I had the pleasure of working with Ann today whom did an amazing job on my nails. The shape, length, texture, and sns were done flawlessly. She was super sweet, funny, and charming. She took her time and made sure I was happy all along the way. I appreciate that so I can really get what I want with the final product. I was seen instantly upon arrival and the removal process they have for old sns was the smoothest and easiest one I have experienced yet. Most place leave your hands to sit in acetone for 30 minutes which destroys my hands. Their process had it off in less than five min. I love love live my nails! Thank you Ann, youre the best!

My first time coming last week and I loved the service so much that I tipped them $25 on top of a deluxe mani and pedi- eyebrow (wax). until a nail broke and I went in for a repair (only). I was the only person waiting for service and 15 minutes later 2 other women were seen before me because they wanted full service pedicures. That really turned me off so I decided to leave and go where my dollar is appreciated.

I love the nail tech Lisa. She was able to correct my nails from the last visit. She done a great job. I will be back to see her again.

This place is RIDICULOUS. SLOPPY. UNPROFESSIONAL. and waste of money.Every design I asked for no one in the shop could complete or have proper tools to do so. I do NOT and I repeat do not recommend this place to anyone who cares about their nail.

I don’t get off work till 6, so it’s hard to find a nail salon that is open past that time due to Covid. First time I went in I was told they closed at 7pm, I was nervous because usually when you go in somewhere and they are getting ready to close they will rush, not take their time just to get you out because they are also ready to go! No in this case. Like I said I get off at 6 and didn’t get there till 615 the both times I have went. Both times they have done an amazing job, took their time, not in a rush and very professional! This will definitely be my go to spot when I need feel-in and have to work!

Blossom Nails gets cudos for soliciting my needs while I was waiting for services. They inquired about my wait time and even though my services extended into after hours I did not feel rushed. They helped me to feel comfortable letting the polish from my pedicure dry fully even though it was after closing hours. Way to go Blossom Nails.

This place needs a deep clean! TWO roaches ran across the table while I was getting my nails done and the nail tech tried to act as if it was normal, even calling them “spiders”. The gentlemen from the front desk had to come over to kill them. I’m so glad my nails were practically complete when this occurred. I literally hightailed out of there. I will NEVER return to this shop. It’s obvious cleanliness is not a priority.

Blossom nails is the only place me and my daughter go to get are nails done and we love it. Any time we go the next day she picks the polish off so we can go again that day. They have great customer service and we have never had to wait. We have been going here for about five years now and this is the only nail salon that we will probably ever love like this. Decided to give this salon a try. Lady who did my nails wasnt very pleasant at all. My nails are all odd shaped and not even. Within 2 days the polish was chipping off which shouldnt happen with a gel manicure. I will definitely not be using them again.

I got my nails done on a week night and there were only two nail techs so had to wait an hour before getting them done. It was really hard to understand what the tech was asking and we couldn’t really understand each other. The nails weren’t too bad but the tech cut me about 13 times so yeah, not too great. Definitely won’t be going back

Ladies make extra effortto be sure cuticles are trimmed and nails are shaped to your wishes. They are pleasant and seem honestly interested in being thorough in completing the manicure and pedicure to the customers satisfaction. Much the best experience I have had!

Very happy with my first time visit! I was quickly sat down with Jade who promptly worked on my nails which turned out beautiful!!

I really don’t understand how this shop has so many good reviews. I went on Veteran’s Day at approximately 10:20am. As soon as I entered the shop, I was “greeted” by an unenthused male who advised that the 2 individuals I was seeking to do my nails (based on reviews) were unavailable. There was only 1 customer in the shop at the time and there were 3 techs idling by, on the phones, so I decided to go ahead with one of those techs. I was getting a full set and removing a full set. Nail tech Tammy decides to have my fingertips soak in COLD acetone on and off for an HOUR. I observed others customers who arrived after me, having their nails removed by acetone in individual tinfoil pieces and heat gloves. Tammy was also on her phone the entire time I was soaking. In addition, she filed my cuticles back too far and gave me a friction burn, almost cutting my skin, on top of my index finger. I am extremely disappointed in the service I received.

The ladies who work here are very pleasant. They are careful and gentle when they are doing my feet. I especially enjoy the foot and leg massage that is always part of the treatment.

I will always get my pedicure done by Tracey. She has a gentle touch and does excellent work. The salon is clean and they use disposable liners in the foot tubs, as well as disposable instruments. Very sanitary!

I waited for Ms.Jade for 2 hrs. She was well worth it. I will be back. Nice shop and very clean.

