Nancy is one of the best techs. Extremely gentle and attentive!!

I don’t want to stop someone’s bag, but please go somewhere else. I’m in the military and was finally excited to get my nails done for leave. One of my friends got her nails done for her wedding and they were cute, so I asked for the exact same thing! No big deal. However, I did mention that I haven’t gotten my nails done 7 years (whoops). Anyhow, after check out she tells me the nails are $150. I am not familiar with nail prices, but the price seemed steep for what I asked for. I called my friend after my appointment and she said that she didn’t pay nearly as much as me!! I am upset about the professionalism. I was very kind and conversational and I feel like I got taken advantage of. Please be aware of pricing when you go if not they will rip you off and have you paying more than you need to!!

I had a gel polish jelly pedicure done two days ago 10/19/2020. The man I had was more aggressive than I previously had in the past. But he was nice So I was being polite and thanking him throughout the process. After I went home a pain and throbbing started. I went to the doctor today 10/21/2020 and she said I have an infection. So now I am on antibiotics and if nothing improves in a few days I will have to be referred to a foot specialist. I am also 17 weeks pregnant so an infection is stressing me out. I went in today to get a refund, I brought a doctors note and my prescriptions along with pictures to fight my case. I paid $78 for an infection. She took my doctors note and wrote my name and number down and told me the manager will call me in the next two days.

Would not recommend! First and last time experience! I felt rushed and when I pointed out something wrong, the nail tech tried to make it appear like it was me. Normally dipped powder will lasts at least 2.5-3 weeks for me. My nails did not last a week. They were thick, lumpy, and broken within a week. It’s up to you sis but it’s a no for me!

Ive been here to get pedicures before and was great so I decided to get my nails done Acrylic set and the guy that did my nails was rude and was not gentle and hurt my cuticles!! I am very disappointed! He basically was saying its my fault because I didnt relax!! I probably wont be back! I paid 50.00 for me to not have a good experience!

I love going to Ruby Nails. Tammie gets me in everytime with no problem. Very professional place and sanitize. Gem did my pedicure and my dip powder nails. She did a awesome job. I will be seeing her again next month. 🥰

I went in and asked for dip nails. The tech started to do acrylic when I stopped him and was like youre doing dip right? He reluctantly goes and gets the dip nail supplies and then whenever hes trimming them I tell him I want them shorter and he ignores me I tell him I want coffin shape he gives me square. Theyre bumpy, thick and wide. I asked if they could be thinner and he told me my nails were wide. Ive been getting my nails done for over 20 years and this is the worst theyve ever looked I had to come home and fix them myself. Never going back.

This has been my go to place for a few months until recently. Definitely was overcharged, and couldn’t explain what the extra charges were for. Be careful they will add to your price just to make more money, and the owner her attitude could be a lot better. When another customer was explaining how she wanted her nails done she walked off and kind of brushed it off.

Definitely felt rushed today. I saw it as a good sign that the salon was very busy, but my dip manicure was definitely rushed. The top coat ended up being very streaky.Also, there were a few salon techs with their headphones in, answering phone calls during pedicures- which I have never seen before. When attempting to make small talk the tech made it obvious she didnt want to talk- which is the same experience my niece had with another tech at the same time.Overall, I would only go back if I had no other option but needed to get my nails done...

Love this place! I go here for pedicures with friends and family. We always leave so happy. They always take their time even when they get super busy. I always feel like I get the best service.

I went here based off of a recommendation from a friend. The pedicure was fantastic, however without asking or confirming the up charge with me the worker put gel polish. What was supposed to cost me $48 cost me $63 and i wasnt Informed or asked if i was Okay with it. She said she put it on my toes because i was Wearing socks and shoes. No kidding, it’s 45 degrees outside, I’m not going to wear sandals! She should have asked me and made sure i was Okay with the gel before applying it to my toes or else they shouldn’t have made me pay for it. I did Not ask for it. I’m beyond irritated.

I was there for my Birthday and she did a good job on my nails but my feet were a no I have never gotten a pedicure in abt 15-20 mins, this was an at home pedicure for way more money. The owner is a sweetheart but she needs to either run the business or do nails but you can’t do both because you’re greedy. She barely said 2 words to me the entire time I felt like I was in an assembly line. I want be returning the quality and experience is trash....

