I received probably the best haircut I’ve ever gotten. My stylist was amazing. However, I couldn’t relax because the person in the booth next to her was so loud. They were blasting music and literally screaming. The music was not appropriate for a family friendly salon and even if it had been, we couldn’t even talk over it without yelling.

My son had an appointment at this establishment. He had to Uber to get there and when he got there he was informed the stylist who was supposed to do his hair wasnt there, she was out sick. I can understand being sick, but what I dont understand is the fact that at no point was he or myself contacted to cancel. So, now hes out $12.00 for one way and for nothing.

I received a Hair style from Mrs Erica and she did an amazing job she even gives you advice on how to manage your hair!! Also Rico did my haircut and he is perfection. The whole atmosphere was a vibe!!! My new go to for hair care!!!

Sascha has had a dream for years and he has made it come to fruition! I haven’t had a cut in a few years (since 2017) because I can be very picky on who cuts my hair. I would rather wait, so I get my cuts by him only. His consistency, authenticity, and humble ways makes his cuts an all out EXPERIENCE to be had.

I wanted to try a new barbershop due to the old barbershop being too pricey and sometimes having poor quality. However this barbershop is really quick, but got one of the best quality haircut Ive seen in a while. Crenisha was my barber and when I asked her for skin on the sides, I was expecting a little bit of hair in some places, but it was SMOOTH all round and edges were really sharp looking compared to it being just being cut by certain razors. I highly recommend people to try this place out.

Took my son here for a haircut showed the stylist a picture of what I wanted my sons hair to look like, and somehow he did something totally different. If the haircut cam out nice I wouldn’t be mad but I was botched. I will say the staff is very courteous, but I will never comeback here again.

Rico is an excellent hairstylist! Hes gentle and fun to be around. Definitely never dissatisfied with his work!

I came to this location because I had received a chemical treatment from a salon in Raleigh that ended up causing my hair to basically thin out and fall out🤦🏽‍♀️. I went from having almost waist length hair to deciding to cut it all off because it was falling out so bad. I am so glad I ended up picking this establishment because the owner, Sasha did a fantastic job on my hair. He took his time and made sure everything was perfect. This establishment is family friendly and all the employees are very professional, friendly, and there was literally no wait time at all. This establishment offers a variety of services for the entire family to enjoy, and I encourage everyone check them out. I highly recommend this place to everyone!!! I had an awesome experience at the Experience in Fayetteville.Since I live over 1 hour away from the shop and needed a haircut I decided to visit Great Clips in Sanford, NC.....it was a horrendous outcome. I explained to the stylist, and I am using this term loosely, what I wanted and even showed her a picture to use as a guide.Well, she went to town on my hair and left me with very long strings of hair as well as holes, where she got over zealous with the scissors and whatever else she used in the process. I was appalled.So, yesterday I had the opportunity to visit the Experience in Fayetteville, and Ryan was an absolute miracle worker. He has an unbelievable talent. He actually saved my hair disaster and now I have a professional to take care of my hair. THANK YOU!!!!So, if you fell victim to Great Clips or any other hair butchers....the team at the Experience can save you.
