Really great service. Everyone was very nice. The pedicure was amazing. It was the best Id had in a long time. Very pleased with the outcome. There was only one tech that could do designs when I was there. She did exactly what I wanted.

Looked for salon for pedicure early Sunday morning. At 11 am most salons were already extremely packed. Called Star Nails and was able to get immediate service!

This is the WORST NAIL SALON I’ve ever been too, the man cut me multiple times after I told him it hurt and I was bleeding, didn’t get the shape I asked for, and all my nails are not the same length. I could’ve asked for them to be fixed but I just wanted to leave.

The WIFE is extremely rude and very much unprofessional. She got mad because her colors were listed wrong in the book, then she was very ruff removing the color then told me she had an appointment and I would have to wait. My nails never got done I WILL NEVER COME TO STAR NAILS

This place has made it so difficult for me to be happy with getting my nails done anywhere else. I used to live and get my nails done here regularly. They do such a nice job! They take their time and you leave with perfect nails that last long. Ive moved and tried maybe 10 different places since Ive moved. No nail place can compare to Van and her ladies. If youre looking for a perfect manicure or pedicure, with long lasting polish and immaculately cleaned up cuticles - this is the place to go!

Wonderful place. So happy theyre close to my Studio. Reasonable prices and extra touches and skilled technicians and friendly client engagement. Who does all that? My manicures are always done carefully. Love them!

I love this place! They are always easy to work you in, even at the last minute. It is also very helpful to have so many pedicure chairs if you are taking a group. Ive never felt rushed during my experience, but if I tell them I am in a hurry the technician always works quickly and efficiently. Bottom line: clean, and helpful staff.

Discovered this place with my friend. We both had a manicure and pedicure. The location is clean, and they have a large variety of nail polish to choose from. The staff is super nice, although it was very cold in there. Definitely would go back.

The reviews were amazing so I took my mom and we got our nails done. The staff also have a large menu of adult beverages. She is so versatile to change gel color to me. The shape of my nails are beautiful. Will be returning and recommending!

I recently moved to Fayetteville and needed to find a new nail salon so I did my extensive research on Yelp and I settled on Star Nails : D!! They know how to handle my feet and make them feel like Im 9 years old again! I was happy to be serviced quickly!

My friend and I went to get our nails done for a special occasion. It was the worst nail experience I have had in the 13 years I have been getting my nails done. I got a basic manicure and the lady had to keep redoing the polish because it kept wrinkling. The owner had to end up fixing my nails after 4 times. I was there from 545 to 8pm. Unacceptable. My friends nails are crooked and the polish was coming out before we even left. They were very inconsistent with pricing as well.

I went to this place a few years ago and they messed up. I don’t remember the techs name but she did my nails and they were crooked and too sharp. I asked her to file them down and she would file them down the tiniest bit and stop. I had to ask her to file them a few times before I was like forget it bc I had been there forever. I paid $40 for crooked nails. I weren’t going to say anything but my mom was livid so she made me go back (which I don’t blame her I was too scared to stand up for myself back then). But when we went back to the same lady she tried to say my fingers were crooked! What?! Then when she finally went to try and fix them she was mad and throwing my hand around. The only good thing I can say about them is that they got me straight in the chair.

I come here to get my mani pedi monthly and my nails tech Thao (“T” for short) does a fantastic job. My nails are always lovely and I have to say the prices are more than fair.

My husband went online and found great reviews here. She Is very friendly & flexible! & their main focus was my pleasure and contentment. pleasant environment and space clean and well maintained. Next time I might even use their toesmanicures services. And I HAD an amazing pedis.

The worst service ever at a nail salon. I usually dont write reviews but the service was so bad I dont want anyone else to waste their time or money. I repeated myself several times about the service I wanted. The owner/manger was too busy trying to figure out what I did for a living and throwing sarcasm at me about nail polish that he didnt hear or comprehend that I wanted the gel powder not polish. Another race of customers came in so another lady started to do my nails and again she could not comprehend gel powder and not acrylic. A teenager that works in there came over to try to explain thing better between us b/c I said to the lady maybe Im not explaining this right. The ladys attitude was so bad I said dont worry about it. When asked to have the acrylic off my nail, with attitude she says you should not have let it dry. Like another reviewer wrote this place needs classes on customer service.

