I had a pedicure and dip powder nails done over a week ago. Both turned out great. They still look freshly done and are holding up nicely. Great service!

My daughter and myself went here to get a basic nail polish and I wanted a set of nails . The Pedicure the man gave me was awful and when I was directed to sit to get my nails started the lady ignored anything I had to say and just did her own thing .To top it off their card machine was acting stupid so she kept running my card as credit and saying it didn’t take .. We left unhappy and treated poorly. But the best part of this is both of our nails were terrible painted and smudged . The service was terrible the quality is disgusting No we will never go back there !! Save yourself sometime go somewhere else.

I went in for dip powder on my long, healthy natural nails. Typically, I always value my nail techs; however, Henry was very unprofessional. He was rude and not willing to listen to anything I had to say or ask for with my nails. At 3:46, his 4 pm appointment for a pedicure showed up so he began to rush through the service he apparently tried to squeeze me in for - resulting in a nice slice of my finger with his nail file which I actively jumped back at. My nails are different widths and lengths, some of my nails are slanted and uneven. The color I picked is magnificent, but even that was not correctly applied to the bottom of my nail beds. I am a licensed cosmetologist in the state of Arkansas and will NEVER be returning here with my money, time, or business.

Felt like I was being rushed and my manicure was very messy afterwards. My dip nail polish chipped and cracked within a week.

Don’t bother making an appointment. They filled my slot. I came back when they asked.... and they filled my spot again. I will never go back!! I had 3 girls with me looking forward to getting their nails done. Bummer!!

So disappointed! They cut my pinky nail, pulled out a hang nail so that it is now swollen and red, and did not even paint my nails down to the cuticle. They looked like they needed to be filled when I left. I will not be back.

Why make an appointment if you can’t get your nails done at the time you made the appointment for?? The first time I went in, I called before to make sure I wouldn’t wait and I waited for 40 minutes and left without my nails done. The 2nd time I called John was available and I got my nails done and he did spectacular. 3rd time I called to make an appointment and John wasn’t there and so they said Ruby will be open yet I still waited 15 minutes. Just now left. I will go somewhere that respects peoples time and their appointments. Thanks.

I had an appointment for my Mom and I at 11am and they did Not honor it. They said they had nothing for that time, when in fact I did have an appointment and I called an hour before just to make sure they did have me down and they still denied it when I arrived.

All service of Nwest Nails was excellent.I was very picky about my mani/pedi AND they gave me advices timely. The technician was intelligent in work. The manis color is great! My manicure feel exciting as well as natural.Overall, have a amazing experience. I will certainly be coming back again!

Love getting my nails done here . I been a customer for 2 years now and once I find a good place I stick with it. I have had bad experiences but this salon has always done a great job. I see a bad review on here and when read it I am in shock on how rude people can be. Lee has went beyond to compensate for a bad experience and some people are just rude and cannot be pleased. Keep up the good work.

I stumbled upon this lovely spot and was thrilled with the result. I really loved Kim. She is a funny person and has good skill. I wanted something special on my nails and she gave me a pink nail set very beautiful. The space is pretty wide. In addition, they also have parking lot. They deserve with 5 stars rating.

I have been to many nail salons in my life but this place is tops really it off. It was a perfect place. Sure, it was really busy but I didnt wait for long. My nail staff was very kind and fun. I was out food shopping for my friend and I saw this salon. I had extra time before my friend came back, so, I decided to to get a manicure here. This salon isnt that bad at all. Its very clean and the staff working here are very polite. Didnt had to wait in the waiting area long, one of the staff came and walked me to her area. Throughout the process, she was very focus and when I asked her to do something, she would comply without a problem. When it was done, I was just in love with how my nails looked now! She did a amazing job! Definitely will be coming back here again for sure!

My coworker showed me this place, and I have to say, this place is amazing! They have 8 chairs and 8 tables. And i was served right away. My favorite technician here was Ruby. She was very sweet and removed my old acrylic. Then gave me a fantastic gel manicure. After 2 weeks, My nails still look so smooth and so shiny! It is truly an amazing experience! I miss her and will be back!

Finally Ive written my long overdue review for here! And havent ever disappointed! N West Nails has lots of colors to choose from. They was doing my nails very patient. They are so detailed to me. The whole environment is different than my typical nail salon! I would definitely go back! And adore this salon right now.

I haven’t been here from last year, but I have done my nails today and they remodeled it nicely, they did great job, staffs and the boss are very friendly as well as they always keep store clean. I’ll come back soon. Thank for getting me today.

