The receptionist and woman who did my wax were nice and pleasant. However the service was trassssshhh. First of all, the wax was melted inside of a crock pot. A ladle was in there too. I didn’t realize till the end of the wax. That’s very unsanitary and unprofessional. I wish I had asked to see her license but I’m guessing perhaps she didn’t have one. The wax was rushed because she was ready to end her shift. It’s been less than a week and I already have new growth in my bikini area. Not surprised, I noticed stray hairs as soon as I got home. Not to mention, I asked for sugaring but by the time I realized she was using wax, it was too late to turn back. Do your research. Save your money boo

Went here for a sugaring payed 70$ for legs and Brazil which is okay but dang I left with hair still in places it shouldn’t be. She couldn’t figure if the hair growth patterns just extra stress on my skin.Also, middle of the wax the client that was before me called she answers it in a cell phone puts it on speaker so I can hear her complaining. Very unprofessional.. I don’t know why she had to answer the phone when she still had the same gloves on she waxed me with.. i wanted to like this place a lot but I probably won’t be back.

Ms. Elle is a gem! Very thorough with her work, knowledgeable and friendly. I dont have a usual wax place, but after my last experience there, I may have to keep them as my go to. All staff Ive met has been pleasant. Recommended 👍🏼

Me and my mom both got a Brazilian wax and were satisfied with our results. Any wax or hair removal technique is going to hurt but this was different. I had a Brazilian and the lady who did my wax was indeed from Brazil. I thought that was interesting. The salon was CLEAN. that means so much to me when having to walk into a business where I am openly exposing my private areas. The tech was professional and very nice. I KNOW I will be a repeat customer at this salon. No there were no punch cards for a free steam or wax, no coupons, or gimmicks. The ladies there do the job and do it with professionalism. Honestly speaking, 1 star is pushing it. I absolutely HATED my experience here. The lady called herself doing smaller areas at a time because I hadn’t gotten a wax in a while, instead I have been shaving. Even with the smaller areas she STILL did not get all the hair. There is still hair in places it shouldn’t be. Also they rush to out the wax on and don’t even care to for it to cool off just a little bit. One thing for sure is I will NOT be coming back to this place. The one in Snellville is nothing like this and I will be going back to them.

Ive been full body waxing for over twenty years, have been a client at multiple, national chains, and Elie is the best experience Ive EVER had. Its easy to slam her when you are ignorant about the overall experience. Her business is professional, clean, and extremely serene - hence the name - Relax and Wax. I get a full body wax, AND an incredible facial for less money than I had been paying just for wax at other establishments. I have NEVER been burned, and it truly is pain free, she is very thorough, and she leaves no hair left on me.. I actually heard her take a call from a caller who was interrogating her and being extremely rude, and yet Elie remained kind, professional, and stayed on point while I had my wax. As a female business owner, I cant say I could have done that. If you dont immediately fall in love with Elie, perhaps you need some introspection. Elie ROCKS.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

New Management since the last time I went before the Pandemic and I enjoyed there positive energy and the safety measures they put in place.

I usually use Relax and Wax in Fayetteville to get my Brazilian wax and I am usually provided with decent service. I signed up for their text messages that provided specials and discounts, but I always miss those. Today I was prepared to use the special for the $12 Brazilian wax that was texted to me, but when I called the owner answered and told me that they are crazy, I am not doing Brazilian Wax for $12! I was very disappointed that she was not honoring what was being advertise especially in that manner. I am going to have to make a decision on if I want to continue to use this chain. If you cannot honor your advertisements/specials do not encourage your clients to sign up!

Love this establishment, she takes her time, she is kind and professional. And today I was introduced to sugar waxing. I usually get Brazilian, it was amazing less painful. And I loved how she explained to me the difference between the two waxing. I cant wait to go back.

The manager (can’t remember her name) was waxing near my jawline and went too high taking off my sideburn. She wanted me to walk out of there with only one side done. I told her since she went too high on the right that she needed to take off the left so she did. She tried to charge me for a sideburn wax in which I refused. It was not the service I asked for and not my fault she went too high without even trying to even out other side. She started yelling at me and told me to get out of her shop and never come back! Told me not to pay for anything and to just leave. I’m 34yrs old and never been kicked out of a place. I’d give no stars if I could! She was rude and very unprofessional.

If you are used to getting waxed, this place may be adequate. It was my first time back waxing again in 6 months and hadn’t shaved in two weeks as indicated on my intake form with all of my potential skin issues (ingrown, hyperpigmentation, etc.) No one read the intake form, the waxer I dealt with did not speak English even after telling her i shaved 2 weeks ago. The wax was a horrible job, the owner blamed me for shaving and told me the waxer can’t read English so how was she supposed to know. Owner tried to fix it by re-waxing with soft wax after I already went through several rounds of hard wax, then tweezing a zillion broken remaining hairs so I told her no. No discount offered for poor service. Overall poor experience if you are new to waxing. Do not go.

