I just passed by and come over the shop without attention or reading the review before as I used to. I was impressed by how everything works, my nails get done perfectly and so relaxed as I almost fall asleep while they doing their job. Definitely come back and worth for every pennies. The intensive care of owner made me feel welcomed. As they are transferred the shop by the previous owner, so their service surely need lots of effort to bring the fame back. Anyway, I have my own place for my nails from now on :)

I wish I could give them no stars. I love giving great reviews but Im sad to report it was not a pleasant visit. My nails look like they were done by someone that has was practicing. Never going back!! Becareful when selecting your nail tech. Oh, and they dont do designs! 😡

I usually never do reviews but it was such an awful experience. The lady also added extra glitter that I did not ask for and I had to tell her to remove. Also, the lady had no Idea how to even do liquid gel and globbed it on without filing it well or even properly applying. I’ve had clear gel nails before and it came out perfectly as you can tell the side profile (Apex) looks awful. The lady also blamed me for not wanting to used a gel powder which I would have allowed if she just asked!! However I was told they could do what I wanted so there was a lot of miscommunication and blame put on me honestly. She also said the glitter I chose was to thick… she never even bothered showing me other glitters so how was I supposed to know. Lastly, it was $70 which is okay but I asked for why and they charged me $20 for the glitter and $50 for liquid gel that they didn’t use PROPERLY.

A lovely experience!! The atmosphere is very relaxing and clean. The staffs were extremely friendly, attentive and did a great job! I will definitely be coming back :)

This place is horrible! I just got my eyelashes done and for one they were overpriced, and for two the lashes on my right eyelid are almost ALL gone within the matter of days. I am totally displeased and will not be returning whatsoever !EDIT : they told me to come back in and they’d fix them for free they lied! She couldn’t even do them ! The lady with the burn mark is who im referring to… she doesn’t know what she’s doing, she wanted me to come back the day after but I can’t do all that being that I live and work far ! She asked what I wanted I said refund and she only refunded me $30 of my money when I spent $50! Definitely spreading the word NOT to go here . HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

They are always friendly and do a great job when I come to get a manicure or pedicure.

They do a good job with my pedicure, but they are very sly & sneaky. They will apply the gel on your feet. They don’t tell you up front that it’s an extra $10.00. I told the lady that they need to better communicate to the customers that the gel cost an extra $10 before applying it on my pedicure.

Went here on July 14, 2021 at 1:41 PM I told him my fingernails were messed up and he proceeded to go and help someone else the manager or whoever he was at the front desk got some lady to file my nails again but I will not be returning to the shop I asked for my money back but they insisted that the lady fix it this place sucks never going again

I’ve been coming here since high school. The owner did my nails for my senior prom. Love the new look, but these prices are disgusting. I should be able to get a nice pedicure without spending $50-$70. In addition to that if I pay $50 ONLY to get a pedicure the least you could do is have WIFI, or is that an additional $25.

Friendly and willing to work with the client. Wanted candy corn nail design for halloween and the owner ensured that I got exactly what I wanted. 3 weeks later and my nails still look amazing. Will definitely be back. Prices are reasonable compared to other salons in the area.

Ive visited this salon several times for a manicure and pedicure.Im always satisfied with the end results.I especially like the pedicure baths, they are lined with plastic, which is disposed of after a single use. VERY HYGIENIC!!Ive had Sherri on my last three visit. Shes very polite, fast, and the results are very professional and lovely.

I got my eyelashes done she was really rough she had glue all over them and they were supposed to be medium full just ever messy and her hand smell really bad and she got offended when I asked her to wash her hands before touching my face

Employees talking to each other in their language loudly the entire time. Other than tgat, very aesthetically pleasing environment. They use bowl liners for pedicures. I was pleased with my manicure and gel paint.

Expensive, uncooperative, poor customer service, feels like I got ripped off. Paid $102 for nails I did not like. Pedicure was decent but rushed. I’m giving this establishment a 1 star for the lack of customer service. I originally went in wanting to do an ombré color on my nails. I showed the person a picture and they said they could do it. To make a long story short. The result was far from the picture I showed. When I told her I did not like it, she got an attitude and I asked for someone else to do my nails. She said no I’ll do them. Then I asked why were my nails so thick. She pretended to file them down but my nails are still extremely thick and I go for the natural look. I ended up just putting color over it and wanted to leave. I have never felt more ripped off. Instead of charging me the regular price for just the color. I was charged the full price of everything she did to include what she had to fix. I do not recommend.

