This is a mixed review. By the picture it can be observed that they do great work, that’s not the problem I had. When it was time to leave, we shared “thank you” I paid my tab, BUT when it came time to return my receipt for them to keep, the one to checked me out looked at it and told that I didn’t tip. If I’m not mistaken tipping is voluntary not mandatory. Sometimes I do. Sometimes I don’t. But I digress, moral of the story is I did not appreciate how I left feeling, adding that African Americans are their primary clients, and will not be returning. Happy Nails gave me ammunition to open my own salon. Look forward to a black owned business coming your way.

What I got v/s what I asked for. I’m going to share this gem cause I know how hard it is to find a good place even though I don’t want to 🙃. Just a heads up, due to the current state of life, they are short on staff and there is a bit of a wait so it’s best that you have time and patience. And let me add that it is well worth the wait. I wanted to be happy about “Happy Nails” but after seeing 6 of my nails crack within a week and a half, I am not at all happy with my experience there. I did receive a decent pedicure, but my nails did not hold up, not even for a week. Nice salon, very polite people, but I will not be returning.

After a strenuous trial and error search for a salon that meets my needs and expectations with techs that CARE and i don’t have to cuss out or leave feeling unhappy with service after having spending my hard earned dollars… I have finally found my salon! I have received theeee best pedicure and they have made a new loyal client in me. i didn’t feel rushed, half done, or jerked around. i take my business elsewhere for my manicure, but that’s no shade to them. i have a bomb manicurist who doesn’t do pedi just yet. the two separate appointments are worth the hassle tho. i recommend getting the upgraded spa pedicures i think it’s vip or something. photo is after 1 month!

They take care of me and my baby cant ask for anything more!

I was a walk-in and was cordially greeted when I opened the door... Good Vibes... My manicurist was stunning! He took great pride in his work, a perfectionist actually. I needed a new set where he had to take off my previous set. He didnt pull or yank but gently removed my old pair. My new set is super gorgeous! Ill be back 😎

The service I got from Henry and Chelsea was amazing they definitely earned my loyalty

I haven’t been to this salon in a very long time. I was afraid because of covid and the cleanliness. But I was very pleasantly surprised to see that they disinfect in between every client the chairs and tables. I have been to other salons and I have not seen anyone do that. In fact I take my own wipes and clean the chairs and tables. I feel very comfortable after seeing them clean. Also, my lady did an awesome job with my nails. She suggested a foil design and I loved it.

I went here for the first time a couple of weeks ago because my usual place was close. I received a sns manicure and the guy that did my nails were rushing (he was to busy trying to make jokes that wasnt funny) I knew he had missed a couple of steps because I have gotten sns nails plenty of times. Three days later my nails starting cracking and chipping. I will never use they service again, totally unacceptable!!!!!!!!!!!

I came to back to get my fill in and was turned around again due to lack of staff . I was told to come back before 6 and got there at 5:30 the man proceeded to tell me again today that they’re done for today . Definitely will not be returning should’ve stuck with USA NAILS besides them

I used to work as a nail technician for this salon. It was a friendly working environment. Everyone appears to be professional.They are not telling lies to clients about the waiting time, in which other large salons usually did.They have a sterilizer machine in front, next to the sink, where clients can fully observe the disinfection they did.

I waited last minute and needed to get a pedicure and my eyebrows arched and by it being Christmas Eve I knew most places would be closing early. I spotted Happy nails and decided to give them a try. They were very friendly, it was not too busy and they did a great job with my pedicure and eyebrow arch. I work definitely give them another try.

Horrible! Two of the three of our manicures ( mine-regular, my niece-gel) spontaneously popped off in almost whole pieces within the first two days after. I would look down and another one was gone. My niece had the same experience with GEL! THATS THE LAST TIME I SPEND MY MONEY THERE!

After to going to USA nails a few times & not too impressed, I decided to try this place. I had to wait longer than usual, but when they started, the did a great job! The older gentleman that did my pedi was very particular & took his time & did an awesome job! The man that did my nails was really fast but did a great job with my hands! They had so many sns colors! I got the glow in the dark but they also have the color changing for no additional charge! I will be back to see if they are consistent 😁

Anna has been doing my nails for 10yrs & counting....from Camp Creek to Fayetteville! Anna & her sisters have provided nothing put quality service for my mom & I over the years! I’ve always been the type of person...”if it ain’t broke..then don’t fix it! I don’t see myself going anywhere else...unless they move! ☺️

Ratchet.This was my first time visiting this salon....My tech was nice, cuticle work was clean... However..I came in.. the lady tells me that the man would scrub my feet and do my massage (while my gel polish was on.) After he soaked my gel off.... After that the girl did my cuticle work and painted my toes.When you think about getting a pedi done it should be calming and relaxing. This was everything but that.I would never return...

First timer, went in for a fill and I am extremely happy with the technicians skills and attention to detail! The shaping and cuticle work is awesome. I am simple, i like a clean and natural looking fill with nude acrylic. This is the 5th salon Ive tried and it looks like I can stop looking!

Asked for gel polish. was given the gel colors to pick from. dude starts to polish with regular polish and I ask again about gel and he says it is gel. he never used a uv light so its definitely not gel. I shouldve driven to peachtree city to my usual spot. now I have to sit here and wait for my nails to dry. nice people but they definitely dont listen and he lied.

LOVE this salon! I have been in multiple times and always receive a wonderful experience! My last time in, I was there 30 minutes before closing with a nail disaster and they stayed two hours past closing to help me! Theyre always so kind and you cant beat the prices either!!

