Omgggg!!! If I could give this place 10 stars I would…. The atmosphere was wonderful!!! Nina is so phenomenal!! She has a great energy and takes her time making sure your nails are fantastic!!! This is by far the best salon that I’ve visited in a while I truly left there feeling happy and satisfied!!!

I just got out of there, with exactly the nails I asked for. The attention is excellent, the service is excellent ... I dont know the name of the girl who did my nails, but she was the most kind and professional. Definitely, this salon became my official salon and I will always return!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

This spot is pretty much your typical nail salon. Not bad, but nothing really extravagant about this place either. I will say, however, I appreciate the fact that their lower costing pedicure includes a hot stone leg massage. That was wonderful. My husband and I treated ourselves to a pedicure here. The technicians did great and were friendly. Well be back!

Went in for acrylics and gel, was not disappointed. The man at table 6 did amazing work, and the atmosphere was very nice. We will definitely make this our new regular!

I called to inquire about price of fill and pedicure. I told gentleman (being kind) I was enroute. Arrived with one person being served and one waiting, only to be told I would have to wait 45 minutes to an hour.Very unprofessional and seemed to have been denied service based on race not availability.This is not a claim I would make without Merritt as I am not a proponent of it. In this case it was blatantly obvious as I called three times before I arrived.

The worst experience I ever had at a nail salon. They are very rude and unfriendly as they do not even greet you when you arrive. They only stare at you! Ive had two experiences with this salon and I thought this last one would be better; however; it was WORST!! I made an appointment with Kevin and he told me to come the next day because he did not have any openings the day I called. Upon arrival the next day at his appointed time of 1:00, he told me he had another customer and he did not know me so someone else would have to do! I realize now that my business is not wanted there and I will spend where I am treated fairly and with respect. I suggest you do the same!!

In addition to the botched eyebrow wax (see photos of hours after and next day). I was a walk in that didnt know walking in is discouraged. I found the them online nothing said appointments required or that appointments are priority over walk-ins. I was not asked did I have an appointment and didnt have to wait to get started. I did have that feeling like I an annoyance. They stopped my pedicure after starting my gel polish removal and told me I had to wait bc they had to see a customer with an appointment. I tried to have a discreet conversation with the guy who did my nails and appeared to be in charge and he got loud snapping the appointments come first nothing he could do. I stayed bc my toes were messed up and I didnt have time to go elsewhere. The other techs seem to sympathize with me and assure me it wouldnt belong. However I was there almost 3 hours total. If you need walk in services do not patronize this shop.

If I could rate this place a -5 I would . I visited this place earlier in the day to get a pedicure and full set and everything started off good until my nail tech cut two of my toes . I told her that I have a medical condition, but she kept laughing and touching over the toes that were bleeding. She insisted that she should paint over the nails that were bleeding. Even though she did put the cleaning solution over the wounds I still did not feel comfortable with painting over them. I felt like I was being antagonized because I am worried about my health. The full set wasn’t great either . I have acrylic stuck on the sides and inside of my nails . Do not come here !UPDATE: My nails started to pop off and it hasn’t been 2 weeks. Again terrible and do not recommend !

This place is absolutely amazing, the people are extremely nice and the nails look amazing. Nina I believe did my nails, she is amazing and gentle.

The best place in Fayetteville/Peachtree City to get your nails done. I got the full hot stone massage and pedicure and it was heavenly and not too expensive. The staff is friendly and flexible with schedules.

I love how Nina listen to what the consumer ask for!She’s very patients and polite. I’m not from Georgia but I happen to be here for work for couple months and decided to give it a try and I can say I would recommend. I don’t knowing if they take walking but I always make appointment to make sure they will take me. They are always busy too

The best nail salon I have used in the last 4 years. I didnt even have an appointment just checking them out waited maybe 30 minutes because they were kinda full with appointments. But, the best part he took his time to ensure they were all even and did right. This is my new spot

I came trying to get a pedicure and no one greeted me. The workers there only stared at me for 10 mins while I was waiting to be assisted. I feel very disrespected, and will not ever try give them business again.

