They messed up my lashes so bad! The glue irritates my eyelids and is causing them to be swollen. My natural eyelashes are stuck to the cheap horrible glue they use. I will NEVER come here again for any service! They should be ashamed of themselves. They also don’t sanitize after waxing someone, how gross especially during a pandemic! They will try and force you to leave a positive review before you even leave the building and notice how bad of a job they did! Do yourself a favor and find a more professional sanitary place to go because this isn’t it!

When I got my lashes done, the Indian lady literally scrapped the bottom part of my eye thinking I had on glue when it was left over mascara. We all know this is the most sensitive area of the eye, you know the part where people usually use concealer. All she had to do was ask instead of assuming it’s glue and then scrapping the mess out of the bottom of my eye lid. The lashes came out uneven and they leave hair when you wax. The only reason they have these many stars is because before you leave they beg you to give them 5 stars and most people are like whatever I’ll do it.

Reshma is one best technicians at RC Waxing &Threading. She and the girls do an excellent job. Staff members are professional and friendly. I normally get my eyebrows threaded, eyelash extensions, and henna tattoos. Prices are reasonable and the quality of work is consistently good. I would recommend this salon to my family and friends.

Got full body waxing. I went because of the high score. They didnt get all the hair off. Didnt want to stay and keep pointing out all the hair just sitting there. SMH. Will not being going back. Maybe they are not used my kind of dark skin and Strong thick hair type? I was telling her I have really Strong and thick hair. Either way, I tried and didnt like the services. But they were nice

At RC’s waxing and threading I had the best and fastest experience. The setting was very clean, beautiful and calming. My waxers name was Amy and she was so joyful and so much fun to talk to and kept me very comfortable the entire time. I definitely recommend her, and this place to go to.

Never again. I was put out and accused of being disrespectful. All the customers agreed I did nothing wrong. The manager and owner was horrible! My left eye is swollen due to them snatching individuals off like it wasnt attached with glue. I was totally embarrassed today.I am so glad that the other customers agreed that I wasnt being disrespectful and even a few customers left after seeing how I was treated.

Salma was very warm and welcoming. I have never had my eyebrows tinted and she mastered them for me the first time. I will ALWAYS come back here specifically for her and my needs. The staff is all the same as well. Thank you I look forward to more🙂

I took one star away because the price advertised on their website and on the store front is different from what you actually pay. They advertise $35 for Brazilian wax but at checkout they told me $40 with no explanation even when I pointed to the big $35 signs on the store front. Service was was and friendly. Atmosphere good. Wish the rooms gave more privacy though.

This is my favorite place to receive services. It’s been exactly one year and a couple months since I was introduced to RC and staff. Raquel provides me with sugar waxing and I absolutely love her and my results! I started off with the warm wax with RC, and I really loved the warm wax, but the sugar wax does my skin better due to me having very sensitive skin. I recommend RC waxing and threading to anyone! You will not be disappointed! P.S., I drive two hours to receive these services! They are incredible!💜

When I got my eyebrows threaded, I felt like I wasn’t being listened to and that my desires were not taken into consideration. Upon leaving, I was asked to do a google review. Nisha hovered over me and even touched my phone to select five stars as I was filling it out. Unacceptable especially because this was my first time visiting. I went back to write how I actually felt after the service once I got home. I left a tip for the service regardless of how unhappy I was and hope that they truly take these reviews into consideration. I don’t think I will come back here but if I do, I will most likely ask for a different person.