I took my girlfriend here and the workers were so friendly they took the time to help her decide on what color nails to get and decide on price best for her. Also being a guy I don’t want to be there long but they did their thing quick and my girlfriend said she liked it and if she likes it I love it.

This place spent money on renovation, but lost focus of where they should have spent the money on training the employees how to listen to what the customers want and follow those instructions and foremost learn how to properly do nails. My wife got up midsession and left do to the poor workmanship. and how the heck you not have the color green with out glitter. this is one patron they lost and i will tell others. save ur self the disappointment. go someplace else

Removed old acrylics and put on new ones. One of the fastest full sets Ive gotten and they did a GREAT job, my nails looked just like the picture I showed them

Beautiful place. Staff is very kind and professional. But to be honest, their work is so sloppy. They work fast like there’s a line waiting by the door and just do such a sloppy work. I’ve gotten my nails done here like 7 times and always the same.The first time I went I had Dylan, he is amazing I love his work. Unfortunately, he’s not as available as the rest of the ladies.

I give them a negative score however I cannot proceed with my review unless I gave them a rating. The nail technician rushed and we had to come back a second day to have them fixed. I would not ever ever ever ever never go back to this place again !

She snatched my arm and SCRATCHED IT and my arm is in utter pain she tried to CUT OFF MY NAILS against my will. The reviews left on this place are so true. Even if it is an emergency DO NOT GO HERE.

This lady attacked and scratched my child in attempts to cut off the nails she had just finished doing because we complained of her poor job. Left a scar on her arm . DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I went to the salon to get a gel polish change. The work was rushed and sloppy. The woman filed down my real nails to paper thin while removing the polish and shapping my nails. After she finished polishing I saw air bubbles and wanted it fixed. The owner had another woman take over. Instead of removing the polish she filed out one bubble and was DONE. I spoke to the owner and he said because I have natural nails it wouldnt be smooth. I have never had that issue in the past so basically they just wanted my money regardless of the service. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

Toe nails are tough to do and I had them painted in THE OHIO STATE COLORS. I couldnt get the lady to leave the bottom of my feet alone.

I have been going to 401 every since I was 19 and Im now 29. Customer service is usually outstanding & service like wise. However today me & my sister went and I had the worst experience ever! A new-b worked on my pedicure and took so long getting the gel polish off with a cuticle cutter the water went cold😩. Not to mention people who came in after me were finished long before. My polish was clumped on my big toe after she polished it. And when I address it to the young lady doing my toes she said she would fix it after it dried 😡 I then brought my concerns to the owner who told her to remove the polish completely from that toe and repainted it. After the young lady walked away I spoke with the owner explaining this has not been a pleasureable experience. He made excuses for the young lady instead of acknowledging what happened & apologizing. I paid FULL PRICE for this pisspoor job ! And was told to get a different person next time! No sir I will never give any of my money nor will I refer anyone to this establishment!😡😡😡

Poor service!! Went in to get a pedicure. I was all for spending to get a great pedi. But NOPE! I didn’t get offered any packages, just plain water ran into foot tub, bad shaping, they rushed on my pedicure. I know i was in the chair for at least 15 mins. I don’t do reviews, but this place here people needs to be warned!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND. $30 for a pedicure that only sit you for 15 mins with no relaxation. When you point something out to them, they act as they don’t understand English and starts speaking their language. Never AGAIN!

Great experience atmosphere nice

Ive been visiting this shop consistently for the past few months. I get the same services but have noticed my price changes everytime I come back. The service is subpar but i put up with because i just moved to NC and its close to my home. Today was the last straw! I felt rushed, my nails look thick and horribly painted, there is gel polish on my skin and the tech charged me an additional $8 for sitting my natural nails down! I have never been charged this fee not one time since going here, I go every 2-3wks and have my nails cut down everytime! At this point, I will no longer patronize this establishment nor recommend it to anyone else.

Heard great things about this place went to great my eyebrows done and the lady did a horrible job. When I told her that I didnt like them she caught an attitude and walked off. If I could give a 0 I would!

Hands down the worst pedicure I have ever experienced. And to top it off the color I chose from the different color samples was not the same as the bottle of polish they were going to paint my toes with. And when I said something they acted as if it was my problem. This happened two more times, so finally another person came over and told me the samples are so old that they have faded and probably dont match anymore!!!