Went here for the second time cause i thought they would do a great job and this time they did NOT care what i had to say! The girl at the main desk said she understood what i wanted but then when it came to get it done she said well you can get them done that way next time you come in! I was shocked and thought she was kidding when she said that but she just walked away and let the girl do what she wanted to my nails! I was angry and upset ! Not to mention for a mani pedi she charged me 99 DOLLARS! I will not go back to this place! Ive warned several people and now they go somewhere else! I highly suggest they change there attitude!

So far so good. My daughter is getting a fill in and it is looking great. (She also has NOT been cut as has happened at another salon near by.) The front of the place looks clean, organized and staff is friendly. The polish selection is amazing.P.S. the guy doing the nails is doing beautiful work. Desk 7, Louis. This was my first time here and I definitely give this place five stars! The guy that did my nails absolutely slayed them!!! Highly recommend and definitely will be my go-to place from now on!!

The Service is not what it use to be. The Staff as well as the Owner( Tammy) get mad when you Critique them( Im paying for it)! That when they start talking in their language! My full set came off after 3 days, my toes were half polished! I had to constantly tell them the problems! Your treatment depends on how much money you spend. I guess my 60$ was nothing to them I WILL NEVER GO BACK. I think its time we start Boycotting these Nail Salons!

My toes came out pretty but the pedicure was rushed. The girl beside me was in the chair before me and was still in it when I was done. I went there to relax and even paid extra and got the deluxe package. The first girl must of been getting off because somewhere new polished and she rushed out. She didnt even stay to get her tip.

I went in today and waited for awhile even though we were told to come back for our “appointment” we had set up with them when he told us to come back later. The lady that sat us down was very very nice. The problem I had was the guy that did my nails rushed them. I got gel nails and had each hand in the uv light for like 2 secs and told me to take it out so I can switch hands. He did an awful job I have small bubbles as well as missing color on my nails. I haven’t had this gel polish for a day and the gel chipped already. My friend had the same problem with the lady that did hers. I’ve been going here for the last year and always recommended it, seems like they have new staff because most faces don’t look familiar. Don’t waste your time on this place most workers just try to get you out of their seat as fast as possible and don’t realize how bad they did.

This place is awful!!!! The employees really need to slow down STOP rushing and start listening to the customer and provide adequate service. I will never spend my money in this establishment again.

If I could give this place zero stars I would . I usually come here and have a great experience but today was horrible ! The lady doing my pedicure took an hour and a half and on top of that my polished looked messy and she had a nasty attitude. I told the owner and she did nothing about it . Very unprofessional ! As a service member you would think they would treat you better but I guess not . I do not recommend this place .

Had a great experience at Ruby Nails. I felt very safe, as COVID protection measures were being adhered to. Nails are beautiful and the staff was very nice.

The lady that did my nails didnt gaf and it definitely showed. I got a simple full set. She didnt even paint my entire nail and they were uneven. Im not understanding the point of her rushing. I wouldnt recommend at all honestly. They show no concern.

Took my 12 year old daughter over to get a basic gel french manicure. When she was finished the total was $60, because they had put acrylic nails on her. I asked for a gel manicure, and assumed thats what I would get. I didnt think to check as the work was being completed. This just makes me mad, they took advantage of me being a guy. My wife is not happy to say the least, wont be back

I just cant explain the treatment I received it was just fantastic!!! Im going back every two weeks.

From the moment I walked in I wash rushed. I went to relax and enjoy a pedicure. I was ready to spend $65 for the best pedicure they had on the menu. I was reading what they offered and in less than five minutes was told I needed to decide what I wanted at that point I said the classic. Unfortunately, I didnt enjoy it. I asked for French polish and a 5yr old could have done a better job. When I got in my car and saw how bad it looked I decided even if I didnt care for the service the polish job was simply unacceptable. I went back in and a lady looked at my polish and began correcting the polish. Thanks to her I wont be embarrassed to wear sandles. Needless to say I wont be a return customer. I didnt like anything about that nail salon.By far, the worst pedicure Ive had. Ever!

Kinda rude and a little over priced

I went for pedicure. I like my toenails cut short Ive been doing it all my life. Ive had two of the technicians argue with me one guy totally refused he wasnt going to do it and got up and put somebody else to do it. The second time I came back I had a woman who argued with me but I convinced her to cut my toenails as they want it and everything turned out fine

RIPPOFFF!! Went there for mother daughter mani pedi short and sweet charges for gel and snuck in an extra $15 for color when we checking out at the register. Very deceptive pricing. Only come here if you have money to burn. Nice color job, but never paid prices like this before, very disappointed !!

