Been seeing Katie for 3 or 4 years now. Never a bad experience at crown! They had a recent change of owner and the shop was renovated. Its a beautiful place!

I scheduled with Hailey for my first eyebrow lamination last week and I couldn’t be happier! She did a great job of walking me through the process and what to expect. She was great about letting me review the shape and look of the brows along the way to make any needed adjustments so they were just to my liking. She also gave me tips on what to do after my appointment to care for my brows and make the treatment last. Add on top of all this how absolutely sweet she is and it makes for an amazing experience. I can’t wait for my next appointment!

Hailey is the sweetest! She always does a wonderful job on my brows! I sent my family to her and they all love her and she’s the only girl we use now! I’ve also gotten a facial from her and it was such a relaxing experience! My face was so soft and felt so refreshed! :)

I recently saw Hailey for an eyelash lift + tint while in to get my hair touched up with Megan. Both ladies are super friendly and do a great job of making whatever service youre getting super comfy. My lashes and hair look great and I get compliments any time I am out. The best part of the lashes is they are low maintenance and my own (yet they look like a natural, false lashes).

Hailey is SUCH an amazing person— in all areas. She will make you feel good about yourself and give you beautiful, glowing skin! I love coming to see Hailey because she is so knowledgeable, kind, caring, and truly loves what she does! My favorite treatments are hydra facials and lash lift/tints! She listened carefully to the goals for my hair color while also giving valuable feedback about the process and upkeep. I feel so pretty after, with my vision and feel absolutely accomplished. I wanted threading and they only had waxing, although they advertise otherwise as well as on the phone. Then its $30 dollars for just a wax. Right after getting to the car, hubby thought its uneven. Called back to see 8f they can take 2 minutes fix, absolutely not I guess. There goes $30 and now I have to live with this stupid messed up eyebrows. Thanks but no thanks. Never again

It was my first time at Crown and I drove 2+ hours for my appointment. There was a little mixup with my appointment and the owner Kelly stepped in and made it happen! I needed a color fix for my botched box color and she really did an amazing job, considering what she had to work with. I was not only extremely pleased with my color, but the professionalism in stepping in to keep my appointment was top notch. Very personable and made me feel beautiful. I highly recommend and so glad I found my new salon and hairdresser!

The bible verse on the bag of $100 shampoo and conditioner I bought from this place, was pint size; but gave me hope considering the 850 I had just spent on my hair. When I sat down to consult with a stylist at The Crown Beauty Bar I knew nothing about hair extensions. When I left the consult, I still knew nothing about hair extensions. Yes, I signed what they are calling a contract. The contract was not explained to me in any other way except on how to properly care for my new hair. I left wondering what kind of hair EXACTLY that i would be caring for. I left the salon confused and asking myself if i had made a good or a bad investment. During my appointment with Madison I found that i had bought tape-in extensions. I was surprised ; but didnt say anything because, again I was uneducated in the subject. Before I left i was told that if any of them came lose or fell out that I could call and Madison would work me into her day, and fix them. They didnt last a week. I sent a lovely email to the contact on their website, and waited for a response. I finally did get a phone call from the owner and she offered me only... that all was my fault, and so, I politely thanked her, and told her goodbye. I still havent heard from the stylist and dont believe that thus is in fact a Christian service establishment.

I had a full set of classic lash extensions put on and I love them! It was my first time and I’ll definitely be back for more. Rachel Bearden was meticulous, professional, and determined to complete my look to my full satisfaction.

I always get the hand painted balayage and I have extremely thick hair but he always makes it look easy! I’m so thankful I found him! The people there were super nice! Not intimidating at all like Ive had at other places. Offered beverages and were right on time with my appointment. I love my cut that Morgan gave me. And then I got a lash tint for the first time and i loved it!! Overall great experience and Ill be returning for whatever beauty needs i have in the future!

Unreliable: I waited 52 minutes past my appointment and then decided to leave. This ruined my lunch break and now I will be looking for a different salon even though I have a gift card to this one :(

Charged me partial appointment for rescheduling during COVID due to having a cold. Kevin the manager would not budge on waiving the fee. I should not have been financially penalized during the COVID 19 pandemic for rescheduling same day because I rescheduled to protect their employees.

