The staff in the front office were friendly and extremely helpful when I needed help finding an apartment but could not go in person for any of the process. Maintenance is very responsive to work orders and the facilities are always clean. I had a great experience living here.

This is the worst appartment ever. First of all they don’t have good costumer service. Manager don’t want to listen. Their repairs will take more than a month. I had 6 months leased, and when I was going to leave the Appartment they charged me extra money saying you have to inform us 2 months advance.

Called numerous times, unable to get a straight answer. Asked to speak to a manager, and he/she is always unavailable to handle my call. Poor customer service. If this complex wasnt so close to base I would not even consider living here.

I just moved in with my wife and we love the apartment. All of the staff at Jamestown Commons does a great job making the move in process easy and straightforward. They work with you and they try to accommodate your needs. There was absolutely no deficiencies with the apartment. If you’re stationed at Fort Bragg this place is perfect!

Very pleased with this property! Been living here for about 6 months now and the staff is incredible.. better than the last bunch of people. They were extremely helpful when I had to upgrade from a 1BR to a 2BR, a small wait for it, but well worth it because I love the extra room that I have now. Now for COVID to go away so I can use the amenities - decent setup, and the pool area is great.

I love Jamestown Commons. The staff is super friendly and the maintenance team works hard. They do lots of resident events. For December they had a present wrapping station all month, a dinner and a gingerbread house building night. They did an awesome pool party over this past summer too. They always try to mix it up and do different things to appeal to everyone. Would definitely recommend!

Nice apartments. Luxury feeling on the inside but for a decent price. The pool is awesome and so is the gym. I don’t really use the other amenities but they seem like a nice option as well. Really hoping that everything all opens back up since the virus closed stuff down.

This is a great place to live! The apartments are really clean and I love the layout of the apartment. It is very large and open. The amenities are awesome too. They have a pool that is always clean, a nice gym, a dog park, and a fun sand volley ball court. It is a gated apartment complex so that does a good job of adding a level of security. I recommend this complex as a good place to live!

Five stars is not enough to show how happy I am with Jamestown Commons, especially in regards to the Leasing Consultant Haleigh. I originally was interested in another apartment because of the location, I am not from the Fayetteville area and thought it would be too much to learn. The staff made me feel at home, even though I am on the other side of the country! Haleigh has always been a great help and youll be in great hands if you work with her and the spotlight this time needs to be shined on Her!I am a very specific person and Haleigh was so patient as She listened to all my wants and needs.If you are looking for a place to call home that will treat you like family, look no further! Jamestown Commons is the place for you ! Also dont forget to ask for Haleigh!

The apartment grounds are well maintained and the mechanical staff are amazing. The only issues are related to the tenants. For some reason, some of people with pets refuse to pick up after them. There are clearly marked pet waste stations, stocked with bags. On several occasions, I have seen dog waste right next to them, which is clearly an indication that there are some seriously lazy people living there. Walking across the grounds, especially in the dark, can be problematic if you dont want dog waste on your shoes. The managers have tried to enforce the pet waste policy, but there really is no accountability.Regarding sound insulation, there is very little in the space between the floor and ceilings of adjoining apartments. As a result, you will hear your neighbors every step. In my case, my upstairs neighbors apparently have a weight set or some sort of gym equipment. Constant rumbling can be heard many times during the evenings and it is extremely distracting.On the positive side, utilities are reasonable, and the gym is decent.

I really love this apartment complex. It is so close to post which makes getting on and off every single day much easier. It is literally in walking distance depending on where you work on post. The ladies in the office, Katie, Rachel and Hayley are super nice and helpful and seem to really care about the property and their tenants. The maintenance staff is awesome too, very friendly and take your work orders seriously. Sometimes the neighbors are a pain but that has happened everywhere that I have stayed in Fayetteville. Overall, I think all this apartment complex has to offer makes up for any of the minor negatives like some of your neighbors.

Lovely place to live. Staff is always super helpful. My dog and I both love the pet park. It’s a wonderful place to meet other doggie moms. The staff is always involved in the community and making it a fun place to live. They have resident events every month, including food trucks which is one of my favorites! Will highly recommend to anyone looking for an apartment community in Fayetteville!

Fantastic place to call home. Office staff and maintenance team are very responsive and seem concerned with keeping up the property. Apartments are nice inside too and the price is good when you factor in that it includes cable, internet and trash.

I lived here from 2014-2016, and it was a good experience. We first lived in a one bedroom, it was great and quiet. Then we upgraded to a two bedroom, and that apartment was great as well. The only issues that I had here was that the parking was difficult because spots were often taken, and the master bedroom for the two bedroom shared a wall with the neighbors living room so if they wanted to party, you werent getting sleep that night. Overall I recommend this property.

