My Nails salon is an amazing establishment! I would definitely recommend this nail salon for everybody to come. This is exactly My Nails. Their fast service is outstanding. Their workers have friendly customer service and their prices is very affordable. 5 stars at all

They are very friendly. They knew what I wanted and they did a really great job. I always get a full set with design. Another places do not meet my expectations but they did. I will definitely be back. Prices were good, too. No appointments needed, just mask required. Also, they have any nail design tools you need.

My wife and I decided to try this place and we got right in. This nail salon was very clean and everyone was super nice and they did a great job. It was a very relaxing experience. I highly recommend. Ill be back.

The younger guy didn’t ask me what length I wanted be just cut it. He got the older man to do my nails because he got irritated. The older man was really aggressive. I would not recommend this nail salon they are beyond unprofessional.

Gina was absolutely amazing. She was very patient with me, and helped me with what I really wanted for my nails. She took care of my nails and toes, and they came out perfect. Since that came out so great, she took care of my eyebrows, and I was so happy on how they came out too. Looking forward to next time!

Gina is amazing! She care for each of her customers as if they were family. She is sweet and kind hearted. She is a true nail artist. The best my husband and I have ever had.

Do NOT go to this nail salon!! visited this nail salon earlier today, with the intention of just having one nail repaired that had fallen off completely. The nail tech who sits at the table in the very front (I presume the owner) takes me right away as they were not busy. she begins to repair the nail, (which is a service that should not have to take no more than 15 min since it was only one nail), while she was applying the polish, she only let it sit in the UV light for 5 seconds with each coat, impatiently and attempting to rush. Therefore, she became frustrated when she tried to wipe the final nail coat with alcohol and half the polish came off. Then, she has to file the polish and start over again, but still being impatient, only files it halfway off, attempting just to fill in the holes where the polish came off. She repaints it again, still only allowing the finger to sit for seconds, and it messes up once again with the final alcohol rub. This nail tech was aware I needed to leave due to a urgent call, and I explained that a one nail service shouldn’t have had to take so long and that she can just take this polish off and I will just go. She then says I will still have to pay 5 dollars, completely unapologetic and not even regarding her poor service due to her attempting to rush. So I let her attempt to fix the nail one more time, this go round she paints it the completely wrong color, while even getting aggressive with the handling of my hand and talking negatively about me in her language. Finally I just say forget it I will get it repaired somewhere else, and despite everything she’s put me through (it has now been 45 on one nail repair) she angrily snips off the unpolished acrylic and dismissed me silently.

This place is truly the worst. I showed them a picture of what I wanted done and it was just Horrible. Terrible service they don’t have an accurate price they literally just say anything I paid 60 dollars. Never again would I come here . My total priced was 88 because I got my pedicure .

This place is awesome. I have been coming here for three years. Gina is an awesome nail tech and the other staff is wonderful. I enjoy their professionalism. The shop is full of humor. All I can say is I will definitely keep coming here.

Gina is amazing. Always pleasant and very artistic. Very knowledgeable on product and loves to experiment with designs and colors. Also very attentive, perfectionist and professional.

Been coming here for almost 2 years now and they are always on time and does an amazing job with the service provided. I have gotten my toes and finger nails done as well as getting waxed. Very pleased with the hospitality and this is the one place I trust to come.

Yeah, just left this place. I asked for this awesome Gina and the gentleman pointed her out. How about the chick didnt speak or at least say I have a customer ahead of you, but I will be with you in 2hours. Just have me sitting here for an hour then I realized she had a manicure to do as well. Rude😡😡😡😡😡😈😈😈👿👿my time is valuable too. I would have left and come back. These nail shops are getting on my nerves

They always do an awesome job with my nails. I also get waxing and pedicures done here. The staff are so friendly and they always remember me and my preferences. I have never had a problem here. The prices are great too. It would be hard to find a place as friendly as this. They really care about their customers. I would recommend this place to everyone.

