My friend and I love our nails! They did an excellent job and they were very easy going and nice. I love the environment and the people who work there. I am never disappointed with their work.

Went in to Spoil U for an acrylic fill. The older man did my nails. He RUSHED with the drill as if it were a race to get done. My middle finger was SLICED with the drill and I bled on the drill, nile file, and towel. Even after that he did not slow down and several of my other fingers were burnt. It was an extremely painful experience. Was charged $33 because I asked for a student discount but received no other compensation. The gel polish is filled with bubbles and looks uneven. I will never return. Extremely dissatisfied.

The best nail salon in town. It is very pretty inside and looks luxurious. The manicurists are super friendly. They do nails so well and never hurt me like some other nail salons do. They make it really easy to book appointments. I went during COVID and they have really great procedures that made me feel safe and clean.

Love getting my nails done here!! The staff are friendly and i love watching the guys laugh and joke! Makes getting your nails done a lot more fun! Whether you want acrylic or gel, they can do it and they always turn out great! Ive done both and always love the outcome! Lately Ive wanted the same color scheme, but to change it up we use embellishments and they always turn out great! I wont go anywhere else!

Took my daughter here for a treat. We both had full set of acrylic nails. We both loved our nails. Really nice place! Clean and relaxed environment. The people were really friendly. Lots of choice of design and colours. Definitely going back as price is reasonable too.

I’ve been before and it was fine, but this time none of the drill bits were clean and she was really rough. I didn’t notice until after I left but I’m bleeding in two places. The top coat doesn’t fully cover most of my nails and overflowed onto my skin.

I had gel infill here. In total, it was good. I liked the color and the price was reasonable. However, it could be better in terms of details. Also, I would expect them to do a quick manicure before infilling (that’s what they do in most of nail salons).

I decided I didn’t like the colour I chose as she started painting my nails so I asked to change, she came back with a variety of shades and helped me pick the best one out. Always super helpful and take their time to make sure you have the best service! Will be a loyal customer from now on.

Had my nails done this morning, and I couldnt be happier with the whole service, the salon is clean and inviting, safety measures in place before you enter the building and throughout the service. I felt completely relaxed throughout my treatment, and the nail technician was extremely friendly and helpful, and enjoyed a lovely chat whilst having my treatment. The hand massage was a lovely touch. Highly recommend this place, brilliant. Thankyou again!!

I always come here for my nails, nails are Always strong never really break or fall off, staff are always so kind and want to make sure you’re happy with your nails. They can do any design you require. Highly recommend!!

My favourite place to get pampered! My gel stayed for more than 2 months without chipping during lockdown. Amazing service, great colour selection, and a very clean place. Nail techs are super patient too. They always understand and give me exactly what I want. I always feel welcomed there.

Today I went and got my nails done by the pregnant lady that works there. She’s really the sweetest, most patient nail tech that I have dealt with (they all are). The nails look beautiful and they don’t overcharge like most places.

I loved my second visit even more than my first! To be fair, they were SUPER busy the first time but still did a great job! Im OBSESSED with my chrome French tip nails!!!

My favorite nail salon as I come from the south shore. The place is clean, and the technicians are friendly and professional. Every time that I go back with my friend was a good experience. My nails last long. I also got my eyelashes lift there! Very good price, highly recommend.

I t doesnt seem sanitary to me. This place was recommended by a professional person and I am shocked to not see a sanitizing process in place. ! The buffer is used no new colors for selectionThe tech was right. I dont believe I will be back.there are many salons to choose from in the area and in the current environment. I want a clean and friendly place... Maybe just too close to campus and not able to purchase clean Emory boards and other utensils Yuck!