Everyone is so friendly! They are good at what they do and they listen to what you want, not tell you what you want. Im happy that I found them! They are precise and meticulous and I love that.

I felt I was rushed through. My pedicure had less than 5 minutes soak time. No pre soak at all. Also one of my toes had bled slightly and is sore. I had S&S nails done. This was extremely rushed. It was done while I had pedicure. For me getting my nails done is something I do for myself and something I normally enjoy. This was not the case today. My nails are just not pretty. Very disappointed

I tried going to this nail shop. The hours posted online said that they dont close until 7pm and then I went to the website. The website had an option to schedule an appointment online or to call in order to see if they could fit you in the same day. I called for same day and they stated that they were busy. The next day I called earlier to see if I could make an appointment for 6pm and they said they dont make appointments after 5 although according to their hours online, they dont close until 7pm. I told them that I would check my schedule for the next day and call back. It just so happens that a little time opened up in my schedule and I called to see if they could fit me in at 4:30pm and the owner said if I came right then that they could fit me in. I went in, there was virtually NO ONE in the salon. I asked if they could do ombre nails and he said he didnt have the colors that I wanted for ombre nor did he have the time because he supposedly had another client although I only saw 2 people seated. He was also very short and his tone was rude. I dont understand how a business with this attitude has 5 stars. I repeatedly tried to get service at this business and he acted as though he was not interested or concerned. I will not be going back. He also has another review that he responded negatively to which supports my experience.

I’ll never come here again. Staff was rude and ignorant. I walked in just to get my daughter a mani and pedi and literally no one greeted us or spoke. After standing there and waiting to be greeted, one of the workers came up and asked if I had a appt. there was another lady who was doing a pedicure asked what I was trying to get and I told her my daughter a mani and pedi. She asked me to take a seat and I asked how long would the wait be. The worker who came up and asked if I had a appt instantly told me that they’re not going to take my daughter. First of all I felt offended when I first walked in and they all looked but no one spoke. Saved my money I’ll go spend somewhere else where it’s worth it!

Love, LOVE, Love my nails....and the nail technician is wonderful and does everything to perfection. Once I get someone good, I don’t want to use anyone else! I got a gel mani ($25 great price)...he took his time, made sure it was perfect and I got a great, soft arm/hand massage. I also got a pedicure! This is MY place now! ❤️

Nina spent 20 min+ massaging my legs and feet. I almost fell asleep! Lol. I didnt like the color I picked, after the first nail. She was very gracious about taking it off and trying the next color. I had a nice, relaxing time. Ill be back!

Had an APPOINTMENT scheduled for two pedicures and a manicure for my daughter and I. No one began working on our feet until nearly an hour later and the service was just OKAY.... It felt like we were bugging them to provide their services. Upon completing my daughter’s pedicure, the employee began working on someone else’s fill in. It should be noted that at least two other people walked in and was serviced within minutes. When I mentioned my daughter’s pedicure, they acted as if they knew nothing about it so we paid and left. Oh, and I forgot to mention that to the left of my daughter one woman had TWO people working on her while we were left hanging! We’re new to the area so we were looking for a good salon, but it was apparent that my money isn’t good enough so I won’t return. 🤷🏽‍♀️I see that the owner replied to my review. Please note that you all were open Saturday, December 19, 2020 (the date of my appointment). In fact, I confirmed the number listed in the response in my call history and GPS history so this is the salon... and NO, I will not take my review down because the info listed above is all true.

4.8🌟!!!! I really enjoyed my visit here! This was my 1st time coming here with my daughter. The ratings theyve received are well deserved. They are reasonably priced, clean, polite, and efficient! This was also my 1st time getting an acrylic set in YEARS and the did a wonderful job. I was also surprised at how much you get for a $25 basic pedi. I will DEFINITELY be back!!!

My co workers go here and say it’s good. So I went after work to try to get my nails done, & was told I needed an appointment. My co workers say they always just walk in. I ended up going to another mail salon up the road. & I’m very aware that COVID has changed a lot. It shouldn’t change who you take walk ins with & who you require to have an appointment.... sketchy....

