Always a pleasure to come in here. All the ladies are always super friendly.Always busy, yet they always take care of you in a timely manner, even as a walk in without an appointment.Their works always last until is time to come in again.Their prices are the best for their quality and charisma.

Owner did not want to do my nails because the woman who did my pedicure had my polish nails packed on my cuticles and on my skin. Huge inconvenience because her stuff is not proficient at polishing. Pedicure was decent at best. Overall this is my second time and I won’t be back. Quality is important when you provide a service.

My nails are beautiful, I waited no time at all and the gentleman that did my nails was so polite and vigilant which I greatly appreciate!

My nails are horrible, she used way too much powder that they are super lumpy and no they did not fix it. I’m super upset because I came here right before my honey moon. Yes I still had to pay no my nails are not fixed

I’ve been getting my nails done here since I moved here in 2014. They are always so friendly and so respectful to me and my family. They do great eye brows and mani pedis I would recommend them to everyone.

Made an appointment waited over an hour for people that did not have an appointment I got a full set with gel polish and it is horrible you know its horrible when your man looks at them who usually does not care and says damn babe they did you dirty why did you pay for that smdh she did not give me the shape that I asked for they look like little Doritos they are very lumpy and clumpy very thick very uneven different shapes different sizes they keep snagging on everything they are just horrible I am so disappointed so mad I will never go back to this salon and that may not matter to them but it matters to me what quality I get for my money

Been a couple times to get a pedicure and once to get my brows down. Everyone is so welcoming and makes the environment relaxing. Everyone did a great job and it seemed like all of the other customers were enjoying the experiences as well. Would come here more often if I lived closer.

From the very first moment I arrived at the nail salon I have been a customer since. Was new to the area and found my nail technician (GiGi) she is AMAZING! Not only does she provide excellent customer service but she ALWAYS get my nails right. And I’m super picky when it comes to my nails. I am truly happy to have found this nail salon. Alot of spa out there look like they are on there last legs but this spa is nice and clean and has friendly staff. They also have handicapped parking and restrooms which could be helpful for some. The customer service is also very friendly and can help you in a hurry.

I forgot to get her name but she was great. I had knee surgery about 2 weeks ago and she noticed my calf was extra tight and she gave it some extra added attention when I was getting a pedicure.

I love this place a lot. They always get my nails done perfectly and exactly how I want them. But there is one person I do not recommend getting your nails done by, and that is by a guy named Kevin. He had cut me 6 times the whole time he was filing my nails and using the drill. He cut me so many times, I wanted to cry out in pain. Then he starts huffing and puffing when he goes over the same nail again, and I pull away because it hurts so bad. He never apologized once! He came up with the excuse saying my skin is so thin. BS. Because I can go there any other time and no one else has a problem with doing my nails and I never get cut when someone else does it. He’s the only one that SOMEHOW manages to cut me every. Single. Time. If you go to this place, have someone else do your nails because he doesn’t seem like he knows what he’s doing. Other than that, this place is great and I absolutely recommend them to anyone. I just won’t ever recommend anyone getting their nails done by Kevin.

I love this place!! Gigi is amazing!! She takes her time and makes sure that she gives you quality work!! I’ve gone to other nails shops that are very expensive and I have never received the quality of work that I get from Gigi!! Been going to her for awhile and I don’t plan on leaving!

My wife enjoys going here. This is the only place that can do real 3D art work and nail art. I have seen my wife spend the same amount of $ here as she did at other nail shop and she always finds something to complain about but not at this place. They are very nice. However if you decide to go there between Thursdays and Saturday you better make an appointment or Goin with in the 1st half or 2 after they open.

Don’t have good customer service to me and not enough techs. Went for a pedicure and left without getting polish cause the tech poked me so deep. It wasn’t my first time going but definitely my last.

How much do yall changer for a fill in I have gel nails and I am trying to fine a good place I went to walmart and they all fell off. Please let me know

I have came to this nail salon more than 1, the service is good but this particular day I came into this salon I waited over an hour an someone else comes in who did not have an appointment and was serviced soon as she walked in, while I still sat and waited.. the wait time is not good to me.

This was my first time getting my nails done here and it was horrible. I showed the tech the shape of nails I wanted and she said okay and proceed to give me another shape which I had to stop her and show her the picture again which it still turned out wrong. My nails are lumpy and was filed incorrectly and all are uneven. Super disappointed as I thought this would have been a better experience. Now I have to go and find someone to fix it.