The grounds are maintained well and the staff are extremely professional. It’s also nice to see how involved they are with the people who live here by hosting game nights, having food trucks, and so much more. Would recommend the apartment complex to everyone

The manager and staff are amazing. This place is close to Bragg, so there can be some difficult tenants sometimes, and Ive seen them handle them like pros, even when people are completely rude and disrespectful to them. The apartments are nice, better than others we looked at in the area. The landscaping is always kept nice.

Great and friendly staff! My experience here was amazing and would recommend this community to all and especially those military families who are looking for a great spot right outside the gate and a great priced stay! The maintenance team by far is the best group of professionals!

A good environment for the most part, nice amenities, disclaimer would be lack of parking for residents. Most days there’s no parking due to someone having multiple visitors, not enough parking spots, and ultimately having to park on another side of the apartment complex where you don’t live.

Ive been living here for a couple of months and its a pretty relatively quiet place. The apartments are spacious, clean, and are taken care of. The only issue I have is the gate.. I wish they could fix the gate completely, or maybe replace it, that way the apartments would feel more secured. I was happy to hear that they were going to start towing cars if they parking on non-parking zones and if plates were not up to date, and that helps with parking. I am always notified of any events or changes and that means they actually care communication with their tenants.

Great apartment close to post! The price is great for everything you get and they do really cool resident events.

I’ve lived here a little bit over 6 months now after previously living at 2 different apartment plans both in Fayetteville, one of them being “Addison Ridge” which is considered luxury apartments. I can honestly say that Jamestown commons blows them out of the water, the apartments are very modern and comfortable, community is peaceful, very welcoming, and they always have events going on at the clubhouse. The pool is awesome and always clean. Also staff is awesome and always there to help and the property is very well maintained. Not to mention it’s only about a football field away from Yadkin gate if your military! Overall if your reading this I couldn’t recommend this plan more!

Outstanding living conditions. Constant updates on the community to keep everyone in the loop and updated with what’s going on with the community. Also I have had constant support with any issues that I have had!

The lack of effort from this apartment is unacceptable . This isnt the first time I have encountered a lack of effort from the staff. I have a hole in my laundry room floor that clearly allows mouse to come in and out as they please. While I was conducting laundry, a mouse came from underneath my washer and ran underneath my fridge in my kitchen. I immediately notified the office that there is a mouse in my kitchen. They stated they will try and set an appointment with pest control. I believe that is unacceptable. I had to sleep here knowing that there is a mouse in my kitchen that could probably go to other areas in the apartment which was very traumatizing. There should be precautions set in place for when things like this happen to receive immediate pest control service. There are multiple 24/7 pest control in Fayetteville. The apartments havent even gave me a update on when the pest control will come or if the schedule has been made. This has been a very stressful event due to the lack of urgency the apartment staff is taking with this matter.

My husband and I live here currently and we really do enjoy it. Weve been here for about 9 months now. The apartments themselves are very spacious and open. Its very nice having cable and internet included in the rent, along with the valet trash service that I love and everyone I know is jealous of. We love the outdoor areas as well, with the pool, playground, volleyball net, and dog park. Having access to a free gym 24/7 as well as the Starbucks coffee during office hours alone saves us money on everyday things. My only complaint and reason for not putting 5 stars is that the maintenance team is very small, making it difficult for them to attend to every need quickly enough, and the walls are pretty thin causing us to hear our neighbors often which gets frustrating. All in all we do love it here and plan on staying for a couple more years until were ready to buy our own house.

We had a little hiccup prior to move in, but Ms. Rachel quickly resolved it. Since moving in we have been very pleased with the responses to our work requests, they were taken care of promptly. The office and maintenance staff are very friendly and helpful.

I just moved in on January 25. And I must say I am beyond shocked at how amazing it has been. The employees are super sweet and helpful. The apartments are clean and very holding. Everyone I have meet are nice. Much better then on post housing for military. Will be recommending this place a lot. They also work with you. So decently worth looking into and living

We loved living here, it was a great experience. We never had any issues that went unresolved they were always addressed in a timely manner. It was a very convenient place right outside of post I could come home after pt and at lunch and relax. The grounds are well kept and the fitness center and pool was nice. The staff is very friendly and will go out of their way to help you. We also enjoyed the social gatherings they hosted every other month so we had the chance to meet our neighbors.

I had a great opportunity to work with the representative, Stephanie and she was extremely patient, professional courteous and kind. I had a great experience. The other staff were very professional as well.

