This place is awesome! Best pedicure I have ever had! The hot stone rub is awesome and the foot massages they do cant compare it to anything!

I think this is probably the worst pedicure I have gotten in a long time! Anytime I have to go home and redo my own feet after spending $$, it is not good. I felt my technician rushed through the pedicure although the salon was not busy. Trouble areas I asked her to give extra attention were ignored. And her shaping and filing my toe nails was awful. I wont be going back.

If I could rate this place a 0 I would! I literally got my nails done June 27th now it’s July 6th, they were closed for the 4th. I walk into the shop all nails are chipped (OLD GEL NAIL POLISH).I stated to young lady unfortunately my gel nail polished has chipped. With being a ONLY gel polish client, I’m aware it can last to 2 weeks.I wasn’t aware this would ever happen.I paid a total of $95 only for a gel mani, pedi but I tip really great because I support all businesses. I stated to young woman what can we do to resolve this she stated “ I will charge only $15.00 to fix” NO! You need to just fix it no customer service at all. My first and last time going. What a way to stop Asian hate crime.

This is the second time I’ve been to this place and they do not take care of your nails. They use the machine to file your nails so thin. Never again. My SNS didn’t even last two days with out cracking.

The salon is clean and the staff was great . My pedicure was heaven sent 😩. I tried jelly pedicure and im hooked !Bad part is i got a fill in and i had three nails lifting the same day . I could not get them fixed because I was going on vacation . I got my nails done on a Friday by Tuesday about 7 out of 10 nails are lifting . I went to salon to get fixed and kept being asked to return another day because all nail techs arent trained on acrylic . I simply gave up . At this point i would need an entire new set and will go elsewhere .They said my nails were too long and that is why my nails began to lift . I have been wearing long nails for over 15 years and havent had my nails lift up this fast .

I think I found my salon in the A!! Today was my first time here and I truly had a great experience. The lady who greeted me had consulted me what the best option for me was as I had a specific design I wanted to do. I am very pleased with how it came out and will definitely come back!! Thank you!!

I got a pedicure and it was great! Very reasonable pricing and they also have a large amount of colors to chose from. The staff was very helpful and kind. The ambiance of the salon was quite nice. Overall, I enjoyed the experience.

Today was my second time visiting this Nail Spa . I chose the shop because of all of the positive reviews. They did not disappoint! I love the shop and my nails. Today was my first time trying SNS and I love it! I will definitely visit this Nail Spa again.I just find out why someone come here after me but they service before me .They’re have appointment . This is the only nail salon I will go to! They do an awesome job with my SNS on my nails and do whatever design I ask for to perfection. They also do a really great job with my feet, I get gel and paraffin wax! The wait time is sometimes lengthy but it’s worth it. Plus the prices are reasonable, relaxing environment and the ladies that work there always keep me laughing!

The lady I got was super nice, and was always asking me if I liked it so far and if the shape and colour were correct.

They always do a wonderful job on my nails and they even give you a hand or foot message that feels great. It is always clean too. Ive been getting my eyebrows waxed there for three years now and everytime they turn out great!

I have never ever had such a bad experience at a nail salon. The only reason I’m even giving two stars to this place is because the manager and other workers were nice and wanted to make me happy. However Alina was awful and did a horrible job. The worst job in history of nails. Any business that would hire a nail “artist” like that clearly doesn’t want a successful business.

This is an amazing place. Everyone there is extremely nice. The owners are also very welcoming. My wife brought me here 2 years ago and we still continue to come here. Prices are standard for what’s in the area and much lower than what’s in the city. Overall an amazing experience with excellent staff.

Do NOT go here! Every time I’ve been here, I’ve either been rushed or turned away. I called to see when they closed -8pm. I arrived at 7:33. The door was unlocked, the sign said 8 PM I walked in and was told they are closed and last appointment was 7:30. All I wanted was a 10 minute manicure. I will never go back and advise you to do the same. Stay away!I never leave reviews but this infuriated me, considering I had just called 10 minutes before arriving.

This nail salon had been the best in the area for a while and I was a regular customer until they changed management recently!! The previous owners Keith and Trina are no longer here!! I arrived at 11:00 and did not leave until 3 hours later!! My pedicure was great but the current manager did horrible on my acrylic nails and said that my card wasn’t working come to find out it was their card machine!! Same thing happened to a customer before me!! Will not be back!!!

Always enjoy coming here. Brought my mother in-law and daughters with me and they are just as hooked as I am. We will never go to another nail salon. Yes sometimes there is a little wait but it is worth it. Kevin and his staff are always professional and smiling even at the busiest of times.

This place is incredible! I have been a loyal customer here for over three years and I refuse to go anywhere else! Kevin and Trina go above and beyond to make every customer feel welcome and relaxed. I’ve coming here for a year and they always did a great job. My last three visits have been disappointing. On one the gel nail polish chipped right away and it was 50th birthday. The the next time the technician that did my pedicure was rushing and removed my black nail polish half way and the new nail polish was lighter and bleed through. My last one again was very rushed and my nails were uneven and my nail polish was chunky on some corners. It was like the technician was rushing to get the next person. It used to last me couple weeks but a week into it was all scratched up and chipped in a few corners. On my last pedicure my toe nails corners were no trimmed which causes me to get ingrown nails. Please go back to quality work. I really liked it here.

