My first time going after being referred by a past client of theirs. Went in at opening, walked almost immediately to get my pedi, Boss Lady was awesome, then off to get my full set with Jackie...mini therapy season. Will be coming back!

The staff were polite…. Place smell clean that’s a plus…..the service excellent from the front door to have a nice day I’ll definitely becoming back!!!!

Nice atmosphere, excellent job on my fill in and pedi, only reason did not get 5 stars waiting time 3hrs, and no staff to help. Need nail techs ASAP. Missing out on alot of business.

My daughter and I came here for the first time tonight and they were closed BUT they allowed us in and gave us the ROYAL TREATMENT! We got Nani’s & pedi’s. The girls were quick, efficient & very personable. They made us feel welcome and gave us EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE. We will never go anywhere else. They took great care of us and we will definitely be back. All salons need to exhibit this kind of service to their patrons.

This place is simply amazing. They greet you at the door and everyone is just so nice. I was offered water while I wait, they had great conversation and all. This was my first time and I will be making this my permanent nail shop 😍😍

Female doing my nails was so busy trying to get customers and did not pay attention to what she was supposed to be doing on mine. I told her from the beginning that I wanted a design. She said that she didn’t do design and I’d have to wait 45 minutes. She should have had the person doing design work on my nails. Very disappointed and will never go back.

The website says they’re open on Mondays and that they accept appointments. I came from out of town and wanted to spend time getting a pedi/mani with my sister. We called and were told only walk-ins were accepted, We came on Monday to find a sign saying the salon was closed on Mondays beginning 6/21. We decided to come on Wednesday and had to wait 30 minutes and I could not get my nails done with my sister. If you’re going to accept walk-ins only you need to be staffed appropriately. Also, my pedicure felt rushed like I was on an assembly line. It was not relaxing at all. Also, not sure why major credit/debit cards are not accepted…

This nail salon is very nice! Everyone is pleasant and the gentleman at the front desk was very tentative to all the ladies in the shop. He even offered me something to drink. I had to call my mom and tell her how much i enjoyed my pedicure! ❤❤❤

Okay! Because come get your life right! They are just too amazing here. Everyone is wonderfully nice and professional. They do an amazing job here. I will visit visit visit. They will hit you with their best shot! Also they have been taking all the safety precautions possible.

Service is beyond slow. I don’t mind waiting but over an hour and a half wait is ridiculous. Only has 3 ladies working there and they literally take forever

I called first before even coming in. I was told there were 4 people ahead of me. When I arrived, only 1 nail tech was doing nails and 1 person doing pedicures. I sat there for an hour looking at other staff on their phones and standing around. Not helping any customers. This is the slowest most unprofessional service I have ever received. Very disappointed for it to be so early in the morning.

This first time I went a had a pretty good experience. The next 3 times not so good and what I mean by that is I havent been able to get in. 2nd time they were not open, 3rd time made a appointment and then they told me they couldnt do it, 4th time I made an appointment came early and they told me they were short handed and I have 1 person ahead of me and the would text me to come in. Very professional and courteous staff, clean and sanitary, nice and cozy decor, love the uniforms and professional mannerisms, they’re all very friendly however, I won’t be returning. My nails lift after 1 week. Pre-Covid, this wasn’t the case. I really wanted to be proud to get good service at this black owned establishment, but the last 3 times, my nails lift very early after the service. Not just 1 or 2 nails, several. I can’t waste my money like this. 3 strikes, it’s over.

This Sunday will be a week since I got my nails done 3 days after my nails were done a nail popped off with ease none of my natural nail was on the artificial nail, then a day later another nail came off along with a couple of stones... my nails should not be coming off after less than one week of them being done. But besides that customer service is amazing along with the cleanliness.

About three months before coronavirus hit, the nail shop I had been going to for 3 years got ownership in the service went downhill from there so Ive been searching for a new place since then, I have found my place! Looks very posh! even though they were busy service was fast but thorough. The business is BLACK OWNED! The customer service was excellent! You have to make an appointment and unfortunately my sister and I didnt have one but they still said they would try to sqeeze us in. We waited about 20 mins which wasnt bad due to the fact that we didnt have an appointment. We were getting pedicures so they put us in very comfortable massage pedicure chairs, got our water to a comfortable temperature, and offered us water or wine (they have several options) while we waited. We soaked for a while, socially distanced one chair apart, then two very nice young ladies began our pedicures. They moved quickly and efficiently and were very conscious of sanitary practices.This was my first pedicure since coronavirus, I was very nervous about going anywhere, but everyone had on masks and gloves, all files, buffers, pumice, scrubs,and lotions used for the deluxe pedicure were prepackaged. They had a wide variety of colors, the shop is very spacious, very comfortable temperature, over all great experience. Only cons are its cash only, so I had to leave and come back to get cash, they leave the key in the bathroom door so you need to make sure you take it out of the door when you go in, and there is no hook in the bathroom to hang your purse. Other than that I have no complaints! 10/10 Definitely recommend!

Nails and feet was done to perfection, very friendly business from the owner to the staff. This will be my new nail home please give them a try you wont regret it.