This is a lovely community. The amenities are fantastic. Swimming pool, business/learning center and the clubhouse are fantastic for adults and children. Maintenance and security team are wonderful and very responsive to any needs. The office staff members are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in resolving any kinds of problems. The neighbors are many like-minded individuals and military friendly. It is a very family oriented living environment close to everything that I need while assigned to Ft. Bragg. I’m very happy to be living in his apartment complex.

The staff are friendly and take care of your needs quickly. The apartments are also very clean, and nice, especially the 3rd floor apartment I had with a vaulted ceiling. Additionally, the all-inclusive rent prices, and their location to post make them a very convenient option. I stayed there for a year and never had any problems.

Ive rented at multiple complexes during my military career and this has been by far my best experience. Top to bottom the entire organization goes the extra mile to making sure they provide excellent service. Management and all of the ladies in the office are professional, friendly and personable. They have even gone out of their way to help rectify a dispute with the local water company. Routinely they host events to bring the tenants together and create a family environment. The maintenance team is responsive and timely. Its also one of the closest to post and offers a very short commute. I would certainly recommend this complex to anyone.

So this is my second review. But since there is new staff I felt the need to make a new one. The new staff is amazing. They work well with you and honestly better then the old staff. The only problem o am seeing with the place is dogs being off leash and the fact that our neigbores dont give two craps that we are under them and are loud, or let their dogs be loud. We have had stuff fall off our walls due to the people above us. However the ladies at the office have tried their best to help us make living here pleasent. The courtesy officer doesnt answer calls much or.days something isnt her job. But besides those issues. We love it here. Just wish with a baby coming we didnt want to consider moving due to the residents above us.

Residents don’t respect they put loud music late night. Dog poop all over the building. Leave garbage in front of my door for 4 days. Things has changed used to be nice to live now residents don’t respect anymore

My wife and I PCS’ed here a couple of months ago and we couldn’t be any happier. Melania, the Assistant Manager and Angeline, the Community Manager made us feel very welcomed and were one of the main reasons we decided to move-in. Other main factors were also, close proximity to Fort Bragg Army Post, security, and price. Their customer service is excellent, they even have a free trash pick-up by your door. For the size of the apartment we got, we felt the price was just compared to several other places we visited. It took us about 2 weeks to make a final decision and Melania was extremely patient with us and she answered all of our questions and concerns. If you are looking for a great place to live near Fort Bragg, at a reasonable price, and assuming you are a good neighbor, then look no further!

We actually loved living at Jamestown Commons, we always worked with Alexis and Courtney and they were so accommodating. However, when we left we cleaned our apartment thoroughly and left behind no trash, and they attempted to charge us $80 for trash bags when we moved out. I called and politely asked for several weeks for some explanation or proof of this. Messages were taken and no one EVER called me back. In November a collection agency called me and said we owed $165, this was my first notification of this charge. I called Jamestown Commons immediately and spoke with a very nice person who wanted to help us out and said it was for some blinds that needed to be replaced when we left. I called back multiple times each week to speak with someone who would always promise to get in touch with a manager and again no one from Jamestown ever called me back or could offer any photo evidence that the blinds needed to be replaced or that they used $80 worth of trash bags to clean our apartment. I ended up paying the collection agency just so my credit wouldnt be affected. We were excellent renters and I think it was completely reasonable to ask for photo evidence before handing over almost $200 blindly. Id been told most apartments will try to get extra money out of you when you leave but I was extremely surprised that Jamestown Commons did this to us when we left.

They didn’t call me or sent me a email to inform me why do I owe money they are just trying to take money from me!! Horrible place I do not recommend this place at all so if you are planning to move to Fayetteville DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!

Before we moved in we was given a tour of a different apartment, so I didn’t see anything wrong. When I did a walk through of the apartment we moved into I smelled a dog, I knew for a fact the carpet had not been cleaned properly because of the stains we found !!! My first day moving in I swept my floors and found excessive dog hair and fleas ! We don’t even own a pet, we never have and I’m constantly seeing dog hair in the kitchen, bathroom, everywhere from the previous tenants!!! The traffic is horrible due to fort Bragg being soo close, it’s a quiet apartment complex at least for now . The ladies at the front office are sweet, however I have stayed in wayyyyyyyyyyyy better apartments 🤷🏾‍♀️

The staff is the number one quality about Jamestown! Alexis and Cortney are super sweet and always help in any way they can. The office is a welcoming place, and youre always greeted with a smile. The maintenance guys (I dont know their names) are really great too, and always get around to fixing things either the day I call them or the next morning.The appliances and fixtures within the units are a lot nicer than other places I have rented, and I love the big bathtub in the masters suite! This conplex also has a little park in the middle of the property that my toddler loves.Overall, the rent seems average for apartments in the area. I would recommend this complex to friends and family.In regards to the bad reviews on Google: The dog poop problem has been fixed. There is not a bunch of poop around. I can be confident my son can run around without stepping on pop. Also, I have no idea why some reviews say the staff is bad, because I have had nothing but wonderful interactions with each person who works here.