My experience today with the place is really good. I came in with a friend as I just came to Arkansas to visit her. Staff is very nice and professional. A big plus is that they really know what they are doing and very easy to communicate with. I had a pedicure and manicure. The lady took her time to make sure everything is right just how I like it. They have a good selection of well known products and beautiful colors to choose from. Sanitation procedures are strictly followed. They clean uemip after every customer and that makes me feel very safe and comfortable. The place is clean and well organized. One the of rare times I am actually happy knowing that my money is well spent. And their price is actually very reasonable. If you are in the area, I really think you should try this place out. Highly recommended !!!

I got excellent care at N West Nails! For $35 I got a basic manicure and pedicure which was extremely well done and detail oriented! I will definitely be back.

Worst experience of my life! The man who did my nails did not take his time and painted them sloppy. On top of that he didnt put the acrylic on right or took the time to file them! I had to come home and finish the job myself and fix his mistakes! Not worth my 50$ at all! I didnt even get the manicure I paid for either. Ill never be coming here again! I recommend if you do go here, and you get a guy, ask for a lady.

Worst manicure Ive ever received. 7/10 nails were badly chipped within 24 hours of my manicure event with being extra careful and drying extra long. They also cut my nail so sharp on the side that I bled. I get that this happens but now its infected and my finger is swollen and hurts so much I can barely write. I was not asked about length or shape of nails and now theyre all so short my fingers all hurt!! Definitely not going back despite reasonable prices.

Decided I was happy with the basic manicure. She was friendly and paid close attention to detail, also she also makes sure my nails dont look thick. Promising come back on regular basis.

Ive been using this shop for 7 years! I love the owner and never have gotten any attitude from any of the staff. They do get busy at times, but they make sure me and anyone in my group are comfortable while we wait!!!

Visited this place some years ago and I found it to be somewhat expensive, but worth it. This past Friday right before mothers day weekend I scheduled an appointment here and was discouraged from ever using them again. It took 3 people to finish would couldve been a one maybe two person service (simple pedicure and manicure) and after being done with the pedicure one guy there insisted that was all I booked for. Had to reassure him multiple times it was for both services. While I was there they lost a customers reservation from three days prior and offered to accommodate her only after arguing amongst themselves back and forth. Everyone that came in there after they would look at each other and argue about if they could or not do the job like if they didnt want the business leaving the customer somewhat confused, discouraged and unwanted. I will never go here again

Will be one week on Saturday that I got my nails done as a gift for my birthday and its not good at all. Paint job is sloppy and didnt even put the acrylic far enough down on my nails, looks like Ive had them on for a bit and they need filled and thats not what they should be looking like also wanted them shorter and was told with the coffin tip I couldnt go shorter which Ive seen them short so that was false and some of the nails dont even look like coffin tips. We were the first customers there and they made decent money off us (one pedicure, one deluxe pedicure, one manicure and one full gel set) so I thought they would do a good job but I guess I was wrong. I would not recommend.

Me and my boyfriend went there yesterday 12/30/19. I didn’t like the fact that the prices for the services were not posted. Also, I was told I would not receive a fee for using the ATM machine but this was not true. Kinda feel ripped off.

On my first visit I received a shellac manicure (compliments of Tony and loving it), He did very thorough without getting any problems for three weeks ( five stars ). Plus, the salon has a lot of chair ( no wait for long ). Will be back for next weekend.

I did, in fact, understand that you wanted me to wash my hands. However, I did not anticipate that you wanted me to actually get up and walk over to the sinks like some sort of adult person who can make their own decisions. Also, I apologize for being so tense. I hope you receive easier customers in the future.

Went to get my acrylics (which I got from another nail salon) taken off here because it’s close to my work. I got home and realized that half if the acrylic was still on 2 fingers, just filed down so I ‘blended in’. So upset and won’t be coming back.

Im just now leaving and this was the worst experience Ive ever had in a nail salon. The man that painted my nails was sloppy. I have polish outside of my nails and he didnt even attempt to fix it. I also bled more than once. He literally ripped out a hangnail and the cuticle with it. He also proceeded to continue ripping out my hangnail after I told him it hurt and was uncomfortable. Ive never been to a place that ripped out parts of your nail...not a very pampering feeling...

This nail salon was recommended from a coworker of ours at the University of Arkansas. I took the other lady in my office for her birthday and we got the $40 mani-pedi deal and just had the best time. They did a great job and were very clean, friendly, and fast. We went on a Saturday, but didnt have to wait more than 3 minutes because I called a day ahead and made appointments. Both of us usually do our own nails, but have lived in NWA for over 10 years and have visited maybe a dozen nail salons combined and none of them were as good as Best Nails. There was a little language barrier, but they were just so nice.

Received a pedicure for my birthday. So relaxing.
