The owner did my gel manicure and I loved it !! She was so sweet as well. A little on the pricey side but I love it and its convenient for me. They also offer you water upon entry. Definitely going back. Also when you check in they give you a little discount its nice lol

First time going in and Kelly did an amazing job. She was friendly and gentle. I did not feel rushed and I got exactly what I wanted. I have been getting dip powder for 6 years and never in my life have I had a tech care for my nail health so little. She burnt off several layers and made my nail so weak that something as small as opening a box split my nails from my nail bed. This happened on 5/10 nails. Now after getting the rest removed I have large digits where the nail used to sit and I couldn’t get my nails done for a month because Of the raw flesh. A friend of mine had the same experience at this salon. Paid 100$ for permanently damaged nails.

First time there, I showed them a picture from Pinterest of what I wanted for the manicure and it came out beautiful. I chose the base color powder and she chose the rest. I trusted her with letting her do her thing and I wasnt disappointed. I keep staring at my nails because of how beautifully they turned out.

I went here because the salon I like is closed on Mondays PLUS its good to try new places so I can have backups. They give 10% discounts to new customers and I saved 9 bucks! They offer complimentary drinks AND they dont charge $5 extra for cleaning cuticles when I am getting dip on my nails. Also they check you in by your phone number on a tablet at the front desk and you earn points by the total amt you spend...

Love this salon so much! I am always seated on time and never disappointed when I leave. The manager does my nails I always walk out so happy every time. The salon is also so cute and girly and you can snap a nice picture of your nails before you leave against the flowers against the wall!

My husband and I were walk-ins and waited about 10 minutes, which was amazing considering how busy they were. I got an eyebrow and lip wax and she did a great job. The attention to detail made me feel pretty and special. I also got a pedicure with a foot massage and the guy who did that was pleasant as well. They really seem to care and take pride in their work. Parking was easy and they validate.

The customer service at Lacquer is wonderful. They are kind and helpful from the moment you walk in the door. I have been coming here for 3 years and when I had an issue come up a couple of times, the owner called me personally to apologize and made it right. I was very grateful. I will always be a customer. Very slow service. I understand a lot of places are short staffed but after arriving at my appointment time they gave my chair to a walk in customer while I looked at colors. I waited for 1 hours an a half but finally decided I was not waiting any longer.

Was in town on vacation and needed my nails done last minute. Called and they had a quick appointment and were happy to get me in. I was extra excited because they had a parking lot making it even easier to get in. The owner did the gel on my toes and did a fabulous job! Would highly recommend for any travelers!

Lucky did an amazing job and gave me a beautiful ombre color and almond shape. They were super busy when I first tried to walk in for an appointment, so I made an appointment and came back the next day. Still super busy, but I was patient ans more importantly so was my nail tech, she took her time and did a great job! Ive come here many times and nobody has ever been bad, but I will definitely ask for her again.

The place was packed the moment we arrived and there were people in almost every other chair/seat getting a pedicure or manicure, or both. They even offer drinks to better your experience. Both manicurist and pedicurist were kind and very helpful in giving me what I wanted.

Today was my second time visiting this salon. I didn’t think my experience could be any better than my first, hence the reason I came back a second time. But I was wrong! My experience today exceeded my expectations! I got a pedicure, a fill and 3D art on my nails. The pedicure was so relaxing and my nails are absolutely GORGEOUS!!

Came in on busy Saturday afternoon for a pedicure and was greeted and welcomed by beautiful young lady at the front desk. I was seated within minutes and handed a menu with vast varieties of pedicures that they offered. I went with the regular pedicure and let me tell you honey, my feet was so moisturized and soft like a babys butt! The overall experience was unbelievable, very attentive tech that held a very friendly conversation from start to finish. And not to forget on how spotless the facility is. Other salons around the area do not even stand a chance when it comes to sanitation, hospitality and most importantly top-notch service.

I got my nails done here (something I don’t do very often) I had a style I wanted to try. I left and it was too long and not right for me. I went back and Kelly shortened them for me and restyled them to what I really wanted at no charge! I am so happy with them :) I had to let the world know, she was great!

Do not schedule an appointment unless you plan to wait more than 20-40 minutes. I have tried giving this salon multiple attempts and am always disappointed. Once I went for a full set and was there for 3 hours. Another time I went for a pedicure and was there for over 2 hours. Both times I had appointments. Do yourself a favor and choose another nail salon.

I went in with gel acrylic nails that the salon I went to originally didn’t do the greatest job. Tania did a great job fixing them!!! They were bright pink and she gave me the dark grey I wanted and made think much more workable with my job. Very thankful I went in!

The owner did my nails, and I loved them so much. The salon is super clean and cute, staff was super professional, and they took their time. They also have a ton of gel colors to choose from. Would definitely come back again.

Definitely a hit and miss when it comes to a good job. I’ve had my nails done here a few times, mainly loved how my nails turned out and came back. But, the last two times have been a real disappointment. I went the first time to get a dip manicure, showed her the picture of how I wanted them to exactly look like and she ended up doing a whole different style. I even tried to explain to her the mistake and she went on even after being told it wasn’t right. Then the second time, horrible manicure. All my nails were different lengths, uneven, cut my cuticles so short that two fingers had some blood. I’m just disappointed, I have been looking forward to finding a consistent salon, but have been let down.