There are roaches in the apartments and bed bugs in others. Definitely stay away. You can also hear your neighbors easily. I can even hear when the person ABOVE me phone is ringing. I just recommend to stay away. Not a good place.

Jamestown Commons met or exceeded my expectations for the two years that I was here. The location to post is part of the appeal and Jamestown residents even have their own light right into Yadkin gate.The floor plan I had was small but fine. I never saw any delay from maintenance and their work was consistently good. The manager and staff were definitely friendly and helpful. I only went to one or two but Jamestown Commons has well organized events...and especially for children. Often a lot of the kids from my building went over to the office or pool for a movie or another event of some kind.It isnt the quietest place but much of the noise is from the post or from Yadkin Road and so youre trading that for location. I think choosing a place is always a balance. After looking at many other apartments, I thought the price was fair and the experience was good.

This is the worst place that I have lived at in Fayetteville and I use to live on Bragg Blvd. This place is high priced with crappy building. This place has nothing but rude people that don’t care about other people space or how loud they get when it’s time to sleep. The office staff at like they are trying to do things to help but they never do and they will just talk behind our back. Can’t take our kids to the pool because people are cussing the whole time and making sexual gestures on each other. I would advise to steer clear of this place its a dump!!! Its horrible don’t move here spend your money in a better place.

The only complaints I had, they told us we HAD to use their washer and dryer that it wouldnt be deducted from out rent if we use our own. When new management came in found out that was a lie, and we had already sold ours. And the carpet in our unit was gross. We had flees, piles of dog hair in the corners and alot of patch work done. We had to shampoo it 2 times the week we moved in. Other than that really great place to stay at,

Only had 2problems so far1. Internet sucks I ended up buying some. It keeps kicking us off and its never strong.2. Its has been 8+ weeks since my AC worked. Its in the middle of summer and they still dont know whats wrong. They came out numerous times saying its working when its not. They will not send out a professional to look at it. This is causing my newborn to get heat rash over and over again.

Definitely not worth the money! When we first opened the door to our new apartment, there was stains all over the carpets and bugs clawing across the floor. So needless to say, I wasnt very happy from the beginning. You have to pay for WORTHLESS internet. Ive had to contact the internet company multiple times since Ive been here from them to reconnect, reset, or connect us to a new connection. And if you want to change the internet company or cable company or even cancel it all together, you still have to pay for the stuff that is set up here at Jamestown. Theres always traffic right outside the gate from being so close to Bragg. Also found mold in our apartment and the staffs way of taking care of it is a mold chemical to take care of it, yet again it came back three months later in the same spot. So unless you want to pay for an overpriced place to live that is dirty in the Bragg area, its not worth it.

Well my husband and I moved into Jamestown Commons and it was really nice at first, then Hawthorne took over. I complained several times about parts of the floor were weak and caved a bit. Being on the 3rd floor it worried me. They said each time theyd take care of it, no one ever some much came out to look at it. When I brought it up to matience they had no idea what I was talking about. Also the commons areas were filled with dog poop it was gross, ugly, and because people didnt pick up their dog poop mine got worms 2 times each. They never fined people like they said they would. People would leave their trash outside their door with no container yet again nothing done. Never any parking on the weekend because people threw parties, loud, and lots of fighting. Kids left out running about everywhere road and banging on doors no adult in sight people also did this with their dogs they let them out no person with them to go to the bathroom or whatever. I brought this up but it continued to happen. We got tired of it all they broke their side of the lease so we moved out. Now they want us to pay rent till April but for me to try explain all of this I can get a hold of the head manager or a real person from Hawthorne to fight this. So now my husband and I will be getting a lawyer to fight this bull.

Best place to live around bragg been stationed here awile this place beats all others

I currently live at Jamestown Commons I love it, my husband loves being so close to base and sleeping in. I love the staff Carra, and CeeCee they are always there for a good laugh. my apartment is awesome and maintenance is always so helpful! As long as we are stationed at bragg ill be right here at jamestown.

Staff is bitchy, apartments are overpriced. They let anyone through the gate and use the computer room which is supposed to be for residents only.