I am all about customer service and that reason is why I have been a faithful customer. V is too funny and her hubby is too! They really make the atmosphere very friendly.NOW...to the quality of their work.OUTSTANDING.... thats all that really needs to be said. I am so upset. So i went in to get a fill in and I was charged $54 for a fill in. A fill in that i will have to go get redone next week. I am extremely disappointed. I bragged about the first time i came in but now im so very upset

Ive been to many different salons in Fayetteville, and this ones the best! Great service, and good quality work, they make your nails look very pretty. I always receive compliments about my nails, so I try to send business their way. I would highly recommend this place.

I used to enjoy coming here but, after today, I will not be going back. The vibes that Ive felt were cold and unwelcoming, and the way I was shooed out was completely unacceptable. I was barely acknowledged as a previous customer. However, there was one woman in particular who was very accommodating and friendly but, the overall service was abysmal. I will be going else where for my manicure and pedicure services for now on.

Gina is the absolute best nail tech ever! She takes her time and her designs are original and hand painted, no stencils, simply amazing!!!!

Rude staff The wife and husband and they make up their own prices... the husband kept sticking his nail in my skin and i told him that he was hurting me but he continued to do it....and he was slow as hell....never again.....i only got a fill-in and my toes painted not even a pedicure and they charged me $60.00 NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

I went here on the recommendation of a friend and I will never go back. To start my sister and I were not warned of the over an hour wait, we were just told that they would be right with us. They do not use basin liners in the pedicure tubs, my nail tech walked away with the water on full hot. I felt like we were trying to burn my feet like lobsters boiling. I didn’t know I was possible to leave a pedicure with scruffier feet than you walked in with. On to the manicure, yikes, my nails were not cut to the same length at all. My skin around my nails have since peeled and flecked more than ever. Don’t waste your time or money.Edit: Then for the “Owner” to reply to my review and say that they don’t recall me and not have the decency to apologize for their appalling lack of proper service.

I went and got a pedicure and manicure with gel polish, no designs or extras added on. My overall price was 87 dollars. Service was fast and professional.

Nails where way too thick, they didnt understand nothing I was saying and they were rushing.. not satisfied n not going back period!

I called in for a mani-pedi at 7:30pm on a Sat.and they let me come in. The staff was very friendly and funny. They made my water HOT like I enjoy it. The customers were all cheery. My nails looks terrific and I left in good spirits for a good price.

As she was doing my nails she stopped and started on another womans nails that didnt have an appt when I did. Then as she was taking my acrylics off she ripped half of my nail off because she was rushing because she had to take her lunch. Will not return

I drive all the way from SC for the one of a kind experience I get from Shawn and Vee. They provide awesome service from eyebrow waxing to pedicures. Every time I come in its a feeling of visiting with friends instead of a business relationship.

I gave them a 2 because the first time they screwed up my nails. I had to go back and get them corrected and they still are not right

Sooo...i went to this shop once before and it was ok. .this time/ my last time was not so great. ..they didnt have the colors i wanted. .then they put so much gel Polish on my nails that it just feels like a bunch of gunk is under my nail. .i dont know why i needed to have drill action going on for a gel manicure...i said i didnt want my nails cut down. .but by the time they finished filing. .my nails were cut down for the most part. ..i am so upset..and now i have to go some where tomorrow and get them fixed. .they look so bad i might lose my job.. (sarcasm)..very disappointed. .i wish i could take a pic and post....oh..i can. .on Facebook. ..i will never go back..drop any one off or recommend...oh i called to say i was not happy with the work and i am told they are about to close and since they cant see them then i guess thats that. ..so i will be venting on social media ...with pics to accompany. .hot mess...so much other stuff they did but i have ranted enough

OMG...the best place to go and get your nails done. The owner is V, yes V; she is small vietnamise and is the sweetest person EVER! They are really affordable...25-30 dollars for gell nails, ohh & theyre kid friendly. Go see her, she is so great!