I got a full set and the guy did my nails for 40 minutes and they were amazing. There were no mistakes.

Today was my first time here. I got a basic pedicure and I’m very happy. I feel like she took her time and went through the steps. She also set a timer when she did the massage, which I liked. I didn’t feel like she rushed though. Was also very nice! I’m pleased!

They have a lot of good colors and the service is good, however the quality of their products is the problem. I have been to them several times as I moved to Fayetteville a year ago. My nails either lifts after a week(fresh full set and color acrylic $60). My whole nail lifted as I was changing my sheets nothing major. And today my pointer finger had somebody the same thing. I stopped going for a while thinking maybe the product would have changed but NOPE still not satisfied. And the “Owner” started me and handed me to another tech. Shaped nice but they don’t ever last. So with that being said. Never waiting my money with them again. If you go make sure the PRIME ALL OF YOUR NAILS INDIVIDUALLY DIPPED. TRUST ME I’ve been doing my nails for over 20 years. This is what I do. Ruby nails improve your product quality please 🤦🏽‍♀️

Best place for relaxation and pampering. I came here today and loved everything about my experience. I received a real massage (timed) with my pedicure. The stations are clean and obviously sanitary. My feet and legs feel so rejuvenated.I have been going to the same nail shop for nearly 8 years and well lets just says that relationship is over. I have moved on to better quality, customer service, and sincerely appreciate feeling good about spending my hard earned money here.I even received a beautiful rose on Mothers day upon my exit.😍😍😍😍

Its a very clean place and great customer service. I love that they dont reuse the pumice foot scrub!!! I normally only get pink for my toes, but they have a really good color selection. Definitely one of the better nail salon around here!! It is a little bit pricey but I rather pay the extra dollar to not have reused stuff for my feet and a clean salon!!! They do get really busy during the afternoon on weekends so if you dont like to wait either go early or later in the day .

I love the #4 pedicure. Its an herbal foot soak that is almost magical. I dont know what herbs and bark they put in the soaking pan but it always makes my feet and ankles feel better. I suffer from arthritis and at times my feet swell and my ankles hurt. I prefer not to medicate so I use a lot of natural home remedies to subdue flares. Coming here and getting the herbal soak is one of my tools. It almost always ends the swelling and eases the pain. I love it!

I come here all of the time for my pedicures, however, I hate when people give me attitude over something so got damn simple. This is my first ever google review on anyone. I will not be back ! All it takes is one time for someone to give me an attitude for something as simple as a polish change and I’ll never come back.

Absolutely terrible! The worst full set I have ever had and I most definitely will not be returning! I told the manager that the day I got my nails done when I was told it would be $65 for just an acrylic set with “GEL white polish” on the tips. Absolutely ridiculous! My stepdaughter also was outraged by the price of $50 for just a fill in. It hasn’t even been two weeks since I had them done and I have had 3 come off and lift terribly on every nail. My mother also frequents this place and always followed Tammy whatever nail salon she worked and she lost every nail in less than 2 weeks so she will also not be returning! If I’m paying $65 or more I better not have any problems with lifting, chipping, or popping off! This place is an outrage with prices and the managers excuse was “it’s because of the area and the rent of the building is very high.” Um, hello! This is skibo rd. I wouldn’t be as angry over this had the nails lasted with the price that was paid. I would not recommend whatsoever!

I use to love this place. But when the owner is not present they will not give you the full service that you are paying for. One of the techs tried to give me a basic pedicure $38 and charge for a high priced service. I didn’t receive my herbs, massage, or hot towel and they tried to charge $68.

Fellas if you dont want your special lady to cringe at your feet. This is the place for you to take a seat. Very nice establishment with kind and friendly staff. Had a great experience getting a pedicure here. Would definitely do business with again in the future.

I was recently just in, I’ve been going here since I got to Bragg. I’ve had some good results. However when I went today the man who did my toes messed up my right foot polish. My second toe, my nail was not filed, and it’s a complete mess. My little toe, the paint job is horrible and was not filed good.

I wasn’t going to review but by now I’m fuming. I got my nails done about two to three weeks ago. One of my nails broke two days later. I went back and they fixed it free of charge, however. I have now had four other nails break. I went back to my regular place because my nails literally keep breaking over the smallest of actions. I was drying off after a shower and one broke. I scratched my leg and one broke. Never again.