This was a ombre acrylic dip, it was 70 for this set due to the ombre. I highly recommend, dont be afraid to tell them exactly what you want

I got myself and my boyfriend pedicures and mine took five minutes and he got twenty minutes. And we got the same thing done. The guy who did mine sucked he was rude kept slapping my ankles he didn’t even message my feet only my legs and we paid 60$ I guess you pay for what you get

I asked for french tips (thin French tip line, not a thick chunky look), even provided a picture of what Im looking for. The gentleman did one nail (thick white tip) so I showed him the picture again and explained that I wanted a dainty look, to which he said hell file it down to look like that and continued to do the rest of my nails. Then he filed my nails so short, he went beyond my natural nail bed to the point that my finger tips are still in pain. Rather than 1) telling me he cant do what Im asking for or 2) removing one thick French tip to start over, he ruined all of my nails and literally caused pain by giving me super short, stubby nails.Lastly, the gel on my toes has a very obvious smudge. Im glad to post a picture if I can figure that part out.

I’ve been here several times to get my eyebrows waxed and for full sets. I like going here, the only downfall is the time it took, (2hrs) which it to be expected bc they are consistently busy.

It is not fancy but it is ok atmosphere. The service was Great !! Got a pedicure with a design. Did a swift and Exllecent pedicure !!! The cost was fair. I will go back.

I’m not normally one to leave poor reviews but I went for a fill in and was honestly very disappointed. The older man who did my nails used the same file, buffing block, etc. without cleaning from the other customer he used them on on me, made me bleed twice due to not paying attention, and while I was washing my hands took a smoke break and failed to wash his hands when he came back in. Not hate toward the business or the employees but definitely be aware what you may have to deal with if you decide to go here. I will not be going back.

Love the guys and gals here. They do great work. My wife enjoys her manicures and I melt away I. Those wonderful chairs and a pedicure. My feet can get very dry and cracked and they take care of me every time.

Friendly but didnt do a good job on manicure and pedicure. With manicure just a little cuticle skin was removed. I guess they would get better as they get more customers and the people will tell them what is needed.

My nails are uneven, lumpy, and sticky. My fingers are raw and bleeding from where they ran over my skin 3 or 4 times. Out of 10 fingers I have 1 nail that Is shaped correctly. All the edges are round when I asked for coffin shaped. The equipment they used they used on the woman right before me and did not sanitize ANYTHING!! And if you say anything to them they just talk about you in their language. Rolling eyes and laughing at you the entire time. Never coming back. Wasted too much money there. No refunds.

Horrible experience. My nails are all diagonally cut across the top, and my nails are lumpy and bumpy. After I got my dip, my lady took me to the hand dryer station which feels like it hasn’t been cleaned in decades. I could feel the grime and dust against my hands as they dried under the dryer. After this, the lady that did my nails put on her coat and grabbed her car keys snd left.... never said good bye or told me she was leaving, and left it to me to determine when my nails were dry. Along with leaving me to do my own cuticle oil and expecting me to figure out how to pay by myself. In addition to all of this, the books to pick from for dip are limited and the books are all falling or fallen apart, and are essentially in pieces. I will not be coming back here again after this experience.

Good place for a very simple, one colored manicure or pedicure. not good with designs on nails. Also not allies of the LGBTQ community. felt very uncomfortable during my last visit. my spouse and I will not be returning. its a shame too because I thought we had stumbled upon a good one, the search continues!update, my spouse and I got our nails done at lush nail next to best buy in fayetteville and they did such an amazing job! our nails look phenomenal and they made us feel so comfortable. great prices too! definitely recommend!

I never usually leave reviews but Linh was amazing, this was my first time here and they were AMAZING on getting me in immediately. Now anytime I get coffin they always end up square, not this time,My nails actually look amazing and are exactly what i wanted. Linh is a perfectionist, so am I so I absolutely happy with the results. They take a little longer but its definitely worth the quality. Pricing is pretty fair. I got a pedicure and acrylic set. Linh also double checked with me on pricing when I asked for add on, which most dont, so Im definitely coming back here.

Very reasonable prices with a sweet and simple atmosphere. The employees socialize with themselves but will converse with you if you want. The service is all you can want for this hidden gem. I would recommend to any student or anyone trying to save a buck to stop here if you are need of professional services on a budget.

I had a young man a 2 that did my nails and I LOVE them. On the other hand my mom had an old lady looks like in her 60 and she was very hateful and didn’t do what my mom asked for her to do. The lady took forever and was sooooooo rude and kept messing up my moms nail and made her bleed too

They had a lot of options. Got acrylic and it was smooth and looked like an actual nail and not very noticable that it was fake nails.