Staff was nice. Kind of smelled in there. A little pricey. I did a pedicure and she rushed. Took 10 mins for a $30 pedicure and she only rubbed my feet for 30 sec. No tip here.

Nail polish from my manicure and pedicure came off in just a couple of days. I also got an eyebrow wax and I would not recommend it nor will I be going back myself. And customer service is not the friendliest. Overall I do not recommend this place. My first time trying this place and its surely my last.

I went to 401 nails on a Thursday. I had to go out of town for the weekend and my nails started to lift and chip. Monday I was unable to make it by the salon but went on Tuesday. One of the ladies repolished 4 of 10 messed up nails, patched up the glitter on my accent nail and put a quick top coat on the other 6 ratchet looking fingers. While some may say well that was nice, when I pay $30 for a service I would like it to last at least the standard length of time. If the quality of work isnt up to par please take more pride and effort in the task the next time. Needless to say my nails still look a hot mess and I will NEVER return to this salon.

Got my nails done and in a few day most of my nails broke. Gel polish was very thin. And they drill your gel polish off. Had to ask him to soak my off. And to wash the tube out to get an pedicure. Not recommended.

If you are taking a teenager there; do not drop them off until you let this people know what you want you child to have; because they will talk them in to the most expensive service they have. I dropped of my 15 yo, and they talked her into a more expensive pedicure, and gel polish on her toes. The price for just the pedicure was $74.00 dollars. The worker said that she gave my child all the information about everything she did, but my girl said she did not.Look out!!!

Horrible service and terrible nails.. my daughter got her nails done here a week ago. And the gel polish is peeling off her acrylic nails. That should NOT happen. And the polish had bubbles in it. Horrible....

I came here to get a pedicure with French tips on my toes. I previously had gel on my toes and they did not properly remove the previous gel they just added more on top. I went back to get it corrected because you could totally see the mistake through the gel French tip and the picture posted is supposed to be themfixing it (which they totally did not!)

Lady had a huge attitude and stopped doing my nails half way through it. She just got up and went to the back. No explanation or anything. Won’t return or recommend to friends or family.

This nail salon is the worst I have ever been to in Fayetteville. They rushed through my fill in and didn’t even paint my nails right. She was rough with my nails and made me bleed and then laughed and nonchalantly apologized. I even called the next day to speak to the owner because I was charged 18$ for a fill in that wasn’t done right and I was told to get gel polish next time and then hung up on. Don’t spend your money here

If you want good service/customer service then don’t never, ever go to this place and I mean never. This place has the worse f..k..n service in Fayetteville, NC and the all the ladies seems to have very nasty attitude, prices are over rated, you don’t get what you ask for and one of the b’s told me that she had been doing nails for 15 years, but yet I showed her a picture of a design of how I wanted my nails painted but she decided to paint my nails the way she wanted instead. Then the b... got nasty when I told her that it was not what I ask for and unless she changed it, she was not getting paid for it and she just walked away talking they language and never returned, I will never, ever go back there nor will I ever recommend this place to anyone.

I would give a 5 but the same person who did my nails the first time tried to charge me more than the first time. The first time was a fill in with cut down.. the second time was just a fill in.

WORST NAIL SALON EVER!!!!! Rush job on my nails, would not cut my nails when I requested, bubbles in my nails, rush job, no customer service, needed a fill in after one week, owner would not do fill in. Stay FAR AWAY!!!!!

This was my 2nd time there and I didnt get anything done I just went along with a friend...as I was with my first experience here, my friend was displeased with the rushed job...its like they dont take their time to do a great job and make sure the job is done correctly...if your looking for a rushed job, this would be your place to go.

They do a terrible job and rush through without care. I got a fill and 5 days later, 4 of my nails were chipped. I called and spoke with the owner, he said fill in does not make your nails chip. I will never go back. I only went because Millenia is closed on Sundays!

Customer Service was horrible. Went in to get my nails done, the lady rushed through the beginning of my manicure to finish the girl she was first working on, instead of having me wait the 5 extra minutes so she could focus on one customer at a time. Nails were done well, so thats a plus, but I almost walked out due to the horrible customer service. The lady kept getting mad at me if my hand touched the UV light and was not gentle with my hands. First time there, and my last.

Customer service was EXCELLENT. I brought my daughter with me and one of the mail techs painted her nails for free.
