NEVER I repeat NEVER go to this salon. The staff are unpleasant and unsanitary. The owner is rude and dishonest. The price list is a joke. I was there for almost two hours and nobody wiped down a thing! The owner was eating in between sets and not washing her hands. Disgusting! Disgusting! Disgusting! I ended up at Q Nails on accident. My girlfriend had referred me to a shop in Bronco Square (apparently closer to bookstore). I received a mani/pedi and my toes ached when i left. The young lady had cut me several times while scaping my cuticle. Very disappointing

Couldn’t even do simple coffin shape or put oil on my cuticles. Only good thing was the price and lack of customers so the service was fast

The man who did my nails filed my real nails down too short. I understand everyone is different but I asked if they were capable of doing this style and I was told yes. $40 down the drain!

The lady did amazing on my nails at a very decent price but I couldn’t give them the fifth star because of the wait time I called and tried to sent an appointment but they said they weren’t busy so a walk in is fine so when we came in there was only one person before us so we went up to the desk and wrote our names and what we were getting down on the paper but then multiple people started coming again right after and the lady was not going by the Paper so she told them the lady before me was the last one so I had to go and explain everything and it caused some type of commotion because everybody was in a rush.

The artist just started working without asking how I want my nails. Then I told hwe I want them shorter. She started talking about me to the other one in Korean. Unfortunately for her, I could hear all she said. She just assumed black ppl wouldnt know Korean. It was as if they ddnt want to work.

This was the worst nail shop I ever been to in my entire life yes theyre cheap but the work was done terrible. They kept making me switch between nail techs and one of the ladys had no clue what she was doing she poked me in my finger it started bleeding. On top of that while she was removing the gel she kept burning me. Did a terrible job on my gel coat so terrible that the gel started peeling off the next day. I will NEVER EVER EVEER GO BACK TO THIS SHOP or RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE! they really need to hire some more experience ladys 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

Just got my nail done.. very satisfied

I hate to leave a bad review because the lady was nice, but mani/pedis are supposed to be relaxing. This was anything but that. The place smelled strongly of chemicals, worst than any nail place Ive been in, bad enough that I thought I should have a mask. The smell along with it was very hot in there, I should have left then, I thought I could pass out, but decided to go through with it. I waited a few minutes in chair, no big deal, and she came as soon as she was done with customer. The thing is, she hurt me bad! Cut my toe where it actually bled. That night many of my toes were so very sore where she filed them too short. Used brush on legs that gave it a rash, and I still have a scratch and tomorrow will be a week that I went there! The brush was not soft on legs, whatever she used for manicure was not soft, she rubbed way to hard, and pulled on my fingers roughly. She says I have sensitive skin which is true, but Ive had over 20 plus mani/pedis and I can say without a shadow of a doubt, this was the worst! Honestly, it felt like I was being tortured, and I just could not wait for it to be over with. Then when Im paying one of the other ladies, one of my nails messes up, and she replies you should have asked me to get payment for you. Well, you should have offered before you saw me reach in purse, and the polite thing to do would have been to fix it. Nice lady or not, I should not have paid to have bled, scratches on my leg, sore toes from being filed way too short, etc. where when home I had to apply Neosporin. Needless to say I will never be back!

They dont offer gel powder just to make anyone aware. Also i asked for coffin style nails and the lady made them all unproportional and had an attitude when asked about it. Too much yanking and snatching of my hands. There was glue all on my fingers and as im trying to clean off that and the massive amount of nail and acrylic dust off that she let build up, she snatches my hand. Ive always been so relaxed getting my nails done but i was pretty annoyed. The other two ladies didnt seem as bad and their clients seemed happy though so maybe shes a bad apple. This is by far the ugliest set of nails ive ever had and everyone is letting me know too. Never returning. Ruby nails is far more professional, helps you relax while getting pampered and puts out better quality work.

I waited 45 minutes for a pedicure, in the chair, until I gave up and left. Friends manicure with shellac was just quick paint job and missed spots.

My eyelashes only last a week, when I go other places they last for 3 -4 weeks .. I will never go back there again !
