Today was the first day I visited XPO Nails. Before I arrived at the establishment, I had called several times to speak with a staff member about prices as so I could make a decision if I wanted to get services completed there. However, I didn’t get an answer. Reviews online seemed good so I chose to stop by. When I entered the shop, I was not greeted in a friendly manner. There was no smiles on anyone’s face. A nail tech did say hello to me and I explained to him that I was new and wanted to inquire about the prices of the services they offer. He immediately looked confused and said “You want to know our PRICES?” He said it in a manner like, no one asks about our prices.... pleasant. I asked about the prices because the prices are not posted for costumers to see and I was a potential new costumer. I like transparency when it comes to the amount of money I am spending on a service, especially before I agree to the service. A person can say anything especially when it’s not posted and I wanted to avoid potential drama. The nail tech reluctantly got up and handed me a menu. After looking over the menu, I inquired about the pricing of a manicure and pedicure with gel polish only on my nails. The same nail technician seemed even more confused. He kept asking me the prices for the services (like he didn’t already know them) and just looking at me funny. Finally he said he would have to ask the manager and the manager was not there. He then just went right back to doing someone nails like I wasn’t standing right there. Before I could get my next words out of my mouth, another nail tech spoke up and told me to get the polish it would be an additional $10. She also told me I would have to book an appointment and that they were all booked up. The staff gave me the impression that they are overworked, exhausted, and that they didn’t want me as a costumer. They didn’t even offer to make me an appointment let alone tell me how or where to make an appointment! Once I got home I called again to ask for the manager’s contact information to tell them about the type of costumer service I received from their staff and again no answer!! I have never been to this place but I am so over them all ready. I don’t care how “good” of a job you do, if I don’t feel appreciated as a costumer I definitely will not be giving you the money I worked hard for! Too many other places in Fayetteville with great reviews. I hope this post helps others in our community when choosing a nail salon.

So I went Get a fix and fill in the pregnant lady or( just had a baby)did it and two Was not placed correctly and all lumpy. wheres jody ?we need jody and then another lady came in and they got right on her nails when she came back in for the 2nd time We was in there for a hour or more. I called to let her know that my nails were not done right and I didnt have time to get it fixed. She said just come back in I will take it off

John Jenny and Mary are so nice and friendlyI just moved to NC a year ago I had a fabulous manicurist back home but when I found expo nails I was so happy John do fabulous nails worked wonders with mine after 6 month of trying different places and being disappointed. Mary has great hands for pedicures she did real good on my ugly dried feetAnd Jenny she’s sweet my eyebrows look great thank you Expo 🌹

I get here at the opening time and they take one hour to get here. If the business doesn’t open at 10am, change it on here.

Jenny was great with my pedicure, she even shaped my fingernails that I had done myself lol, she was professional and has good English, she understood everything I said and there was no confusion. I will be going back again, as a regular.

Very good! This nail salon has the same name, but is under new management. The new owners seem to be really nice. They gave my husband and I snacks and offered us coffee or water. It was a very nice touch. They explained that they are still in the process of remodeling and will be adding more features.

Definitely one of the best nail salons in Fayetteville. I come in and get worked on within 10 minutes of arriving. They always do a great job on my nails. Reasonably priced and just phenomenal. Thank you 🤗

My nails look so good after coming here. I usually never go back to a nail place bc they always do something I didnt like, but this lady was so patient and completely transformed my nails. I didnt get her name but definitely will be coming back just for her!

First time coming to Xpo nails and I will definitely be coming back.Staff was friendly and talked to me through out the time I was there. Went in and was seated right away.I was offered water as well.My nails turned out perfectly and I’m really picky about my nails!!

Owner would not stop pressuring me to update my pedicure package. Manicure color does not go up to my cuticles, even though I asked the nail technician to do it. One day later and I look like I need a fill-in. I’d post a pic but can’t figure out how to. Will not go back.

Decided to give this place a try since its one of the few nail salons open on Sundays. I received an excellent pedicure. She really took her time. Staff was friendly and there was no wait. I will be returning!

I only came here because my regular place was closed that day. I went in asking for a fill in and I walked out looking like I still needed a fill in. My nails were uneven and the polish was lumpy. Looked nice compared to how it was before the remodel but I wouldnt go the again to get my nails done

Eh. We went on a very slow day, not a single customer in the salon. However our pedicures were ridiculously rushed and low quality. The prices were reasonable for good work, but not for the mediocrity we received. Rush you in rush you out!

I live in SpringLake but I make the drive once a month. The nail art is creative the pedicure if out of this world and the arch your eyebrows to perfection. Been with them for 15+ years they are my family.

They respond quickly online to book appointments. I went in there and afterwards I promised to myself, I wouldnt go anywhere else for my nails/pedicures. I have an illness that makes my skin die off quicker on certain parts of my body than other peoples. My feet being one of those areas and having a scaly look, Ive always been insecure about them. Ive been all over town looking for a place with a decent pedicure and I had no luck. In an 1 hour session, they made my feet look baby smooth and the gel nails I got have lasted over a week so far (its been a week since Ive been there). THIS is the place to go!!! Dont waste your time and money somewhere else, come here for quality service!

The absolute most awful customer service in Fayetteville. Dont ever forget about the customer Xpo Nails. This isnt the first bad experience Ive had, its just the time Ive reported it. Mary is so rude that I must say my feelings were hurt. After asking an appt so I could put my wait to an end I was embarrassed as she spoke another language and put on a show in front of other customers. Ive dealt with it up until now. Xpo youve lost a customer and I network a lot. Word of mouth can work both ways. All you have to do is smile and show gratitude, Mary. Dont make a customer who waited 1 hour 20 min feel insignificant. Its very unprofessional. Thought Id found new salon. Wrong, very wrong. Dont go.
