This place is absolutely phenomenal. my stepmom and i got treated so well and the staff there were so nice and accommodating! the photo with #1 is the photo i showed and the photo with #2 is what i got (i asked for different position than the smiley face in the photo i showed). this is my new favorite salon and ive been looking for one for 6 years. my nails were $55 but that was a full set of acrylics with gel and a design, such amazing prices. my eyebrow waxing was $10 and they turned out AMAZING. this salon was so clean and sanitized, i felt so safe in there because of covid and my previous salon gave me fungus (i no longer have it). my stepmom got a luxury pedicure for only $45! she said she felt amazing and she loved the way her toes turned out. they use new nail blocks and clean everything before they use it on you, all staff wear masks!!! all in all, give this place a visit and you wont ever go to another nail salon!!!!

They promptly greeted and accepted three of us at 5:30 p.m. and they closed at 7p.m. in a walk in bases for pedicures. And one of my daughters also got her nails done. And our total was just over $100. Quite reasonable for the services rendered. They are currently practicing social distancing requirements. As youll notice chairs are marked off. And everyone is wearing gloves and the water and attachments are all covered with plastic coverings. They were fast and friendly. And conveniently located in downtown Ferndale off of main street.

They’re really nice and friendly people, but 4 hours later my nails are all hurting really bad... My manicure was rushed and very rough, one finger was bleeding a little. It’s a bit crooked and messy. This is how one hand looks now, 4 hours after it was done there’s still some redness above my nails.

Horrible experience this place just rushes to get you in and out . The lady doing my pedicure was working so quickly she scrubbed my ankle causing abrasions and massaged the tops of my feet instead of bottom, so hard its sore to walk today, it feels bruised. I went here when it first opened and it was great. Now they are trying to get as many people in and out as possible. Will not be returning. The last several times my experience was not good at all!

Everytime i go here it’s always bad, they have young students that are barely educated enough to do acrylics to the point where they give up half way and ask other people to finish them. AS of getting acrylics they cut everything wrong uneven clumpy and over filed on the underneath so i’ll have to get a new set and not a fill…if you’re ever in ferndale washington definitely go to instyle nails! this place has ruined my nails too many times, never get any designs if you go here or any french tips. THEY ARE A ONE COLOR NAIL PLACE! worst nail place ever.

I have to update my review. I used to love it here, unfortunately I am not sure I want to go back. I had a pedicure done a week ago and the person that did it scrubbed my foot so hard it took skin off of the top of my foot! Then that same person messed up my nail polish (but charged for what I asked for but didnt get) this person was more worried about trying to upsell than try do a good job. I had to go back and have them repainted.. wouldnt you know I got the same person. And they rushed through everything again. Ugh.

They made me wait 50 minutes!! When I called beforehand and made an appointment. They charged me 25$ just to wash my feet and paint my nails nothing else. I would definitely not recommend this place. They are unprofessional and don’t know anything about customer service.

My mom and i use saloni nails regularly and have been customers for over 10 years there, we love it and they do amazing jobs and treat all of their customers equally! they are extremely sanitary and gentle :) 10/10 recommend this place for anyone who would like a spa day!

Got a gel fill and pedicure. Very relaxing experience, environment is super friendly and well-kept and my nail tech paid very close attention to detail, which is ALWAYS appreciated. They have a wonderful selection of colors too and prices were fair. Would definitely like to get a fill here again!

I have gotten a full set and fill at this salon and I am very pleased with their service! They are very clean and professional! Follow all CDC guidelines and you feel comfortable, safe and welcome! Tim ( I think thats his name) does my nails and he takes his time and does them so well! Thank you for being so patient and kind! Highly recommend!

I was a walk in and they got me in right away. I had a few requests because I needed to change the style of my previous manicure. he listened to me and did everything I asked. I had my pedicure done a week ago at another spa. After 3 days started getting in grown big toe. I called Saloni out of desperation I was hurting so bad. They took me right in cleaned the bad toe I walked out feeling great, an excellent job.It was short of seeing a podiatrist.Good work.Ted

A long wait, but worth it.

