Absolutely love it here!! The landlord Chris koutroumbis is an amazing landlord very helpful and great to rent from. Any issues my husband and I have had were dealt with quickly and efficiently. The apartment has full-size washer and dryer and dishwasher plus it comes with free wifi!!! Also the neighbors are friendly and havent seen a lot of drama.

I called to inquire about the 2 bedrooms they had. I asked about two of the places, the gentleman on the phone, asked if i was through a company. I said no, i am just trying to figure out how much everything costs for each apartments.His tone changed and went on saying what each they ranged too. I then said thank you that is very appreciated. He asked if i would like a tour. I said not at the moment, but i will call back........and that is when he hung up on me. I was going to say not at the moment, but i will probably call back after i talk to my fiance and roommates.It was very rude and uncalled for

We have rented from these ppl for over a year we started out in a town house an then moved in to one of there houses there very kind anything wrong go way out of there way to help an fix all an treat you like family the just a renter an they take very good care of there rentals I would recommend them to any one any time

Lived at their place on Oakland last year. Nice and clean but got lied to about getting my deposit back
