Went to go get a mani/pedi as I havent gone for a long time and they didnt dissapoint! Kim did awesome on my nails and toenails! I highly recommend them and their pricing is really good. I thought it was cool that they had a section to do hair their too so you can get everything done all at once!

Today, I received a pedicure from Mrs. Moon. She is an amazing nail technician who also does hair/cuts and wax/eyebrows. Aside from the lovely conversation, she was really attentive and altruistic. Im really happy with her service and the way my nails came out.

This is honestly the first nail salon where I dont feel like the nail techs are talking badly about me behind my back. One if the best nail salons I think Ive ever been to for sure. My nails are beautiful, the techs were so so nice to me and one if the best parts? Absolutely no waiting for my appointment. It was also about $15 bucks cheaper than my usual place and still equal if not better quality.

Beware of this place, it is a rip off!! Extremely unprofessional, they will hustle you for additional services the whole time, you can’t even relax. No matter how terrible the service is or how bad they rip you off they will still make you pay. The massage was the absolute worst experience, the will sell you anything in there just to take your money. Even when you call them out they don’t care… pay me now!!

My nails always turn out so clean looking she is very calm and gentle with my nails . but sometimes when there’s more then one person or she talking to people she will cut me or then will turn out really thick and sometimes they will turn out shaped weird . but in all it’s a good place and i will be back ive came here for like 2 years now . 😁

YIKES. Went in for a pedicure/manicure and the acrylic set she gave me is way too thick and chunky. Not natural looking at all. I asked for French tips and they look ridiculous with how long my nails are. She didn’t clean or fill in the acrylic around my cuticles at all. She was in a huge rush and get kept getting up every few minutes or turning around to talk to people and was not paying attention the whole time. I’m giving this two stars because my pedicure looks fine (not fantastic, not terrible) but my nails just look gross. Won’t be going back here.

I told the lady, acrylic, no color, refill which in any nail salon should be around $20 max $25. She ended up doing gel and charged me $35. That is the price of a whole new set, ridiculous. I guess coming in uniform makes them think we are billionares. Tons of air bubbles and ridiculous cuticule bleeding .

When u sit back and watch u see alot more....I was sitting there n saw a previous customer come in n bring all the nail n hair people food. She said love u guys...eat n share with each other n then I saw a guy come in and he wanted another barber ...the lady doin my nails said ill do it for u n itll b great n he was hesitant n sat down n left happy as hell. I went to city nails n they didnt have dip powder or crystal clear acrylic n wanted to tax me 45 for gel nails. N I did nails for 13 yrs.... I was like hell no. Im so happy I came in here n met these ladies they qork hard n try...n its refreshing...I will def go back!!!

I paid $25 for a shave and when it was over I still had stubble and razor bumps. I couldve shaved at home with my non dominant hand and wouldve achieved the same result. Any 5 star reviews posted without a photo or discription are false.

Each time Ive gone there was little to no wait time. The ladies that were in the salon were all very friendly! Kim took the time to work with me as I decided what I wanted and let me know how much it would cost before starting. As I was getting my nails done they would stop after each step and ask if everything was to my liking. I enjoyed the experience and Im glad I found a place in Fayetteville to get my nails done! They are very reasonably priced as well.

I am so un happy with my nails.. most of my nails are crooked, my fingers are sore and she cut me twice and drew blood. I noticed all three technicians were sharing instruments which is not sanitary. It was just a mess.

Ms. Shim is an artist, and I look forward to my haircut with her every two weeks. She does an excellent with the haircut and eyebrows.

Very rude!! The technician that did my nails continued to snatch and much inflict pain with the file like a saw! I was truly tried in the fire at this facility. I’m looking at my nails and they look terrible. It takes a lot for me to dislike or have such strong negative energy and this place have maxed me out. I really like this nail salon. The atmosphere was warm and friendly. It is not like a typical nail salon, more like a mini Spa. Which is perfect because it is conveniently located. I stopped in here for the third time and again had great service so I finally decided to take the time write a review. They always do a great job on my eyebrows and they do a fantastic job on my nails as well. This place is convenient for me but even if it wasnt I would still go here. You will not be disappointed.

The owner Kim is always sweet. I wanted to like it here since it was so close to me living on base. However, every time I have went there it has been a very unprofessional experience.I go get my nails done for my alone time. Away from my family its my me time. But every time I have visited this nail salon the owners husband/boyfriend whoever he is walks in and they argue about something? Last time he brought out her puppies and she wasnt concerned with doing my nails anymore. It became about her puppies and whether or not they had went to the bathroom. Very weird. Dont get me wrong I love dogs. But this is a NAIL SALON. I do not want to hear about your home life. Its my time to treat myself. Sorry not sorry....

My sister and I were here last week, I got a basic pedicure and my sister got a deluxe. We were both very happy with the results and the staff there was very accommodating. I appreciated the relaxing laid-back atmosphere here. We will be back for sure.

I was looking for a good place to get my nails done, came across Kim’s. Don’t even look at the reviews, look at the pictures. My first time going to Kim’s was today and I can say without a doubt, I have definitely found my go-to nail salon. I got a pedicure and full set gel nails. Kim and her fiancé are the kindest and friendliest people I have ever encountered in a nail salon. Kim goes out of her way to make sure you’re happy. Her fiancé even made me an espresso! They also offer tea and wine. Please note that Kim is understaffed and it’s just her in the mornings. Please give her a break people, she is trying her best to fit everyone in and also do great work. So if you do not have an appointment, you can expect a wait, if she is with a client. It’s no different than any other nail salon when it comes to walk-ins and appointments. You don’t like waiting, schedule an appointment.

