When I first came to this nail salon I wanted a good nail salon to work on my natural nails and I was completely happy. Since then I have continued to come back. I had my moms wedding party go get their nails done and they were happy. I have Denise do my nails and kat does my waxing and Gigi has done my feet. I have no complaints about this place. The only thing I will say is to make sure that you have an appointment so you dont have to wait.

I had one bad experiences after another. You Book appointment then you wait two hours then in the midst of getting nails done you get up and do darn eyebrows. I was not satisfied with my nail tech she needs a to be more professional and learn how to talk to people. Never will I walk through those does and give them any of my money.

I had a very pleasant experience. I called and was told there was not a wait. When I got there 2 people entered before me but I was immediately waited on and helped by Booty. She was amazing with great conversation as well as the nail tech working beside and another customer. I was on a time crunch as I had to be back at work and Booty made sure I was done and my nails look amazing. Thank you and I highly recommend this nail salon...

No prices when walked in door girl told me she was 16 and was doing my nails she did a terrible job wanted liquid gel waited 3 hours to be told they don’t do it, nails were ugly

I’m almost positive the girl that did my nails was not licensed . I was super annoyed simply because I was there for about 2 and half hrs being worked on ... I got a basic pedicure and a polish change. I was the only one she was working on so I’m not sure why it took it so long . I was a walk in and didn’t have to wait no time but I won’t be going back . I could have polished my own finger and toe nails way better than what I got for a little over $70

I was told they would work with my busy schedule which was a lie. I took my sister there for her bridal nails and they placed her with a new technician that totally ruin her nail . Although we did not have to pay for her services she was extremely upset. My nail foil came off with in two days .... I just wouldn’t allow them to do your nails. But my eyebrows arch was amazing

First experience pretty good! Second experience I was told my nails weren’t done correctly because I wasn’t holding my hand the correct way, but you’ve been doing nails for over 10 years 🙄🙄. Don’t waste your time!

I just moved down here from Virginia Beach. I read the reviews about Lindas Nail Shop, but decided to give the place a shot anyway. Today, (Monday, 31 December) my appointment was at 10:00 a.m. with Denise. She arrived late, and there was another client waiting before me. It is now 1144 and I still have not been serviced (Note: Ive been here since 9:55...almost a two hour wait). I have now decided to LEAVE and get my nails done elsewhere. BEWARE: Do not waste your time at this place!!! This was very unprofessional. I too am a business owner, and my time is just as valuable. Denise, you need management skills and better scheduling practices. PLEASE LISTEN TO THIS REVIEW and DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID !!

Amazing place Mia did my nails and they are simply amazing!! I’m so happy with them. I’m definitely going back more and having her do them! The atmosphere is wonderful!

I went there for a fill in with matte top coat, and the nail tech put so much top coat on that my nails never dried. I sat with my nails under the dryer for over 30 minutes and they still weren’t dry. I went to eat well over an hour later and noticed dents in my polish from my nails not being dry, I called and complained but you can’t tell them they did anything wrong. I repainted my nails myself. I won’t be back!

I went into the salon for convenience to get a pedicure with gel polish, and it was the worse experience ever. The tech who performed my pedicure was inexperienced. She didn’t do a thorough job on my pedicure, and when it was time to put the gel on my toes the experience got even worse. I assume many people don’t get gel on their toes at the salon because there was no proper set up to apply the gel to my toes. They had me sit in a chair as if I was getting a manicure and put my feet on their lap to apply the gel polish . It was very uncomfortable. The tech who did the pedicure did a horrible job applying the gel polish, a child could have done better. I complained and they had another tech agree to correct the job. As I was waiting for the other tech, they had me sit with gel polish remover on my toes and they placed my feet on top of a UV light. When I was asked to move my feet the light had actually melted, my foot was stuck to light and my footprint was on the light. The other techs apologized, but at that point I was over the entire experience. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT!

