Best place on the west side to get your nails done! Such time and care went into my horribly late walk in. It only worked out because of the perfect directions given by their receptionist and we called ahead before leaving the house. I will be going back before vacation in August!!!!

Loved my experience there today, first time here. All the ladies were nice and efficient. I will be back!. I got short coffin “ombré” nails. I thought online said $45 but I didn’t make a big deal because it could be more since I used 2 colors technically!So I paid a total of $50, Plus a well deserved tip! Thanks again ladies. Dan and his team gave Pedis to me and my two grown daughters. They were very professional, kind, funny and just made it a fun experience. The Salon was very clean, and I feel like it was a great value. I will be a return customer for sure!!

I got the luxury pedicure and wow was it amazing, especially for the price! I made an apt online which is very convenient, although they started me a bit later than scheduled it was fine because I had someone attending to me the remainder of my apt. The eucalyptus mask and wax mask was amazing and the employees were kind, friendly and respectful. My toes look and feel great! Highly recommend.

My first experience was great! Cindy fixed a terrible full set, done at another local place, and I got way more than I expected for the price - she deserves a 5 star rating. I went back for another fill and it appeared to be going just as well...until she put her earbuds in and left them in entire time talking to someone. Not that big of a deal but she obviously started to rush, only did two coats of color and charged me more than what was listed. I do like the results but there could have been more care (I can see the imperfections). Side note, it was obvious the management was not present that day. 3.5 is what I would give for that experience.It’s clean and pleasant otherwise. Not a never go back but I probably won’t go back when management isn’t there.

Always do a great job and have many colors or polish, gel, and dip powder to choose from. Always clean and kind :)

Honestly the worst experience Ive ever had. I never gettingmy nails done but when I do I wont be getting them here. I called and made my appointment and was sitting there for 30 minutesbefore anyone let me choose a color Somee of my nails are a little bit crooked but overall they did a good job on the shape and was still charged way too much for how they look and my experience

Great pedicure...only complaint is that the professionalism from 2 or 3 of the ladies working there. When 2 large ladies came in for pedicures while I was there. Blatantly obvious they were talking about them...couldnt understand them but was so obvious what they were doing I know the ladies would have known. Impossible not to. I would never go back if that would have been me...not nice.

Instyle nail and spa is a wonderful place to get your nails done, toes done and also waxing. I’ve visited this shop twice and I love it. The first time I got the instyle luxury pedicure and it was the best I’ve ever had. The hot stone massage at the end just topped it off. Second visit I got the dip powder full set. They have so many colors to choose from and they lasted forever. Highly recommend it. The nail techs and the lovely girl who runs the front desk are all so friendly and very efficient. This is my new salon for all of my manicure and pedicure needs.

Went to have my nails done before a holiday party and they turned out amazing! Very clean. Workers were all very nice and attentive. Cant wait to go back!

I went in for a gel manicure polish on Friday I was happy because they were able to see me right away with out an appointment. I sat down & picked a color and with in 15-20 mins I was done. The color and appt was great.My sadness came less then hours later when one gel polish completely came off. Sunday two nails were chipped.even more frustrating is it hasnt even been one week and all the nails are chipped off. I am pretty bummed because usually my gel polishs will last me 2 plus weeks.

This salon is awesome from getting a mani pedi to getting your hair cut.

It is very clean and its nice to have a new place in town. I went in with my daughter who was coming in from out of state. Who I thought was the owner was very nice and welcoming. We decided to splurge and get the Luxury Pedicure, $45 but I was very disappointed. My daughter had two people working on her intermittently and at one point she had to wait 15 min for someone to come back and work on her while waiting with a dry towel over her legs/feet. I was disappointed she wasnt made a priority and when we came in I even asked, Do you have time for this right now? I was hoping this place would be an exception to the type of spa where you have multiple people working on you and youre left waiting and wondering.

Excellent salon, in fact I can say it is the BEST nail salon in Whatcom County. I say this as Ive been a regular sincs my first visit in the beginning of October 2019, pedicures are amazing and theyve yet to injure me with a file or cuticle pusher. I got my a full set of nails the same day and again no injury with the drill or nail file. Perfectly shaped and beautiful nails. I get the shellac color and a nail art design on both my ring fingers. They are my complete one stop salon as they have waxing services and Lihn is now here with her hair services. Best perm Ive had in years. Nails, pedicures, manis, waxing, and hair services all in one salon. Make an appointment today to be pampered!

The staff was really nice, but the full set of normal acrylics I got started popping off the next day. I bite my nails, so I know theyll only last about a week, but these ones didnt even last a DAY. I dont think it was the staffs fault, but aside that, my acrylics all popped off completely the day after I got them.

It was just okay. The lady did her job and nothing else.

I made an online appointment for a pedicure. When I arrived I stated I had an appointment. I was told to have a seat. While waiting I chatted with the lady next to me. Asked if she had been waiting long and if she had an appointment. She stated she hadnt been there long and no she didnt have an appointment. A few moments later they seated her in a chair and got to work. I sat there waiting as my appointment time came and went. After 15 minutes she stated that she didnt have an appointment for me. (Which as not true since I have a confirmation text) As it came out later she just hadnt check the online schedule in a few hours so she didnt know the appointment. I had booked a luxury pedicure but was given a deluxe. So moral of my story... call to make an appointment instead of using the online system. Pedicure was a typical pedicure.