I talked to one of the guys on the phone and he told me to come in two hours . I came in and then he ask what I needed done . I told him I had spoke with a guy on the phone and he said he didn’t know who I talk to and it would be a 30min wait . I ask to talk to the owner they said he wasn’t there . When I walked in it was two ladies that came in and they had them set in the chair and I know they didn’t have a appointment. I paid them 65 dollars yesterday and they couldn’t fix one broke nail that was there fault . I will never recommend or go there ever again.

The person who did my nails was rude. She seemed disgusted with someone or a group of someone. She did a good job but I would rather go somewhere where my money is appreciated.

If I could give a zero and still report my daughter sitting at a station for over an hour waiting to get her nails done, while several other people came and were serviced before her. Who treats a 13 year old girl like that? We only stayed because she wanted pretty nails for her first day of school and the other shops were about to close. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Made an appointment an hour ahead and still waited 30 more minutes just for us not to get attendant. Never coming here again. What’s even the point of making an appointment!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I have been to this nail shop 3x and have received decent service. I called prior to me arriving trying to set an appointment but they take walk ins. I walked in and waited for about 37 mins. Another “known” customer walked in and one of the nail techs greeted her. The customer didn’t want to wait and was about to leave at that point one of the nail techs informed her that she was finishing up and that she would take her. The customer then asked her what about her (referring to me) and the nail tech responded she can wait I will help you. I can only imagine what my facial expression look like but then proceeds to tell me she understands I got there first but she is taking her first because she “knows her”. This was a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE when I got up to leave I didn’t even get the same energy the other customer received or EVEN A APOLOGY WASTING MY TIME. I was there to get a pedi and was observing how they do nails (very picky) I was considering on getting them done too. Obviously they didn’t want my money nor my business... I was going to make this my new nail shop considering I live 5 mins away but definitely won’t be returning!

Terrible Service for nails. Came today to get a fill in and regular polish on my nails. After countless times of telling them I didn’t want gel polish they still put it on my nails and tried convincing me otherwise when the bottle clearly said gel polish. I left this nail salon with my nails half dry because I was fed up with their bad customer service The guy who did my nails was very disrespectful and harsh when doing my nails and also he was one of the owners. Used to be a frequent customer years ago with the old owners but after my experience I will never come again.

I only come HERE! Everyone is great but Johnny and Henry are the BEST!! You may be in for a wait but its 100% worth it!

JOHNNY is awesome. He always listens to how I want my nails done and shaped. I went to a previous nail salon and got a pedicure and what I thought was an ingrown turned out to be an infection. Idk her name but shes been helping me get my toe back the way it should be and didn’t mind helping me.

I go in I don’t care how long I have to wait to get Jenny or Anna sometimes my job works like that to where I have to just go in without making an appointment Also you should have your day cleared out whenever you go get your nails or your hair done I don’t understand when people say I have to be out by a certain time you need to plan accordingly.anyways I love it don’t let anybody else influence your experience go and experience it yourself it’s clean it’s fine it’s bomb! I only get my nails done by Jenny. I get SNS and she is the only text I have found that makes them absolutely perfect and natural. Otherwise its a typical nail salon.

I used to go here for 2 years, moreso because Henry does nails really well. I decided to stop going because every other time that I go the price is different and I get the same services every time. Theyre greedy! Couldnt clearly explain why they were charging different prices. And Henrys wife is RUDE! Also I never liked how they try to pass you off to others when you as for a specific person to do your nails. They didnt understand NO!

Came in here with my boyfriend. I have an ingrown toenail on my left big toe. Of course it is uncomfortable to get those things removed but he not only took out the nail, he removed some skin, gashed it and caused it to bleed. It bled the entire time I was in the chair, Im still here now drying and its still bleeding. I will not be back here. They do not pay attention to detail. My nail technician was T.

If I can rate them NO STARS I WOULD The first time I go it was great I paid $55 For a pedicure the sea salt one and a full set with gel acrylic and also got my eyebrows done it was great, the second time I come they were mean rude attitude like they didn’t want to work started talking about me in a different language my boyfriend was with me and he told me what they said they Also charged me $80 for a pedicure a REFILL And eyebrows, I asked why she said because we filed your nails and I wanted color, ok you filed my nails the first time and I got 2 colors the first time I am NOT understanding these people take your money they don’t have a sign for prices they make there own prices the lady told me they charge for color, to file them and at the u still have to pay to get them done I don’t understand they are a SCAM AND I NEVER WROTE A REVIEW BEFORE JUST WATCH OUT EVERYBODY !!

Ive tried all the nail shops in the pavilion and happy nails are the best to me....my nails always last at least 3 weeks...Henry is my go too guy...

Ive been here 4 times. This past time i went in and had a crappy nail tec. She couldnt apply tips properly. She had to reglue 3 nails and not even a week in and two fell off! Im pissed considering i spent 85$ there in total.

I normally don’t post negative reviews but due to my last experience I felt the need to share.I went early morning Saturday to get a full set,pedicure,and eyebrow wax.I waited almost two hours and only received the pedicure which was not fully attended to.I walked out after waiting so long and went somewhere else for service.

I felt in love with this nail salon is one of best in Fayette county. You can relax and the do adorable nails.

Worst nail salon experience. Ive been here twice. The first time was average. The second time was excruciatingly painful. People talking over you, kids running around, young men watching bad tv loudly, Talking on the phone while doing your nails, Going to take a smoke break when I was the only person in the joint. It was uncomfortable and not fun.

I asked for my nails to be coffin shaped and they came out extremely round. When I told the manager I was not pleased she responded by saying its because of your nail is short. What does the length of my nail have to do with the shape of the fake nail? Terrible customer service. Will not return.
