Im new to Fayetteville and decided to give this place a try I got a mani and pedi. The woman that did my feet was nice and cleaned up the bottom of my heals real nice but the clean up on my toes was garbage. The older man did my nails and OMG they are so bad. The shape of my nails are all out of wack and uneven lengths, the paint job was so poorly done that even my boyfriend said something. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE !!! I hate to say something like that 😒 but they do not know how to do nails or toes!!

First time there:I walked in and was seen right away; I came early. It did start to pick up while there.I am skeptical about nail places bc some people just dont seem to care to have you there, but I felt wanted and I just loved Tammy. She was patient, thorough and sweet!I found my place! Scared to even start this so other people come but they deserve your business..They are short staffed though so be kind and patient. Worth the wait!

They were able to fit me in last minute. Took their time with both manicure and pedicures and were polite. The shop itself isn’t anything fancy, but I’ll take quality over looks anytime. Prices were fair considering all area nail salons have increased prices due to covid. Overall I would return!

Love love this nail salon. I have been going here for years. Since 2005... Lee and Tam are the best in town. I have been going to them since they were in Market Fair. They are great at what they do. I always get compliments and refer people to them all of the time. They take their time and my nails are always done how i want them. They understand what you want when you explain it to them and the pedicures are the best.. Reasonable pricing as well. They are very busy but its worth the wait

Ive been going here for about a year now. I do my eyebrows and toes. I have no complaints. I call ahead, make an appointment get my things done and wallah 😁

Mr Le did a great job for a particular first time customer! Pedicure was awesome too! I wished the decor was a bit nicer but the quality of service was top notch!!

I called they gave me appointments for me and my friend, they started to work on my pedi immediately. I got my pedi nothing outstanding but good 👍. I would suggest to this company to have more people working so it doesn’t feel they are rushing to finish your pedi. This place should have someone to be at the front desk and welcome clients.

I asked for regular polish they said they couldn’t do it bc it chips off in a couple of days. I get my nails done a lot so I need a break from gel and acrylic. Unprofessional bc she walked away and was yelling across the room instead of just telling me when I walked in.

I came at like 6:55 and they close at 8 so I was kind of late. But others came in so she had to rush on my pedicure.. I understand having to work faster but she was doing it so fast it was like she was just shaking my leg around and it wasn’t enjoyable at all.. I waited until 7:15 then she started and I was done by 7:30! And it was $50 (with gel) so not worth it at all!!

Feet and nails on point. Eyebrows not so much. Will continue with the Mani/pedi but no brows

Ive done to this place precovid twice. The first time it was great and the staff was awesome. The second time it was mediocre. Well, this time the customer service was awful. I ended up walking out after waiting 2 hours. All I was told was it would be a little wait, no one ever updated me or acknowledged me again.

I like that it wasnt crowded when I went in for my services and the lady that was doing my pedicure and my waxing took her time and made sure it was done right and how I wanted it

I’ve been coming here for the last two months and my nails look a amazing every time I come. The environment is amazing and the nail techs are nice. My nails have not chipped, cracked or been damaged in any way. Awesome work!!!!

The wife does a good job but I fee like due to the pandemic they are price gouging. The over charge and because of that I don’t think I will ever go back. I paid $60 for a full set with plain gel color no designs. She shaped them Stilleto when I went in asking for almond, I went back to her the same day to get the shape changed to coffin and to get the nails shorter and I was charged $10- not bad considering she had to do more work. But I think she overcharged for the initial full set. I also noticed shortly after they have a sign up saying they will be charging more due to them having to sanitize due to Covid-19.

Went there for clear dipping powder on my nails and they came out perfect. He explained to me how it works so that they look natural and not the cloudy like the other shop had them looking. He took his time and didnt rush. Extremely satisfied with how he did them and will be returning for future services with them.

I made an appointment for a full set and pedicure and was seen as soon as I walked in. Then shortly after getting my pedicure, Le did my nails which I LOVE! I love how neither person rushed while completing my nails and toes. I will be back for sure.

DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL SHOP. It’s overpriced and not worth it. Save your money and go somewhere else! Mya was great!

This nail salon is beyond compare and has outstanding quality. Ive been coming to this salon to get my nails done for over 15 years and the quality is really good. They have beautiful colors and designs for your nails, which includes 3d designs and stickers. My daughter and I have enjoyed their service for years and are continuing to do so. I went for a polish change on my nails this past Tuesday on toes and fingers. Its was $35 and while it was fast service . I still have old polish under my new polish on the edge of fingers . And one of my nails is half painted.

This place was amazing! They listening to both my friend and my own’s preferences and the work shows! My nails are beautiful. The color, shape, style, and thickness are all exactly what I asked for. I won’t go anywhere else again. They were pricy but definitely worth the coin. I appreciate how the man who did my acrylics tested the color on a fake nail first to see if it was what I wanted. I really enjoyed the quiet, peaceful area.