Lord let me tell yall I didnt know this place existed but they are amazing.. great work on my eyebrows and nails.. and that pedicure😍😍 omg .. being pregnant Is tuff but that man rubbed the pain and stiffness out of my feet and legs.... Everyone was very nice and tested me like Ive been going there for years... Being 9 months pregnant its nice to be pampered and treated like a friend and not just another customer.. ❤️❤️

This place has terrible customer service. I understand I didn’t have an appointment but I called in & they said to come in so I did. I ended up waiting 3 hrs. They had me jumping from person to person. It took 3 people to get my nails done & they’re crooked & they still charged me full price for whatever supposedly each person did. TERRIBLE !!!

This is my second time coming to this nail salon. The first was a great experience besides having to wait . I came the second time because I needed a fill in . I brought pictures of what I wanted and showed the nail tech . He didn’t speak the entire time attending to me he just nodded in agreeance . During the entire process of him doing my fill in he cut me several times with the drill both on the top of my nail where my cuticle is and up under my finger . One of my fingers started bleeding and he didn’t even see it until I stopped and showed him . He kept drilling and two nails later he went and grabbed some clear blue stuff and put it on the open cut. It is partially my fault just as much as it’s his because even after I showed him I was bleeding I still continued to sit in his chair and was still cut with the drill on my cuticles . He finished my fill in and I went and payed ($30 + a $3 tip) . I hadn’t really looked at my nails since I was eager to leave the shop but once I got him i did and I was upset . I went back the next day and asked to speak with a manager and told her my nails looked nothing like the picture and that I was cut numerous times to the point where one of my fingers were bleeding . She advised me she would fix my nails and asked would I mind waiting I said of course . I waited a whole hour plus and she finally puts me in a chair to have me just sitting there for another ten minutes and advises me another man was going to fix my nails . She came and looked at my fingers again and asked what needed to be fixed and only pointed out one nail . I advised no all ten were messed up . She said okay and I sat there for a few more minutes and then she advised me to come sit in the same chair that I was in the day before (which was the guy who did my nails the day befores chair) when I realized the guy whom did my nails the day before was sitting down and eventually reaching out for my hand to start my nails I declined and told him and the manager that I wasn’t comfortable with him doing my nails because of the amount of times he cut me with the drill and I didn’t like his work. The manager replied and said he has to fix my nails because it’s his work and it would be free but if someone else does it and goes over his work they’ll haft to charge me . I asked again and advised her even though I was cut to where my finger wasn’t bleeding and still today burning and the fact that I didn’t like his work I’m not able to have someone else do my nails ? She replied the same as before and said it’s his work so he won’t charge me to fix but if I have someone else fix his work they will charge . I declined and just walked out . To me that was horrible customer service and horrible management. If I could I wouldn’t give them half a star just off this one experience.

Worst nail salon in Fayetteville! Whats the point of scheduling an appointment only to find out that youve been double booked. Then the nail technician (Gigi) doesnt even respect others people time, she arrived 30 mins late without a courtesy text or call. Once my appointment was rescheduled to today, she felt as if I was bashing her. Its not bashing when a person is stating FACTS! She does arrive to work late, she doesnt respond to her text, which causes the double bookings. Never again, so me and my money have left the building.

I’ve come here a few times, at first I was happy with the service it was refreshing and different but I noticed overtime it kinda went down some honestly. The prices seem to fluctuate and I’ve went to other salons and gotten the same service or better for less . I’m very particular about my shape and length and I’ll ask for something and it’s been a few times it wasn’t how I liked I work hard for my money so if I ask for something it needs to be what “I “ want not what you give me . And recently they’ve lost quite a few of the main ppl from their staff so it’s not what it used to be . Out of 10 I give it a 5.75 when it comes to customer service, prices, and appearance and the nail techs experience with 3D part, stones,ombré art etc . It’s my backup salon NOT main . P.S I spend roughly 55-75 .00 a set .

Service is okay. But if you want a design, dont go there. The owner is not customer service friendly.

Very poor services to me . I Got my eyelshes done on the 19th and the same day that i left eyelashes where falling off. Tried to get my money back but where being very rude and inconsiderate seeing that i told them i was on my way to my father wake. Very unprofesstional and uncleanly . Better off trying another shop.

Only had my nails done for 4 days and it looks like I need a fill already on top of the shaping sucks and just noticed not all my nails covered smh
