I recommend 10000% everything about this salon. My nails are wonderful, my toenails are flawless, my mother in law loves her toes as well and my son had the BEST child pedicure! The whole staff was so so sweet and very welcoming. The kids section was adorable and kept my son entertained the entire time! They were so quick and efficient that they had my nails done by the time my toenails were done and they started my nails 20 mins after!! 🤩 I will be back again & again && I recommend to anyone needing a nail salon “home” 💅

I just wanted my feet loved on. I was very unsatisfied. I just assume a foot massage and foot scrub are prioritized in a pedicure. But you got to ask for what you want I guess.

I was a walk in appointment and they took a great deal of time and effort on my nails and pedicure. It had been a very long time and my nails were in rough shape. I left feeling pretty and happy.Will be recommending this pace to anyone looking for a fantastic experience.

First things first, I never write reviews but this place was such a disappointment, I have to let it be known. It was my first time here and was recommended by a lady from Gloss - Never would I ever think she would make a bad recommendation, but I was wrong. The nail technician was so rude and acted as if she did not want to be there in the first place. I have cuts on every toe from my pedicure and I kindly asked her to be careful by the fourth cut. No offers on a scent or and my water was cold. Needless to say I walked out of there with bloody toes and two sanded down nails because I could not take anymore. The the BASIC pedicure was $50 - TERRIBLE.

I walked in when they weren’t too busy and they got to me as soon as i got there. if you show a specific picture they can definitely match it. i’ve been to a few nail places and never want to go back but i would definitely come back here.

I’m here, from Florida, visiting a friend And they had space for us. I had an incredible pedicure. It was soothing, relaxing and she got all the calluses out and she did a great job painting. I definitely recommend this place.

Relaxing place to get your nails done. I love the Deluxe pedicure which they provided me pick-your-own-scent sugar scrub, mud mask, then wrapped hot towels. They also have organic pedicure and jelly as well and the best part is so many polish colors to pick from!

My best friend and I went for pedis and I was blown away by the amazing service. They got us started right away, it didnt feel rushed, and I felt so cared for! Very affordable and probably the best pedicure Ive ever had. I got the deluxe pedicure for swollen feet because Im 33 weeks pregnant with twins and it was so so amazing. Cindy was awesome. Will be returning!

As soon as I walked into the salon I felt welcomed!! Jim took care of me, such a sweet man! I originally came in for a gel manicure, but as he was trimming up my nails he suggested to try the dip polish! Never tried it, but trusted him. He took his time, his technique was meticulous... I was impressed!! I must say the salon as a whole was great! Very clean & inviting. Thank you Jim for taking such great care of me.

Beautiful salon with fancy furniture. I felt like coming to a royal salon. Their luxury pedicure chair felt so comfortable. I got my pedicure done on one of those chairs and I felt really relaxed from both the massage chair and the technician. She did my feet co clean and the color she picked for me was so pretty.

Ive been going to Natural Nails off and on for 16 years now and love the staff, the selection, the family that owns the spa. My favorite girls are Tiffany and Annie (spelling?) Jim, the owner, is such a sweet man and does a great job too! Its a shame Joseph and Mya are not there anymore.

Natural Nails has been doing my nails for 20 years. Best nail salon in Northwest Arkansas. Very personable and price is great. They also have a separate room for kids with movies they can watch while getting their pedicures and nails done. Great place for birthday parties too.

I’ve never been treated the way I was today when I walked into this nail salon. What I thought would be a fun time with one of my friends turned into one of the rudest experiences I’ve ever had. The guy that was supposed to be doing my nails was in the middle of buffing my nail with the drill when he started coughing and he hit my cuticle. With my personality I made a joke about him not dying on me because of him coughing up a lung. He got super hateful with me and got up and walked away. When he came back he very rudely told me I could go sit back down and wait on someone else to be available to do my nails. Little did I know, no one was going to do my nails. He just let me sit there with people going in front of me. I will never go back. Management over heard the whole thing and didn’t do a single thing about it. I will never go back.