Liya got them nail designs for days... she did my daughters nails and Nique did my nails she was very gentle and professional.... These two girls got skills come check them out if you want speedy, clean, professional Poppin nails.... 💋💋💋

Came in for a pedicure and brow wax. I even brought someone to get theirs waxed too but after waiting 30 mins without even being greeted I left to find somewhere with better customer service. Two stars because theyve done a good job waxing my brows before.

Very inexperienced. They had to do my friends nails twice because the girl couldn’t do them right, and she still wasn’t pleased with the second girl. I got a gel pedi for $50 and the gel started turning and chipping after a week.

Terrible service, the tech Mia was the absolute worst. Her attitude matched her appearance. (Rag tied around her head, naughty weave). Complete trash, is the nicest way to give a description of her demeanor. The manager had to repeatedly apologize for the way I was treated here. I will never return.

Very nice and friendly staff but to Only have ONE eye tech is Very Disappointing!!! I called before stopping to ask is there a way for eyebrows and let me sit there 10 maybe 15 minutes. So I stopped in and its crowded and 15 minutes came and went going on and half an hour Plus she had to do lashes, so please tell me how youre going to only have a 10 or 15 minute wait... May consider trying again since own and operated by Blacks

I went in there to get my eyelashes done as soon as I left one came off I had to go back in and get it fix almost late for work the very next morning I woke up and the other one was off I called to speak to Linda and she said I can not get a refund I spend 25$ on some lashes I wore 1 time! She said I can come get it fix again. I dont have the time to go there everyday to get my eyelashes fix she was very rude and told me do whatever u want she dont care after I told her I will make sure people know how she do business

I have been looking for a place for THE longest time to do unicorn nails, diamonds designs and everything you see on Instagram and Pinterest...and I have found the place!!I highly recommend this place it’s absolutely amazing! I scheduled an appointment with Denise but she was booked up and suggested everyone else there is just as amazing. So I walked in and BOOTY took me and made a master piece with my nails!I absolutely positively never loved my nails so much in my LIFE! As I was getting mine done I was watching other customers and they too were breath taking!!This place lovEs a challenge and I was assured if they don’t have it they’d get it. I loved that! They do eyelashes, waxing, everything.At my job I’ve gotten sooo many people request to take picture of my nails and I recommend so many people here. So please go and enjoy!

I respect every tech in Lindas ! The past years ( before 2018) there was a different feel in the environment. The vibe now is so warming and friendly. Techs greet clients in and wish them well leaving. They specialize in Glow nails, SNS, 3D nail art, Swarovski Crystals, custom nail art, and much more ! I have read many comments and I feel as tho you can’t please everyone no matter how niceYou are. Some people take average of an ALL AMERICA hired salon. All nail techs should know about Their “ scope of practice “. Most salons violet Their scope due to failure to attend proper schooling, and not caring about the client’s own well being. I seen one review about NAIL POLISH not drying! Regular nail polish can take a long time to dry. This is why most women get GEL polish to avoid said issue. Denies is the current manager with 17 years of experience and has NEVER cheAted, or stole anything from her clients or staff.If you have any picture from online, Lindas nails can satisfy you. If you only have an idea of colors or theme, Lindas can satisfy you. On top of making friends with your new nail tech. Came in at 1:30 didnt get out of here till about 8:30 washed my plans I had after out the door, being here that long u will think your nails would be in point, I got my nails done sat and my nail felt flimsy the whole time today is monday 10 in the morning and not even 2 whole days later its now broke because she made them too thin, broke while I was washing my face and it bend backwards, will not recommend if you want long lasting nails

Just drove all the from Ramsey to here and they dont even have nude nail polish and wouldnt help look for one close to nude. Customer Service was not good at all. No selection in colors and colors looked old and watery.

Every time I have gone in there they have not done what I asked for. I ask for acrylic nails and painted and I left with just painted nails. I will not be returning.

My mother went there today (03/10) and got her eyebrows waxed, after she got home she had really bad blisters where the lady straight up burned her, all the lady said was wow you have sensitive skin witch is not the case. Everyone would have sensitive skin if they got burned like that. Looking at her eyebrows burned, I noticed her eyebrows were straight screwed up and one was rounded and one was straight. She swears to never go there again.