This nail salon is amazing and has great quality. Ive gone to this salon for years and their quality of service has never faltered. They are always updating with new styles, designs, and colors. My nails are flawless each time I leave this salon. I highly recommend this nail salon to everyone, including children. They have the cutest stickers of flowers, cartoon characters, and many more. This nail salon closed at 8pm. My sister & I went to see if they were still open. Luckily, they were. We both got our nails done and the work was done to perfection, no rushing like some of the other nail salons! I think I will make this my go-to nail salon from now on. Amazing quality of work. Im in the automotive industry and it is extremely difficult to find nails that stat put and wont break without looking bulky. Never ever have broken a nail done here. Amazing.

Their website shows prices and services which are wrong. They do not have dip powder. I went in and without asking if I wanted a different length, the man cut my NATURAL pinky nail off and also tried to tell me that I had fake nails on when I do not. It took me six months to grow my nails as long as they are. He charged me for the tip he put on after he made the mistake, and it wasn’t even a tip it was an extension w the powder and liquid like one would use for a fill in. I was overcharged and I would not have gone if I had known the prices were different from the website and that it was also false about having dip powder. They should consider updating their website and customer service.

Love Mr Le’s work. He always does a wonderful job and takes pride in his work. Ask for him when you go. He never disappoints!

Loved it!! Carol was great; she took her time, paid attention to detail, and gave good suggestions. One thing I noticed is they don’t have side conversations (in their language nor English) when with a client unless they’re asking for something or telling someone about an issue with the equipment. She had good convo, talked me through the steps/process, and ensured I were happy with the service/outcome. I’m definitely going back. Even the man and woman (I think the owners) were friendly! The shop is spacious, several spa chairs, desks, and the chill/calmness of the shop was perfect.

They were so mean and rude . The lady that was doing my nails was so rough . After she paint one of my nails she would throw my hands and would point to the nail dryer and she did that the whole time until I was finished. Then after my nails was dry she poured mad oil on my hands to the point after rubbing it in a couple times it was still dripping. I would not recommend this place

Visiting from Cali and found these guys on Google. Wow! I have been getting pedicures for 30 years and am very picky! I have never had a pedicure that did such an amazing job exfoliating! These guys are great and would highly recommend! I got the basic ($30) pedicure.

Worst place ever! For a color change was 30.00. When I sat down, the area was dirty. They only cleaned it because I made the comment. The work was not worth 30.00. Its okay! Surprise

From the reviews this place was given to much hype when it was mediocre. I brought a picture and still didnt get what I asked for. The quality of nail work I am use to THIS TOWN IS SERIOUSLY NO MATCH FOR. I have not found a nail shop that compares to the one from my home town..... sad that with so many shops no one can do nails!! I will not be returning! Never again. Theyre nice enough, and the salon looks clean and inviting. But the gentleman who filled my nails does NOT do even a decent job. Acrylic all over my cuticles, and didmt even file or buff the whole nail. When I said dont bother polishing, another woman very loudly insisted she could fix it,(I was trying to be discreet for THEIR sake, and not make it obvious I was upset) but I said Id rather go home and refile them myself. I was going to leave it at that, and not post here, but not even 24 hours later, theyre lifting, chunky (I havent fixed them yet) .. just awful.

This was a first and last at this salon..My husband and I regularly use another salon but wasnt able to get an appointment with them for the date we needed..I called and made an appointment at Le Nails based on their reviews!After $160 worth of service and tip, my nails are jagged, chipping, and have chunks of polish and clear coat ridged up around my cuticles.. I actually had to pop my skin beneath my nail loose from my nail/polish because the gentlemen who did my manicure gooped it on.. The gentlemen who did my pedicure had polish all over my toes and even though he attempted to wipe it off, my toes were still stained 2 days later... He also failed to put clear top coat on my toes...I couldve bought my own UV light, polish, and pedicure tub for cheaper and done a better job..In addition to the sloppy polish job, the pedicure chairs were so incredibly uncomfortable! We normally look forward to the relaxing experience but this go around had us exchanging uncomfortable stares and conversation.. Each of us had difficulty standing/walking afyerr our pedicure due to the chairs..My husband was also caused a lot of pain by his nail tech.. She cut his nails in such a way that he was about to jump out of the chair! We go every 3 or 4 weeks, its not like either of us have crazy nails..

Okay, Ill start by saying Ive gotten pedicures from this place a few times and have had no real issues.So naturally I thought Id get my underarms waxed when I noticed they provided that service one day.HUGE mistake. The lady who did my underarm piled and piled on the wax and continued to rip it off and kept resticking and ripping and resticking and ripping probably a good 10 times. At that point my underarm was feeling raw and bleeding. I turned to look at it and virtually NO hair was removed.She then continues to start tweezing my hairs out one by one, when I had more than half of what I had when I started! I stopped her and said it was too painful. I went to the front and they still charged me $10 for a $15 job and not even one pit done!I went out to my car and looked up a few videos of how it should be done and it was not even close to the service I received. She had no regard to the pain she caused. And I think its insane for them to really think I was going to lay there and have my hairs tweezed out one by one. I managed to get back an extra $2 because I felt I was done a disservice. Be wary! Do NOT get waxed here!
