She completely messed my nails up. I had orange ombre. I asked for a fill in and white ombre. She just painted over them with white gel polish. So now I have white nail polish over my orange nails. (Very press-on looking). Then she filed them after painting them. And had the nerve to charge me 60 dollars... NEVER again!!!! And they are very rude here as well. Very unprofessional!!! 👎👎👎👎

This is THE BEST nail salon...Ms Kim and her husband stayed open for myself and 2 others tonight!!! They are ALWAYS pleasant, funny and kind to everyone...They also feed the birds outside their door!!! Support their business!!!

The owner is rude she encouraged me to get gel polish and charges 10 dollars to take it off I will never go there again !They want to predict what you spend and if you don’t spend what they want they try to jack the price upI am very disappointed how she was yanking my feel like I was a dog or somethingI will never never go there again!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Didnt notice until 1 day later, my nails were half gelled and I was the first customer of the day, like there is no type of excuse as to why my nails are half gelled, when they got the full $$$$$

Theyre okay. I waited an hour and a half for a full set. Poor Kim was the only one doing nails, so it was understandable why there was a wait, no biggie. Another lady ended up doing my nails, she was really nice but kind of rough and was obviously in a rush. My nails still came out good though.

Mrs. Kim is the best she does my pink and white gel set and her husband does my pedicures and they last the nails and pedicure for an entire month! I love this place! I won’t go anywhere else from here on out! I don’t mind paying for what I want cause my nails and feet mean a lot to me and I have to keep them up!

They messed one of my eyebrows.... I wait two months so my eyebrowsfully grow back just for them to wax it off ....a friend told me they do great jobs and now I have to spend extra money to make fake ones

The lady who did mine was nice but she rushed on my nails and was very rough. She almost broke my nail before she even started and cut 3 of my fingers. If you go ask for Kim or her husband anyone else DONT let them.

I was a regular there for 15 years and I always drove a half hour passing numerous shops along the way just to get to them. However this all changed when Kims attitude changed!! It was unbelievable how rude she became all because I jumped at times whenever she would cut me. After giving her my money for 15 years she had the nerve to refuse me service saying my nailbed is too thin and I jumped. I said no I jumped because you cut me what was I suppose to do when it hurt. Long story short it was humiliating and she even stopped speaking to me when I would come in. Smh after 15 years and this is how you treat a loyal return regular??? I put up with her rude rushing you out behavior all those years just to be treated like dirt. Never ever will I dare give them a dime of my hard earned money. Never!!!

The temperature on the hot wax is too high. Ive gone twice to get facial waxing and both times I experienced micro blisters the following day. I called today (12/11/15) to simply notify the owner and the staff stated He not here and disconnected the line. I will not be returning.

Dealing with this place was a very unpleasant experience. Not only did they not give me what I asked for, they totally botched the job. I asked for almond shaped nails but they turned out misshapen, covered in way to much shellac and the paint was all over the place. My nails were also at random lengths with my pinky nails being longer than my middle finger nails. I paid and went home thinking that I would like them eventually but that didnt happen. I went back the next day and showed my nails to the owner and asked of they could fix them. They made them look even worse. When I pointed that out they said that it was my fault. I decided not to argue anymore and went to a different salon. I ended up at My Nails in Spring Lake and the girl that fixed my nails did a wonderful job and left feeling very satisfied. I will never go to VY again!

Im a regular at this establishment. Recently I started taking my mom with me to get her nails done. Kim the owner has her good/bad days but this time she was rude. She was very rough with my hands, caused me to bleed and completely ignored it. I will not go back ever!

Worst place Ive ever been to, for my nails. My nail tech rushed through my full set and cut my fingers up the entire time. My nails are already lifting and it hasnt even been a week. She put some of them on crooked and never fixed them even after I brought it to her attention. Worst nail experience by far.

Weve been coming here for years. They are great and fast.

The people were great. There was one man working there who was in a rush to get me in and out with no business after me. He was very sloppy and rude. And in his unneeded rush he cut my toe very badly never apologized and continued to rush poor alcohol on top of it. Im never coming here again and with that being said will make it my job to show and tell everyone I meet to pick a sandblaster rather then come here.