Went in today and they were so unprofessional. For starters it was dead silent and the guy doing my nails was blasting the news off of his phone. Secondly there was a male worker walking around with NO MASK. He was walking around the store and asking customers (who might I add were wearing mask) how he could help them. All the other employees were wearing medical mask and the male worker even had a mask on hand because I saw him put it in his pocket. There is a sign on the door that says a face mask is required before entering...where’s his mask? Oh and they simply do not know how to do nails. Might I add they also talk negatively about you to their coworkers.

All of the nail technicians are great at their jobs. I’ve had a different person each time and have never been disappointed. They are very busy and you will more than likely be waiting even if you have an appointment but you will leave a happy customer.*Update: My last few times in there were far from great. The service has definitely declined and I have decided to take my business elsewhere. A week after getting my nails done (dipping powder) most of them are cracked and broken. Luckily I have found a new nail salon that are consistent in their service and technique.

I went and got a dip manicure and it is truly the best dip job I have ever gotten! My nails look BEAUTIFUL. The service was incredible and I highly recommend.

I would not recommend going here for a safe experience right now. While I did take my own risk going here during a pandemic, I do believe there is a way certain businesses can be safe if they take necessary precautions. This nail salon did not. They do not enforce proper wearing of masks--either by customers or by staff. The customer sitting next to me had her mask on her chin the entire time and none of the employees said anything to her, leaving me in an uncomfortable situation. I was able to get an employee to put a clear screen between me and the woman. I was also bothered by the absolute lack of any attempt on the part of the salon to limit the number of customers at any given time. They didnt spread their pedi chairs out at all, so social distancing wasnt a thing. Further, the employee who did my nails had the mask on improperly the entire time I was there (her nose wasnt covered) and I watched as she stopped mid pedicure, went up to the register and handled a persons credit card and other things at the desk, came back and didnt even wash off the gloves, much less put on a new pair. I noticed chairs were not cleaned in between customers. Im really not a huge germaphobe, but given the current climate, they definitely were not keeping the place as clean as it should be in order to keep customers, and themselves, safe.

Amy is wonderful. She always takes her time to ensure that your nails are perfect. I can tell that she takes pride in pleasing her customers and getting to know them. She remembers the colors I enjoy and always asks about my daughter.

I got my nails done here and was very disappointed. A couple of the employees did not wear masks, which was concerning. My nails also did not turn out. I got acrylics, and they were very bumpy and uneven. They also charged me more than the original price they told me. :(

Had to dry my nails two times. first time was 20 mins second was 10. still wasn’t dry. nails messed up and then the lady didnt even fix them just put a clear coat over it. don’t recommend

Ive been here several times because of its convenient location to the university. The staff greets you and sits you quickly, which is nice. Their work is ok, but not fantastic. Ive had to go to another salon to fix mistakes, but nothing major like a total redo. I will continue to use this location because its convenient, but I will be wary of which technician does my nails.

I stopped by this salon on a birthday trip because it had the most stars. I did appreciate how quickly i was seated but the overall manicure took longer than expected. My nails were good quality and looked nice. I took my nails off recently and discovered I had developed fungus under my nails. I am currently unable to get my nails done because of this and it is just embarrassing! Unsure if it could have been from unsanitary tools or the nails themselves! 🤢

I couldnt remember if they did children here as some places have pedicure chairs for children. They do not but I must say they did terrific with my 3 year old. Giving her a foot massage with blue gel stuff and painting her toes and fingers. I am grateful they were able to accommodate to make her feel included. This lady in the pic was so patient and sweet to her. Even fanning her toes in Hopes of getting them really dry. I appreciate her. The gentleman that did mine was nice to.

The older man that did my nails must have been the owner. He was more concerned about the people coming in than he was about taking care of me. When I got home I realized he didnt even paInt all my nails. He missed my pinky toe on my left foot. He messed up the gel on my finger nails and tried to use a file to fix it and made my cuticle bleed. Not going back!!