Yesterday was my first time going there and I absolutely loved it. This is my new place to go!

Everyone working here is family and are so professional and friendly. They were really sweet about my mom and I coming in a little late and gave us the most luxurious treatment. I recommend the 45$ pedicure. Never had anything so nice done to my legs and feet.

The techs were all supper friendly. Great service.

I always get acrylics and they do a decent quality job with their work. However, the staff is rude and not a very friendly environment. And they’ll try to charge you extra for gel without asking, so you have to tell them exactly what you want.When you tip, make sure you use cash because if you use debit the owner will take it. Also, they pay their employees below minimum wage. And are not licensed to do waxing but do anyways.This used to be my favorite place but sadly I will not be supporting this business anymore.

This used to be my favorite place to go to get gels and acrylic nails. However, 3 days ago I had the worst experience so far in my life. I went with my best friend and we both got seated down right away but I had to wait 30 minutes for someone to even come to me and by that time my friends nails were already almost done. I dont know his name but the main guy that works there ruined my nails and made me bleed. He had filed my skin off my thumb to where blood was starting to bubble and I had asked him for a paper towel but he said hold on one minute and left to go work on this other lady Who came in AFTER me! He never got me anything to wipe off my blood so I has to wipe it on my shirt. He didnt spend quality time on my nails because he was going back and forth between me and two other ladies. I chose acrylic nails and He put the nails on crooked and to be honest they look like theyre a week old. He was so rough with my hands that my fingers felt bruised afterwards. He didnt even ask me how long I wanted my nails he just started to cut right away. When it was time to pay I didnt tip him so he started to be rude towards me and aggressively ripped the receipt. Like I said its been three days now and almost all of my nail beds are infected, They still hurt so bad !! Never going there again!

Always a great job on my acrylic nails. Friendly atmosphere. Price is higher then the norm for shellac by $5 but your not having to drive to Bellingham.

By far one of the best pedicures Ive received. Ive come here a few times since the shop first opened, and Im impressed by how much theyve improved over time. The staff is incredibly polite, and the woman who owns the shop makes sure youre served immediately. My mom and I didnt have an appointment, but she had us sit in their wonderful massage chairs to soak our feet while we waited. (We only had to wait a few minutes) The paint is high-quality & hasnt chipped at all since I got my nails done last week. The also offer refreshments (water, soda, wine) while youre treated. Highly recommend this place!

Visit here every time I am in town. The staff was friendly too! I feel happy every time with my nails. The inside is clean, homey feeling and well organized. I am definitely going back again.

So excited to take my granddaughter to get her nails done for her 10th birthday while I got a pedicure. First time here....this was the most unwelcoming salon Ive ever been to. No communication, warmth, kindness or professionalism from the woman who did my pedicure (Vin). I DO NOT recommend this salon.

What an amazing experience! Beautiful, clean, quiet atmosphere. There was nice, relaxing music playing. The staff were efficient, courteous and friendly. I had a manicure with the dip polish which will last me until I choose to change them (3 weeks due to nail growth). The ladies were much quicker than my nail techs at home yet took the time to ensure that the nails are not thick.Thank you so much for taking such good care of me! If I lived here, this would be my regular oasis.

I return only because its the only one close to my home and work.I have had to ask them redo my toes on few occasions. Or make sure theygo all the way to the cuticle.They will done this is so you will have to come back sooner. There has been a few times they try to over charge for me, I get the Exactly same thing each time. Their signs say 25.00 dollars for a pedicureI get a small flower on each big toe . I was told that because of the flower my bill was 35. 00 . Other places will charge an extra 5.00 dollars for it.There I received a full pedicure hot wax on my feet, filed smooth at the heals.Not at this one, but they charged more for less.

