DO NOT LIVE HERE! Whether it be the failure to produce the amenities that were promised in the lease or the AC going out 10 times(no joke), Hill Place did not live up to the hype. The front office is very nice and helpful. The GM however, is not. He acts as if students aren’t worth his time nor his concern. All of the appliances are cheap and they will charge you big time if you break them (my room got charged $60 for 2 little broken blinds). Oh! And they say that the complex is under surveillance but that’s not true. We’ve had multiple things get stolen and there are no cameras on the facility. There is a big homeless/theft problem in that area.

Experience was great before move in two months ago. Since then staff has been completely unresponsive. The apartment looked as if no one checked it before my daughter moved in and certainly no fixes were made. I helped my daughter fill out the check-in list fully expecting everything would be fixed promptly. Still nothing.I am still waiting two weeks later to hear from Cole. I called and was promised a call in return. This is just terrible public relations besides the care you take of your property. Sinks don’t drain, apartment wasn’t painted and the filth. Made my daughter pay for the week they were supposedly cleaning, repairing and painting, and nothing was done. Cannot wait for lease to be over and get of place that doesn’t take care of tenants or apartments.

I absolutely love the community. I have only lived here a week so far and I feel so welcomed and cared for. The staff is phenomenal and super friendly. My experience has been great and I had a unique move in situation and Hill Place has taken care if me. If you don’t live at Hill Place you should!!!!

Andrew’s the best guy! He is friendly and loke to help people. One time I was in the office and he gave a great tour about all the facilities at hillplace. It looks a great apartment complex and all the staff are actually friendly. Highly recommend this place

I am extremely disappointed in the customer service I have received at Hill Place. When I first signed my lease back in October of 2020, I requested a specific building I wanted to be in to live by friends. They were very enthusiastic to help meet my request, so they put it down in my application and told me it would be very possible to accommodate. I was very excited to move in until I received my room assignment about a week ago and saw I was not placed in the building I had personally requested 8 months prior. I immediately called Hill Place to see if this had been a mistake and if there was anything they could do to switch me and was told the assistant community manager, Alex Campbell, was in charge of room assignments and would call me. After 5 days and multiple unhelpful calls with the front office, I finally got an email from Alex saying it was too late and there was nothing he could do to help me. I’m disappointed that it took this long to finally get a response and that none of the Hillplace staff made any effort to help me with my situation. I hope this is not how they treat their residents on a normal basis as I will be moving there in August.

When I first came to tour Hill Place, I was just looking around at the multiple different properties to choose from for my last year here on campus, but as soon as I walked in, Kingsley made me and my roommates feel at home. Usually, there is a period of awkwardness when you first meet somebody (and you come in with 3 other people you know, while there is only 1 of him), but he made it feel like we had talked many times before, made the conversation comfortable. Kingsley was upbeat, excited, full of information, and honestly very funny. He was in large part a reason that we had decided to sign with Hill Place. He made our day when we toured.The property is very clean, friendly residents, and a very helpful staff. The apartments are nice and well-kept. I have a dog, and the dog park was very nice with a lot of dogs there at most times of the day. Thank you!

I have lived at Hill Place for almost 2 years now and couldnt imagine living anywhere else. The outside feel is exactly what I needed for me and my dog. What makes it even better is the staff in the office and maintenance. Savannah is so attentive to the residents and is always willing to help, and she is not the only one!! I love Hill Place and am so excited for my next 11 months here! :)

Hill place is definitely somewhere I would recommend. The staff brings so much positivity and energy that it’s hard not loving them. It is a safe environment for any college student and is in prime location for all activities. I consider this my home away from home.

I have been emailing back and forth with Savannah Price who has been happy to answer any questions I have! I haven’t lived here yet, but I’m definitely looking forward to my move to Fayetteville in august!! :)

While this is my first year living at hill place, it has been great! I have not had any problems with the office. Weve had one maintenance problem and they were quick to come fix it. I would highly recommend Hill Place to anyone looking for a place to live next year.

Damian at Hill Place was AMAZING! Gave my roommates and I, along with our families, an amazing tour and had an answer for every question we had. Absolutely fell in love with the 43 acres and are so excited to live together at hill place. So close to campus & so convenient for all of our studies. We are so excited to call hill place home, signing our leases in less than 24 hours!!

Everything was fine till they placed a random roommate with my two friends and I, He has guests over every day till 1 to 2am blasting music drinking and being loud. Ive sent in several complaints but hill place wont communicate about what theyre doing to rectify the situation. Ill happily increase my review if the situation is resolved.

Giving me a great and entertaining tour of the property I was able to see everything I needed to see and know. Not only was it a great tour, Mr. Colon was definitely easy on the eyes. I have lived at Hill Place for the past two years, and to say my experience has been exceptional would be an understatement. The apartments are modern, affordable, and close to campus. The staff in the front office are hard-working and friendly. Savannah, Brooke, Kingsley, Cole, and Mary, plus many others, ensure their residents are taken care of whenever they are on the clock. Maintenance is always punctual and kind if there is a problem inside my apartment. Hill Place is an excellent living location for students, faculty, and other members of Fayettevilles great community.

I just became a tenant here at Hill Place, and I love it! The entire apartment is incredibly well furnished (with a crazy amount of storage space, especially in the kitchen), and all of the staff are really nice! They try their hardest to help you in anyway that they can! Sometimes other tenants can be loud, but its nothing that a pair of headphones cant fix. Also, the shuttle service is a great way to get to campus without having to pay for a UARK parking pass.

Hill Place has been my home for two years now, and have absolutely loved it here! I am always using the gym and hanging out at the pool, using the shuttle, and the study rooms come in handy. My roomies and I have grown really close with the staff, they’re so friendly! Really recommend staying here! Maintenance is truly the fastest in the game as well.

Hillplace is honestly the best place to live as a student at the uofa. The location, amenities, apartment and price ultimately give you the best experience and bang for your buck. The only negative is the parking isnt great but other than that I would say this is the best apartment complex on MLK.Also, the staff is amazing. I called Hillplace when I didnt really know what I was looking for and Kingsley took care of everything. Ever since, he greets me like a friend and the rest of the staff has been extremely helpful.

From maintenance, to management, to shuttle service, to the leasing team, everyone is always kind, responsive, and consistently effective.The rent cost is on the moderate side. For four bedrooms I know it’s very affordable. These apartments are great deals overall. Plus, I can not think of an apartment community that’s less expensive but offers full complementary (shuttle, events, free food, utility-free rent, full-furniture) services, on top of convenient and well-kept amenities.To add, I’m really not sure where any of these bad reviews of Hill Place come from. Many of them have to be based on the previous mismanagement, from people who haven’t been here for a few years. Once Cardinal Group took establishment at this property it’s been well-ran. Though, no apartment community is without faults. The very few (and very small) things I’ve pointed attention to always get fixed with surprising priority.Hill Place is already a top student-living option just by its resident service, connectivity, location, and amenities. However, it even continues to improve more and more in different ways, and I see them investing in upgrading their apartments more, and more too.
