Everyone at this salon is welcoming and professional, and the salon itself is tidy and clean. Kacie, in particular, is an extremely talented stylist for cuts and color—she’s personable, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive. I’ve never left disappointed or even lukewarm about a color/cut. Booking with Luxe is easy as well—never had trouble booking an appointment in a reasonable timeframe.

Highly Recommend Brooke!Being in the dorms my freshmen year, the dorm water destroyed my hair! I had mid-back length hair and it was damaged and dead. I decide to chop a good chunk of hair off (like 6in). This was a nerve racking experience, but Brooke at Luxe made me feel so welcomed and did an absolutely amazing job on my hair. Will be returning soon!

I like the salon itself but the location is hard to find . The people who work there are fantastic . They are fun, talkative and sweet . The atmosphere is welcoming and has a nice vibe . My hairdresser was Brooke . I loved her personality . She’s very personable and sweet .

First I want to say that I have never reviewed anything in my life. I am a graduate student here in Fayetteville and love people and cant think of really anyone that I dont get along with here or even avoid. I had immense trouble finding this location but called the receptionist to tell her I was struggling over 20 minutes before my appointment began. She was so kind and graceful, this review totally excludes her. I stopped at another salon down the road and the receptionist there was so kind and called Luxe for help too, because she also wasnt able to find the location through maps, even though they are less than a mile apart (Luxe is really hidden!). Long story short, as I rolled into the location, finally finding it (around 25 minutes late)- my hairdresser Monica called and told me she really should be charging me but she will just reschedule. I told her I could just come in for a haircut or something so I could still pay her and tip her (I was supposed to get partial highlights) but she refused. She was very short and said she wouldnt do a good job with such little time. I completely understand that she lives off of this money, and I was very apologetic and wanted to still be able to pay her. I had been on the phone with Luxe since 1:08 for a 1:30 appointment, so they all knew the situation. I was crying on the phone, so frustrated and exhausted, feeling like there was no understanding or empathy. She rescheduled me because my only option was to be charged she said, with also didnt seem fair, but I knew on the phone I would never step into the salon and face those women. Fast forward to today (the next day) I called in to cancel (the new appointment is over a week away) and the woman was so rude and said its canceled and then immediately hung up. I have never had such an issue with a business, and I know I should have mapped it out beforehand, but my feelings were so hurt and I am still upset about what happened. I have read fabulous reviews, and believe there is such talent in that salon, but I will never be linked with this establishment again. I have learned from this situation, and we where my fault was. But I hope that others in Luxe will do the same thing. Really disappointing all around.

My daughter came in to have her hair color corrected. They did an OUTSTANDING job!!! When walked out she had the biggest smile on her face!!! I highly recommend this place!!

I have gone to Carolina for my last 3 men’s haircuts. She has done a fantastic job, and when I walk in she is prompt and ready for my scheduled time (I am very particular about this because I value my time, and expect people to value it as well). When I walk in everyone is very friendly, will offer me a beverage, and by the time I sit down she is ready for me. Although I only get a haircut, Luxe offers an extensive suite of services, and everyone seems to be great! They have a customer for life in me!

I have been to this salon several times and have always been so impressed. The front of house is always so quick to greet me and offer one of the many beverages they have; including beer and wine! All the stylists are so talented. Nicole gave me the best mens cut Ive ever had. Kelli is incredible with eyebrow shaping. The attention to detail at this salon does not go unnoticed. It was quick to become my favorite salon in Fayetteville!

Cody turned my very dark brown hair into a bleached out orange after I requested it be lightened a little. Either he realized it and chose to say nothing or he had no clue what he was doing. Nice kid, but would never recommend him for color. Will now be spending hundreds to have it corrected by a professional.

Had a specific problem with my hair that needed fixed and was completely avoided. He just tried to “fix it” with purple shampoo. And when he saw how messed up it still was he told me i have to pay him even more money to fix it and make another appointment. And when i scheduled another appointment, he scheduled me on a day they were closed. Owner did nothing about the issue just told me i have to figure it out with the hairdresser. DO NOT go to the male hairdresser there.

I love this salon. Being a traveler for my job, its a little scary finding a place to get your haircut in a new town but I have been here twice now and left extremely happy both times. Carolina is amazing and always gives me the cut I want. Its easy to book an appointment using their app or over the phone, their staff is friendly and prices are reasonable. I only wish I could have this great of an experience everywhere I go.

Nicole is the best with color and cuts in the area. It took me years to find someone who really listened when I told them how to do my hair. Since Ive been going to see Nicole she has never messed up my hair. Her prices are the best in the area for her services. I made an appointment for my wife for her birthday. She got a hair cut and color. She drove over an hour from home for this. The cut was fantastic, but the color did not turn out the way she wanted. She brought a picture in to show exactly what she wanted, instead she got a watered down version of it.