I had a great pedicure from a man, he did a great job,especially with a callus on my little toe that no one else has EVER bothered to to take off!!!!🤣😥🤣💕

Wont go again. Place is not clean chair was broken $30 for pedicure and white tips were uneven. I paid card guy told her in his language no tip witch I was going to give cash but she gave me nasty look then rubbed my legs for 5 min and said done no help putting on sandals like the other gal next to me.

Rushed my pedicure to get to the next lady. tried to talk me out of french style polish to make my appt quicker. Then gave me the worst eyebrow wax I ever had.

Awful manicure. They think that nail polish will cover their sloppy job. But when I just want my nails buffed, filed, & cleaned they don’t know how to do it.

I went here because it was the only place open on a Sunday in Ferndale and I’m not picky about where I go to get a pedicure 1-2 times a year. My toe nail polish job looks nice but this was the most jipped I’ve felt after ever getting a pedicure and paying $25. It was super quick, did NOT include a massage or sugar scrub, and pretty much felt like my feet were soaked and then nails painted and that was it. I even asked the nail tech if she was going to do a foot massage and she said “I already did!” And then gave me an awkward look like “do you want me to now?” And she said she had given me a massage but it was the application of lotion for one minute that I think she was referring to. Overall I was very disappointed and felt like I overpaid for what I got. I will not be returning.

If I could do NO STARS I would. The lady rushed her service cuz I my 2 yr. The baby was doing good too. I got acrylic nail, my 2nd time. The nails on one hand were longer than the other. The acrylic was lumpy & was over my cuticle & that hurt my fingers after. My other daughter got her nail fixed & all them filled. She only got ONE layer of polish. CRAPPY!

I have went to this place for pedi and mani for 5 plus years and I have always had a great experience, they are very friendly and take great care of you! Manager is very nice! By far my favorite place to go too.

Took my mom in for a mani/pedi.Nails were done while we were getting pedis with our hands held in the air. Incredibly poor job for both myself and my mother. Pedis came out well. Environment definitely not relaxing or professional.Went to pay...Owner would not accept my gift card from 2 Christmas’s ago for $60. There was no expiration date on it. He threw it in the garbage. Not sure if this is even legal. Didn’t want a confrontation so I paid cash and left a generous tip for the girls efforts.Will definitely not go back.

I wont ever go there again. I feel like they missed a few steps of cleaning the nail up. Didnt go all the way to cuticals. A few are crooked, and uneven, even after repeatedly asking them to fix it. It has only been a week and one nail fell off and most of the others look like they are about to fall off.

I would rate this place a 5 for a job well done because the lady who did my nails did an amazing job. She did exactly what I asked of her and smiled and was absolutely pleasurable. The reason I give this place a 3 is because I left as an unsatisfied customer after the owner over charged me by a significant amount. It was my first time here today and whilst I was paying I just thought that their prices were higher than their competitors. I grabbed a brochure to know for future reference. Overlooking their prices, I saw that indeed he wayyy over charged me for the services I was getting. Why? This is unfair business. As is making false promises to walk-ins telling them there is only a 5-10 minute wait when clearly you are undersstaffed. You should have stopped after the first customer walked out without being service in a timely manner. You sir are kind but what you did was not fair. I may or may not be coming back here. If I am it is only because of the lady who did my nails. Thank you to her. NO THANK YOU to the mister. Be TRUTHFUL sir. Itll get you farther in life than sneaking in unfair dollars here and there. You bet your hiney I tipped a good amount on top of the overcharge but that was to the woman. Not to the mister. I am still mad you. You ruined my day for taking advantage of me.

My experience at this place was horrible, for many reasons:1. The job done on my toe nails, was totally unprofessionally done, it was more like a job done by a child . The toe nails were neither cut and/ or clean properly.2. The atmosphere was repulsive: the personnel was talking loudly, shouting in Chinese, screaming at each other from one end, to the other end of the room,3. The place did not look very clean .4. I tried to talk to the girl who was doing my nails, but she did not speak any English.5.I felt very uncomfortable and, considering all the above, I will never go there, and I will not recommend to anyone I know.The only recommendation Will be for the health Department to check into their standard of cleaning.