I came here Monday 9/23 after getting the worst haircut of my life somewhere else over the weekend. Taylor was so nice and personable, and even though she said she doesn’t usually do short hair (honesty that I appreciated!!), she managed to work some major damage control on my poor butchered hair. It looks SO much better now, and she even recommended someone at the salon who can help as I move forward in growing my hair out. I really appreciated her honesty and the miracle she worked on my hair!

Crown is by FAR the best salon in Northwest Arkansas. There really is no contest. The owners Zac & Kelly are hands-on and truly passionate about serving the clients with the best service possible. Jenni has been my hair stylist for years and is top notch. Mady has turned me into a facial and skin care lover and treats me like a queen when Im in her care.

Truly one of the worst hair experiences of my life. I asked for a really pretty golden and red balayage and I left with orange hair. The red dye also washed out in three days. They told me it was because I washed my hair too soon, but this was not the first time I have dyed my hair and I have never had all or the dye come out in one wash even when I had washed it sooner. You also cannot see how splotchy it is and how some pieces arent even colored. I had blonde in my hair from a previous coloring. I called the store and told them I was not happy and I really wanted a refund because I did not want to put more dye in my hair and I also did not trust them to do it. I also couldnt come back to the salon for almost a month because of my busy schedule, so I was stuck with hair I hated. They basically told me no and I was either screwed out of $150 or I could come back in for them to fix it. I came back in after begging them for hours to refund me because I literally had no other choice. When I went in I was very desperate to get the color fixed. I showed her the same picture that I originally wanted and she told me that would be too difficult to maintain and convinced me to go with a brown/red color. I like the color I have now, but I would have never paid that much money if I knew I couldnt get what I originally wanted. Im sad that I saved up money for them to let me leave looking almost exactly the same way I walked in. I am very very disappointed and it sucks that I still want the hair I originally asked for. Im sure theyll try to comment their defense, but the bottom line is that they could not provide what I asked for.

Wow, not only is Crown easily the most adorable salon Ive ever been too, I also easily got the best cut + color ever. Claire Edwards did my hair + she was FABULOUS. Not only is she a sweetheart + so fun, but she was extremely professional, kind + answered all of the questions that I had. She gave me my first highlights ever [which i was super hesitant about], and made me feel 100% secure in the process + helped me talk through my fears, in order to get exactly what i wanted. She went above + beyond in her service + I have been recommending her to EVERYONE. I will be hard pressed to find another stylist if she leaves Crown! Great salon. Great people. Great results!

After 3 attempts at different hair salons in Fayetteville (since September), I finally found someone who could shape my overgrown hair at Crown Beauty Bar. Kristen was able to take my wayward hair and shape it after three other people in town could not. If youve got fine, curlyish hair; Kristen should be able to handle it.

Crown Beauty Bar is one of my favorite salons to recommend to brides! They always treat brides well and work with them to create wedding looks theyll love! They also do an amazing job with wedding parties! All of their stylists are extremely knowledgeable and experienced. You wont be disappointed!!

Called 2 weeks in advance to see if the could handle my curls Im about a 3b-c. I was only getting highlights but still some salons wont touch curls. They assured me that the person I was with was a pro with curly hair. I got there and the stylist I was with made it clear she had never dealt with curly hair, but she called another stylist they came up with a plan. I showed them my picture. They said it was definitely doable. I came out with unblended highlights that were red. I literally left crying and went straight to Ulta to have them dye it all back to my normal color. The stylist at Ulta said it was one of the worst highlight jobs she had seen. If you have any sort of curls dont do it sis.

Hannah was my stylist and she did an amazing job! I hadnt been to a professional salon in years and needed a lot of maintenance . She knew exactly how to get my hair the way I needed it and was a great consult. I will definitely be coming back in a few months.

I love the Crown Beauty Bar. I originally came when they opened because I love Kellys style. She posts the best makeup tutorials and such a local fashionista. Samantha has been doing my hair for at least a year and I love her knowledge and experience. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for hair, nails, brows, or products.