Money cant buy me happiness BUT it can definitely buy me nice nails! Everyone is super sweet and welcoming. The decor and music is soothing. Anyway, highly recommended

Im giving this place a medium rating because it highly depends on who does the work. My mother, MIL, & I went together - my mothers technician was incredible - mine, sadly, did a mediocre job at best. Another woman was also very rude and wouldnt let my MIL wait on our pedicures to be finished so they could seat us together for the manicure portion, claiming theyd be busy later. Later, while she was waiting to be picked up by my husband and we were just getting started, this same woman had her feet propped up on a break and the traffic had definitely died down. I also recommend making an appointment, with that said, as they were quite busy when we originally arrived at 2 PM on a weekday.

They have a wide range of colors for both gel and regular polishes. The whole overall experience was relaxing and not stressful at all. Their high rating is well-deserved.

The lady couldn’t really do an ombré and I ended up just getting a plain color. My nails look decent, I was just disappointed they couldn’t really do anything special.

I have had my acrylics filled here four or five times as well as a few pedicures. I have had a different technician every time, and they consistently do an excellent job. They have a lot of staff, so even at busy times I dont wait long, and they have a good selection of colors in gel and regular.

This is a great place. Lots of stations in the room. Several staff are available. Friendly too. I got dip powder and the guy was fast, careful and efficient.

The quality of the service is usually great but when they’re busy and hectic the service level declines tremendously. I went in for a simple pedicure and polish change; spent total of two and a half hours waiting and going through the services. In the end my toes were uneven, not fully polished and all around unacceptable.I then went to Novelty Nail bar on MLK and was taken care of right away and was very happy with the outcome!

I came in to get a full set of acrylics with white matte paint. The gentleman working on me took an hour and 40 minutes, cut me several times to the point of bleeding, nails were very uneven, and the paint, after removing it and reapplying 3Xs because he couldn’t get it to look good.. (I didn’t ask him to redo it he did it on his own that’s how bad they looked) ended up being a silver color plus extremely messy and streaky. Almost as if I had let a child paint them.. the tech Also smelled so badly of cigarettes and coughed on me several times.. They looked so bad I had to go get them fixed at a different salon. And pay ANOTHER $50 so needless to say $100 later my nails look like they should. I will never be back.

Came in the nail salon for getting the Shellac manicure/pedicure w/th MY daughter. I dont doubt that they are GREAT and Ive never been happier with my nails. Definitely planning to- go back.

I went to this the first time because of all the good reviews. The first time was great I had a younger guy he did my dipped nails with tips perfectly and did a great coffin shape. Then when I went back to get a whole new set I got a different gentleman he was a little older and I tired to ask for shorter nails and in a different shape but he didn’t quite understand. So I went along with it no big deal. However when it came time to apply the new tips he buffed my natural nails down so low I could feel everything. There was just a tiny fine line of my natural nails left. So of course it was super tender and painful. Then this past week one of my nails partially broke and it’s bled and ripped what thin little bit of my natural nail I had left. So now that it is time to get a new set I’ve booked it somewhere else because I don’t want to risk going there and having someone try and buff my nails down anymore. There’s nothing left.

Thank to the pastry for a beautiful nails. They are open late so its perfect if you want to get your nails done after work!

I tried several different salons before I was lucky enough to discover this one. They had a big selection of Essie and OPI including glitters. They were seem very skillful! The most important thing: my nails were not sore after the acrylic was put on. Love the quite soothing atmosphere and complimentary drinks! Wont be breaking soon to come back!

A man did my nails. He spoke no English. He smelled of cigarette smoke. It took him twice as long on nails. He kept starting over. He even went outside and smoked during doing my nails. He filed my nails uneven. I will not go back.

I would def recommend this to friends and neighbors. They always have availability for times. They even took me for a manicure with only 15 min until close (I tipped them very well for staying open late for me!). The staff is friendly and they always do a great job. Def my go to.

Ive been visited Spoil U Nails & Spa three times for a pedicure and now I choose a Pink & White with solar into their menu. Theyve still kept friendly to me every time and its an amazing salon. I took the time on my process almost 40 mins to def I pleased with a result. Highly recommended!It is definitely safe to say that this will be my go to!