Just went today for the first time. Not only did Kim do an excellent job, but she was professional and very polite. Kim introduced herself to me, explained all the services they offer and the details. This is now my go to place and will recommend to all of my friends and coworkers.

I will never be back. I get my nails done a lot. I had a place back home that I went to, but after moving here, I decided to give Kims a shot because of the positive reviews. It started out good, but when she put my nails on, I told her I wanted medium short to stay in regs with the army. She cut them extra long. I told her I needed them a lot shorter. She trimmed them, didnt ask my approval, and started putting the acrylic powder on it. She kept my fingers bent so I couldnt see. I told her I wanted a rounded point, which she didnt do. Everywhere you go, clear coat is generally free. Nope! I was told $25 over the phone for a full set of pointed tip acrylic. Ended up being 35. She kept standimg up and doing other things while doing my nails. Now, I have to fix them because she refused to listen to me and what I wanted. Never going back to Kim again.

Very very very good customer service. As friendly as can be. Got a pedicure done and it looks good. My toes dont feel like theyre growing in wrong either, like they usually do when I visit other salons. 10/10 would recommend and would revisit!

Ive never had such a bad experience. I went in right before Easter to get a nail fixed and also get them filled and repainted. My nails were crooked and the paint was awful. I hit my hand on something and left a dent in the polish so I asked her to fix it. When she finally did she made it even worse! I went home and took the paint off myself and fixed it! I will never go back.

I came in for a pedicure and full set, I walk in and there is one lady working. Then another walks in, and sits down and is talking to the other, doesnt even tell me to sit down so she can start my nails... I had to ask. I brought my 5 month old with me (he was sleeping) and I wanted to get everything done before he woke up. I get started on my pedicure while Im soaking off my finger nails. The (older lady working there had no idea what she was doing/ dont have all the tools she needed. Had to keep asking the owner what she should do. And asked me what I wanted a billion times because she couldnt understand me. The baby wakes up halfway through the pedicure and I knew I needed to come back another time. So I tell her Ill pay for what she did... they charged me for the entire pedicure, and $10 for a soak off, after I said I wasnt paying for a pedicure that wasnt finished. & the amount of acetone I used... doesnt cost $10 either. Paid $35 for my nails to look worse than what they looked like when I walked in. & they were rude as hell. The place looks dingy and dirty, I thought Id give it a chance... never again

I came in two days ago and 2 nails already are falling off. I got a mani/pedi. The lady doing my pedicure was hurting my feet really bad. The lady doing my manicure didn’t wait for me to finish my pedicure and tried to manage to do my nails standing up. I just paid $110.00 for my nails to not even last 2 days. I would not recommend this salon.

Kim is the best nail tech in the world. She can do anything absolutely anything you want. I drive 1hr and 30mins to come get my nails and toes done by her. She is so friendly and very welcoming.

Considering a lot of places are closed on Sundays, Kim Nails & Facial Spa & Regal were open. I had been looking for a place to get a pedicure like I had back home in Arizona. I stopped at Regal first. No one greeted me and the chemicals used in there were very over powering so I left and found Kims. I was greeted when I walked in and offered something to drink. Kim did an excellent job! She made sure that one of my problem areas on my toe wasnt hurting when she was working on it. Also, her freehand design was very beautiful! I will definitely back.

I went for a facial and 1st they couldnt explain to me the treatment I was receiving g for 75 dollars. Just if I needed it they would do it, but I still had to pay 75 dollars. Then after all that confusion, I said I would try them out . She asked me to come back later if The afternoon. I was the only person there at that time. Dont waste your time or money.

It’s an okay place; I will not return though... it’s just doesn’t meet my standards... my nails have bubbles in them and the sides are filed too far up for my likings. Kim stated the bubbles are normal; it also started burning my finger, which again she said was normal and told me maybe your finger is just sensitive.... Polish doesn’t cover all sides, and some nails are shiny while others are dull. She didn’t cut my natural nails down before applying a full set, so you can clearly see my nails underneath. (In the Army so I got a very natural/clear style). I tried to converse with Kim, as she was the one who did my nails, but she seemed like she didn’t want to talk; she kept answers very short. I was the only one in there for awhile so you would think she had plenty of time to focus on my nails, yet she didn’t. Although, she was very helpful in finding me a style that I felt was fitting (gel set, light pink powder, and pink gel on top) Spa Pedicure was $25 and she did not cut my cuticles, barely scrubbed my heels, she applied lotion gave a leg rub, not a massage... where they do that at... there has to be a better place out there; I will continue searching this is my first try since being at Bragg.Just curious, have you read their responses to reviews on here?Update: did some research and found out they were not truthful about what products were used. I was told that I got a gel set, turns out it was acrylic with a gel coat on top... not the same thing... I’m new to all this so I had no idea upfront. Also, they replied to my feedback saying the tech had a face mask on and therefore couldn’t talk to the client.... buuuutttt the whole time she talked to her coworker with that mask on, guess it’s just hard to talk in English with the mask on.

Kim is very professional I made a mistake and told her to make my nails stiletto nails.I cannot have stiletto nails because I have A baby and did not want to poke her. She fixed my nails to coffin nails in like 30 seconds .
