My experience was great, for $54 i’d say i got more than what i expected. the guy who did my nails wasn’t rude in any way & did an amazing job on the ombré.

I arrived not too long after they opened so they werent busy quite yet & I was fortunate enough to be seated in a chair right away. I was a new customer & had never been here before . It was very clean & organized . Every1 was very nice & professional. Trang was AMAZING!! I JUST LOVE HER!🤗🥰. A true miracle worker. Thank you Nail Time😊😊 I will definitely be a repeat customer. Already told 3 people about u guys.

I went in for the first time and the waxing area was in a poorly lit room. The technican messed up my eye brows and giggled about it. I woke up the next morning with my eyelids red and itchy. I do not recommend this establishment.

They messed up on my nails 3 times and they did the design I wanted completely wrong. It was all smudged and not even the same colors I wanted at all. They charged me 53 dollars for nails I did not even ask for & then when I said something about it they only gave 5 dollars back. Very disappointing.

David was great!! I went and got a pedicure and he made sure everything was good I love my toes and my feet feel awesome. Kenny thank you for my nails I love them and the prices were not bad at all! I will be back

My daughter went here and she said the tech was being unprofessional because they were constantly on their phone. She was somewhat satisfied with her nails.

1st time going. Went for a pedicure (got #5 honey milk) definitely not disappointed. For $38 you definitely get your money’s worth. The man that did mine was very professional and the massage part was heaven. Will be coming back!!!

I have been having my nails done at nail time for over 12 years they have always been friendly and skilled in providing a great experience. I love their pedicures so many great option just like a spa and Ive had them do gel polish on my hands and toes and I never have a problem with it lasting for 2-3 weeks great place to go and super prices this is my favorite nail salon

Loved this nail salon! Everyone there was so nice and welcoming. I was so relaxed during my pedicure that I almost fell asleep haha! My nails look amazing and it was definitely worth every penny. I will be recommending Nail Time to all my friends!

Service was fast and the worker was friendly. The Atm machine was broken when I went but other than that the service was pleasant. I took my daughter there for her nails. They did a fantastic job!

I just got my nails done there a fill and polish love love love them.! I forgot the ladys name that did mine but She was very nice and gentle. It was $15 for the fill and color. Very affordable

The people are nice there. But my nail is coming off after a week. When they usually last at least two if I go to other places. Idk if I will ever go back tbh.

This is a very nice place, the person I went to was Vicky super nice and everything was good except two of my nails has already come off and one broke off but was fixed the same week I got them. They are starting to lift from the top, so it has nothing to do with me breaking them. Other than that its a nice place to go

This place is awesome for my first visit. They are very welcome and super nice. They do an excellent job. I love the different types of pedicures and manicures. Definetely recommended and also ask for Thang, she is great . Very pleased I would be back for sure.

My nails popped off within 4days of gettin them done they were def in a hurry. A guy popped them back off when he got there and reglued them after the lady did. I was really disappointed since they looked really good

I love this place!! The customer svc is unbeatable, David does a awesome job with pedicures and doesnt skimp on the calf massages, Ive never felt so relaxed!. I wont go anywhere else!

The place is a little small and not the newest or fanciest place in town. This is the second spa pedicure I have had in Fayetteville and so far I am a little disappointed in the price and services. The people were very nice, the pedicurist took his time, which was really nice. Overall a good experience for my daughter and I. They do not have kid spa pedicure chairs.

Very friendly. Was pretty busy when I arrived without an appointment but they got to my pedicure within 15 min. Reasonable prices. Offered complimentary beverages.

I love me some Nail Time! Trang does and awesome job on Pedicures everytime and also keeps my brows on point! She takes equal amount of time on everyones feet regardless how long you may have to wait she will not rush. I can appreciate that she will also tell you if you need to come back so you dont have to wait.

Been to nail time a few times Ive never had a complaint.My daughter went and got a full set of acrylic nails today Kenny did her nails today she really liked him he did a great job on her nails.

It took a hour till I got my toes done even though I had a appointment poor quality a day after I got my nails done the polish started chipping on my toes I don’t recommend going here if you have no patience’s

Every time I get my nails done here whether its sns powder or acrylic full set they dont last long four days tops with out one breaking.They put the tip at the very edge of youre nail causing it to break faster than it should, if im paying nearly 55 the nails should at least make it to a the two week mark. The owner is extremely unprofessional, when I came to see if they were going to fixed my nails he started chuckling as if it was my fault why they broke. Will never come back here again.

Ive been coming to nail time since 2010 and my experiences were always pleasant however the past few months have not been the best I spoke with the manager multiple times and unfortunately nothing has changed...my nails have broken several times just after a few days and each time Im told its because Im using acrylic instead of gel which I know is not true. I have contemplated going other places but I figured I would give them a chance since Ive been coming here for so long but No, each time Im charged more than the last because the nail tech is having to fix something he did wrong in the first place. I have referred alot of people these past few years because of the great service but sadly Ill have to find another place and advise others as well about the service since it has only gotten worse.