Friendly! Some of them did not speak English very well tho try so hard to communicate. The kids zone is pretty and they put on show for the kids to watch while doing their nails. Good service and reasonable prices.

This nail salon is the best Ive ever gone to, they treat me so nicely and well, and it looks so gorgeous inside with all the lights and decor. This was a great experience!

Went in to get a set of acrylics which I normally never get but decided to treat myself to them before I night of going out. They looked AWFUL I had to take them off immediately when I got home. They were super thick in some places and really thin in others and the actual shape was incredibly uneven. They also cut my cuticle so bad when filing down my nails. Not going back.

Im from Houston visiting Arkansas for my birthday & has been great this nail shop was the icing on the cake !!! Mr Jim is most interesting nail tech Ive ever met!!! His Amazing personality matches his work! The place was a bit busy but the service remained Non rushed! Im in love with my full set!!! The rest of the staff are very friendly & helpful. Most defiantly will return on my next visit!

Worst experience I’ve had at a nail salon. They kept messing up the dip powder and having to redo it. They spent a total of 2.5 hours doing my nails and 7 our of ten cuticles were bloody. And they still expected me to pay for it after. I’m non confrontational so I did. Please don’t go here! Someone is going to get an infection. Wish I could post a picture in a review.

I walked in and thought how nice and comfortable. I got a really good pedicure the staff was friendly. They even have an area set up for little girls to come in and have a pedicure party.

The last time I was in here, I left the nail salon with bleeding fingers.I normally dont write reviews unless they are REALLY positive but I simply wont be going here again. I would not recommend NN to anyone wanting to keep the skin on their fingers intact.

I do not recommend this place AT ALL. this was the worst experience ever at a nail salon. Awful service, my appointment was made at 1:45, I got there and they didn’t finish till 3:30. I left will all of my nails bleeding and they were sideways and crooked. The lady who did my nails did not talk to me the entire service until the end when she realized I was getting ticked off because i had been there for so long. Most painful experience ever at a nail salon. Lady was distracted the entire time and on the phone.

Last time i went here, they filed indentions in my natural nails that were so deep i had to wait until my nails grew out for them to look normal again.

I had the worst pedicure i have ever had. The man didn’t speak English and couldn’t understand what i asked him to do. My water was cold. He was very rough and forceful with my feet. I was very uncomfortable and asked for someone else to take over but no one ever did. I willNever go back.

The lady that did my nails left my fingers covered in glue and cut 4 of nt fingers, but the young guy that did my pedi was the most sweetest guy and he did a good job

Very upset they didnt know how to do almond shape. Ive been here twice and the first experience was absolutely awful. The lady cut my nail all the way down to my cuticle because she messed up and didnt want to redo the nail. I bleed until I left.Came back to give them another try 6 months later and I showed the lady 4 times what almond shape I wanted and still ended up with pointy ends and they were too short.I asked for a pedicure (just a classic) which includes hot towel, cutical care, scrub and full soak.All she did was paint my toe nail. After you paint the nail you cant do the soak or scrub. But tried charging me for a full pedicure. I told them no I would not pay for what I didnt receive. They argued with me and I had to leave cash on the table and just walkout without tipping.Im a waitress and I always tip. It hurt me not being able to take care of her because she did not take of me.Hope everyone else has a better experience than me. But I will not come back here. Ever.

Ive been here a few times and each time had awesome service and loved my nails. I went yesterday and I hate them. To the point where im hiding them, you should feel the opposite after getting your nails done :/ They are a horrible rectangle shape, all different lengths, the surface is rough and paint is thick and uneven gaps on sides. Her name is Ashley...granted it sounded like she has a lot going on but im VERY VERY not happy about them!!

Very friendly and clean but the quality of my manicure was horrible. Had a gel manicure done and literally started chipping 2 days later.

Do NOT go here, especially for dip powder nails. My nails are so unbelievably short and he told me to wash my nails before the gel dried so it turned white, now looks jacked up. They charge for every little thing (taking them off) and the guy who did my nails doesnt know anything about customer service.

They had to re-do my nails. Two stars for making it right, but I wont be back.
