THIS SALON IS UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT!!! My sister and I were referred here for James, from this Fayetteville community group were in. Well Lilian did my pedicure and OMG🤯Amazing!! She took her time and the atmosphere is a vibe. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND

James was so kind, professional, outgoing, knowledgeable, and he did an excellent job. I will return for the A1 service! ☺️

I walked in and literally NO ONE spoke. Just stared. I had to speak. It took 2 hours to get a simple pedicure. They werent even that busy they just move so slow. The pedicure cost $33 and honestly not worth it and when she was done instead of letting me dry under the dryer she made me just sit at the pedicure bowl. I waited about 15 min and tried to leave. My toes were wet so they smudged when she put my shoe on so she had to do it over and I had to ask to sit under the dryer which took another 20 min. I went there at 8:15 pm and left at 10:30. Never again!!!

Nails did not last even a week, poor quality. Cost was to much for this. I had my nails done on 3/21/2020. The nails where already lifting on day 3. I will not be coming here agian.

I should have believed the reviews, but hoped for the best and went anyways because it was convenient at the time. Horrible customer service. There were only 2 ladies working and right away was asked what I needed, to pick a color and have a seat at the station. I assumed someone from the back would come to help since I wasn’t told there’d be a wait or any sort of communication otherwise. I sat for a while and eventually someone brought two bowls to my station and was told to soak my nails and to take off my own polish. I waited over an hour and eventually walked out. No one apologized for the wait or explained that there was only 2 people working and that it would be a while until I could be assisted. At no point did I get updates as to how much longer the wait would be. It wasn’t until I stood up to leave did anyone speak to me and only to ask me which color I picked. I’m too busy to waste time like that. I have way better things to do that sit around in a nail salon being ignored.

This place did a fine job but they gouge you on their prices!!!! What they advertise as their price is not what you pay!!! I went in for a gel fill in, which said was $20 and then they said it was $35. The lady tried to explain to me why it was $35 BUT that’s not what they advertise. When you ask for one thing, they do more then what you ask and then make you pay for what they did!!! I will not be returning there because another place I have been to does the same amount of work for way less money. So much for trying new places!!!

This nail salon is excellent! They are very personable... Angie is the BEST! you will not get better service any where!! These other reviews that said their nails came off, it is NOT this salon, they dont know what theyre talking about....I have been going here for more than 10 years, & will keep going.......

Relaxed place to be here! I recommend people should come here! I know that the vietnamese people dont understand but give people a chance! Quote: Everybody should be treated like others and give people a chance. They will learn soon If they might can. Youll see. So give these people a chance working here! Be a kind person and help them understand.

My review here is that There is Vietnamese workers here and they might not understand and make few mistakes. But they seem to a good job. There work is above higher of my expectations and Great location in the area. Better than other nail salons. I would be coming here again soon.

5 Star rating up! Great staff but just a bit of mess up. Dont blame mistakes on workers. Great service and place to relax. My kids love it even through the workers get tired but give them time to relax cause everybody needs break. My kids and our family is coming here 1 or 2 years for their birthdays or so.

I chose this shop because, honestly, it was the only one open within my work schedule and the newest reviews seemed pretty good. The older lady in the shop is walking around eating and was hostile towards my speech impaired mother. I wanted to walk out but my mother insisted she wanted to get her nails done. Frankly, I will never be back in and the old lady in there needs an attitude adjustment. If I could give this place zero stars I would JUST for the service.

I had a very unpleasant experience on yesterday June 30, 2018. I asked when I walked in for the wait time and was told 15 minutes. I waited for one hour and 6 minutes before I was serviced. I put my headphones in and did not complain. It was late and I knew other places would be closed so I waited patiently. After the tech (who is the owner) actually started on my nails, she continued to try and upgrade my services. She even asked me Why you dont want deluxe pedicure? I told her I had a budget and that the standard would be fine.Every few minutes she would ask me why I didnt want gel nails and then gel polish. It was pushy and a bit uncomfortable. Finally, I did tell her I would like my eyebrows done. We moved along and she asked if I wanted my nails long or short; I said medium. She insisted If you get long you pay more. I have NEVER heard of this before. By now Im irritated. To attempt to make a very long story short, I stayed quiet until time to pay. I gave her my card but wanted to confirm my total. So I asked whats the total? Sure enough, she said more than what I was to be paying. She said you want your eyebrows done right. I said no; dont worry about it I changed my mind. (why would you charge me for something that you had not even done yet?) Then unbelievable this lady proceeds to ask me Why you dont want eyebrow? You told me you want eyebrow. As though I didnt have a right to change my mind.At this point I wanted to get finished and leave her establishment. I sign the credit card slip and she made (what I believed to be) a smart remark and an obvious smirk to her fellow tech. So I asked if there was a problem. She then asked me whats wrong with you? I said nothing is wrong with me but obviously there is a problem. To which she admitted, you didnt tip. I dont expect you to tip; you never tip. I let her know that after waiting over an hour, her harassing me to buy more services than what I wanted... of course not! I had held my peace all day, but this was too much. Yet she didnt seem to get it.Bottom line. They take our money, talk bad about us in Vietnamese and then seem shocked and alarmed when someone actually challenges what they are saying. Furthermore, everyone does not go in the nail salon and leave 100 dollar bill. I can...if I want to. Thats my choice; just like whether I tip you for your service or not. Whole experience was ridiculous and insulting. Needless to say I wont be back.