I would not recommend this nail salon to my enemies, with that being said I would definitely not advise you go there and give them your money, it is obvious that the money is all they are wanting to hell with how you are treated. I had the worse experience at this nail salon. They treated me like I was a second class citizen but they are in the United States from another country (go figure)and this how you treat people let alone people from the United States. I need for the staff at this nail salon to take a class on interpersonal skills because truly they dont have any. I would not even give them a star let alone the two that they have. I wouldn’t say it’s overall bad, however when I came to this location I wasn’t happy at all I told the lady that I wanted $25 nails okay so as she started doing my nails it was okay but when she filed them is where we went wrong I never give nail tech a hard time cause I’m understanding sometimes everything won’t be perfect but I’m this case no, the lady filed my index finger waaaaayyyy shorter then any others and once I explained and showed it to her she tried to cover it up with some acrylic when clearly my nail is extremely short now again I asked for the shortest nails they offer which was $25 now all of my other nails were fine just this one nail she did too short and she caught an attitude with me because I asked her to redo my entire nail over or I wasn’t paying for it so she threw my hand and I just decided not to get they service I asked her to take the nails off I will not go back to this place ever again like I said it may not be every nail tech but the tech I had was horrible

Was so rushed! Was not a relaxing experience. The girl who did my nails didnt even wait for them to soak before scraping the old gel off. She did it as I was sitting at the pedicure station and I ended up with the old gel polish and fingernails all over my black pants. It was more stressful than relaxing. Oh, and I was the only client in there! Ill stick with Blessings Nail Salon in Raeford.

I went there today with my daughter to get a manicure and pedicure. While I was getting a pedicure one of the girls started on my fingernails. She put something on my nails and put my hands in a bag. I told them it was burning and the manager came over. Come to find out she had put callus remover on my nails instead of cuticle oil. The manager apologized and put water on my hands to remove it. It irritated my hands and made them red and itchy even hours after it was removed. Wasn’t the greatest medi/pedi I have received. Went to pay and was charged in full. I will not be returning to this salon.

They did a horrible job and knew it! I left with lumpy nails my 3 year old could have done better. They said they would fix it but I was late for work and was told to come back the following day. Came back next day and the lady was rude and tried to make me pay full price again before they would fix it! I ended up going somewhere else to redo it. Dont waste your time or money!

I recently got my nails here and I was really impressed with the service. The woman that did my nails was amazing, I got a shellac design done to my nails but it didnt last a week and it began to peel. I returned today to just a normal polish a the male owner was rude, continuously belittling me because I didnt want to pay 35 for shellac again and I wasnt interested in paying 40 for the dip nail polish they have. Why would someone want to pay $70 to get their nails done twice in one week. I remained calm but he continued to talk to me as if I were a child and not a customer willing to pay for their services. No one deserves to be treated like that. I would suggest finding somewhere else to get your nails done. I think from everything that I have read this is a race issue, no one deserves to be mistreated especially when your being respectful and treating the opposite person with dignity.

Well came in short notice decided to get my nails done why not went in there pretty slow but sat down instantly customer service could def be a lot better !!! Buttt I will say this I told the lady kelly what I wanted she did it perfectly it’s rare for me to get my nails done here period I get them done else where but I recently moved to this side of town she did an excellent job had me in and out within the hour I examined my nails up and down didn’t even find the slightest imperfection no longer than short no paint lookin weird not one thicker than the other I can honestly say kelly did an amazing job ! Got gel polish full set came out to $40 nothing more ! Nothing extra they weren’t trying to make me spend anymore she laughed with me a little but was focused on my nails ! Tipped her $20 she looked at me like I was crazy but I think it was well deserved !! Amazing job !!! ❤️ Go see Kelly great job !

The male nail technician butchered my nails. I told him what I wanted and even showed him a picture. I asked him to fix my nails and he said he wouldn’t. I will never go back there. Very unprofessional.

My daughter and I have been going to Star Nails for about 3 months. At first we assumed they were just having a bad day but theyre behavior just got increasingly worse. They rush through the process, use the dremel to remove your polish, are rough with the nail file to the point of breaking the skin, and our nails never looked good. We finally decided to go to a new salon today, and when they removed my daughters polish, they found green fungus on several of her nails. She had to sit there for an hour while they hacked acrylic off each finger then filed away the fungus and treated it. I really REALLY urge you to avoid this salon.

The past 2 times I have had my nails done here the gel polish started coming off the next day. I am very disappointed. Usually when I get gel on my nails it lasts at least a week. I will not be returning here to get my nails done. Although the staff is very friendly I am not happy with the quality of my nails.

The worst service ever!!!! I literally walked out with unfinished nails thats how dissatisfied I was..... she literally filed my skin and not my nail.... nickel and dimming customers is a good way to never come back... 30$ for unfinished nails...ridiculous!!!