Lynn gives me EXCELLENT service and makes my mom and I very HAPPY I wish she worked at another salon that I wouldnt have to go through you to make an appointment because every time my mom and I come in you and your wife give us major attitude for what reason I dont know because we are always nice and I noticed you treat other RACES differently and very nice to them and give them no problems when I asked you to make an appointment for 3 different days you said NO dont have well can I walk in NO so why have walk in appointments then. I have been driving up from Griffin for two years now. It is so worth the drive. I wont let anyone else do my nails.The whole staff is so friendly. There have been times that I have not made an appointment and had to wait a long time. That is the nature of a nail salon. Go on a slow day. If you cant wait long, make an appointment. Its simple.Kevin and Trina are awesome and talented people. I get compliments on my nails all the time. Even when Ive gone too long between fills.Im hoping to get up there tomorrow. I know Ill have quite a wait because its Sunday and they dont do appts on Sunday. Im prepared to wait. Its worth it!!

I have been coming here for almost 5 years and I truly love this place. The environment is relaxing and the nail techs work very efficiently. It doesnt matter which one you get, they all provide great service. Im always made to feel at home when I stop in and my service is never rushed!

So I went to this place a few weeks ago and I liked it. They seemed friendly and did a good job. So I decided to return when I needed a fill in. BIG MISTAKE!! The lady that I got this time was VERY rude! Then she put my gel color on one finger and showed it to me and I didnt like it. It looked completely different from the color on the sample wheel. Then I kindly asked for something else and she told me once they put one color on they can’t take it off so that’s why I needed to pick the right color. The owner came over and she start speaking in Vietnamese and making rude faces and gestures towards me. I’m so disappointed. I WILL NOT be returning!

They are so wonderful. I haven’t met a person on the staff who doesn’t do a great job. They are the only salon I like to go to.

I miss the old owners, I went recently and the lady who did my acrylic, had one nail SUper crooked. Also, there was a lot of excess left under the nails on my right hand.. which is bothersome when I do hair and one random hair keeps getting caught under my nail 🙄 I shouldnt have to go home and fix what I paid for.

Have had two great experiences with this location so far. A couple weeks ago my mom, sister and I showed up around 11 on a Sunday, not aware they didnt open until 12. They still allowed us to come in for pedicures instead of telling us to come back. We all had a jelly pedicure... best experience ever! I went back today to get a manicure and while I did have to wait about 40 minutes, it was completely worth it. My nails look great and the pricing is so reasonable!! Will continue to return.

Decided to try this place over all of the hype and good reviews. However, I didnt have such a good experience. I wasnt greeted and waited for 2 hours to get my gel color change. The lady doing my nails was rude. A week later, my gel polish is changing color and it appears grey and dirty. I spent about 3 hours of my time at this salon. Wont be coming back here!

The owner is rude and unprofessional. He actually yelled at me when I asked for a refund of $30 for my spa pedicure.My toes became swollen and infected. I gave him two choices; either refund me money for the spa pedicure or he can pay more at court and doctor fees due to their negligence.After he screamed at me for about 15 mins, he finally gave me my refund. He didnt hand it to me. He threw it at me. Wow.This is the nail salon by Apex Pharmacy and across the Fayette Piedmont Hospital. There is no mistake in the location. Simply just a lazy and irresponsible owner.Go here at your own risk but I wouldnt recommend it.RUN AWAY!

They are indeed very racist. The owner’s wife put me ahead of someone (Africa America) she told them I had an appointment (I did not). They rarely greet anyone other than us (Caucasians). The owner and his wife are both very rude to other races. This place should be put under new management!The previous owners were the total opposite, very nice and professional! I wish they would come back.

Prices have gone up since last time that I came here. This use to be my go to place cause you get a black stone massage with the basic pedicure. The full set never mattered on the length or shape and would just cost the regular $20 but now they charge for any little detail. Its okay but I wouldnt come here every 2 weeks like I use to.

I did used to like this place. Now I don’t! The lady who did my toes, I’ve never had her before, was so ROUGH I couldn’t even enjoy myself. Then, instead of her telling me at the beginning the man isn’t here who can take my nails off from the beginning, she waits until she finishes my toes, then tells me I have to wait 15-20 minutes for him to get here!!! Smh IGNORANT! If I do ever come back I’ll make sure not to have her TOUCH ME! Ever again!

I walked in 15-20 minutes before close and was turned away. I have NEVER been turned away from anywhere else regardless of the time. I live about 45 minutes away from the salon and figured with all the great reviews that it would be a great place to go. Sad to say, I didnt get a chance to see what all the hype was about. My first and my only experience left a bad taste in my mouth.

They do a great job here. Open on Sundays for that last minute R&R. The jelly pedicure is my favorite, theyre the only place I know that does it.

Our experience was amazing! Our 9 yr old wanted to bring 3 of her friends here for her bday. I was nervous taking 4 energetic girls 9-10 yr olds for mani/pedis, bc... Kids. The techs were all super sweet to the girls, extremely professional, and genuinely seemed happy to be working with the kids. 2 of the 4 even needed touch ups, bc...kids. and the techs were happy to fix their nails. Overall, this was, by far, the most relaxing kids bday adventure Ive done! We will definitely be back! Thank you so much Nail Spa!!!

I was a little skeptical about going to the Nail Spa because I’ve never been there but when I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and they done such a wonderful job. The Nail Spa is my new home.

After waiting 30 minutes, the pedicure was rushed. Didnt touch or clip cuticles, didnt massage my feet which I was looking so forward too after standing all week. The nail tech, rushed through the gel polish, did massage or lotion my hand afterwards. I feel like the salon doesnt like serving people of color.

This is my favorite place to go. Thay do a great job! They understand me when I am specific about how I like my nails done. Great at nail design, and their polish is quality. Every pedicure comes with a long hot stone massage! Sooooo nice! The only negative to this place is they do not use the plastic sanitary covers for their foot bath. Ugg.
