The boxes get split, and they dont take them to the final destination like they say, and dont let anybody know when the boxes arrived, they dont take responsabilities if the boxes get return.

Be AWARE! This shipping company is all a SCAM. Please if you send items to Mexico or Central America, make sure you buy insurance and do not listen to the attendant’s suggestions.Use your own common sense because they are all involved in this theft scheme. They make sure to mislead you into filling out the customs shipping form incorrectly. The representatives will misguide you and tell you that you do not need to write every item on the customs declaration sheet. NO. BIG MISTAKE! Please DO write every single item on the declaration form. Once your items are stolen (which they most likely will), they will give you the runaround.They will misguide you into calling the 800 number to file a claim and that number is answered by a representative in Mexico. The Mexican representative then advises you to go directly to the main location where your items were shipped.The problem is that you only have a 48 hour window of time to file a claim.The two best arguments they hold against you when your items are stolen are, 1. if you did not file the claim within the 48 hours, they can no longer accept your claim and 2. If you DID NOT write down every single item on the customs declarations form it is not their responsibility.Their main location is 5620 Bellaire Blvd, Houston, TX 77081. Maribel was the most unprofessional agent! Making false accusations that many people are trying to cash out on claiming that their items were stolen. Of course she would say that since it is not happening to her. The situation was handled insensitively and unprofessionally. Why would anyone want to go through all this hassle in the first place? This place is awful.Please save yourself the trouble.

I will never recomend this company to anyone is such of a coincidence that I went to send my family a phone and some clothes and the only thing that was delivered was the clothes but no the iphone and now they dont want to hold accountable for it... least thing you can do is pay for what your employees are stealing...

I want to give it 0 stars, they stole the watches I was sending my dad in Mexico and gave me a runaround about my claim. They deliberately opened the package i sent. He got all the clothes I sent but the watches were missing. This company is a scam full of sketchy workers.