The quality and service have decreased. Will not return here.

They don’t care about the health of your nail. Real nail techs know how to do nails on natural nails without using the drill. I only allow the drill on the builder gel nail I get, once it is cured. I believe a request to not use the drill on my nail bed is a reasonable request. They were very disappointing.... you are in customer service to accommodate the customer paying you.

From the moment I entered the salon to when I left I felt very welcomed and tended to while there. I got a deluxe pedicure and the SNS gel done and they did an exceptional job! The pedicure included a hot stone massage with all the works which was impressive for the price! The girl did a great job with my gel toes and sns nails also! The owner was very attentive to the details of all the clients. I am fortunately in town from Pittsburgh and glad I went there while here!

Ive tried many nail salons in Fayetteville and always get the gel shellac done. Most places, my nails are peeling off after a week. I do no manual labor aside from cleaning my own house - Im currently between weeks 4 and 5 and my nails have JUST now started to peel...time for another appointment! The man who did them did an AMAZING job. I will not go to another salon again.

Been going here for the past 2 years and never had an issue with my service. Until today. I understand it’s a holiday and I never mind waiting. But today was horrible. I was waiting 20 minutes but didn’t mind because I was next on the list. Someone else walked in after me and they sat her down before me. The lady told me to wait 10 minutes and I’ll be next. She didn’t have an appointment and wrote her name underneath mines. I addressed the situation and it wasn’t fixed. All she told me was sorry and come again. I guess when the owner isn’t there they lose all professionalisms.

Seem to be expensive compared to most places, but the gel actually stays on, and the people are super nice.

Love this place. I get my feet done here about once a month. Very clean and staff is polite and helpfull. Usually not busy in early afternoon, so you can pop in for a nice pedicure. They use liners in the foot tubs.

Ambiance is wonderful. Be sure to get the price of service before starting, so there w o by be any mistakes, which may happen. Employees are all very friendly and professional.

Their work is PRETTY but poor quality. I paid $85 for a medium gel glitter full set on s Friday. Rhinestones had popped off by Sunday, gel was SUPER uneven (flat in some places and lumpy in others but all over thin). From a distance or at a glance they were acceptable however the integrity of this set from Ruby Nails is basically non existent. There is MOST DEFINITELY room for improvement.

I had noticed one of my customers nails and asked her where she went so I came over to try them out. They were very professional and my nails looks amazing. She went beyond to make sure my dip powder was applied right. (Ive had it done somewhere else and it was a horrible job. Nail broke in half the next day) The place was very clean as well and you can tell sanitized. Definitely returning.

This review is for Nancy only. She is not the person to get a manicure from. Mine was two different colors becuae she said she couldn’t match what I had for my fill in. She cut them too short and gave them a horrible shape. Roonie is amazing. Pedicures are amazing. Just do not get Nancy

The service was awful!!! I unfortunately read reviews after arriving. Im sure most customers did not take the time to write a review good or not. The person who service me was rude (Nancy), spoke slight English, very difficult to understand. A customer entered and she asked in a whisper what she say rather than speaking up, and repeating, I said she asked if she can help you. From there down hill....rather placing hand where she needed it she was slinging... never asked about massage on leg, oil or lotion( told her)just totally rude!!! Should have known 4 total customers, and other reviews

I have been here a few times. My regular spot is Candle Bar but to save time I stopped by Ruby nails. Idk what is different about their polish but after two hours my pedicure, the nail polish smudged really bad. Then the other nail got little dents. I called and the owner argued with me but agreed to fix it. I went back and as soon as I left, the polish began to wrinkle up. Idk what that was but I’ll never go back. I should have never went anyway.

The nails look nice but the quality is lacking. I felt very much overcharged based on my experience. One of my nails started cracking a week later and the following week another nail came completely off. Idk what kind of glue they use but I never experienced that before. Also when I came in to get Mani and pedi, I couldnt relax and sit because the nail technician kept talking to me. Additionally, I paid for a service that would give me a longer foot massage for my pedi, I received the time, but unfortunately the technician focused more on one foot so I was slightly confused when it was over because she barely massaged my right foot. After I left and they rung me up my bill was almost $90 and I did not understand how. I do not recommend this place at all. I decided to take the remaining nails off and how about they popped off like press-on nails literally!
