They were pretty good. They were polite and its hard to find a nail shop today that has POLITE WORKERS.. Ive had bad experiences way to much here in Ga.. Here I can honestly say Ill definitely go back.. They do good work as well. They werent there for my scheduled appointment though.

Price is higher than I have ever paid did not discuss any additional services and no break down of fees other than nails $45.00 feet $38.00. 5 Stars is for the work done.

They for the most part do a decent job on my nails.. BUT.. I made an appointment last Sunday for 12:30 figuring that if they open at 12 that would be enough time for them to be a tad late.. they showed up closer to 12:45 and were very curt when I walked in somewhat annoyed.. I understand we all have busy lives.. but this seems to be a regular occurrence with them

Love to get nails done here. Nails last long time, great customer service and they really take good care of you. Only downfall, is not enough workers, so the wait time is a little long but once your being service, its well worth the wait.

I tried BB Nails for the first time yesterday! Looking for a kid friendly salon for a starter shop for my (5) year old Ballerina in Fayetteville..My granddaughter nails are absolutely beautiful and the technician Linda was very nice. I normally take her with me but this one was closer to her and reasonable $4 ... She loves it ..She said “ Gmomma I have my own Salon now...She will definitely be back..

I love this salon. They are always busy but she does amazing job my nails and my toes. Prices are decent.my only complaint is that there business hours are always different. The website says one thing and there sign on their door says another, but then they are not there. For example, today they are supposed to be open by 10:00 or 10:30 a.m. but they are not open. They need to put a sign up that lets there customers know when they are open and closed and if something came up that prevents them from being open when they are supposed to be they need to let their customers know.

Read other reviews. This is not the first time and has happened to other customers. Today is the second time I have experienced this. The hours say they open at 10AM. I sat out there until 10:22AM and no one was there to open. This is the second time this has happened. Not professional at all. This is a waste of the customers time. This means losing business that equals money. This is not valuing customers.

As we speak I’m sitting in the pedicure chair, I’ve been soaking in like warm water for 30 min. There are only two people working. If they didn’t have time for a pedicure it would have been nice to be told. They’re both working on other people. Meanwhile, I’m just soaking. Did I mention this is my first time here? Horrible first impression and experience. NEVER again! And this is based on just this part so far. If my feet weren’t wet! I would be gone out the door.

Wow. I made an appointment for Sunday (today) at 12pm, right when they open so I could get in and out. I waited for 30 Minutes for the salon to open and still no one showed. So I just left and went somewhere else.

This was my first time visiting this shop but I finally found a place around here that I like. I didn’t catch the lady’s name but she was very attentive the entire time to me and I truly value that. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she did very good recreating the product for me. I’ma new customer now!

Overall the times I have been here, this is the most amazing nail salon out of all of the other nail salons. This awesome place does not have any bugs,mold,fungus, and nasty equipment like all of the other nail salons like 138 nails or Jenny nails. So I 100% recommend you to come to this awesome place.

I’m not a regular nail salon- goer. So I searched nail salons near me and BB got great reviews...so of course I had to go! I will say, this is not an in and out type of place. They take their time. Yes I had to wait a while because they were with other customers but it was definitely worth the wait. My manicure and pedicure came out amazing and I never felt like I was being rushed since people were waiting. I’m super impressed by the results and how nice and professional the staff was. Will definitely go back on my next trip!

Great salon with very nice technicians. There are a couple of techs that do an outstanding job. Not a big salon with a lot of workers so it can be busy at times but they can tell you exactly when to come back or fit you in. Ill continue getting my nails done there.

I enjoy coming here but this is my second attempt trying to get my nails done here and the store is closed! Its 10:30! I thought you open at 10am? The first time i just let it go but now im here again this morning and nobody is here AGAIN.

I’m saw great reviews so I came and first time great ! I come again to get the SAME services done and she changers me almost 15$ more and then on top charged me an extra 5$ to take off the gel polish on toes ! Let’s just say this is the last I’ll come here !!!

My first visit at this salon was awesome there were only 2 people working and got me and 4 other people done and out the door with in 1 and half with my sns and pedicure looking geat the only reason I took away a star is because they left my son sitting in the water for a while but again there were only 2 people working other than that they have new customer in me!!

I love my nails but they are late alot. I waited on them to open one morning and they were about 30 minutes late arriving.

People here are professionals and have been in the nail business for a number of years. Come to this nail shop and try it out yourself. The services here are affordable for someone on a budget and also great nails as well.

Ive been going here faithfully for a couple of years. I always get great service and they do very nice work on my nails. If there is a wait they tell you upfront. This is definitely the best salon Ive been to and Ive tried most of their services. Ive had gel nails, sns, natural mani/pedi, and my brows done. All great! My only negative is that they are closed Mondays.

Just awful. The chairs are awful. I sat with my feet in water for 40 minutes with no explanations, no apologies, no attention whatsoever. If you are not ready to give me a pedicure, dont put me in the water! It was for my birthday too, so thanks for that.

Today was my first day here, after trying several different places in Fayetteville! I left so pleased. I had Laura, and she was AMAZING! She did my SNS manicure and my pedicure and both were delightful. She is very detailed and won’t let you leave looking like a fool. I was extremely impressed by the time she took during my pedicure. This is TMI, but the nails in both of my big toes tend tend to grow into my nail which is uncomfortable and causes a lot of dry thick cuticles to build in the junction between my toenail and my skin. She took her time and cleaned them out completely and even went in and cut the part of the nail out that was puncturing my skin. The best pasty is that it was painless! She knows what she’s doing! She couldn’t understand why I was so happy and I explained to her that my toes literally feel better because they’re not sore where my nail is puncturing my skin. I told her everywhere else I’ve been has done my pedicure so fast, they did not care for my toes like she did. Needless to say, I’ll be going back to see Laura regularly! :))

Only reason it gets two stars is because they were friendly. My nails didn’t even last a week they all popped off !!!! Never again will I go there 55 dollars down the drain!!!

I wish I had found this place sooner. After months of bouncing around to nail salon after nail salon and being incredibly disappointed by service and execution, I finally found the place I’ll stick with. Their work is BEAUTIFUL and absolute perfection. Their pedi is thorough and relaxing and their prices are amazing. Oh, I have to mention, the best brow wax I’ve EVER gotten and I’ve been going to benefits brow bar (supposedly the best, nah). Their customer service is fantastic and friendly. I’ve lived in many areas of the country and it’s always a struggle finding a salon that does good work and has great customer service. They don’t skimp on your pedi or mani and half ass it. This is a hidden gem (or it was hidden from me despite being minutes from my house). 10/10. I’ve had some pretty awful experiences and awful work done in the Fayetteville area. This was such a pleasant surprise. These people care and it’s evident.

I had the worst experience here today! I just got my nails done this past Saturday and they were already chipping. I just wanted to get my nails fixed. The guy who works there is very rude! He didn’t have any concern for me as a person at all.

Make sure they clean their tools or open a new pack before they do your manicure or pedicure. I thought I had an ingrown toenail from when I had my last pedicure from them but when I went to another nail salon, it was actually infected.

The service was what I needed. The people are professionals. Look like they have new management now. I will become a regular.