Do not...I repeat do not come to this nail salon! I made a same day appointment to get my SNS and a pedicure done since this was the only place open after 7pm. I am seated as soon as I get there which is great. The lady getting ready to work on my feet instantly gets upset because I do not want to get the pedicure she wants me to get and because I want my nails cut down but overall toes turn out okay. Then the lady doing my SNS gets started. She doesnt take off the excess coloring and does not file the nails down at all. My nails look like I dipped them in polish and didnt bother to clean them or attempt to make them look nice. I asked her did she know what she was doing because my nails look horrible she gets mad and starts talking in her language then begins buffing my nails after she already put the topcoat on. Never again! Plus they change the prices on you!

Lily at CLASSIC NAILS is absolutely amazing!!! I have a cleaning company and my nails have never broken, even with the bleach and daily scrubbing!!! I typically go an average of 3-4weeks between fill ins... Thank you Lily😍😍😍

AMAZING! is the only way to describe this place,it has to be in the TOP 3 if not number#1 in Fayetteville for nail salon EVERY! Person in the salon can do nails and I mean Great! Nice atmosphere no smelly fumes and very clean and relaxing, And they dress nice🙂 All of the customer I see there love these ladies and the way they treat the clients very nicely not just”come in pick a color and wait”male clients will feel relaxed also and not embarrassed to be pampered lol Great place!

WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Simply went in to get my SNS soaked off. Was pressured multiple times to get additional services even after explaining that I had somewhere to be. The lady was extremely rude and talked loudly back and forth to the other employees the entire time. I felt so uncomfortable and I couldn’t wait to get out of there and never come back.

Absolutely the WORST nail salon ever ! They charge high prices and do cheap work ! The manager seemed like she didn’t even know what she was doing . While doing my fill in she thinned our my nails and used so little product that my full sets broke within that same week ! Just horrible and I will never come back again ! & it’s only 3 employees . I was there for 3 hours just for a pedi & fill in!

I agree with this person making statement on prices and behavior issues. He is right. I would just give 5 stars. When i visited this place it was a perfect behavior here. These ladies were very very excellent and nice. Talk good about my children and there children too. I would just give them lot of money for more stuff and their children for their excellent work! Im coming back here next time! These other people dont know what their missing out and sending hateful comments. I love this place because of good service here! Everybody should come try it out here! ALSO If you wanna know why prices and behavior issues here. Just go below me. Their is a message from invader will talk about it. Maybe he knows all about it or he might be the manager or owner. The lady the tech cant be the owner. Idk. She cant own the shop. Somebody is the manager there.

Second chance with this nail salon. Poor service, the employees only talked to each in their language the ENTIRE time. They charged me over the amount of all the other salons in the area and gave me a very basic pedicure. I had to come by after work and didnt have my flip flops, they didnt even offer me the disposable ones. These are a staple at any Nail salon. I wanted to leave a tip after my toes dried to give them chance to improve my service. The nail tech was flippant. Sorry, but never again.

I wish i could give less than a star. I had gotten my first pay check with my new job and wanted my nails done. I saw a little nail salon and decided to get them done there, not knowing it would be a waste of my newly earned money. When I got my nails done, she was not gentle and she was not doing the nails properly (which I found out later). Within two days, three nails were loose and one had fallen off. I make pizzas at work and we never do anything enough for me to break off a nail so it was obvious they were poorly done. Not even a day over a week and most of my nails had come entirely off and I needed to reglue them several times. When I was repayed, I went to a different place (after reading reviews this time) that had 5 stars and they said to me, straight forward, that the lady that did my nails needed to go back to school or something because she did not seem to know what she was doing. She proceeded to say they were poorly done and she had damaged my nails and filed them more than needed. That is the last time this place will see me and I hope that people read this and decide to go to a different nail salon like I wish I had. (The nail salon I went to was BB Nails on 54 by a pizza place and a hair salon, in case anyone wanted to know.)

This place needs better customer service before they go out of business! U don’t talk about everybody and get away with it. You never know who knows your language! First time and will definetly be my last!!! I got a pedicure and a gel nail polish color change. My total was 49.00!!!! My pedicure was only 24.00. They charged me 25.00 for just a polish change. I mean how is that possible when they only charge 22.00 to put full set of acrylic nails on??? When I questioned the woman why it was 25.00 to change my polish color she just kept telling me it was because I had gel polish. Im sorry I have never in all the salons I have been to including the ones in my home state of Ct have i ever been charged 25.00!! The most was 15.00.

The place is clean but severely over priced for the work done. I wanted my nails coffin shaped which I was charged and extra 10 dollars for and right now I cant even identify what shape this actually is. Really disappointed. And Im 70 dollars broker. These nails are a disaster and Im probably about to go up the street to find someone who can fix them.