I’ve been to this place a few times. The work is really good and precise. The last couple of times I went for eyebrow the wax was too hot and too cool, so the skin around my eyes was burnt with a scab and irritated from waxing the same area multiple times. The shaping and getting all the hair off is good, but I’m a little scared to go back.

So I had the pleasure of getting waxed by Dawn and she is the best! Shes so sweet and fast! This was definitely the least painful wax Ive ever had. If youre looking to come here, I highly recommend Dawn!

This business is COMPLETELY unprofessional. Relax and Wax (Fayetteville location) has a business phone number listed on their website that is NEVER picked up. For 2 days, I repeatedly called the location to schedule an appointment. After not having any luck scheduling over the phone, I decided to walk-in. According to the hours of operation plastered across their front door and Google, they are to open at 10am. I waited 30 minutes in the parking lot before I left because nobody ever showed to open the location. There was no signage displayed informing customers of a late opening. It is completely unprofessional to run a business that is catered to customers that does not answer the phone or open on time. Ill never try waxing with them ever again. If it were possible to rate them with zero stars, I would.

I made an appointment specifically for a technician on yesterdayAccording to the front desk who answered the phone she stated that they were open with their schedule. So I reserved my spot at 10:30a asked for the esthetician I wantedEsthetician was there but late. While I was waiting another young client comes in and signs in after meThe esthetician I asked for took her first and she wanted 2 services and I only wanted 1 serviceI let her know that I was here first and I needed to be serviced she threw her hands in air and said that she had to get started with her day. She tried to push me off on the other tech but according to what I heard in the waiting room she wasn’t sure of what she was doing also. I won’t be coming back

All around horrible experience, I feel sorry for those that dont know that waxing can be a so much better experience than this place. Ive been waxing for over a year now and this is by far the worst waxing Ive ever had. She left me with a first decree burn even after I told her the wax was too hot! Guaranteed I wont be back. I got there at 3:40pm .. there was two customers in the back already nobody was on the waiting area but me. At 4:25 another customer come in and says she had a 4pm appointment and the took her first even tho she was 25mins late. Service is A-1 and on point. If it were not for the fact that it is a waxing service, it is such a relaxing atmosphere and the technician is so confident and professional that I could fall asleep. Poor Customer Service and Does NOT Honor Terms of VouchersI bought a Living Social voucher for two Brazilian waxes. First off, I had a hard time contacting the location for an appointment. When I called there was no answer and no voicemail. I finally decided to send an email letting them know that I was unable to reach anyone at their facility. I received the following response:Hello Good Afternoon!How are you today?I apologize for that. We are only with one person today. But she will call you back. Or you can just tell me the date and time you would like to setup a appt. I’ll go ahead and take care of that for you. Thank you and I apologize.Relax & Wax - FayettevilleThere was no name included in the email. About two minutes after receiving the email, I received a call. The representative stated that they had missed a call from my number. I explained that I wanted to schedule an appointment for a Brazilian wax. I explained that I had a Living Social voucher. The rep proceeded to schedule my appointment and stated that she was not aware that they were running a deal with Living Social, she mentioned running deals with Groupon in the past. I told her that the voucher was for two Brazilians. The rep then proceeded to tell me that the voucher was for two separate people, not two services for the same person. I was in disbelief. I then asked if I was expected to bring a friend to get a wax with me. The rep said that I was. She stated that they are unable to track of people using the second service after the voucher has been redeemed for the first service. I then told the rep that they are not the only business running multiple services on one voucher and it clearly states on the voucher the service is to be used by the same person. She said to me again that the voucher had to be used by two different people per the owner’s instructions. I asked the rep if she needed to confirm with the owner because it was clearly stated in the terms of the voucher that the voucher had to be used by the same person. Also, I made mention of the fact that she stated she was not aware that they had deals running with Living Social. The rep told me that I could speak with whomever was there when I came in for my appointment. I then asked the rep to cancel my appointment and explained that I would just get a refund from Living Social.This was an absolutely absurd conversation. How can a business be so disorganized that they cannot keep track of clients and their services? If they are not educated enough to use a computer, they could have done everything manually.

They need to work out the receptionist issues but the service was excellent!

I had scheduled my appointment 2 days in advance and the lady on the phone booked me for 10 am on mondays.i was happy because it was their first person of the day and MY BIRTHDAY! I waited outside for an hour and no one came. Now my BIRTHDAY is delayed. Thank you for your trash service. I hope that you guys never prosper and you lose out on customers. I hope that the candles in your facility burns the whole place down and the fire department across the street is CLOSED. Forget you guys man.