This is my go to place i always have the same nail tech every time and she is soo soo kind. I don’t think I have ever had a wait and since it is so close to my house all I have to do was ride my bike since I am only 13 I don’t really have a car so it’s really easy sometimes I don’t have enough money she’ll give me a slight discount she is so so nice to me and I am so grateful that she works there I just can’t really remember her name everything is so clean and tidy she really takes her time she did a great job on my nails just this morning .

I have been going to Blossom Nails for two years off and on when it town but they have now lost me as a customer. The service really depends on who you get. Elizabeth does a very good job but there is another regular lady (didn’t get her name because she really didn’t speak to me) who is a scammer. EVERY TIME I get her she tries to remove nails that are fine trying to upcharge me for repairs I don’t need. On Monday I got her and she tried this again…putting her nail between my real nail and my acrylic to peel them off. I asked her what she is doing and told her to stop trying to remove my nails. She got annoyed and said they were old (they are not) and needed to come off. First of all, if she thought that she should have asked me before trying to take my nails off and then charge me. I asked her to please just fill my nails and not remove anything. Mind you I had no damaged nails or nails that were coming off. She then started commenting on how they were going to chip off in a few days. Again, there is no reason for that especially since they were fine and being totally cut down anyway. But then I realized what she did…on the nails she tried to remove she put the layer of acrylic so fine that it was see through and did not even cover my real nail. She left a whole side off. She was setting me up to break my nails so I would have to get repairs after all. I said something to her about it and told her that she needed to put a proper layer of acrylic on. She mumbled about something but still barely put any acrylic on these nails. Guess what…the next day that very nail chipped off in the exact spot I called her on not putting proper acrylic. I’m sure more will be breaking off as I only got them done two days ago. They have definitely lost my business. I also find it very weird that if you use a 10% off card they will not validate your stamp card showing you came in and bought a service.

Got my nails done here. After about a week the polish used was cracking. Once I went back into the salon they refused to correct the problem. They acted like I was a problem. Talking in their language about me. Poor customer service. Ill never go back to this salon Ive never had experience the cracking of the polish ever.

Stopped by to get my SNS nails done. I have been getting SNS for a while. I decided to be proactive while my car was getting serviced to have my nails done. I go in and tell them I wanted my nails done. I choose a color, but when the tech came over to start my nails, she had a drill in her hand. I’ve always had my SNS removed with acetone not a drill. The tech said that’s the only way we remove SNS is by drilling it off. I said no thank you. She looks at me crazy and starts chatting in their language with the other techs. I believe they should be a bit understanding with customers if that is their preference. Not everyone wants their nails drilled on like that. How hard was it to put acetone in a bowl smh. I won’t be going back.

I visit Fayetteville ever summer to see my brother and while there I go to Blossom Nails to get my fills and pedicures. Ive been there twice now and next summer when I go up for my visit, Ill definitely will go to Blossom Nails.

This was my first time using this nail place. And the service was horrid, we were the very first pople in the shop, thinking this will be a time we enjoy. I was WRONG, as soon as a new set of customers walked in we were put in the back burner delaying our services so they coild finish first I suspect it was because we are nlack and they assumed we weren’t going to tip well, I was given excuses from the owner that the nail texh that was suppose to do my nails did not know how to do chrome thats y my services were delayed, I waited untill she finished and asked her why I was treated that way she stated that they had an appointment forgeting the fact that I was here when they walked in and stated that they were walk ins .. THE WAY I WS DISCRIMINATED AGAINST IS DIGISTING and RACIST AND I HAVE NO TOLERANCE FOR RACISM . My PEOPLE OF COLOR DO NOT WASTE UR TIME.

So unsanitary. Worker didnt use gloves while doing my pedicure, the water in the foot bath was dirty and full of hair and dust, they dropped the nail clippers on the floor and continued using them on my feet WITHOUT disinfectant. Awful experience. Definitely wont be visiting again.

Very negative experience. I came here because my regular salon was closed for the holidays. The first thing the woman asked me was where I regularly got my nails done and said they didn’t do a good job and that my nails were old, which is ‘nt true. I have a real problem with someone who is so unprofesiional to speak so negatively about their competitors. The work should speak for itself. There is a major character flaw here and I will never go back there. And on top of that, she did a shoddy job and got a few of my nails crooked. Bad busbess! My advice is don’t go there!

I went in for a pedicure and it was horrible. She did not scrub my feet as much as I needed them to be. Then she painted them and it was messy and did not stay on my nail. I paid way too much for messy pedicure.

Y’all did an okay job on the brows, a little on the thin side but y’all charged me $18 for a brow wax that was listed as $8. I even gave y’all a $2 tip, which is 20%. I really hope this was an accident but idk....

Cindy did my pedicure and she put the callus product on the top of my foot and burned it I was so upset about that visit to the nail salon and I will never return again.
