I got my lashes done on Friday by Sunday morning one was falling off. I could not go back due to me having work.I went back Monday morning the lady opening the shop told me to come back at 11 then proceeded to tell me about her mom falling and being in the hospital. She didn’t know when they other lady would show up and called her twice. I understand things happen but when I asked about a refund because I would have to go some place else and pay another 40 to get a new set she proceeded to tell me to leave my number and she would call or have the lady call when she arrived . I feel as if this is an inconvenience to me I have other appointments to be at and I can’t wait around for a call so I should’ve been able to get a refund

I love it! I went there yesterday for the first time and they are so funny! They will definitely keep you entertained while getting your nails done! And the lady Miss Maria did my nails exactly how I wanted them! I think I found my nail home!

My technician was great (Peter). He went beyond the call of duty for what I wanted & needed; and he was on time for my appointment with him... Very friendly and caring...they have my business!!!

Decided to try this place, went with a friend..lets just say I was not impressed😒 Have gotten way better service for way less and I always tip. This was the 1st time ever that I didnt tip. Shouldve went to my regular place. FULLY DISAPPOINTED!!

Been a loyal customer since 2012 and I am very satisfied every single time. They do a fantastic job on manicures, pedicures, etc..

Very bad experience. I waited 40 minutes for a gel manicure that I had an appointment for and then the manicure it’s self took an hour and thirty minutes. The nail tech filed down my real nails with the dremel tool so much that it literally started burning! My real nails were so thin that they all kept splitting straight down to the nail bed. Keep in mind, I keep my nails pretty short and natural looking and I broke my finger nail flipping open the top on a mustard bottle. The polish looked so so when finished but started peeling off just a few days later. The worst part of the experience was that she trimmed my cuticles down so far that they bled a little and I developed a nail infection on one finger because there was no cuticle barrier there at all.

Bad customer service.... I asked the man not to use the filer because they always end up cutting the side of at least one of my fingers.. Smh.... The dude caught an attitude and refused to do my nails... I didnt know the filer is required.... Been doing just fine without it tho...

My nails started comin up the second day from me getting my nails done there for my birthday. She rushed Nd was very sloppy. I WOULD NNNNEEEVVVVEEEERRRRRRRRR GO BACK
