitation leaves a lot to be desired

The person who did my nails here did a half assed job, i had to ask her to fix all of the bubbles in my nails. She didnt seem fond of doing so. My guess is because i was interrupting her filing her own nails in the middle of my service. After that, she left me at the station to go do a pedicure for a man who had just walked in regardless of the fact that thwre were two other people there to help him. If you dont want to help people, then dont. I can spend my money elsewhere.

The owner and his wife do amazing work!

After 1.5 weeks, my acrylic was raised so horribly like I had the nails on for months. I looked down and one had fallen completely off at some point or another. Probably the worst full set Ive received. Subfreakingpar

Took my mother here a few days before mothers day and they butchered my mothers nails. They had someone with no experience do her nails and he took an extremely long time and did an awful job.
