Ive been to this place a few times. I came a week ago and my nail broke the next day. They were closed for a few days due to a holiday. Ive been sitting here an hour for one repost. water underneath and take another customer.The tech decided to soak the nail off without warm water underneath. I got the nail off in 5 minutes after a little soaking and wiggling. I went to The nail tech and stated that I was done he proceeded to continue with the person who came in after me. This will be my last time coming here and I will make sure to let the people that I recommended to NOT come here. VERY RIDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

My nails look horrible. It looks like I need a fill in all ready. But I just got them done today. Some of them are crooked. They just look so bad.

Takes great care of your nails, nice polish, shellac, gel nails, dips, ombre, glow in the dark. Very creative!

Due to Covid you need to come and grab an appointment. Dont call they are short on staff, hard to get to the phone.The lady takes her time which I love.Wear a mask and there isnt a waiting area so you have to wait in the vehicle.I think the painting would have been better.Prices has went up Mani Pedi regular polish $40

I paid for a fill-in and shellac going to a formal event. I’ve been coming here for years and never had a problem. 2 days later all my nails started lifting and one completely broke at my event! I came to get them fixed and Tony (the manager) said there was nothing he could do for me without paying again to be serviced. I will never go here again, don’t recommend.

Nails 4 U reopened and is satisfying all protocol regarding COVID-19. Its appointment only. They removed some of the stations. There is plexiglass at the remaining stations. There is a good supply of hand sanitizer. The sterilization of tools is open and obvious to see. They work diligently to clean each station thoroughly between customers. Your temperature is taken and a disclaimer form must be completed before service begins.

Terrible service. I wouldn’t recommend going here at all there’s only about two people that can actually do nails good here. My nails were terrible I kept trying to explain to the man how I wanted them and he still did his own thing. A waste of my time and money

HORRIBLE AND AWFUL. They put me in to soak my feet and I sat and sat. I asked how much longer and they said 5 minutes. 20+ minutes later I dried my feet and left. Besides 5 minutes, no one said a word to me. The epitome of RUDENESS. My first time and clearly my last. I will be sure to tell everyone I know in the area that this is a place to avoid.

I prefer this salon over many others for sure! They do quality work. Just make sure to go as early as possible to avoid waiting forever.

I’ve had my nails done at salons all over metro Detroit and this place did the best work. The first salon to actually offer a soak off and not just rip the acrylic off.

I stoped in for a Shellac change. Best experience Ive ever had get my nails done. My nails came out perfect. Tony is awesome. I will definitely be back.

If zero stars was an option Id give that. My shallac chipped the NEXT day and I went in for a repair and was expected to wait for the 5 ppl who were ahead of me. Horrible customer service as I was told you mustve hit it ... I couldve run the nail over and it shouldnt have chipped as shallac has to be removed with a drill. NEVER COMING BACK HERE.

They do a good job on nails but the prices are too high and they nickel and dime you for every thing. Not worth the long wait or the price

They were makin fun of people feet.. They charge for everything. The mens customer service is a 1. They do people any kind of way i told them i wasnt happy very nicely they insisted i had a problem. I wouldnt go back here if i was paid too.

I waited like 15 minutes no omw acknowledged me until I decided to walk out lol he chased me 2 stores down to get me to come back so I did I was desperate at the last minute nails were cute acrylic overlay lasted 1 week literally 1 week wont be back and they need to tidy up
