The lady that did my nails was very nice. She made me feel extremely welcome, and was very professional. She paid attention to detail and didn’t rush at all. The price she charged me for my full acrylic set was not as high as I thought it would be. I would definitely recommend. They only do appointments.

If i could give them 0 zero stars i would. My nails aren’t shaped how i asked even though i showed her a literal picture of how i wanted them. i had to go back the day after because my nail was so crooked. The polish stained not even 3 days after and i called and asked them if they could change my polish because there was no reason for them to be so dirty 3 days later and then they tried to charge me 20$ DOLLARS for a mistake they made i got them done and 2 of them have broke for no reason and it hasn’t even been a week.

Stopped by for the first time today, wanted to get a pedicure and brow wax. Salon only does appointments, due to covid precautions. Oie (Sorry if spelled wrong) was able to do our brow wax. She was patient and did not rush like another salon we visited.The salon was clean and price wasnt bad. We will definitely make an appointment for pedicure soon.

Its my first time getting my nails done ever in my life so I was looking up reviews of many places and decided to try them out. They are fairly new and really clean! I got acrilics with gel topcoat and the same color on my toes and it was $50. My mom got a pedicure with paraffin wax on hands and feet (hands were extra $5) and painted toes for $30. They are really nice and make sure that your nails are just the way you like them. Definitely going back!

My 1st time comming here I was alittle sceptical only because I never venture out but I did and I was extremely satisfied, they really try to prefect their work to exactly what you want, they take there time with your service, they are Appointment only due to covid and they do have safety in place because of covid, I was really pleased with their work! This is my number one nail salon in Fayetteville. The ladies always make me feel welcome and are always happy to see me. I usually get a full set of acrylics and a pedicure when i go, however they also do brows and other services. I love sitting in the relaxing massage chairs while getting my pedicure. If you like to talk, they will make you laugh, and if you want to relax and just be quiet, that’s ok too. The price is reasonable for the area, although i wish they would offer a rewards program for regular customers or those who refer others.I can tell they value the quality of their work; if i break a nail before my fill-in is due, they take care of it. And they don’t fuss at me for using nail glue until i can get in there. My nails don’t lift prematurely like they did when i was going to my previous salon, so I rarely have any problems. I’m always happy after a visit at UR Nails. I highly recommend it!

We waited for over an hour and a half to get a manicure and pedicure when they took two clients who just walked in the door because they knew them. Keep in mind we were waiting for almost 2 hours!!! DO NOT GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE!!! Who does that? I only went to this place because it was close to the house and had great reviews! Never again!

My first and only time here. I always make the first visit to a new place a basic service. I went for the basic pedicure.Pros:Friendly greeting upon entering.I was seen promptly.Licenses are displayed.$25 price for basic pedi.Cons:The young lady doing my pedi didnt speak to me.The bathroom was dirty.She did not rinse my feet with clean water.Sloppy nail polish.The employees washed their lunch bowls and silver wear in the sink where you clean your hands.The foot bath I used was not sanitized after I used it, it was only rinsed out and then another customer was placed there.Im not sure where the tools went to be sanitized. The used ones were taken in the bathroom after use.* I did mention the poor polish job and the lack of sanitizing of the foot bowl to a women I think was in charge. I was just smiled at. I was not offered to have my nail polish corrected.Im very disappointed in my experience.

I asked for a pedicure and manicure with Gel polish. I was charged $70 for this service( I think thats a bit much since this was on my natural nail without any acrylic). I was also cut with callus blade on my ankle and was over charged $10. I will never spend my money here ever again.