Trina and Kevin just opened this new salon and I am so thrilled! They provide an excellent service and have the most incredible employees. I drive 2 hours to get my nails done here because they are that great! Plenty of colors to chose from, and they always make sure my nails look perfect and that I am pleased. I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars. THE BEST!

I called to set up a last minute appt. for my girlfriend. They were friendly and accommodating in every way possible. When finished my GF was very happy with the service and will be returning.

I typically come here every two weeks and unfortunately today was my last time spending my money here. My nail tech was Kevin, the owner, and he did not provide me with the best service. I had originally asked for short SNS but, the color did not turn out the way I would have liked so I asked for a regular manicure. After i asked, he visibly had an attitude about my decision and also charged me for ANOTHER soak off. Also, after my nails dried, as I was leaving two of them smeared and are messed up. I used to love this nail spa but, after my first and ONLY encounter with the owner I will not be spending my money here anymore. I always leave generous tips and engage with my nail techs and I was very disappointed he genuinely could not respect my decision for what I was paying for. The situation was handled in a very unprofessional manner.

I have been going here over 4 years and they are wonderful. One of the most ean and professional places in town.

If you are looking for a great place to get your nails done, I recommend this place. They also do the best pedicures. They are so clean. I have never had any trouble with my services. It is well worth your time.

Went here for sns, made an appointment an hour or two in advance, a friend came with me to get just plain painted nails. We arrived and were warmly greeted, seated immediately, they were very friendly and the atmosphere was very calm and peaceful.The ONLY thing I didn’t like was that they didn’t have sparkly royal blue (they had regular royal blue), so I settled on more of a periwinkle sparkly blue-they were very helpful in finding it for me.My tech took her time, didn’t try to push nail tips or any ad ons at me, and now for the first time I see how sns is supposed to be! No dents, perfectly smooth and rounded off as requested, and thinner than I’ve ever had, I finally feel like I’m not wearing blocks of plastic on my fingers!! The other times I’ve had sns done they managed to glue my nails to the skin underneath and I spend the first 20 minutes out of the salon picking the glue out and unsticking my skin from the nail-that did not happen here, she was very good! Prices are the same as every other place I’ve been to, but much better quality work. (My friend with the painted nails was happy too by the way) Will be returning!

I had almost given up on getting my nails done. I had tried almost every nail salon in Fayetteville and my sns always started lifting at the nail bed or chipping after a week. I’ve been here several times and have never had any of the previous issues even after not being able to get back for 3 weeks!!

So glad I found this nail salon! Both times I have been there they have done an amazing job! I get SNS and they do it correctely. They dont rush, and get the job done beautifully. This will now be the only nail salon I go to in Fayetteville.

Had a pedicure for $20 and it included the scrub, hot towel treatment, and a stone massage for my feet and legs. She did a good job with shaping and painting them. Definitely would recommend.

This nail shop is a clean, quiet and comfortable environment the owners are a husband and wife team and at times they have their twins there but they are no bother, the young lady that do my pedicures is wonderful she’s gentle and asks you questions about how short or long you would like your nails and so on, I recommend this shop . Fast and courteous service.

I dont have a picture to share, but they do a great job. My nail are natural and is really hard to find somebody that take of them like they do it in here. Love them, very friendly stuff

My experience was HORRIBLE !!!! When I first walked in there, it wasnt a soul in there and it was a Friday afternoon. The lady that did my nails didnt know how to do ANY STYLE I SHOWER HER. I showed her a simple tye dye style and she messed my nails up so bad. I made her take it off and just paint them green and just add sparkles. I left went to work and my nail broke IMMEDIATELY. ANDDD my nail smeared they looked so dry she didnt even add a clear coat on my nails. The next day my second nail broke and I was pissed. I called let them know and she said she will call the lady that did my nails and see what she can do. The lady on the phone was trying to rush me off the phone and basically hung up. 10 minutes after she left my third nail broke and I just told my self Dont go up there and act a fool, just let it go. This place sucks they dont have any nails colors that are decent they are just horrible dont go here. I have pictures of my nail if anybody wants to see how horrible they look.
