THE ONLY PLACE THAT TOUCHES MY NAILSi’ve been coming to 1nails for almost 9 years (even before Win & Jessica took over) and i have happily been returning for their services. they take care of me. i have *never* left unhappy with a fresh dip manicure set from Win and a shellac pedicure. they have lots of new colors to choose from and are definitely worth the wait- I PROMISE. they are very busy closer to the weekends obviously because i am not the only person who loves getting their nails done here 😋I LOVE 1 NAIL FOREVER 🥰

A little miscommunication. I was under the impression had gel extensions. When got there she said they would do it by glueing on a tip then using dip power. I agreed since I already mad eit all the way there. Cost was $52.00. I would suggest not having the male that works there do it. There not not horrible but also not the best. (The black smug on the one nail was my doing btw)

Day 10 after $87 spent on eyebrow wax and Gel manicure/pedicure. Never felt Gel/ Shellac Polish so soft. Polish cracking and peeling off so soon after. Very disappointed.

So I went to this nail salon yesterday & I must say I will be coming back. The atmosphere was nice! I liked how even though I came at a busy time, more than one person stepped up to help me (pedi & mani). Shout out to Jessica & Will! Exceptional customer service! When I was looking for a specific color for my nails, Jessica helped recommend a few colors. I wanted to add glitter to my nails & Will added the extra dazzle with the design. Definitely recommend this place!

I absolutely love this place, sometimes it’s a wait depending on the day so beware of wait times and can vary between 1-2.5 hours . But the service is fantastic! These are my nails after 1plus week 😊

I paid for the most expensive pedicure Ive ever received in my entire life here. I wasnt given a price prior or even options for different pedicure options. I figured it was going to be a trick at the register because the the guy performing the pedicure kept cracking jokes and opening up more and more packets of looked like lotion( maybe 3). Now I cant say I wont go back but Ill be sure that Im given a price prior. Id like to think that people will just do the right thing but unfortunately since Ive been in Detroit that has not happened at the nail shops in particular. This is the second time something similar has happened.

I thought I loved this Place until the Owner and his wife made a mistake, took hours out of my day THEN overcharged me. Ill never come back. Theres no loyalty or honesty here. They will nickel and dime you at every corner.

They definitely get you in and out. I called ahead to see if they are open by appointment or allowing walk ins. They are doing walk in only. Idk if it is their normal, but I did have to pay either with venmo or zelle. I wasnt prepared for, but nowadays cashless is the new way. The Customer service was okay.

I came in to get a pink and white fill and she quickly did it but it was the worse job Ive ever had done. I didnt even bother telling her what she did wrong I just wanted to get out of there because I was so mad! Never again. Something so simple shouldnt have been that hard to do.

The second day after getting my nails done. I opened a door and they broke off. They fixed it for free which is awesome but then the next day later my other finger nail popped off opening a drink. They fixed that for free. Then my pinky nail fell off and I don’t even know how! They put it on too thin. I’ve never had that experience where acrylics just pop off unless they’re from the store

The techs here make you feel and look your best. They do a great job and take pride in their work. They have techniques and nail art I honestly haven’t seen anywhere else. This is for sure going to be my new spot!

Today was my first time visiting this salon. I got both a pedicure and shellac manicure. Hahn (sp?) was very gentle, did not rush, and made sure my nails were perfect! I love my nails and hope they last! This is my new go to salon!

They need some organization work on the nail polish colors. The massage was good and everyone is super friendly. They are a bit pricey.

I went to this nail salon because my regular nail salon was booked. This salon does not provide good customer service. I requested to have my toes done prior to my nails and the lady acted as if that was an issue. My toes looked terrible, I asked for my fake fingernails to be cut the shortest length and every second of cutting it she said this long. Prior to my fake nails being applied she cut my real names down without even asking if that was ok. I definitely wouldn’t go back there

The shellac pedicure was above and beyond. Very affordable for a luxurious hour! I love their massage chairs. Make sure you make an appointment for Sundays, and know that its cash only on Sundays as well.

Too expensive.Update: Went back to fix ONE toe, charged me $32!!!! And it broke again the next day!!!! Never going back!!!!