Went in today with my mom and it was great. Jenny and Anna took care of me and they could not have done better. I usually do my nails myself at home but I honestly cant wait to go back. You ladies just got a new regualr!

Angel took care of my gel mani and did a great job to match the color and concept of the picture I had provided. I wasnt able to catch the name of the lady who took care of my pedi but she did a wonderful job and was very relaxing.

Kelli and Jen really did a great job. I was not okay with the nail polish peeling last week and they both reassured me their warranty policy. The ladies there are great, never fail me each time Im there.

The owner is amazing and knew exactly how to take care of me and my weird nails! I enjoyed my time with her so much. My pedicures have always been great. I think everyone should give them a try. As for the bad reviews, they are still in soft openings, and learning about their customers, their techs, etc. I manage a business, and I know how hard things can be, and they seem very willing to adjust and work on any issues they have had and make them better for everyone. 10 out of 10!

Ive never gotten so many compliments on my nails!!!! The last time I went in, I showed a picture of what I wanted and she was more than happy to help me figure out how to get the color I wanted even though she had never done it before. I love them and I will be back in 2 weeks!

Wow--so impressed with their Covid 19 safety!! Seriously! You have to make an a appt, everyone is in masks, they have plastic dividers between you and your nail tech that you put your hands through, you are socially distanced between customers, and I even picked out my dip nail color through their stories page. And, they did a great job on my nails. I will be back--excellent experience!!

Looking for a new nail place when out of town is always tricky. However this place is great. Cute and small and clean I made an apt and they took me right away when I walked in and were quick and professional. Great Southend nail salon all around!

I just love there work an they are so nice

I took my dad and sister in Thursday so we could all have pedicures. We all thought they were the worst pedicures we have had. They rushed through and did not get dead skin off well and did not even get one toenail covered in polish when they did it. I even upgraded my sister and myself with a collogen treatment for an additional 10 dollars each. What a total waste of money. They can keep the points they give to get you to come back. My sister said next time I go see her in Texas she will treat me to a REAL pedicure and I will love it. I will not be going back here. The only reason l gave one star is because it was a nice clean place. I also did not like the constant chattering of the three women who did the service talking in their foreign tongue. It was not a relaxing place at all.

The cleanest salon, also kindest nail techs around. They will really take care of you and make sure you’re happy. They are seriously the sweetest people I’ve ever been to

Since moving here this is the location i have been using. Normally I love it recently have had poor quality nails broken within days of application.. but they are good about replacing them. So that’s not an issue my issue today was l came in and watched them seat numerous people who walked in after me . I don’t consider that good customer service especially considering l already have been waiting 40 minutes. l normally book a morning appt with Kelly and it goes great never any issues never any broken nails never a wait always GREAT customer service... so my fault for not booking an appt... idk this experience has definitely made me consider looking for a different location if l had not spent over 100 on my last and pedi appt plus a gift certificate for myself l honestly don’t think l would be coming back. Being in the beauty industry myself my clients would be furious if l treated them this way. So l just don’t think this was okay .

It was surprisingly busier than I expected on a Wednesday but that did not delay the service at all. I will be coming back for the SNS nails.They are very professional and give you what you want. The lady did my services my eyebrows and nails. If you are looking for a salon that will give you the service you are looking for this is the place!

Other places are always different everytime I get my nails done but this place has always stayed consistent in the quality of their nails. I love love love them. I have never been disappointed.

As a walk in Im surprised they took me immediately. Just left and Im so happy with my nails! Explained that the gel from a different salon had popped off after only a week and Isabelle suggested I try a dip manicure and it turned out fantastic! She was so attentive to the unique shape of my nails, making sure the skin wasnt glued to the underside of the nail with polish and applying an oil to my cuticles afterward. Will definitely be back!

Excellent salon in Uptown top notch service and quality. Very large selectionnof colors available. We had a bit of a wait when we got there but took it as a good sign that they were busy. The technicians were very friendly and focused. Would highly recommend!

They made me bleed, twice, which, fine, I got over it. BUT my nail chipped within 48 hours. Maybe I’m just bitter because I just found the chipped nail...but only 48 hours?! They have a 10 day warranty but that doesn’t help me now because I’m out of town...which is why I had my nails done in the first place. Boo no.

Wouldn’t recommend getting your nails done here. I walked in with a friend and within 10 minutes she got taken back and I waited for an hour. After she got taken back 4 people got taken back before me even though my name was before theirs on the sign in sheet. (????) Once I finally got taken back the lady started taking my nail polish off and then asked me what I was getting done and when I told her a fill she said she didn’t know how to do that. Unorganized at best

My daughter and I both had a bad experience with the lash extensions. Lashes were supposed to be guaranteed for at least 2 weeks. Neither of our lashes lasted the 2 weeks. I chose to try going back but my daughter didnt. Had to pay full price the 2nd time and those didnt last 2 weeks either. Instead of wasting more money....I chose to go somewhere else. The new place informed me that the other place had used synthetic clusters and thats not what I asked for. They was supposed to use the individual natural lashes. The eyelash experience was not good at all. The glue burned my eyes and was painful at times.