This place is great- the design is simple and elegant and the staff is top notch. Went in with Carolina yesterday and I am pleased to say, I have found my new hair gal- and we all know how hard that is to do. She was amazing and did an incredible job.Also chatted with Sarah who has MET ED SHEERAN- so that alone is cool enough to give this place a try huh? DO IT GIRL (or GUYS) you will BE SO HAPPY YOU DID!

This salon came highly recommended by those whose opinion I trust. Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing first-time experience at Luxe. First, I discussed what I wanted with my stylist - which was to have the EXACT SAME cut I currently had, just dead ends trimmed off and length retained. My hair was to my elbow and now it is only a few inches past my shoulders and the cut looks nothing like the one I walked in with. She did a quick blowout which left my hair frizzy and asked is this ok? I had to respond - no, I need to see what it looks like smooth and styled. Also, if this were your own hair, would it be OK? She honestly seemed to be in a rush to finish the cut and leave the salon (which she promptly did after my cut was completed).I also scheduled an hour long facial and was only given a 30 minute treatment. When the facial technician rang me up, she noticed I was scheduled for an hour and simply laughed it off and said well, Ill only charge your for 30 minutes. No offer to go back in and finish the facial, no offer to further reduce the charges, no offer for future services. Just a ha - oops oh well!In addition to these highly unprofessional behaviors, there were many other more subtle ones throughout the salon. I noticed a LOT of cut hair in the scissors box of my stylist, so she clearly does not put the attention and effort into cleanliness. There was a ton of hair stuck in the velcro of the towel I was given to wrap myself in during the facial. The receptionist played on her phone the entire time. I had extremely high hopes for this salon, but it seemed as if it were run by unattended young people who have not been properly trained and dont care about client experience.

I have been to Luxe twice now, and Holly has done an amazing job on my hair both times. Ive never been happier with my hair than I have leaving Luxe. Glad I found this place!

Sarah is amazing she has an amazing ability to listen to your wants but make suggestions based on what may fit you best. I’ve have never found a hairdresser in the past three years, am so happy to say for once I’ve have walked out of a salon beyond satisfied thanks to her and the more than attentive staff to ensure your satisfied each step of the way!

The decor and look of the salon is cute & the receptionist was pleasant so I wanted to like Luxe. However things went south when the girl applying my spray tan started body shaming me.Her tone switched to very hateful when she noticed a patch of hair on my thigh. Rather than professionally explain that the process of spray tanning requires exfoliation and hair removal, she yelled at me Uhm, you know youre supposed to remove ALL your hair before a spray tan?! a bit confused I replied no, what do you mean, all of it? ohmygod like I literally mean ALL of it! She argued with me a bit more even after I explained that this is my FIRST spray than. I never got clarification about specifically which body part was the problem other than the patch on my leg. Shave my arms even? She never clarified.I asked her if I could reschedule my spray tan for a time when I was more prepared since she raised such hell yet she still insisted no no no, just go ahead and get it over with!.The tan was pretty; kind of Mediterranean looking. It was the way she looked like she was holding curse words in gritted teeth to keep them from flying out of her mouth. The way she looked at me like I was a piece of gum on her red-bottomed shoes that would take just too much work to clean off. This girl terrified me.The entire experience was beyond demoralizing and humiliating...

Long over due review but, Morgan is the best! I came in with a grown out, very stripey, balayage and Morgan took that grown out stripeyness and turned it into one of the most BEAUTIFULY blenned balayages ever (especially considering what she started with). Not only that but then gave me the best hair cut Ive ever had! Thank you so much Morgan!

When I moved to Fayetteville, I discovered Luxe through a friend. I have honestly never had better service! This is hands down the best salon I have ever used. The staff is so sweet and genuine - they go above and beyond to make you feel heard and attended to. I would recommend Luxe to anyone && everyone!! Will continue to go until I leave Fayetteville (and I even might force Sarah to follow me to Texas):)

It was frustrating that it became common practice that my appointments would run late because my hairdresser was always having to fix hair for clients that didnt belong to her because of lack of care and attention by others in the salon. I can only attribute this to a lack of leadership and cultivating experienced professionals. I stuck it out for a while, but I just cannot tolerate the lack of professionalism and care for the best interest of the clients. I finally decided to quit giving Luxe another chance. I wont be returning. What a missed opportunity. That place could be amazing under the right circumstances.

I never write online reviews, but this was simply the worst haircut I’ve ever had. AJ was awkward and borderline rude. I walked out of the salon with greasy looking hair because she neither washed or styled it. It was all around an awful experience. Will not return.

Alana at LUXE is a hair magician from cut to color. Shes talented from everyday to fun an crazy hairstyles and color. Theres no one else I fully trust to give me a cut (especially since I have curly thick hair). I can sit in her chair and say fix this! and I always leave feeing cute again. Her colors are always creative and beautiful from beautiful browns and blondes to high octane reds to purples and blues. Her years of experience show. Im never disappointed, always thrilled.