Went and got my eyebrows waxed and tented, it was my first time getting a tent and i have pale skin with platinum blonde hair/eyebrows so i was nervous but they did perfect and i’ve never loved my eyebrows more! ask for Bailee she’s amazing!

My daughter just left this facility. She had her hair cut, and hombre. The cut is totally uneven, and there is ZERO DIFFERENCE in the color. She is so upset because she saved her own money to pay for this and it was $150!!! She did not want me to call or say anything, but I just cant be quiet about it. I just cant believe that you would make her pay for a service that was not correctly done. I would expect a refund or a free redo!!!! Not happy!!!😡😡

Im am completely disappointed.... the girl that did my hair was very nice... but I am new to the area and explained my anxiety to her about finding a new beautician after having the same one for 10 years...And I showed her a picture of my hair freshly done by my prior beautician... well... I got home washed and restyled my hair and it looks the same as it did before I walked in and spent 2 1/2 hours and paid $165 to have it colored ... Madison did such a great job with my hair! I had gotten a blonde balayage but my natural dark brown hair had started growing in and it looked a little funky, so I came in to get an overall dark brown color with some subtle blonde dimensions. She did such an amazing job with it! It was not an easy task, but she was willing to stay late to get the color just right for me. I will definitely be coming back!

I wouldnt give this salon even a one star. Went to the downtown location 4 times with a different stylist each time. I took pictures each time but they NEVER got the cut right. The 3rd time, they didnt schedule enough time for my color so all I got was a cut. I had to go back the next week for my color, which wasnt right.Now Im at the uptown location and the girl that scheduled my appt put me in for next mth.Really????Im going to try another salon.IM NOT IMPRESSED

Ive been a pretty regular customer and everything was great until today. I dont think I will be coming back due to the lack of communication and saying they were going to do the service and when I got there they they didnt.

I was very impressed with the whole staff and how kind they were to each other and the clients. My appointment with Charla was very enjoyable and my hair looks great.

Went with my girlfriend when she got her hair cut here and it was a great experience! It was very crowded but the service was awesome and the facilities were really nice.

Complete waste of money!!! I went to crown because I like to find great places for my friends and I to go when we have time. I spent $430.00 counting the tip. I had hair, make up, lash tinting, some facial waxing, underarm wax and leg wax. My hair looks the same as it did before I went, they scheduled my makeup before the lash tint and wax so it had to be removed although I did like the make up. They should have done the make up after all that. I liked the lash tint. My leg wax turned out awful. The girl missed large sections. I got home and still had to shave my legs!! The underarm wax turned out good. = To their reply: the owner and I spoke or rather she spoke over me in a very argumentative phone call in which I just ended the conversation because she obviously did not want to hear what I had to say; she wanted to argue and talk over me instead. She is correct that my leg hair wasnt thick but she is incorrect in the fact that it was very long because I hadnt shaved/waxed in 4 weeks due to a very hectic working schedule. The lady doing the waxing missed a lot. The inside of the thighs and inside area of both calves were not done. My knees and back of the knees werent done. There were also several smaller spots that werent done. I have gotten waxes before and know what to expect. This was an awful attempt at waxing. As far as the lady leaving while I got dressed?? She did not leave as I had my shirt in the room and slipped it on with the lady standing there. I had my shorts on already because I was able to put them up without removing them. Where is this lady getting her information?? Making up stories to suit her needs is a horrible way to run a business. This is Jenny the manager that was so rude by the way. The other girls were very nice. They just didnt do a good job. As far as the hair goes. Before she started the stylist showed me a picture of a someone with blonde hair at the bottom and brown at the top. A typical blonde biolage hair style. My hair is still brown. In fact, my husband who sees me every day said he couldnt see a difference. My coworkers (nurses) who are very observant people by trade also did not see a difference. The schedule was done before I arrived so for them to schedule a lash tint after makeup is ridiculous. I think this business is poorly run for these people to think that this is acceptable. Dont waste your money going here.