I just had a fill, but was not happy with results of the technichian I had. He didnt seem all to sure of himself and at the finish, I didnt notice till I was home, was all bumpy/wavy. Ive been here several times over the last 20 years, and this is the first time Ive been unhappy. I try again and see whats going to happen.

Here visiting from Connecticut, and made an appointment for a dip mani. Jessica was my tech and she was FANTASTIC. I literally told her she was perfect when I walked out the door. Took her time, made sure my nails looked exactly like I wanted them (no thick dip, no duck bills.. these nails look totally natural and gorgeous). 20/10, highly recommend :) Ill be back next time Im in town!

Im here visiting from north Michigan and was referred by my sister. I got shellac manicure by Nam. He did an awesome job but 2 days later I was sick of the color I had chosen. He told me to come on in and he would change it for me. The nice lady who sits next to him is the one who change the color and she too did an awesome job! I was not charged for my flakiness by picking the wrong color in the first place! I highly recommend this salon. Judy W

My technician did a very good job. Im happy with the outcome she followed my instructions well.

Sent my daughter here for her first acrylic set. Within the hour of her returning home the stones started falling off. They were also terribly uneven. Given this was her first time my daughter didnt speak up to have them fix the length and she had to get home to go to an event. I called the nail salon to complain about the stones falling off. They said for me to come back when I can and they would fix it. I came back on a Saturday as I work during the week. They were very busy and we sat waiting for over a half hour so I spoke with the young lady and she told us to come back on Monday when its not so busy. We returned again Monday after school. We sat again for 45 minutes. I asked of they could just give us a partial refund to avoid waiting any longer. They refused. Ive taken time out of my schedule twice to spend gas on top of sitting and wasting time all to get an attitude from the guy that works here who wants to act as if were to blame. Too many other places nearby to spend any more money or time here. Hopefully I can upload a picture of the poor job they did.

Nam did an incredible job with my nails. Reasonably priced, good attention to detail, and definitely able to do any glitzy nails you want. I showed him an Instagram picture and the ones I ended up with were 10x better.

The last place I went to for years has become very messy and unsanitary, so u decided to give no 1 nails a try. I had nails and pedi done. The pediatric was amazing! When it came to the nails the lady wasnt so good. Thank God Nam was there and saved them. I think this will be my new nail place as long as Nam does them!

Me and my homegirls went to get our nails and toes done and they waxed my mustache the lady took my skin off the man was very impatient with my friend and the lady kept rolling her eyes they were very disrespectful never going back

Had an appointment for 10:30 for a mani/pedi with regular nail polish, not gel or shilac. They were running behind and informed us they were ‘running a little late’, my sister asked if we should come back and they said no. Over an hour later still I was just sitting on the bench waiting. Instead of taking me back when they took my sister they left me up there for another 15-20m. At that point I got up to tell my sister I was leaving, they sat me down next to her and let me soak my feet well I waited another 10 minutes. We left a little after 1p.. with a 10:30a appointment for regular nail polish. If they would’ve just been honest and said we should come back it would’ve been no problem. Very disappointed and will not go back.

I came here last week to get my nails done. I got a fill in and my toes polished. Two days later two of my nails broke and my polish is chipping(chipping on hands and feet). I got my nails done by a guy. He did my nails too thin. This was my first time coming here. I came a few days after and explained that i would not be able to come get my nails fixed until the weekend. I am back again to get my nails fixed. Jessica told me that I would have to pay to get my two nails fixed. She said its past the three days to get it fixed for free. She was the person that i spoke to last week about coming back. Ive been here waiting so long. I do not like that they jump back and fourth to work on nails. Ill have to find another salon. This is not the one for me.

No matter which tech I use, I always get a great job. So happy my hairdresser recommended this place!

I let Tony do my medi with Shallac gel and a pedi. He did an amazing job! He was gentle, took his time and didnt drill on my nail bed like the other nail shops do when I asked them not to. He said he was more concerned about preserving the health of my nails. Made an appointment with Tony today! As long as I keep receiving good service like this, they can have my money :) Highly recommended.

I had a pedi nightmare at another salon in Ferndale and they saved my toes!!! In a wedding and was panicking they were so kind and helpful and fixed the mistakes of the other place.
