The apartments are clean, the community is good, but the office management is the worst I have ever had to deal with, every day, every month, they come up with some new and amazing ways to take money out of you.I have leave there for a year and I cant wait to move out. If you plan on living in that complex be prepared to step out of your comfort zone when talking with the office management. they accounting team is incapable to do simple math, if you receive anything from them or if they tell you anything request to have it in writing. They truly are THE WORST OF THE WORST...

Moved in during a PANDEMIC and was floored at the wonderful service we received from the staff. Check in was breeze! Caitlin even took the time to explain everything as this was my husband and I’s first apartment. And if you’re looking for a place that’ll love your fur baby, no matter the breed, as much as you do check them out! Some of the best rent for the space you’re getting!

Got an early start on my spring move upcoming. The office staff went above and beyond to accomodate during the pandemic. Excited to move into my new apartment.

The management staff, with exception of Paige, is very unprofessional and not personable. If you have a problem good luck reaching them unless its by email or text. When dealing with people it can be frustrating at times, but its your job. Darby in maintenance is awesome as well. Customer service is key to staying successful in an industry like this.

In order to move here, there needs to be at least ten good reviews up against each bad review. Too many bad reviews.

Quality, affordable apartment living in the Jack Britt school district. Jennifer and her staff are excellent! Great amenities including a lake, pool and dog park. Britt Lake is close to shopping and food which is a huge plus+ If youre in the market a apartment this one is a must see!

I’ve been here for a few months and I love it! The apartment has been recently updated and it’s beautiful. It’s very quiet here, the management is extremely helpful and friendly.

I have lived in four different apartment complexes over the recent years and Britt Lake is by far my favorite. The front office staff is very friendly and always greets everyone with a smile. They are also very accepting of dogs and give my sweet Polar Bear treats every time we come to visit. The maintenance staff is always quick to complete any work orders I may have and because they know my dog (and she is friendly) I dont have to lock her up. I feel very safe in this community and I would highly recommend it to anyone living in the Fayetteville area.

Ive lived here for 6 months and its great. The staff at the front office are always nice and open to help you in anyway. They also let me drink their coffee whenever I get home off the bus and decide to go up there. Ive lived in apartments all of my life and this is by far the best one.

I just moved out after living there for almost 4yrs!!! I know!:) the office staff are wonderful sweet people! They were always good to me and especially my Dog Willie!:) Boy did he love ms Jennifer the wonderful property Mgr! And ms Paige great lady always there for you! And Ms pat what a nice wonderful lady! and if you want your dog gets lots of attention and treats! go see Heather! She is also works in the office another wonderful staff member! Mr Allan! The wonderful Amazing hard working maintenance Man! He is always there when you need him! And My Dog Willie loved him so much!!!! Very Nice Property. Toured it with my friend on Friday as I am PCS here and think this is where I will be staying in the next few months. Paige was very nice and responsive to all my questions. I met the courtesy officer during my tour and that made me feel more comfort and that my decision is best. Check this place out!

This family friendly community, is full of life. These apartments are in a perfect location, close to the most amazing schools. The management staff is friendly, courteous and goes above and beyond for all the residents. If you are looking for a clean and safe community, look no further!

When our house caught on fire we had to find temporary housing and Britt Lake Apts was the best choice. The office staff went above and beyond for us. We appreciated so much how accomodating and sweet they were. Thank you all so much!

Rude office staff. No sympathy what so ever. Unprofessional and completely naive. When someone’s spouse dies no matter what the situation you don’t let anyone else handle that sensitive situation and definitely don’t get an attitude while a grieving widow is trying to handle paperwork and all debts. Would not recommend this place what so ever. They have been NO help.

I have lived here for 6 months and have thoroughly enjoyed it! Everyone in the office is very friendly and understanding!!! Every neighbor that I have had interaction with so far has been very welcoming and friendly.I looked around for about a month at different apartments in the Hope Mills area and this was the only one that was KID FRIENDLY! A play ground and a pool, not to mention the streets are filled with kids playing ball together.My son has enjoyed the small lake to practice his fishing skills even though he hasnt caught much its still nice for him to be able to go when he wants.I have recommended Britt Lake Apartments to several people I know and dont know and will continue to do so.If you are looking for a friendly environment then this is the place to be!

I highly recommended Britt Lake Apartments, everyone in the office is great and the price is very reasonable. Nice grounds, clean, awesome location, and very safe. Theres plenty of police officers who live here! I moved here from out of town and had no problem setting everything up long distance with Jennifer. Living here has been a pleasure, so much so that I have stayed for three years.

This place is great! I love the staff at the office and the community itself. I look forward to renting here soon when I move to the area in December! They are pet friendly too!

Young lady on the telephone is rude and unwilling to do so work. She told me that if I want to know rates to go online or go by the office after I told her I was from another state. Will not be spending money at this place, if they act like this for someone interested I can imagine if a problem arose.

Apartments are in a good location in Jack Britt Area, Friendly and Professional Staff, good priced units, and quiet community.

Its ok. Nothing like the pictures though. No sidewalks and expensive rent. Management changes frequently.

Living here was ok but i would not live there again unless u like tip-toeing around ur home. The walls are thinner then paper, My husband and I would lay in bed and hear the neighbors tv along with any phone conversion he would have. We lived on the top floor and thank goodness for that the floors were just as thin as the walls the first people who lived below us moved to top floor because of how loud we walked. Pay not attentions to there 4.5 rating there washer and dryers were so bad my stuff would come out worse then when i would put them in. And the pool is so small good luck wanting to cool off at the pool it will be just as hot as it is outside.

I had bad experience in this apartment so nasty dogs pops everywhere and they dont care things need forever to take care of it stay away from them
